Die Unterkunft liegt nur ein paar Minuten zu fuss von der Metro Station Alameda entfernt. Die Anreise vom Flughafen ist schnell, problemlos und mit 1,50€ pro Fahrt unschlagbar günstig.In das Apartment gelangt man per zahlencode, den man ein paar Tage vorher per Email zugesandt bekommt. Es ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Im Bad war etwas Schimmel an der Decke zu sehen, bleibt aber bei den alten Häusern lissabons wahrscheinlich nicht aus. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Comfortable apartment, the kids loved the bunk beds.The area, although very central and close to major attractions, is NOT pleasant. Its a dingy part of town and we felt uncomfortable walking there in the evening.

Booked this location. Got to property. They said there was no booking. Had to find another place at midnight, while hauling around luggage in Lisbon. Was forced into another property with no other options that cost significantly more. They blamed Hotels.com/Expedia. Ive never had an issue in my ten years with Hotels.com. Property wasnt help - nobody on site, and not willing to resolve the issue.

If you get the Deluxe studio in the basementIts horrible! Incredibly expensive, and does not look like the pictures! Not a nice area, was difficult to find. 3 cab drivers didnt know where it was! Do not stay here!!!

Our first apartment had a terrible smell of drains that pervaded throughout. After one unpleasant night the agency agreed to move us to an upgraded room. However, the bathroom floor was dirty and it was apparent the room had not been cleaned for some time.

Ich hatte ein Apartment im 4. Stock (88 Stufen) und die Aussicht war grandios. Jeden Tag wurde das Bett gemacht und im Bad nach dem Rechten gesehen (Handtücher ausgetauscht). Was mich gestört hat, die Sauberkeit. Der Tisch war nicht abgewischt, das Geschirr war nicht 100 % sauber, da die Nutzer selbst spülen mussten. Man sollte wenigstens überprüfen ob das Geschirr wirklich sauber ist. Die Falttür zwischen Schlafbereich und Küche hatte Kaffeesprenkel überall. Im Bad habe ich noch Haare vom Vornutzer gefunden. Ansonsten war die Wohnung hell und freundlich. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Appartement au top du top! Nous avons eu un soucis des notre arrivee avec la douche, une personne est de suite intervenue pour regler le problème.Le seul point negatif serait lisolation. Sinon nous avons passé un agreable séjour! Equipement, propreté, situation géographique, tout était parfait.Je recommande ce logement.

Easy location for exploration. Amazing and friendly staff on site and on the virtual reception. Very well taken-care of facilities, in great condition and beautiful design. It was a very comfortable stay for our family of four.

The location and view from the apartment was wonderful, we had an apartment where the kitchen over looked the city. The inside of the flat is modern, we were however disappointed to find that the inside of the fridge was very dirty when we arrived and lots of dishes were still in the dishwasher left for us to unpack, we notified the hotel of the fridge using the phone by the staircase but still not cleaned. The room was cleaned daily but not thoroughly. The apartments are also very noisy, when the people above us walked around it sounded like they were in our place and the staircase area was also very noisy.

The apartment was great - light, clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The apartment was difficult to find, and getting there required a great deal of climbing, since the taxis were on strike during our visit. Also, our apartment was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator.

Très beau appartement hôtel sur les hauteurs de Lisbonne il faut des bonnes jambes car beaucoup de marches face à l’appartement Ils font un Escalator prévu en octobre l’appa Est très propre tout blanc avec trois grandes fenêtres un équipement cuisine au top il y a tout comme à la maison Vous pouvez y aller aucune surprise personnel discret juste la femme de ménage tous les jours pas de clés juste des codes pour l’entrée ainsi que la chambre très pratique À 10 minutes à pied du centre de Lisbonne pas besoin de voiture

Gut gelegen, klein und sauber. Etwas ringhörig ansonsten ganz ok. Leider war der Balkon nicht wirklich einladend (Blick an Hauswand). Den Fernseher konnten wir auch nicht wirklich bedienen - war uns aber auch nicht wichtig. Internet ist nicht das schnellste.Schade war dass keine Person vor Ort war um mögliche Tipps und Vorschläge zu geben. Eintritt über Zahlencode der uns per Mail zugesandt wurde. Umständlich war dass wir die Touristenabgabe von ca. 15 Euro sofort über Paypal vorgängig zahlen mussten (keine Zahlung = kein Code). Ansonsten alles in allem ganz ok.

Appartement très propre. Linge changé tous les jours. Lumineux. Spacieux. Une femme de ménage passe tous les jours. Rien à faire. Super pour des vacances. Un peu de bruit à certains étages ou appartements du dessus mais rien de méchant. Avons passé de superbes vacances. La rue est très calme. Boutiques de 1ère nécessité juste à côté.

Location and apartment itself are really great. The only minus is bad communication with the company (they didn’t reply to any of my emails on check in instructions. I had to call them. Also there is no storage for bags before and after checking in/out. However, they have another property where you can store them. But overall, I really like it.

Сочетание цена-качество-расположение-чистота очень даже порадовало!
О чистоте. В комнате есть аромат для дома, кухня и посуда были идеально чисты, комната с кроватью тоже. Да, ванна на четверочку, но к полотенцам претензий нет и учитывая все вышеперечисленные факторы я ставлю за чистоту 4+. Уборка каждый день с 12 до 14.00.
Расположение огонь, вид из окна великолепный. Есть посудомоечная и стиральная машины, тостер, чайник. Всё для того чтобы максимально комфортно провести время в апартаментах. Неподалёку есть большой супермаркет. О достопримечательностях молчу, они все рядом. До набережной 15 минут. А также рядом находится метро. Так что идеально для проживания, рекомендую!

situación excelente, el apartamento muy bien , la única pega es que al viajar adultos la litera no es muy cómoda el piso es un cuarto sin ascensor pero después de andar todo el día por Lisboa cuatro pisos mas no es un problema.Volvería in dudarlo.

Vi åkte till Lissabon med 2 vänner. Boendet vi hade var med 1 dubbelsäng och 2 enkelsängar. Sängarna var sköna och rena. Det bästa med rummet var städningen och renheten. Läget var perfekt också. Men rummet hade sätt bättre dagar. Det var lite så kallat wear & tear Men generellt var rummet bra för 4 nätter. Hade nog bokat ett lite större rum nästa gång bara.

Sadly not the greatest stay. After a very good few days travelling around Lisbon I booked the serviced apartments because I needed a semi-cheap sleep before I drove to the algarve. Unfortunately there was not much sleeping as the bed was just ridiculously uncomfortable to the point where I just didn’t sleep at all. Factor in the noisy stairwell and it was a no go for me. The shower was a bit of a problem, the faucet got scolding hot and I burned my back and arm on it twice. I really didn’t appreciate that.Finally the television did not work, there was a very bad signal so again pointless.

Situation excellent for exploring Lisbon. Air conditioning useful. Great number of towels for 4 people. Fabulous small restaurants around. No obvious recycling facilities. Shower fittings were broken - but useable with care. Outside rest area restricted .

This place was tremendous! Our family of five with three young children worked out perfectly for this spot. What a lovely flat. Situated in a lovely part of town and easy access to town center, shops, parking garage, grocer and restaurants! Staff was pleasant. :)

Très jolie appartement rénové situé en plein centre de Lisbonne , idéal pour visiter et proche des commerces et différents lieux touristiques .
Nous avons été très bien reçu par Manuela qui nous à expliquer les différents lieux à visiter et nous à bien accueilli .
Seul bémol l'immeuble est mal insonorisé et le parquet craque sinon c'est très propre et joliment décoré.

The room was nice and clean and the area near to everything you need to see in Lissabon, only thing is i had EXTREMELY LOUD neighbours above me, I was not able to sleep the whole night. They where screaming and shouting and moving with furniture all the time...unbelieveble...I sent message to the hotel and sent them audio via whatsup with the sound of the neighbours. He called the police and they came after around 30 minutes, but when the police arrived the neighbours stopped making sound, so the police didnt do anything and went away. After they went away the (monkeys) neighbours started jumping and partying again. It was a terrible experience...

Beati quelli che l'hanno trovato "molto pulito". In apparenza lindo abbiamo poi trovato il bagno pulito solo in apparenza. Intorno ai rubinetti la cricca di chi pulisce con una passata e via, capelli ovunque e dopo un breve tragitto scalza avevo un tappetino di polvere sotto i piedi.
Molto buona la posizione (anche se il quartiere non è al top) e super equipaggiato all'interno. C'è anche la lavatrice, molto utile se si viaggia da tanto e se si hanno bambini.
Su lastminute si menziona un parcheggio che in realtà non c'è.

Établissement très bien situé dans un quartier typique aux ruelles agréables où flâner. Entrée avec difficile hyper pratique. Par contre appartement mal entretenu, poussière sous les lits, trace d’urine séchée sur la cuvette des toilettes, serviettes moyennement propre, poignée de porte de la chambre lit double carrément dégoûtante, collante et terrasse hyper sale. Dommage car cet appartement a vraiment de beaux atouts !

We were in the 3rd floor (lots of stairs) but the view from our window was stunning. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bed was really comfortable.

Positivo: A tipologia do apartamento era bonita.
Não haver chave e ser tudo por código, simplifica muito as coisas e torna tudo muito mais fácil para os hóspedes.
A cama é muito confortável.. Negativo: As janelas da kitchenette não fechavam bem, o frigorifico estava um pouco sujo, tal como as paredes do apartamento.
A casa de banho tem sempre um ligeiro cheiro de esgoto, uma coisa um pouco normal neste tipo de edifícios mais antigos, mas podiam ter alguns ambientares para não ser tão notório o cheiro.
A televisão também não estava a funcionar.

Positivo: Decoração agradável. Negativo: O fato de ter uma janela enorme sem qualquer tipo de cortina torna se bastante difícil dormir com tanta claridade a entrar. Ouve se tudo, os passos do vizinho de cima, o barulho que as senhoras da limpeza fazem de manhã, a conversarem aos gritos sem qualquer tipo de respeito pelos hóspedes.

Positief: Het appartement was van alles voorzien. De oven was echt een pluspunt. Verder lekker fris en modern ingericht. Centrale ligging van het appartement. Lekker dicht bij de metro.. Negatief: Rioollucht in het appartement + de directe omgeving rond het appartement viel erg tegen. Wij kwamen 's avonds in het donker aan. In de buurt hingen op meerdere plekken groepen mensen (alcohol, lawaai, afval op straat, muziek), wat een erg onveilig gevoel gaf. Zeker als je met kinderen loopt te zoeken naar je appartement met al je bagage bij je. Bij daglicht zag het buurtje er "authentiek" uit.

Положительный: Полностью укомплектованные апартаменты, в историческом здании, в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей. Понравился вид из окна кухни на город, очень аутентичный. Поскольку были в декабре, то достаточно прохладно, но кондиционер частично решал проблему. Останавливались на несколько дней, по достопримечательностям ходили пешком, иногда такси. Рядом есть место где можно вкусно и недорого позавтракать, чуть ниже по улице кафе которое держит непальская семья, очень вкусно и душевно. В целом все понравилось, но плохой Wi-Fi и шумные французы в соседних апартаментах, немного испортили впечатление так как имеющейся шумоизоляции недостаточно. И еще обратите внимание, что лифта нет, лестница узкая и при наличии большого багажа подъем несколько затруднен. Парковка рядом есть, но свободные места на ней в принципе отсутствовали в любое время, будьте готовы разъезжаться по узким улицам.
Fully equipped apartments, in a historic building, within walking distance of the main attractions. I liked the view from the kitchen window to the city, very authentic. So were in December, it's pretty cool, but the air conditioner on a heating mode partially solved the problem. Nearby there is a place where you can have tasty and inexpensive breakfast, cafe which keeps the Nepalese family. In general, everything was pleasant, but bad Wi-Fi and noisy French family in the neighboring apartments, a little spoiled impression because of the existing noise insulation is not enough. Pozytywna: Obiekt w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko stacji metra, w odległości spaceru od wielu ciekawych miejsc. Nowe wyposażenie wskandynawskim stylu. Miło i przyjemnie. Klimatyzacja daje możliwość ustawienia wybranej przez siebie temperatury. Codzienne sprzątanie i wynoszenie śmieci.. Negatywna: W łazience wydobywa sie brzydki zapach z kanalizacji, trudny do opanowania dostępnymi w obiekcie środkami.

Leider können wir die Apartments nicht empfehlen. Schöne hochglanz Bilder aber in der Realität sind die Appartments nicht mehr in so einem guten Zustand. Wenn man Pech hat bekommt man das Apartment im Erdgeschoss, dort sind 2 von 3 Fenstern Milchglas d.h. man kann überhaupt nicht nach draußen schauen. Das Schlimmste, im Badezimmer stinkt es permanent nach Abwasser und Kloake. Diesen Geruch hat man dann auch im ganzen Apartment. Das WLAN funktioniert kaum. In der Küche gibt es noch nicht einmal Kaffee, einen Schwamm oder Spülmittel. Das sollte das mindeste sein wenn ich eine Küche im Apartment vorfinde. Leider funktionieren auch sämtliche Shampoo und Seifenspender im Badezimmer überhaupt nicht. Also bringt man besser sein eigenes Zeug mit. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, nachts wird man gerne mal durch andere Mitbewohner und laute Geräusche geweckt. Das einzig positive ist das sehr freundliche Personal. Sonst kann man leider den Appartments nicht viel positives abgewinnen. Ganz klar keine Weiterempfehlung!

Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind sehr gut, jedoch haben wir leider ein Studio erwischt welches keine Fenster hat... nur milchige Türen auf die Straße. Leider fühlt man sich wie in einem Keller. Auch das WiFi geht nicht richtig.
Nach Anfrage die Buchung in ein anderes Appartement zu versetzten... wurde auch nicht geholfen.
Kein guter Erster Eindruck!

Pozitiv: Apartament curat,frumos cu toate utilitățile baie si Bucătărie.. Negativ: Ora de predare a cheii total inflexibila .Daca am sosit cu trenul dimineata,si in majoritatea cazurilor așa se întâmpla,nu am putut intra in camera pana la ora 14.Am solicitat sa putem lasă cel puțin bagajele,imposibil ,refuz total.Cred ca in acest domeniu trebuie sa se aducă imbunatatiri.

Ich habe ein Delux Apartement gebucht. Leider habe ich anstelle vom Delux ein Standart Apartement bekommen. Zumindest ist dies anhand der Fotos auf Ebookers so zu intepretieren.Es war sehr sauber und die tägliche Reinigung war auch jeden Tag vor Ort.Die Schallisolation ist wirklich sehr schlecht. Man hört jeden Tritt im Treppenhaus, sowie die Gäste von dre oberen Wohnung, was sehr störend war.Ich würde das Apartement nicht mehr buchen.

Durchaus ok!
Ich persönlich fand das Bett recht mies...wir mussten über eine halbe Std warten...da Zimmer war noch nicht fertig..aber ok...ist halt manchmal so....
Leider nicht ganz so 100% Handwerklich ok...Silikon in Bad, Dusche, Duschschlauch Defekt....
Was mich persönlich angenervt hat, sind Leute, die nachts echt laut waren...
Sonst echt ganz cool!!!

负面: 挺安静的，厨房设施也还不错. 正面: 1.住的房间在4楼，双人床那间房靠左边散发着一股说不出的臭味，简直无法忍受，这是我整个行程最受不了的一点。
2.说好了下午两点入住，清洁打扫的一直在我们房里扫到3点多才出去！非常影响我们休息
3.地理位置虽然是市中心附近，但是位于阿尔法玛区，地势高不方便行走，而且这一块地区不太安全。如果只有女生最好不要选择这里住。
4.客服，我订房之前就电话询问过是否可以早晨7点到达能提供放置行李的服务，你们肯定的回答我可以，会把放行李的地址发给我，结果我当天到达后打你们电话你们又说11点才能放。非常让人生气，一个在booking上的酒店连前台服务都没有，而且如果你们当初就说不可以放我根本就不会预定这里，简直是欺骗行为。

Idealle Lage, von hier ist alles zu Fzuß erreichbar. Das Apartment an sih war ganz nett. aber rückblickend etwas zu teuer. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig, sodass ich mir beim nächsten Mall wahrscheinlich etwas anderes suhen würde.

Helles, freundliches Appartement in zentraler, ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber, es war nur ein bischen schwierig eine zweite Bettdecke zu ergattern! Etwas hellhörig, aber sonst alles top!

Sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhige Strasse, Ubahn Nähe, sehr klar und nett eingerichtet, Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Ein bischen hört man die Nachbarn oberhalb laufen, liegt aber an Gebäude, und das Bett war für mich zu hart, ( ist aber geschmacksache).

Die Apartments sind mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt um einen hotelunabhängigen Urlaub mitten in der Altstadt Lissabons zu verbringen. Es wurde täglich gereinigt, mit Handtuch- und Bettwäsachewechsel. Das Haus ist top sauber und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Trotz der Lage inmitten des Geschehens ist es sehr ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ich bin von den Bildern sehr begeistert gewesen aber als ich dort ankam, bekam ich nicht das Zimmer das ich gebucht habe mit den zwei Stockwerken sondern ein Standard... das hat mich böse geärgert die meinten das es die gleiche Größe hätte aber ich Habe das Zimmer gebucht mit den zwei Etagen was sie mir auch bildlich dargestellt haben und bestätigt haben. Auf meine Frage bekam ich dann die Antwort das sie mir das nicht mehr geben könnten da es vermietet sei... es spricht aber nichts gegen die Ausstattung und das Personal das war alles cool sehr sauber gute Gegend aber ich habe nicht das bekommen was ich wollte

Unfassbar gutes Apartment! Die Lage is in der Nähe von der Metro und mitten in der Stadt. Einfach super hier!

Pour notre premier séjour à Lisbonne nous avons choisi cet hébergement et nous navons pas été décu!En plein centre de la capitale, il est très bien situé, surtout proche dune place animée en journée et le soir et au pied de la ligne 28 du tramway. Cest un hébergement bien équipé et surtout il y a la climatisation!Très contente de la prestation.

Pozitiv: Amplasarea fata de zona turistica.. Negativ: 1. Fără internet; deși în descriere locatia era prevazuta cu Wi-Fi, aceasta era nefuncționala.
2. TV; era televizor și dispozitiv digital, dar... total nefuncționale.
3. Figurează ca apartament pentru patru persoane; în realitate este un open-space cu un pat și o canapea; în baie erau doar doua prosoape (deși, repet, figurează ca apartament pt 4 persoane).
4. Un miros persistent de umezeala.
5. Aerul condiționat funcționează doar max 1 min, apoi se oprește. După repornire.... la fel.
CONCLUZIE: nu merita!!!

das Studio unterhalb des castelo de san jorge und nahe der metro station martim moniz ist perfekt gelegen. in den verwinkelten gässchen findet man abends viele kleine restaurants und von der Topo rooftop bar/restaurant hat man einen wunderschönen ausblick über den Stadtteil und das castelo. das Zimmer ist sehr modern und sehr sauber. die ausstattung ist ebenfalls topp. hand/duschtücher, fön, shampoo, seife, klimaanlage, grosser flachbild tv, safe und eine küche mit allem drum und dran (haben wir jedoch nie benützt... die restaurants sind super und extrem günstig). durch das viele treppen steigen (kein Lift) ist das fitness programm auch gleich abgedeckt ;)

Muy buena ubicación y la habitación completamente renovada y nueva. El sistema por códigos y sin recepción física funciona perfectamente (la recepción virtual también funciona muy bien). Está a 5 minutos a pie del Castillo de San Jorge y a 10 minutos de la Plaza de Comercio. Muy recomendable.
