Good location and convenient. 2 bottles of complimentary water provided. Self check-in and check-out; time is not flexible as early check-in or late check-out will be penalized. the apartment is spacious yet a bit old.

Отаратительно жлобское место. За 90 евро в сутки вы не получите абсолютно ничего! Грязный номер, в апартаментах нет, ни кофемашины, ни соли. Даже губки для мытья посуды нет. За оставленную немытую посуду штраф 30 евро, есть посудомоечная машина, Но средства для мойки нет! Есть капельная кофеварка, тл что кофе нет, это ожидаемо, но нет фильтров для клфе. За разбитую чашку (родом из Икеи) +30 Евро к прайсовой цене. По правилам проживания вы должны убраться за собой, вымыть полы, если владельцы сочтут, что все равно грязно штраф как вы уже догодались 30 Евро. Процедура Чек-инн это отдельный Ад!!! И можно было бы сказать, что ты платишь эти деньги за классные дизайнерские апартаменты, но дизайн не соответствует картинкам в интернете, ужасного цвета кухня и ванная комната, в которой опять же ничего нет)

Pessimo: appartamento sporco, maltenuto, mal fornito. Abbiamo chiesto un appartamento per tre persone oltre al letto matrimoniale c'era un divano normale privo di lenzuola e coperte. Da dimenticare.

um teclado normal na maquina de check in, melhoraria e faria o processo ficar mais celere.
As informacoes complementares para os utentes devem estar nos quartos e em lugares bem visiveis (atras de uma porta que abre contra a parede nao é boa opção). coloquem por cima da mesa ou afixem em lugar por onde se circule.
Já é hora de trocar a maior parte das toalhas. Estão cansadas, muito cansadas.

Am Automat einchecken, Wohnung nicht sauber, Küche ist ok, erst mal Klopapier und Duschgel kaufen gegangen. Das Kontinentale Frühstück bestand aus einer Pappschachtel mit zwei kleinen Brötchen, ein bisschen Marmelade und ein kleines Fläschchen Milch und O-Saft, das um sieben vor die Tür gestellt wurde. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Apartamento amplio y comodo, muy bien situado y con una hermosa terraza. Debería mejorar el mobiliario . Contras: la vajilla y cubiertos estaban completamente sucios, las sábanas y toallas viejas y pequeñas. Una frazada para cuatro. Una pena pues es un bonito y espacioso apartamento.

The location of this apartment was great with good access to local transport and within walking distance of the old town. However the apartment itself is in desperate need of an upgrade. The bathroom was quite unpleasant with mould all round the bath and extending to the area around the sink. The towels provided were grey and thin and in my opinion need throwing away. A dirty towel had been left in the cupboard under the sink and I feel the whole place needs a deep clean. The bed was OK but pushed up against a wall with no room to move it due to a fixed shelf on the other side so making it difficult to get out on one side. The kitchen was clean but very dated and I feel a programme of maintenance is needed for example the wardrobe door was only held on with 2 hinges and in danger of falling off. In its current condition I would not recommend this apartment.

The location was very good. The apartment very well insulated. The kitchen with all the necessary tools although some glasses were dirty. The bed comfortable. the TV, programs and wifi very good. It was a little difficult to use the kiosk at the entrance and nobody told us that the front door code was the same as the room code. We tried the first given code for the front door and it did not work. So we have to contact the staff by message and ask what was going on. Nobody cleaned the room on Saturday although we had plenty of towels for that day some water with gas and still water were brought on the first day, which was very good. The worst thing that the apartment had was the ants. They appear on the dining table, kitchen and bathroom. the floor not too clean and neither the bathroom. Overall OK. the check in should be improved because it makes the arrival uncomfortable and unsure.

Good things - good city location and quiet place. Bad things - ants in the appartment! Even in bed. Asked staff to get rid of them twice, but they returned. Could be more clean appartment too. Breakfast box was poor. Overpriced according conditions.

The rooms are small but clean. The problem with this place is there is no front desk or any staff to assist you. There is a kiosk that you use to check in. It is terrible system, we had a problem using the machine and called on a telephone to an agent who was rude and incompetent . Forty five minutes to check-in to 3 prepaid rooms. They also checked one of our rooms to an either occupied room of it was never cleaned. Back on the phone again.Broken shower,back to the phone. Not with the trouble.

Had to use intercom upon initial visit to be granted access to the automated check-in machine. Had to pay 1 euro person per night first by credit card.The machine issued an access code to have access to the front automated sliding doors and for suite doors.Arrived early due to flight. The service rep told us to wait in the lobby (or leave items/luggage in locked storage compartments. We were granted earlier check in but not sure if we will be charged for it.The code issued failed and thus had to inquire for a new code to be issued.Upon the last night staying there was extensive renovations in the floors above. Jackhammering and loud conversations in the floors above. Went downstairs and tried to connect to the service attendant numerous times but failed. Finally, got connected and was informed that they have the right to continue renovations up and including 10:00pm as it is permitted by city by-law. Not too pleased as we had an very early flight in the morning. Very nerve wrecking at times just thinking about it. Service attendant was not pleasant to deal with on the last night. Quite condescending and rude.Anna, the service attendant is quite pleasant to speak to as she did get us into our room earlier. Love the housekeeping person (contracted out to third party) as she provided much needed toileries and towels. Would possibly consider coming back to this property in future...may not. Central location near Marques de Pombal Metro station.

The hotel is located near the center, which is very convenient and practical. Just 2 minutes and you are in the midst of the incredible beauty and grandeur of Lisbon. The room is comfortable and compact, looks modern. If necessary, you can contact the hotel staff through the terminal located in the lobby by calling on Skype. You will be gladly helped and assisted in every possible way. The overall impression is positive so I recommend it.

Do not come near. Give us less then we paid for room and said that there's nothing to do cause there's no room left and wouldn't agree to give us our money back and said your problem go to booking . So they hang up the phone on my face and didn't answer my call since.There's load noises of water from the ceilings. The water in the shower as a smell of dirt. And one of the doors of the kitchen fell from itself on me and broke the all stove .luckily I moved fast and it didn't fell on my had. Thay said sorry and that's it! I never saw horrible place and staff like that. Nothing like the pictures!!!

La ubicación es muy buena, pero lo que se ve que antes era un buen apartamento se ha ido deteriorando y no arreglan lo que se va estropeando hay cosas que no funcionan como algun electrodomestico. La limpieza es muy por encima y en algunas partes ni por encima. Creo que con mejor limpieza y pequeños arreglos mejoraría mucho.

Hotel com comodidades médias. Tivemos problemas com a água quente e lençóis que não estavam no quarto. Estes problemas foram relatados e resolvidos, no entanto estes problemas não deveriam ter ocorrido.

Good location, 2 free bottle of water, available kitchen rolls and dishwasher tablets. Great free speedy wi-fi broadband and cable TV. Silent air-conditioned. Hot water in the shower took ages to flow. If the pillow cases had been changed from previous guests or on the day we reported it I would have given better scores.

Está muy bien situado, justo al lado de la parada de metro Marqués de Pompal. Cosas a mejorar: sobre todo la limpieza, el suelo y la mesa del comedor dejaban bastante que desear. La caldera del agua caliente era difícil de calibrar en la ducha, o sale muy fría o muy caliente. Por lo demás bien, sitio tranquilo y acojedor.

Positive: The easy location and how easy things seem to be. Also, you barely see people or get in contact with them. Introverts might love it.. Negative: They don’t accept some documents for the check in, I had to wait till the rest of the people who I was staying with to come, to use their documents to enter the room. The tv wasn’t the best image quality, the couch kinda ripped and the bathroom had a really weird smell. Overall it was okay.

Positiva: Checkin sencillo a través de una pantalla, sin necesidad de quedar con nadie.Entrada en la habitacion por código que te envian al correo. Regalo botella de agua. Servicio de limpieza, tiran la basura, hacen las camas y cambian las sabanas. Tiene lo básico para usar y limpiar la cocina. . Negativa: Reservamos este apartamento pero por un problema nos cambiaron a un apartamento de hello lisbon cais do sodré sin consultar. Acabamos en un apartamento con una niña menor de un año en la misma calle de fiesta de Lisboa. Si bien el apartamento estaba bien y bastante insonorizado no nos gustó este cambio sin avisar cuando ya lo teniamos todo planificado.
Del desayuno y la fruta que se ofrecia en este apartamento no vimos nada en el otro.

Positivo: Do atendimento e atenção prestada, mesmo não sendo presencial.. Negativo: As falhas na máquina do quiosque durante o check-in. Levamos mais de 20 minutos para fazer o check-in, muito tempo especialmente quando se viaja com crianças que estavam cansadas e ensonada.

Negativa: El sofá cama era difícil de abrir debido a la manta. Tuvimos que retirar la manta (con lo que pesaba).
Al llegar, el kiosco del check-in nos hacía volver a abonar el pago ya efectuado (no sólo el impuesto turístico, todo!). Y al centro de atención les costó un poco solucionar el problema.

Négatif: Difficile d’avoir l’eau de la douche à température désirée. Il fallait laisser l’eau couler pendant 10 minutes, puis elle était bouillante ; ensuite il fallait attendre en diminuant.... la robinetterie pour la douchette ne fonctionnait pas ...bref pas agréable.

Positief: ruim verblijf op een nog te lopen afstand van het centrum en nabij een metrostation. Negatief: lastig om van een machine de cijfercode van de accommodatie te krijgen, geen personeel in het gebouw, contact via intercom en in 4 dagen maar één keer even het bed opgemaakt en handdoeken vervangen zonder verdere schoonmaak.

El apartamento cómodo y bien comunicado. Lástima que el último día tuvimos que convivir con unos vecinos ruidosos e irrespetuosos que nos despertaron a las 6 de la mañana (estuvieron hasta las 8.45 que se fueron) con sus ruidos, gritos, carreras por la habitación, golpes. A pesar de que nos quejamos, al no haber recepción ni personal no respondieron hasta las 13 horas con lo que ya habíamos perdido horas de sueño. Una lástima que no haya una normativa de civismo con unos horarios y regimen sancionador claros para este tipo de situaciones.

The apartment was quite comfortable and had a lovely terrace. The area is really good (there is a mini-market, and a lovely restaurant called Olla two blocks away) though be ready to walk up/down hill (as everywhere in Lisbon). All the facilities worked fine, and they have a 24 hour help line in case you have any issues. The apartment is great for a couple, or family with toddlers, and very safe.

Положительный: Заезд по коду, самолёт задержался, заселялись уже на другой день, не смогла ввести автоматически свои данные, но в холле есть на эти случай бесплатный телефон, сразу зарегестрировались и сообщили номер и код апартаментов.. Негативный: Диван несколько потрепан. Белье на диван даже с дырочками. Хорошо, что на одну ночь, зато очень близко к Sixt car rental centro. Пешком 10 минут.

Positive: The driver -Nuno Alves. Was the key person for me. Since I had the long business trip (2 weeks), he was driving me to the work (Amadora, which is the suburb of Lisbon) and back every day. Drove me to the airport and back as well. Always punctual in a minute, friendly, kind of person which after 2 days you have the feeling that you know him for 2 years. It was extremely important for me to have somebody like him in order to achieve may professional target. Not only a driver, also somebody who can recommend also some places where to eat, what to visit... Definitely the highest recommendation! If I need to come again to Lisbon again because of business, I would definitely contact him again, because you need to have somebody who is so reliable and helping you not to think about the transfer from the hotel to work and back.

Excelente opção. Apartamento espaçoso, moderno e confortável. Cozinha bem equipada, fizemos varias refeições em casa além do café da manhã. Me senti em casa. E a região da Praça Marquês do Pombal é ótima, metrô a duas quadras.

Негативный: пора подновить кухонную технику в кухне раз уж это апартаменты, где предполагается приготовление пищи, кофемашину было бы неплохо поновее поставить! а также прожженый стол в кухне второй год подряд - ну некрасиво и оторваные шторы не добавляют шарма номеру! мы жили 7 дней-шторы за это время так и не повесили полностью, так и болталась часть шторы на оторванных крючках! и еще - второй раз там останавливаемся и оба раза очень грязные окна!

Θετικό: Η τέλεια βεράντα στον 7ο όροφο Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο, το ίδιο και το μπάνιο Το προσωπικό άψογο. Αρνητικό: Δεν υπήρχε χώρος πάρκινγκ για μας, και έπρεπε να ψάξουμε να βρουμε πάρκινγκ το οποίο στην πόλη ειναι ακριβό. (την ημέρα 31 ευρώ)
Ο καναπές για το τρίτο άτομο, ήταν εξαιρετικά άβολος και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα για αυτόν (κουβέρτες) ήταν τριμμένα και παλιά

Положительный: Отличное месторасположение, легко добираться до интересующих мест как пешком (придется подвигать ногами), так и на транспорте. Рядом супермаркет и кондитерская-кофейня с вкуснейшими пирожными (если есть желание увезти их с собой, то не полагайтесь на аэропорт, в кондитерской они свежие и ценой ниже). Обязательно посетите Синтру (если есть возможность, то выделите на это минимум 2 дня). Поездка на такси из аэропорта ночью стоила 19 евро, в аэропорт - 10 евро в 5 часов утра. Приятного вам путешествия!. Негативный: В Hello Lisbon останавливались с 27 октября по 3 ноября. Окна выходили на улицу. В соседних высотных зданиях проводился ремонт, было шумно. Пришлось спать с закрытыми окнами.

Positiu: Apartament ampli i molt còmode. Amb detalls, com la cistella amb fruita de benvinguda gratuïta. Servei diària de neteja de l'apartament. El check-in fàcil al tenir les claus d'accés. Facilitat en deixar les maletes ja que tenen unes consignes al mateix bloc dels apartaments. Està molt a prop del metro/busos i hi ha supermercats i bars a la zona. Repetirem segur!. Negatiu: Per posar alguna cosa, que al bany hi havia poca llum

负面: 离地铁站近，房间还是蛮干净的。. 正面: 因为看到网站上介绍有洗衣机，所以订了这家，实际是房间里没有，在一楼有公共洗衣机。网站上卫生间照片应该是房屋刚装修好拍的吧，实际旧旧的，水压小，淋浴的水不稳定，忽大忽小。

While well located for tourist activity, the apartment had too many negative aspects e.g. lumpy bed; leather faced sofa bed (horrible); no duvet cover supplied for sofa bed;, dangerous slippy rug (we had to remove and put in lobby); broken shelf in bathroom; toe stumping door stop in bathroom; welcome fruit basket containing old fruit including a rotten apple. Positives - big kitchen well stocked with equipment.

Situado a 1.8 km del centro de Lisboa en una zona llena de hoteles y con el parque Eduardo VI al lado. Se llega al centro en 15 minutos y tienes al lado una parada de metro y un intercambiador de autobuses. Los apartamentos están bien y tienen buena relación calidad/precio.

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja ok, zaraz przy stacji metra. Śniadania świeże i dostarczane bezpośrednio do apartamentu. Przestronny apartament. Internet hula. Negatywna: Niestety zdjęcie apartamentu nie do końca zgadzało sie z rzeczywistym faktem - taras rzeczywiście duży ale z nieciekawym sąsiedztwie. Śniadania świeże, ale co ranek to samo (nie można jeść bułki z dżemem 4 dni z rzędu ;)

Overall happy with my stay except for the lack of hot water. It took 5 minutes for the shower to get warm and within 3 minutes it would be frigid again. This ruined what would have been a great stay.

Found the online staff brilliant. Any queries were dealt with efficiently and with courtesy. Room clean and facilities good. Was family trip as had 2 rooms and no complaints from any of us. Good place to stay in Lisbon. Supermarket close by and loads of restaurants within short distance walk to harbour. A map listing directions to walk to these would be a good idea as we arrived at night.

Positiv: Sehr freundliche Dame im Office, die uns sehr gut über die Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten beriet.. Negativ: Für die Zusatzliege gab es nur eine Bettwäsche.
Das Tiefkühlfach war total vereist, sodass die Kühlschranktüre nicht mehr zuging. Das hätte dem Personal auffallen müssen.

Positief: uitzicht was goed op binnentuin en sanitair en keuken zijn perfect.. Negatief: erg klein voor 3 personen en geen balkon of terras.

Positief: Super mooi appartement! Kort bij metrostation dus goed te bereiken!. Negatief: Er zit geen vast personeel 24h/24h dus weinig persoonlijk contact, maar er was een telefoon met rechtstreekse lijn naar personeel dus was geen probleem.

Pozitív: Modern épület, modern letisztult berendezés. Jó központi klima.. Negatív: A szobánk terasza mellett van az épület klinikájának központi egysége. Emiatt a terasz zajos. Szomszéd szoba zaja áthallatszódott. Nincs redőny a konyhaablakon, emiatt reggel a nap nagyon betűz (nyár közepén voltunk ott). A konyhából apróbb felszerelések hiányoztak ( dugóhúzó, sör- és konzervnyitó.)

Pozitiv: apartament spatios, dotat foarte bine, foarte curat.. Negativ: nu am avut sampon,gel de dus decat dupa 4 zile de la cazare.nu verifica nimeni daca sunt sau nu aceste produse in baie .micul dejun a fost doar pentru doua persoane si noi am rezervat si platit pentru 3 persoane.

Hello Lisbonne est bien placé et lappartement est bien aménagé, vous faites tout tout seul car il ny a pas de réception. Pour nous cela nous convenait.

Très très bonne accueil de Rita, la guide touristique, qui nous a très bien expliqué,quoi voir de Lisbonne.Lappartement est propre. Nous avons apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue, corbeille de fruits frais.Bref ,super moment

excellent location, close to tube station close to the city centre. though the apartment is close to a major city junction there was not much of a road noise in the night. clean tidy room, towels everyday, wifi etc.... apartment is compact but adequate. the only issue is that the apartment is not sound proofed and if your neighbour decides to play TV in full volume, you get to hear it as well....

a great new apartment idea - we (couple with teenage son) had a great stay. Within easy walk of Lisbon city centre and close to many fabulous sights. We enjoyed the walk down the Avenida and took the Metro back up (we loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the Metro too).
