Agréable séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé à Sesimbra. Déco très moderne, appartement spacieux, grande terrasse avec vue mer panoramique. Le parking (en supplément) se situe à 5min à pied dans une Résidence située à côté du restaurant Ribamar (c'est un vrai plus !). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sidonia, l'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé. Séjour parfait dans cet appartement. Nous le conseillons. Il s'agit d'un appartement en duplex : au RdC les chambres et salles d'eau et à l'étage le séjour avec la cuisine et la terrasse. Pour nous, le gros point négatif de l'appartement c'est l'absence de rideaux sur les grandes fenêtres du RdC (côté rue). Nous avons dû laissé les volets fermés en journée (côté rue) pour éviter que tous les piétons voient à l'intérieur de l'appartement. C'est dommage. Ou alors des films sur les vitrages pourraient convenir également. A noter qu'en hiver, l'appartement est un peu humide, absence de ventilation dans les salles de bains, légère odeur d'humidité. Le vis à vis entre l'appartement RUA et le CEU (au-dessus du RUA) est assez important sur la terrasse. Les chambres au RdC n'ont pas de vue côté Sud (vue sur un mur). Enfin, le délai de réponse et de validation de la réservation en ligne via le site internet était un peu long (10 jours !), c'est dommage. Mis à part ces détails, l'appartement est presque parfait ! Il mérite quand même la note de 5/5. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cet appartement ou alors dans l'appartement CEU qui se trouve au dernier étage.

Lo recomiendo totalmente. Sin duda los mejores apartamentos de Sesimbra. Pasamos unos días estupendos y el emplazamiento es increíble, un pueblo muy muy bonito con una gastronomía fantástica. Volveremos sin duda.

Excelente ubicación, decorados con gran gusto, con un menaje muy completo y muy limpios. Un único pero el olor de las cocinas de los restaurantes que a veces, molesta en las terrazas. Una opción estupenda si piensas pasar unos días en Sesimbra.

Positif: Le confort de l'appartement est irréprochable, c'est très propre, la vue est magnifique et les équipements sont de très bonne facture.. Négatif: L'isolation sonore avec les voisins n'est pas idéale.

Très bonne appartement pour passer son séjour près de la plage. A à peine 2 min de la plage. A 15 min de marche vous trouverez des centres de plongée, plusieurs restaurants très proche, plus dans un rayon agrandi. Parking à votre disposition à 5 min de marche (seul point négatif à mon avis)

Positive: The view from this apartment is spectacular. It overlooks a beautiful sandy beach and when the windows are open you can enjoy the most soothing sound of waves. There is not a single thing wrong with the apartment. It has every modern appliance you could ask for the the host was very friendly and accommodating. It might not be the best option for elderly people or buggies as the area in general is hilly and has lots of steps. The apt is beautifully decorated and is so clean.. Negative: Can’t think of anything!

Positif: La vue de la terrasse . Le style de l'appartement et son équipement. Proche des restaurants et des commerces.. Négatif: Le manque de ponctualité à la remise des clés et au check-out.

Positiv: Toller Blick, schlicht aber modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr nette und engagierte Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Sra. Sidónia (muito simpática). Alles sehr nahe und einfach zu erreichen. Das Parkhaus ist 5 Minuten entfernt, natürlich alles etwas eng dort aber oaky. W Lan hat super funktioniert, es ist einfach alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob man im Sommer von der nahen Strandpromenade dann mehr gestört wird.. Negativ: Nichts, nada - tudo bem!!!!

Sehr modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der kleine Balkon vor dem Appartement Mar hat einen tollen Blick auf die Strandpromenade und das Meer. Nicht ganz billig aber den Preis wert.

Positiv: Der Blick auf das Meer direkt aus dem Bett ist grandios. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich.. Negativ: Am Wochenende wird es auf den Straßen in der Umgebung etwas lauter.

Positiv: Sehr schöne Aussicht. Toll eingerichtetes Studio. Alles sehr sauber. Ideale Lage.. Negativ: Schade, dass nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden kann.

Positive: great location at a very charming little town, our host couldn't be more helpful and nice. Very great and comfortable Apartment, Everything was perfect. Even an umbrella for the beach was provided. Parking the car is very easy at the nearby garage, just 5 min walk. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants the beach of course, all in a few minute or even less a minute walk away. The view is beautiful. Great beaches by car 15 minutes away if you need to see other places.. Negative: just tiny things: from time to time the smell from the restaurants get into the apartment that can be bothering and the balcony is not too spacy.

Positivo: Simplesmente perfeito...A localização e o espaço do apartamento, com uma vista única sobre a baía de Sesimbra, apenas precisa-se de atravessar a marginal para aceder à praia! O mercado do peixe a 100 metros do local, para compras locais...e os restaurantes também. Para férias de excelente qualidade, recomendadíssimo.

Positivo: Localização do apartamento e a decoração do mesmo.. Negativo: Um dos quartos poderia ter duas camas, em vez de uma cama de casal.

Positive: Amazing view of beach from balcony, lovely little town, lovely hostess. Beach towels, parasol etc provided. Lots of places nearby to visit, amazing fish market in town, fabulous fish restaurants. Beach really clean and soft sand, no seaweed or pebbles.. Negative: Maybe provide a kettle (for English people!)? Would be nice to provide washing tabs: didn't want to but a whole pack for just one wash (dishwasher tabs were provided). And some kitchen basics in addition to salt: pepper, oil? My daughter found the sea too cold, but I found it fine as I am used to swimming in English sea.

Положительный: Всё прекрасно, за исключением шумных баров поблизости по вечерам.

Pozytywna: Bardzo komfortowy. Sprzęty są nowe. Podobało nam się, że w szafce w szufladzie były instrukcję do wszystkich sprzętów. Niczego nam nie brakowało. W budynku jest winda. Klimatyzacja bez zarzutu. Ale w nocy nie była potrzebna, bo bryza od oceanu była chłodna i przyjemna. Nie było komarów. Do plaży 10 min pieszo. Plaża ma 2 km długości, piaszczysta, zadbana i nie specjalnie zatłoczona. Dużo restauracji z owocami morza. Blisko są sklepy, więc nie było problemów z zakupami. Mieliśmy wynajęty samochód, więc do Lizbony też przejechaliśmy (ok. 40 min). Ale blisko dworzec autobusowy, więc klimatyzowanym autokarem do Lizbony 5 euro w jedną stronę.

Positiva: Desayunar y cenar con la brisa del mar fue de lujo. Los productos d la zona, queso, pescado y vino comprados en el mercado y tiendas locales nos dejó un sabor inolvidable!

Positief: Prachtig nieuw appartement met alle faciliteiten die een moderne reiziger nodig heeft !! zeer centrale locatie, prachtig terras! Je kan een zeer goede parking vlakbij nog huren voor een erg voordelige prijs. Een topper in Sessimbra vel beter dan de hotels ! Onze gastvrouw was uiterst sympathiek !. Negatief: The weather , but what can sydonia do about it... noting !
