Great welcoming and attitude from the owner! He let us take his bikes around the coast - it was very nice of him. Place is quiet and coasy.

Bom acolhimento e disponibilidade. Próximo da praia e do centro. Quarto confortável mas tinha muito pó e a manta dava muita comichão, provavelmente tinha ácaros. Precisa de uma limpeza profunda da roupa de cama principalmente e do pó. Dava ideia que o quarto já estava fechado a algum tempo.

とても存した気分 · 部屋は名前通り　5部屋あるようだ。その五部屋にシャワールーム兼トイレは１つ。これは不便。 オーナーは部屋を常に満室にすることを考え、チェックインを１５時にしてきた。（次の日のチェックアウトは猶予なき昼１２時）三日予約していた部屋を一日だけオーバーブッキングを理由にキャンセルしてきた。　仕方がないので予約の日をずらした。 海でゆっくりしたいのに前日チェックイン午後三時で翌日昼なんてゆっくりできないでこの価格は存した気分。オーナーは過重予約取りすぎ

This is a wonderful place to stay in Costa da Caparica! We went there for surfing and stayed at the 5th Element for a week. The place is very peaceful, cozy and relaxing. There is a spacious yard where you can chill in the sitting area or relax in an hammock. The kitchen is really nice and has everything you might need for cooking or just making a coffee. The rooms are very cozy and quiet and we slept very well. Richard and his wife are wonderful people and we had some great conversations. Also, they helped us a lot during our stay. Their awesome dog was always up for playing but he does not enter the sitting area. Everything is furnished so lovingly and it is very easy to unwind. We highly recommend this place. We rented our beginners' boards from a surf shop just around the corner and booked some surfing classes which are always held with just a handful of people max. The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk from the sea where you can surf as a beginner or - further out in the sea - as a more advanced surfer. Also just a few minutes walk from there you can find very good restaurants (we recommend the Mercado for really special food but any restaurant there is really good), cafes/lunch spots (like the Ahoy with amazing fruit juices, smoothie bowls, salads, sandwiches etc.), ATMs, surf shops, super markets and everything else you need. If you are going to Costa da Caparica we recommend staying at the 5th element.

An ideal place to spend a few days, economic, very clean and nice. Very friendly owners. I would repeat on another occasion. Un lugar ideal para pasar unos días, económico, bonito y limpio. Los propietarios muy atentos y amables. Repetiría en otra ocasión.
