Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Tramlinie 28, Stellplatz in Garage, tolle Ausstattung, gute Kommunikation und einfacher Check-in, einzige Kritik: es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr / Kochtöpfe für 4 Personen sein.

Beste Wohnung, die ich je in Lissabon hatte. T2 Appartment (Castelo de São Jorge im 4. Stock) mit 2 trennbaren sehr großzügigen Bad-Schlafzimmer Kombinationen. Hochwertig und mit allem, was man so braucht, eingerichtet. So ähnlich würde ich wohnen wollen, wenn ich hier dauerhaft wäre. Werde ich sofort wieder nehmen, wenn ich das nächste Mal da bin.
Für 4 Personen, die sich gut kennen aber auch als Firmenwohnung für 2 Kollegen bestens geeignet. Die 28 hält direkt vor dem Haus, ein Supermarkt ist gegenüber. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metro Cais do Sodré oder 15 nach Baixa-Chiado. Die Gegend selbst ist ruhig und traditionell. Nicht touristisch. Das ist sein Geld definitiv wert.

This apartment was excellent. It was in a great location - quiet but very convenient for getting about Lisbon, and very close to lots of good restaurants and a very good mini-supermarket. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of space. The only (very slight) criticism would be the glass walls to the two en-suites - opaque, but you could still see when someone was having a shower when you walked down the corridor!Lisbon itself is wonderful, a beautiful and very friendly city. The only downside was the pickpocket who lifted my mobile phone somewhere in the ferry terminal or on the ferry itself.

Absolutely no complaints, this place is phenomenal and would highly recommend. Super convenient, clean, spacious and comfortable. Owner and staff are amazing.

Tout est neuf, propre et de bon goût. L’appartement est très calme et bien équipé. A notre arrivée, une corbeille de fruits et des bouteilles d’eau étaient posés sur la table. C’est une gentille attention. Il y a une supérette et une boulangerie à deux pas et la possibilité de garer la voiture dans un garage. Nous avons passé 3 jours et le ménage a été fait au milieu du séjour. Il y a quelques échantillons de pastilles pour le lave vaisselle ainsi que dosettes pour la machine à café . Le top!

Bien situé pour une petite famille car tranquille mais à 5 minutes de tramway (arrêt en face) du Chiado. Épicerie à 1 minute de marche. Propre et confortable.

Hemos ido a Lisboa en diciembre y ha sido todo un acierto alojarnos en este apartamento, muy bien decorado y moderno, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, una cocina bien equipada,bien insonorizada de los ruidos de la calle ..todo tipo de detalles que juntos hacen la estancia perfecta.
Genial ubicación y un trato correcto.
Lo único que creo que podrían mejorar son las almohadas, demasiado blandas y bajitas.

The apartment is the best apartment we had in our entire trip. Beautiful, spacious and clean, near to everywhere in Lisbon. Free private parking, supermarket and Tram 28 are just across the street. Love the big window and terrace where we could have fresh and cool air in the early morning. The bed is comfy and the shower gel smells so good. We really enjoy staying here. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment was a little further from the activity but that suited us well. We had the convenience of a supermarket just steps from the apartment and we were able to walk everywhere and anywhere we wanted. It was also located close to public transit; trains, trams and subways. The apartment had all the conveniences of home.

The host who welcomed us was very friendly and we were able to leave our bags which were transferred to the apartment when it was ready. We couldn’t fault the apartment, it exceeded our expectations. We were on the top floor with a small balcony at the front and a larger balcony at the back with table and chairs. A great supermarket was just across the road for everything we needed. The famous no 28 runs just outside and it is a short walk to other bus and tram options. We were able to find great restaurants within walking distance.

Super big, complete, clean and trendy apartments. You have the 28th tram stop just in front of the door and a supermarket 20 seconds away. I really recommend this

The apartment was very centrally located - close to trams, buses and metro - and with parking available which is a must in this part of Lisbon. The rooms were very clean, neat, and spacious. They also had a small fruit basket and water upon arrival which is always nice. In the evenings the area was quiet too. There were little balconies as well which was lovely. The host was fine but not super responsive or open with information. They didnt come to organize the room but since we were only there a couple of nights it was was fine. Good wifi. Recommended.

Positive: Bernardo was a great host. Lift access to the apartment. Location of the apartment. Limited Parking right below the apartment.. Negative: Bathrooms with glass walls was a little too modern for our liking.

Positive: This was an excellent apartment. Beautifully designed, spacious, well maintained and well equipped. Bedrooms at the back, so very quiet. Living room with lots of sunlight. Right on the tram line and walking distance to almost everything. Housekeeping every 2 days. Certainly one of the nicest that we stayed in during a 10-week trip.

Positiv: Wir haben es sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Toll war auch der Transport von und zum Flughafen.
Ohropax sollte man vorsichtshalber einstecken! Es werden gerne Partys im Haus gefeiert, was uns ansonsten aber nicht weiter gestört hat .

Appartamento molto bello e funzionale soprattutto se si viaggia con gruppo numeroso (almeno 5-6 persone) visto l'enorme spazio a disposizione. Unico neo, costo eccessivo per un late check-out (75 euro in più).....infatti avendo il volo di ritorno in serata ed avendo dei bambini preferivamo lasciare l'appartamento alle 15 anziché alle 11:30 ma il costo elevato ci ha fatto desistere. É presente nel palazzo un comodo parcheggio interno....cosa da non sottovalutare dato che l'appartamento si trova in pieno centro

Положительный: Огромный, очень уютный и удобный номер. Раз в 2 дня персонал делает уборку. Вид из окна на старую улицу - очень атмосферно, особенно по вечера при свете фонарей. Есть лифт. Очень удобная кровать.
Отдельно отмечу, что есть свой гараж, думаю, машин на 5. Это очень удобно тем, кто планирует арендовать автомобиль на несколько дней, так как на улице припарковаться сложно, свободных мест мало.Дополнительных денег за это платить не нужно.

负面: 公寓房十分舒适，特别是站在客厅阳台可以看见古老的28路电车驶过。公寓对面有超市加上设备齐全的厨房用具，简直有家的感觉。地理位置优越，坐了28路电车5-6分钟就可以到热闹的贾武士广场,。房东哥哥非常NICE，特别带给我们一张里斯本的地图，并且标注了我们想去的地方位置及公交路线。. 正面: 厕所没有排风设施

Positif: La situation géographique de l'appartement, situé en plein centre ville .Facilement accessible en métro depuis l'aéroport.Situé dans une rue peu passante donc calme. L'accueil par notre hôte, simple, rapide et efficace.. L'appartement était grand, propre, lumineux et bien décoré.Nous disposions d'un grand séjour et salon, d'une cuisine disposant de différents équipements, d'un WC et de 2 chambres avec pour chacun une salle de bains privative.Le linge de toilette est fourni. De nombreux rangements sont à disposition. Deux bouteilles d'eau, une corbeille de fruits et quelques dosettes de café (4) étaient mis à notre disposition lors de notre arrivée.. Négatif: Le manque de quelques ingrédients tels que sel, sucre, huile et vinaigre qui permettraient de profiter pleinement de la cuisine. De même du linge de cuisine (torchon, essui-mains) serait le bienvenu .

Très bien situé pour les visites des lieux pittoresques de Lisbonne. Idéal pour se reposer au calme après de longues marches. Tram 28, petite supérette et boulangerie dans la rue.... Tout à disposition !

Positif: Très bonne literie et appartement spacieux. Très bien situé,à coté des sites touristiques, mercado do ribeira, praça de commercio, cais de sodre, etc...
Très bon accueil de la part de Joao. Idéalement situé à côté d'une boulangerie Française "Baguettes et Cornets" Rua Sao Bento qui fait du très bon pain et de très bons sorbets.. Négatif: Ménage à revoir car pas d'aspirateur passé en l'espace d'une semaine.

חיובי: מארחים מצויינים, מתעניינים עם רצון רב לתת עזרה. מיקום מעולה!! הכל ברמה מאוד גבוהה.
הדירה המושלמת בליסבון. שלילי: אנחנו הגענו עם רכב מאוד גדול, והחנייה הייתה קצת קשה כי היו שם עוד מספר רכבים מאוד גדולים, אבל דיברנו עם המארחים והם היו נחושים לעזור לנו

Positive: La posizione del palazzo vicina alla fermata del tram 28 e l'ampiezza dell'appartamento. Inoltre la disponibilità dello staff, che ci ha consentito di lasciare le valige nell'edificio, visto che avevamo il volo in tarda serata.. Negazione: Non è facilissimo da trovare la prima volta venendo dall'aeroporto, ma questo, purtroppo, è un problema insuperabile.

Very good location. Near nice restaurants. Go to Pratinho Feio and Fada dos Mares (very nice- upscale and not expensive). Madragoa Café is ok. All within a few blocks. Make reservations before. Apt. is across the street from supermarket.There is no staff on site, but apt. gets cleaned every two days.

Very clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. Service was great as was location. Only complaint would be with the parking, which is the primary reason I booked at this specific property. The garage is VERY tight and is supposed to fit 5 cars, but this entails blocking other vehicles in if you are one of the last to enter. We awoke on the morning of our departure to find we had been blocked in and had to knock on doors to figure out who the vehicles owner was.
