Positiva: El apartamento es muy bonito ( mucho más de lo que se aprecia en las fotos) todo muy cuidado y con todo lo necesario, toallas, sábanas, cocida equipada. Situado en una zona muy tranquila en la que puedes aparcar el coche fácilmente, hay cerca farmacias, supermercados, está a 15/20 minutos andando de las zonas turísticas del barrio de Belem, y justo al lado hay una parada de autobuses para ir al centro de la ciudad. La anfitriona excepcional, atenta, muy amable, nos explicó todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia en Lisboa. A mayores tengo que destacar que dejé olvidadas cosas personales y en todo momento me ayudó para recuperarlas. UN 10! REPETIRIA SIN DUDA.

Положительный: Классная квартира! Небольшая правда, но все необходимое есть. Очень уютно - гостиная с кухней, 2 спальни. Много приятных мелочей, которые создают домашний уют. Кровати отличные, постельное белье чистое! Можно почувствовать себя местным жителем. Кухня полностью оборудована всем необходимым. Есть кондиционер, правда мы им не пользовались. Находится не в самом центре, ездили на автобусе \ такси, но в пешей доступности собор Жеронимуш и Белем. Все очень понравилось!!. Негативный: Обратите внимание на поздний заезд - возможна будет взиматься плата! Но нам повезло, с нас не взяли денег :).

Positive: Location. Negative: All the Windows are accesible from the Street and are 1.20 meters ( 6 feet) from street floor. They have no bars or blinds soo if you open no privacy and no Security. If you clase, no fresh air....no confortable at all..

Apartamento moderno y perfecto para cuatro personas. A escasos 15 minutos del Monasterio de los Jerónimos

Положительный: Отличный креативный дизайнерский ремонт, хорошее постельное белье и удобные кровати, много полотенец. Хорошо оборудованная кухня. Можно бесплатно запарковать машину рядом на уличной парковке. До монастыря Жеронимуш (Mosteiro dos Jerónimos) всего 10-15 минут пешком. Прекрасная хозяйка квартиры Мария кроме информации об апартаментах ответила на все наши вопросы о городе и прислала много рекомендаций о том, где перекусить и что посетить, за что ей отдельное спасибо! ** для тех, кто бронирует апартаменты на первом этаже надо иметь в виду, что окна смотрят прямо на улицу и находятся на уровне пешеходов, которые ходят вплотную мимо них :). Негативный: Не было места, чтобы посушить белье после стирки, но это актуально только для тех, кто планирует что-либо стирать или останавливается на продолжительное время..

Positive: Just one word: perfect! We missed our first flight and arrived late at night at the apartment. The owner Maria waited in her free time for us and made the start in our holidays work. The apartment is a wunderful and extra clean place, right in a quiet area of Lisbon. We will definitely come back and strongly recommend Maria and her apartment to any other vacationer..

Positiva: Estoy muy encantada con el servicio y comodidad del departamento, muy limpio, ordenado, cómodo y lo más importante está muy bien equipado, plancha, microonda, nevera, cubiertos, platos, se puede cocinar, etc...Está a cinco minutos del centro caminando, mientras caminas te encuentras sitios donde comprar comida y bazar, restaurantes, cafeterías para desayunar, sitios donde comprar ropa y zapatos etc...Hemos ido cuatro personas y una niña, hemos quedado encantados con el lugar volveremos el próximo año. Os lo recomiendo os gustará.. Negativa: Me gustó todo las habitaciones, el baño, la cocina el salón, lo que sí mejoraría sería tener dos camas de matrimonio, en vez de una cama de 90 pusiera las dos camas de matrimonio..

Positiva: El menaje es muy completo. Está todo muy limpio y decorado con gusto.. Negativa: El piso huele a humedad. No hay cortinas y al ser un bajo no puedes tener las ventanas abiertas. La anfitriona no se acercó, dejó las llaves en un local junto al piso sin darnos ninguna indicación..

Positiva: la ubicación, la comodidad de las camas, y el diseño. Nos gustó mucho el lugar, fácil de aparcar y cerca de lugares muy bonitos de Belén. El apartamento por dentro muy bonito.. Negativa: No me gustó que había algo de olor de humedad al entrar, pero por lo demás, todo bien..

Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben hat (Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.). Dass Appartment liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Präsidentenpalast entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist neu und modern, die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien. In das Zentrum gelangt man mit der Öffentlichen Nahverkehr, zurück haben wir meist ein Taxi genommen (ca. 10.-)

Positief: Onthaal eigenares , mooi en proper gerenoveerd appartement , rustige ligging , nabijheid lokaal restaurant en koffiehuis , ligging wijk belem als uitvalbasis voor verblijf 4 dagen.

Positive: The accomadation is in a lovely location very easy access to transport to the center, lovely restaurants around. Supermarket is one km away and small corner shops are next to the house with a nice coffee shop. The place gives a good insight into local portugese neighborhood and very quite and safe. Maria the owner is a lovely and very polite and helpful lady. The flat was very clean as it is brand new. The view around the flat is stunning. Maria waited for me to give me the keys at 10 at night because my air Portugal got delayed. She guided me where to visit and what buses to take which saved me time and money. She even bought an Iron for me as I had an exam the next day, but loads of dry cleaning shops are around the corner. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as Lisbon because of her helpful and funny nature.. Negative: Nothing to dislike
