Положительный: Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать милейшей Элеоноре, встретили ночью, все показали, рассказали, объяснили, подарили карту города. В апартаментах идеальная чистота и порядок, фото соответсвует 100%. Месторасположение в самом центре старого города. Можно много говорить:) очень рекомендую. В любой момент можно позвонить и попросить помощь, не откажут. (Звонили просили объяснить таксиста, как доехать). Негативный: Единственный минус, таксисты не могли найти адрес, но это было даже забавным, тк такси в Лиссабоне дешевое, мы с радостью болтали, смеялись ездили и искали свой дом. Рекомендация сохраняйте геопозицию и фото:).

Positief: De inrichting was mooi, de bedden heerlijk fris en bijzondere locatie. Hele gastvrije ontvangst en super netjes dat dagelijks de afval werd opgehaald. Er werd veel aan gedaan om de gasten een fijn verblijf te geven.. Negatief: We zaten midden in de hittegolf 47gr. waardoor ramen en deuren dicht moesten blijven. De ruimte was slecht te ventileren en te koelen en daardoor erg vochtig. De kamers waren best gehorig..

Positive: Out side space was lovely for our 3-year old to run around in. The building felt very secure. The rooms were all of a good size and and of good quality.. Negative: There was a lot of noise on the Saturday night from either the apartment above or an adjacent apartment where somebody was having a very loud party, music went on untill after 2 in the morning which made it difficult for myself and my son sleep. However we did appreciate that being in the middle of a city centre this is sometimes unavoidable. the irony was the apartment had very strict instructions that we should be silent between 10 and 8..

Positiva: Está decorado con estilo, aunque poco práctico. Está bastante céntrico, pero en mitad de una escalinata. Nos permitieron, a última hora hacer el checkout dos horas más tarde (era a las 11 a. m) y dejar las maletas en la entrada.. Negativa: No tiene luz ni natural, ni prácticamente artificial. Una enorme y pesada puerta corredera sirve para aislar alternativamente el baño o la cama de la otra estancia. Hay que subir dos pisos por una escalera de caracol. Positif: Emplacement de choix....excellente pâtisserie à 100 mètres pour déjeuner le matin. Bel appartement avec extérieur. Tout confort. Je le recommande. Super séjour.

Positif: L'appartement est bien situé dans le centre d'ALFAMA, quartier relativement calme, c'est propre, le lit confortable, le linge de maison propre et changé tous les 3 jours, l'hôte sympa, bons conseils pour visiter la ville, petite terrasse avec un citronnier, à proximité de restaurants sympas, de magasins, des lieux touristiques.... On a bien aimé le lustre qui se trouve au sol (accroché à une tringle, la déco est sympa, la fresque est géniale, la poubelle était vidée quotidiennement.... On n'a pas regretté notre choix. Négatif: Pas beaucoup de possibilité pour sécher les essuies, le linge, surtout quand on rentre trempé SDB garde longtemps l'humidité, pas de ventilation, les voisins du dessus très bruyants de 19h00 à 23h00.... (mais l'hôte leur a demandé de faire attention même si ça n'a rien changé) Manque 1 armoire pour ranger le linge pas de vaisselle qui aille au micro-onde (bords dorés).

Positif: La decoration de l'appartement. La vue et le quartier.. Négatif: Nous nous somme sentis sous pression a l'arrivee: nous avons paye les 15 euros en plus pour arriver entre 21:30 et 22:00. L'hote insistait pour que l'on arrive plus proche de 21:30 que de 22:00. Jamais je ne me suis sentie autant sous pression pour une arrivee que cette fois la, de toute ma vie..... De plus, tout le pan de mur qui regarde sur l'escalier est fait de verre. Bien que les gens du dessous ne monteraient pas, et que cel aapporte de la lumiere dans le studio, l'intimite est tres reduite dans la piece principale. La porte d'entree, situee sur le meme mur, est une porte en verre, de magasin qui se ferme a clef sur son coin bas et gauche. Il faut se baisser pour fermer la porte a clef, comme si vous fermiez un magasin. Si la porte n'est pas fermee a clef, elle s'entrouvre toute seule.......Nous nous sommes faits surprendre a voir la porte entreouverte plusieurs fois. La fenetre de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas facilement. La cuisine etait fournie avec le stricte minumim. Si nous avions decide de prendre notre cafe sur place, nous n'aurions pas eu assez de cafe pour deux, meme le premier jour. Une seule bouteille d'eau pour deux......Bref.....On a vraiment l'impression que le proprietaire cherche a faire un profit maximum en faisant le strite minimum......

Positif: Bel emplacement, appartement agréable, responsable sympathique. Négatif: La rue escalier pour y arriver. Dommage que l’on indique pas que le bus 737 facilite l’arrivée surtout avec bagages. Porte vitrée de l’appartement difficile a fermer et peu pratique (serrure au sol).

Positive: Location was very central and view from balcony was amazing. The apartment was compact but had everything required with comfortable bed, sofas and functional kitchen.. Negative: This is not an apartment for the unfit as one has to climb an outside stairway to get to the apartment building and then two flights of a narrow stairway to apartment itself. The most frustrating thing however was the entrance door - this was a glass door with the key lock at the bottom. The key was a four sided one and one had to fiddle with it to get it to engage the locking mechanism - frustrating at times! More importantly if there were a fire / emergency getting out of the apartment could be compromised when trying to unlock the door - this is definitely an extreme hazard..

Положительный: Останавливаемся второй раз за год. Просторная, стильная квартира. Вид с террасы потрясающий. Кровать удобная, постельные белье и полотенца отличные. Заселение быстрое (из аэропорта отправили сообщение ,что выезжаем, хозяйка по приезду уже ждала с ключами).

Positiv: Die Lage ist überaus zentral, es ist ruhig. Das Personal zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Ein sehr guter Bäcker in fussweite. Gerne wieder.

Positive: The apartment is in a very quite area (which is a real plus for Lisbon) and it is large and modernly decorated. Being in the Castelo district, the access may be seen not so easy - for us it was not a problem to go up the hill and the stairs, but for other persons it may be difficult. The beds were comfortable in both rooms. The towels were clean and of good quality - and they were changed for us during our 4 nights stay. There is a supermarket really close by, with easy access to upper street by elevator.. Negative: There are "signs" of previous use in the apartment. It would be great if the bathroom would be slightly refurbished (including the bathroom door, which should also be cleaned as you can see marks of hands that previously touched it).

Positive: Spacious apartment and location was very quiet (near the castle). Eleanora, who met us, was very polite and helpful and advised on some things to do etc.. Negative: Might be hard to find on the first time of visiting. Our taxi driver wan't compeletly sure and there are lots of steps nearby. This is just FYI as it did not impact our enjoyment.

Positive: La posizione straordinaria nel Centro di Lisbona. Lo spazio disponibile nell'appartamento. Molto soddisfatto del soggiorno e dei gestori, cortesi e disponibili in tutto. Negazione: Gli interni sono da migliorare: illuminazione troppo scarsa in cucina e nei bagni, un pò freddo all'arrivo, porte che cigolano o non si chiudono (uno dei bagni). Insomma un appartemento splendido per posizione e spazi, ma parte dei proventi devono essere spesi per miglioralo ed adeguarlo al costo

Positiva: Precioso apartamento en medio del barrio de la Alfama. Fantásticas vistas, amplio y espacioso. Está en una zona con muchas cuestas, no apto para gente con problemas de movilidad. El apartamento tiene una escalera de caracol amplia.

Positief: De ligging was top! Vriendelijke ontvangst. Heel mooi appartement!. Negatief: De bedden kraakten heel fel.

Положительный: Вид из номера и особенно окно в душе, расположение в центре города. В номере все есть для комфорта - посуда, утюг и прочее! На кухне есть масло, соль. В паре минут - большой супермаркет. В номере очень удобная мебель (особенно диван), а также есть мебель на балконе. Рикардо встретил нас, когда мы вышли из такси, без него найти дом было бы трудно. Был на связи постоянно, помог вызвать на такси на обратный путь. Подсказал где рядом все самое интересное.. Негативный: 1) Шумно. Рядом идут ремонтные работы в соседних домах. 2) В номере только напольный кондиционер и куча вентиляторов. Нам повезло - стало прохладнее и спать было комфортно. Но если бы жара сохранилась, не уверена, что этого кондиционера хватало бы. 3) Странная движущаяся стена... если ты встал раньше и задвинул стену, прикрыв кровать, то в ванной ты полностью без двери)

Positiv: Fantastisk beliggenhet, sentralt og stille. God standard og god service.. Negativ: Leiligheten mangler vaskemaskin. Et vesentlig hinder ved lengre opphold med barn. Vaskeri lå noen kvartaler unna og var dyrt og i dårlig stand

Positiv: Meget centralt beliggende og alligevel roligt kvarter. Skøn gårdhave med udgang fra lejlighed.. Negativ: Ingen aircondition, men har vifter som fungerer ok.

Положительный: Хорошие фотографии соответствуют хорошей действительности. Отличное местоположение, если знать, где есть лифты, позволяющие избегать изнуряющих подъемов. Дворик, отдельный вход и терраса под мушмулой замечательны. Апартаменты обустроены со вкусом. Спасибо за помощь с ранним трансфером до аэропорта на 6 человек с багажом. Понравилось.. Негативный: Приехали на час раньше, прождали ключ под дождём 15 мин, а с нас взяли ещё 15 евро за ранний заезд. Туалет не имеет запора изнутри. В одной из душевых был плохой напор холодной воды. У кастрюль и сковородок нет крышек. Чайник очень мал для такого количества спальных мест. С прогулочной коляской добраться можно, но непросто, т.к. улица-лестница (не недостаток - особенность).
