The best apartments to stay in Lisbon. The service is very easy and responsive, we arrived at 8am and when we called a very sweet girl answered the phone and helped us with our check in dispite our off hours. partments are very clean, modern and well equipped.

Don‘t stay here! I‘ve never been in a location noisier than this one - loud music until late in the morning - you are not going to sleep!
Service is bad. Rooms are not really clean but ok. Location is good - next to Time Out Market - disadvantage is you have the smell of 30 restaurants in your room when you open the window.
There are better places!

Excellent location walkimf distamce to many attractions and restaurants, clean apartments and river view ones are lovely, helpful staff, apartments equipped with good kitchen and utensils. Yet small details when staying in serviced apartments if available will be great like an inhouse laundry service or even self service but in the same builidng will be great. The curtains when rolled down are not clean from the sides. The bathroom bidet installation fitting is getting ruined ..maintenance is important to stay upscale... but i do recommend the place highly.

Empty bottles of shampoo still in the bathroom, but most importantly they blocked access to my appartment on my third day, because I still had to pay tourist tax. This as I originally arrived outside of office hours (10-17). They did this without informing me, so I had to find out for myself by addressing the security officer on duty. No notification at all or payment method provided.
After having to call 5stars and providing my CC information they promised to call the security officer to provide access to my appartment again. I waited for 15 min, but nothing happened. So I called them again and then they asked me if I could pass my phone to the security officer... I let them call the security officer themselves as they had promised to do to start with.
My bill of a couple hundred Euro’s were paid in advance, but they completely ruined a positive customer experience for just over four Euros.
Good location, but plenty of excellent alternatives. I travel regularly to Lison for work, but will not come back to any 5stars location due to disregard of proper customer service.

Забавные мультифункциональные шкафы в номере: и посудомойка, и холопьему, и раковина – все это занимает минимальное пространство, очень эргономично. Единственное замечание – когда приехали, столкнулись с получасовым отсутствием персонала ресепшн и толпой гостей, ожидающих заселения с добрых 40 минут.

Great apartment, the price is great value for the size and services. The location is perfect! quiet area but 10 minutes walking from everything! We loves the location! Just a negative point on the reception hours, even if the receptionnist were nice, most of the time, there is security because there a re not always open and they are very bad, not hello, we told them the card was not working, he said it's not my problem, very rude. Change the security company you are working with!!

Je vous déconseille ce logement.
Les chambres côté rue donnent sur une boîte de nuit ouverte tous les soirs.
Autant dire que vous dormirez peu ou mal surtout avec des enfants, ce qui est notre cas.
Je vous le déconseille vivement.

Este espaço o atendimento é péssimo fizeram me esperar mais de uma hora a porta para fazer check in. Queriam tambem entregar o apartamento depois das 22h para me cobrarem uma taxa, pois a funcionária nao poderia estar no local antes das 22h. Nao recomendo.

Certes une bonne localisation mais aucun service habituel ( pas de café, petit déjeuner,, ni de nettoyagd des chambres) surtout si vous voyagez.pour des motifs professionnels à éviter absolument car il nous sera délivré aucune facture....

Stayed 5 days, was told towels would be changed half way but weren't. Had to buy own toilet paper, had to empty dishwasher on arrival, had problem checking in on arrival..... All that said it was a nice building in a good area right next to time out market

Un emplacement idéal certes, une belle décoration mais à éviter... pas de machine à laver, pas de cafetière, une climatisation bruyante et beaucoup de placards vides... très décevant ! Bien cher pour ce que c'est

I won't recommend this apartment. First, they don't offer cleaning accept for the initial check in. My son, my wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were given 3 stinky little shampoo/body wash bottles. When they ran out on the second day, we asked for more but never got it. Staff were not available when we left the apartment in the morning and when we came back after dinner. The photos from the web site are way better than the actual room. See the photos of the broken stuff. The design isn't user friendly either. While hair dryer is put in the washroom but there is no power plug. There are plugs in the room but no mirror....During the weekend, people partied till 5am and it was very noisy and kept us awake. The only positive is proximity to Time Out Market.

Los apartamentos de 10. Son muy grandes. Estan equipados con todo lo necesario.
La cocina que está integrada en el salon tiene todo lo necesario. Incluso tiene lavavajillas.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our apartment was broken into and all our luggage was ripped and stolen. This place is NOT SAFE AT ALL! No cameras, the flat has a code system and anyone pretty much can get in. The hotel did nothing to help, we called the police and they only turned up after 3 hours. Laptops, jewellery, phone, all was taken – when reporting to the hotel they said that there was NOTHING they could do plus this was the SECOND time this happened as another guest had his flat robbed one month prior to this incident. NOT FIVE STARS at all and surely hotel staff is stealing guests as they had access to the flat plus the day of then incident they knew we were outside of Lisbon as we mentioned over the phone do perfect timing for planning something like this! DESPICABLE!!!

On a holiday when there is no nightlife it’s a perfect stay.
Located at a perfect spot.
Check in is with a locker code. Appartment is spacious and has an individual stylish furniture design. Amenities are enough. Even the sofa beds are comfy.
Minus one star for not the cleanest bathroom, also you can clearly hear everything from the streets, with windows locked on the top floor.
Dish soap was dirty from the oxygenation of the bottle

Amazing place, super staff, very nice stay. I have got early check in for free. Probably it is a bit loud in the night, but i was ok with it. Super clean. Nice and modern furniture. There also was a coffee machine with capsules. Bottle of water for free. Aircon supercomfy. Nice shower.

Tres bel immeuble très bien rénové, très bien meublé, très bonne literie, par contre odeur d'eau usées dans l'appartement du aux vieilles canalisations dixit le bailleur. Sinon une situation géographique au top et une vue sublime sur le Tage.

It’s above a nightclub. I have not slept the entire night. I’m on the fourth floor and the windows are completely closed and it yet the walls are still shaking.
Do NOT waste your money here if you value sleep. I am writing this review at 1am because the music is so loud and does not stop until 5am.

Nos encontramos una cucaracha pequeña el primer día y dos grandes la última noche. Mi mujer a penas durmió solo de pensar que podrían estar en otras partes del apartamento.
Si lo hubiéramos visto antes habríamos dejado el apartamento sin duda.

위치는 좋지도 나쁘지도않은 중간위치이고
아파트앞에 마트가 있어서 장보기는 편합니다.
화장실에서 지독한 하수구냄새가나서 화장실가기가 싫을정도네요..주변에 클럽, 술집이 모여있어서 저녁에 소음이 있습니다.

Very very very bad experience! DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE! No hot water and air conditioner in the midnight and no one to take care! Sudden Extra chanrges without reasonable explanation AFTER LEAVING! FEEL SUPER UNSAFE FOR MY ACCOUNT! LIE about the fact to the booking!!!

Positiva: La ubicacion. Negativa: Dejije un smart watch cargando en la pieza con las maletas adentro mientras el servicio de mucama limpiaba la pieza y cuando volvi a buscar los bolsos este habia sido robado. No supe a quien más preguntar y me dijeron que no encontraron nada. Por mas que insisti en que estaba cuando nos fuimos, porque fue lo unico que se nos perdio, no obtuvimos respuesta al respecto. Seguimos preguntando, pero ya ni siquera nos contestan, es una pesima experiencia sentirse inseguro y perder un aparato que uno quiere y cuida tanto.

Positif: L'appartement était spacieux et le personnel très serviable. Pour info, personne ne parle le français mais l'anglais est couramment utilisé. La situation géographique de l'hôtel permet de se déplacer facilement (Belem, Baixa, Chiado....). Négatif: Il y avait une odeur d'égout trés incommodante dans l'appartement venant des canalisations. Par ailleurs, l'ascenseur était en panne pendant deux jours alors que nous étions logés au 4ème étage. L'appart'hotel est situé également à côté du TIME OUT, il y a donc beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à tard dans la nuit

Positief: Goed appartement! Alles was aanwezig. Zeer goede ligging, dichtbij een treinstation, naast een overdekte markt! Ontbijtbox was ook voldoende. Omdat we een late vlucht hadden, mochten we onze baggage in een afgesloten ruimte laten, zeer handig! Vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts (wel maar tussen 10u en 17u aanwezig). goed beveiligd (securityman 24 op 24 aanwezig). Negatief: toen we toekwamen, moesten we 1.5 uur wachten om in te checken omdat de receptie pas open ging om 10u. Weinig vuilbakken, na 3 dagen waren de vuilbakjes in de badkamer en keuken reeds vol (appartement wordt pas om de 3 dagen gepoetst)

Positief: De kamers waren ruim en confortabel. Het was werkelijk wat we verwachtten. De ligging van het appartement was ideaal voor ons.. Negatief: We hadden het idee, dat de organisatie, die vertegenwoordigd werd door het TEAM, niet genoeg handelingsvrijheid had. Ze wisten van de kleine gebreken die we ze meldden, maar er werd kennelijk niets mee gedaan. Dat was jammer.

Positive: La camera era spaziosa, veramente molto bella e pulita. Il Wi-Fi non sempre era funzionante . La struttura è ottimamente ubicata a due passi dalla metro e vicinissima al Time Out Market . Lo staff molto gentile ci ha anticipato il check in e ci ha prenotato il taxi per l’aeroporto visto che partivamo di notte. Negazione: La nostra camera era al quarto piano. Siamo arrivati e dopo essere saliti in camera l’ascensore si è rotto. Dopo ben 5 giorni l’ascensore era ancora fuori uso e ci siamo fatti 4 piani di scale per svariate volte al giorno compreso il trasporto delle valigie per 4 piani il giorno della partenza . Inammissibile!

Positive: L'appartamento è ben arredato, funzionale e spazioso. La posizione è molto comoda vicino al metro e al centro città.. Negazione: La camera si affaccia sulla piazza davanti al Time Out Market e la zona è disturbata dal vociare dei passanti fino a tarda notte. Al mio arrivo il frigorifero dell'appartamento non funzionava, il giorno successivo ho segnalato il problema all'impiegato addetto al check-in ma rientrando alla sera il frigorifero era ancora fuori uso mentre erano stati sistemati due problemi di scarico in bagno. Ho chiamato il numero SOS e ho saputo che il frigorifero non era riparabile in tempi brevi, ho dovuto insistere un po' perché trovassero una soluzione alternativa. Alla fine mi hanno dato in uso il frigorifero dell'appartamento accanto che era in via di ristrutturazione.
Per i quattro giorni del mio soggiorno l'ascensore non ha funzionato, fortunatamente ero solo al secondo piano.

Positif: La conception de l'établissement et l'appartement spacieux.. Négatif: Le matelas du lit trop dur. Le canapé-lit pas confortable et difficile à ouvrir.
Pourrait être amélioré par un lit rabattable si la place de la cuisine était décentrée.

Положительный: Очень функциональный номер. Хорошая плита, кофемашина, посуда. Все в достаточном количестве. Расположение апартаментов отличное. Все рядом. Центр(Площадь Коммерции) в 15 минутах ходьбы, вокзал Cais dо Sodrе, пристань( отходят паромы на противоположный берег реки со статуей Христа)- 5-7 минут пешком, рынок со свежей рыбой (Меркаду да Рибейра) 3 минуты
Апартаменты находятся на ровном месте.. Негативный: Нет полотенцесушителей в ванной комнате. Влажный воздух-полотенца не высыхают.

Положительный: Большая квартира. Негативный: Не было питьевой воды в квартире. Приехали поздно, пошли искать ночью воду в городе. В комнатах нет стульев. Работал только один канал по телевизору. А ванной очень тусклый свет, кваситься невозможно. Нас было 4 человека, 8 полотенц и только 2 перекладины, чтобы их повестить.

正面: 入住时间下午3点，太晚了。客人若是上午或早晨到，得拉着行李逛半天才能入住。不过我们提前与房东联系过，是上午10:00入住的，等候了一个半小时入住。

Pozytywna: Bliskość do stacji metra, tramwajów i autobusów, do centrum. Pełne wyposażenie (naczynia i sztućce, lodówka, mikrofalówka, czajnik, żelazko, klimatyzacja, telewizor). Na stacji metra tutejsza Biedronka, czyli Pingo Doce. Bardzo dobry kontakt z recepcją. Mimo, że przybyliśmy po 17.00 to od portiera otrzymaliśmy list z kompletem informacji oraz karty do apartamentu. Polecam wybrać się pociągiem w podróż do Sintry (czas dojazdu ok 1h). Jest tam przepiękny Pałac Milionera wraz z ogrodem - Quinta da Regaleira - na jego zwiedzanie trzeba poświęcić min. 2 godziny (w ogrodzie znajdują się tajemne przejścia). Następnie można się udać autobusem do Zamku Maurów i Pałacu Pena.. Negatywna: Brak miejsc parkingowych, dlatego polecam poruszanie się po Lizbonie komunikacją miejską, która dojeżdża wszędzie :)

Positiivinen: Sijainti loistava. Huoneiston taso loistava ja tilaa oli. Ilmastointi toimi ja helposti käytettävä. Turvallinen huoneisto.. Negatiivinen: Kertaakaan ei viiden vrk. aikana vaihdettu esim. pyyhkeitä (ns. suihkutarvikkeet olemattomat kahdelle henkilölle, samoin wc-paperi). Henkilökunta vastaanotossa vain klo 17.00 asti päivittäin.

חיובי: מלון דירות מעולה וחדש. דירה מרווחת עם שני חדרים נוחים, סלון משותף יפה ומאובזר. מיקום פשוט מעולה הרחובות מסביב שוקקים בלילה והמלון בסמוך לטיים אאוט. איטום מעולה לא שומעים דבר מהדירה.. שלילי: יש קצת פרוצדורה עם הצ'ק אין כי הם נמצאים רק עד 17:00 . אין ארוחת בוקר, אין חניה

חיובי: מיקום הבית היה מצוין, קרוב מאוד לשוק האוכל של ליסבון. תחבורה ציבורית עברה ליד הבנין. ניתן להגיע בצעדה קצרה לחלק מנקודות הענין שמצוית בעיר.
למרות שהיינו במרכז העיר רעש לא חדר לדירה. אורור היה יכול להיות קצת יותר טוב.

الإيجابية: امام الفندق حديقة كبيرة وفيها قهوة صغيرة مع العاب جميلة للأطفال يفرغون طاقتهم فيها ، بينما انت تستريح في القهوة وانت مطمأن ،،،،،. السلبية: كان في صيانة بالأوتيل يبدو وكان الصوت يصحيني بدري جداً جداً ، يبدأون عمل من الساعه 6:00 صباحا !!!!!

الإيجابية: موقع الشقة كان ممتاز يبعد خمس دقائق مشي عن محة الميترو و عن شيادو (
وسط المدينة) ١٠ دقائق مشي و عن المطار ثلث ساعة. حولين الشقة مطاعم

メトロも近くスーパーも近くにある。Time out marketのすぐそば。. 否定的: コーヒーメーカーがドルチェグストだった。ネスプレッソにしてほしい
受付が少ないのでラッシュ時は増員をかなり待ちます。

El sitio genial, el edificio fantástico y el apartamento moderno, cálido, diáfano, calidades muy buenas y detalles constructivos muy muy pensados. Repetiria sin problemas. Solamente resto una estrella por el trato del personal de recepción y seguridad... antipáticos para el trabajo que desempeñan.

Bem localizado, vizinho ao Mercado da Ribeira e com fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos e os points de badalação no centro histórico.

Hadde det meste av det utstyr vi hadde behov for.
Sentral beliggenhet og lett å ta seg rundt i byen enten til fots eller ved bruk av kollektivtransport.
Salongstolene var behagelige å sitte i.. Negativ: Lys ved inngansparti og garderobe manglet.
Rikelig med skap, men savnet skap med kleshengere.
Kjøkken: manglet stekespade.
Bord og stoler: Savnet to høyere stoler som ville være mer behagelige å sitte i ved måltider.
I bookingen stod det at håndklær skiftes hver tredje natt. Vi var der i fire netter, men håndklær ble ikke skiftet.
