The company were helpful and easy to get in touch with.The apartment is in a good location, and near transport opportunities. We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was up about 60+ steps, which as a fairly active 70 year old I didnt find too difficult a couple of times a day.Although having the wow factor, because everything is new, it is quite a basic apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but doesnt have a microwave, which would be useful if you didnt want to eat out every night or if you had a small child.The bathroom is very modern, but has no heating, no hooks to hang wet or dry towels and you need to stand in the bath to use the shower. The bedroom has sufficient storage and a comfortable bed.The dining table is off the main living area with four small uncomfortable stools to sit on and if the sofa bed is in use there is nowhere else to sit.A suggestion - a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar cream/milk and biscuits etc would have been nice, as when we arrived at 8pm we were told no shops would be open and possibly none the next day as it was a bank holiday. But we could eat at a restaurant!Our return trip to the airport was 30 euros for less than 20minute journey, despite Linc telling us it would be between 18 and 20 euros.

Bardzo świata lokalizacja. Blisko restauracje gdzie można zjeść dobre śniadania, obiady, oraz spędzić miło wieczór przy piwku lub przy lampce wina( na dole świetna nepalska restauracja) Mieszkanie bardzo funkcjonalne i przytulne. W niedalekiej odległości przystanki autobusowy i tramwajowy oraz market. Polecam. Dziękujemy za gościnę.

We were 4 people and we have needed two more blankets because we only had two pieces. So, they didn‘t bring us two more. It would be nice for next people that they have four blankets.

Bed bugs all over the bed. DON'T STAY HERE!! I woke up with bites all over my body and apparently other customers have complained months before and they have done NOTHING. Truly disgusting and a huge travel complication.

Stated check in was 4pm. Apartment was still not cleaned when checking - all the rubbish and dirty linen from the previous occupant were still around. Owner refused to give a refund for the night - said that it was "impossible" to give a refund. Truly one of the worst stays I've ever had. Stay away.

BED BUGS- Do not stay here! Infested with bed begs, we received bites and have picture evidence of them in the beds.

It was more or less as shown in pics, two doors were broken, one lamp has no cover and the kitchen was stinky.

Avoid at all cost. This place is INFECTED with BED BUGS and the management (Linc) doesn't care about it. They do not even seem to understand the scale of the problem as they keep saying "unfortunately" it's been cleaned. These apparements need proper servicing by a bug exterminator to get rid of this infection. If you want these itchy spots all over your body for weeks on end, go sleep at Linc appartments in Lisbon! I have complained to Lisbon city authorities who are aware of this company. I am not even talking about the bad service and inflexibility for check-in (had to arrive exactly at 4pm despite professional commitments that day).

Very vey bad experience. I booked 3 nights in this hotel for professional reasons. The day before my trip, my mother died. I called the hotel to ask kindly for a refund. They refused categorically. I just can't give credit to people so inhumane and I advise you to search for another place.

Property is in a good location with good transport links. The property also has a small and slightly dark terrace, which is not mentioned. Overall, the apartment is of a good size with nice modern amenities. The kitchen could do with a kettle, and maybe an extra clean before arrival. But in general, it is a lovely apartment and perfect for 2/3 people.
