Visitamos hoje e íamos comprar alguns aparelhos (geladeira, máquina de lavar louça, fogão e microondas) e eles estavam tendo um dia de trabalho de venda de aparelhos, mas o empregado do aparelho não nos daria a hora do dia. Ele nos disse que tudo tinha sido encomendado de volta por 3 meses e foi embora. Aparentemente não parecia que tínhamos dinheiro suficiente porque ele foi ajudar outra pessoa. (Fomos a Lowes e eles ficaram mais do que contentes de nos obrigar e tiveram menos espera pelos electrodomésticos). Chegamos há algumas semanas atrás à procura de um congelador de baús e disseram-nos que eles não podiam de forma alguma encomendá-lo e escovaram-nos (daquela vez fomos ao Sams Club e era mais barato). Então de agora em diante eu acho que vou para Lowes, Ace ou qualquer outro lugar. Eu quero dar crédito para um caixa específico que estava bem perto da área e podia ver o que estava acontecendo e queria ajudar o que pudesse, que era pedir ajuda na área de aparelhos algumas vezes depois que o primeiro cara foi embora, mas não havia mais ninguém para responder ao pedido. Havia uma faísca de bom atendimento ao cliente, mas foi apagada por uma má experiência.

Eu vim a este local para mandar fazer chaves. O Sr. Mike foi fenomenal!! Muito profissional, explicou cada movimento antes de ele o fazer. Ele gentilmente se desculpou para ajudar outro cliente. Odiei vê-lo sair porque a senhora que veio atrás dele para ajudar a terminar de fazer as minhas chaves era barulhenta, rude e definitivamente não era amigável com o cliente. Da próxima vez que eu vier para as chaves serem feitas, se não for o Sr. Mike a fazê-las eu irei para outro lugar. Hes the Best!! Patty
