I loved this experience and the apartments are very clean. The location is perfect and the apartment is very tranquile. Check in was very easy and the host is fantastic, they helped us get around Lisbon with local tips. Rare fact that the building, despite being vintage has a lift!!! AMAZING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Wir hatten Appartment Nr.1, mit den Schlafzimmern im Untergeschoss/Erdgeschoss. Die Zimmer war sehr groß, allerdings war der Geruch aus der Kanalisation fast unerträglich um nicht zu sagen ekelig.Die Lage war sehr zentral, direkt an der Linie 28 mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkersmittel.Beim nächsten mal würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht mehr wählen.

¡Un hogar muy acogedor en Lisboa! Muy céntrico (el tranvía 28 pasa por la puerta, con parada en la esquina) Está reformado con mucho gusto y encuentras todo lo necesario (enseres y electrodomésticos de cocina, plancha, lavadora/secadora, secador...) Cerca hay locales y tiendas donde encontrar un buen desayuno. Los anfitriones son muy serviciales, pero respetan mucho el espacio e intimidad de sus huéspedes. Sin duda un alojamiento para repetir!

Цена-качество не соответствует. Цена немного завышена. Лампочки в двух светильниках не работали, на потолке также одна из лампочек не горела. Подушки на креслах были грязными, на кроватях также. В апартаментах есть кухня, кухонные принадлежности (тарелки, ложки, вилки, ножи, кружки, бокалы, кастрюли, сковорода). Также есть кухонная духовка и в ней функция микроволновой печи, холодильник. В ванной комнате был фен, чистые полотенца, туалетная бумага, мыло, на одно использование гель для душа,шампунь, и лосьен для тела. Зубной щетки а также пасты небыло. Душевая кабина очень большая и просторная. Имейте ввиду что окна выходят на шумную улицу, ночью было много шума из-за проезжающих машин и громко разговаривающих людей которые возвращались из баров и дискотек. За эту цену можно найти отель либо апартаменты лучше.

Tolle Lage (zentral in der Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig), gute Unterkunft, sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort.

Nossa experiência no Lisbon Five Stars Combro 77 foi bastante agradável. O apartamento nos acolheu muito bem - considerando que somos: casal, criança de 6 anos e um bebê. Chegamos antes do horário combinado e fizemos contato só quando já estávamos à porta, quem nos atendeu foi o Bruno. Ele atravessou a cidade em tempo recorde para nos receber; foi super atencioso e prestativo - excelente recepção!!! O apartamento não pega sol no inverno e o aquecimento é só por estufas, esse seria um ponto a destacar. A região é muito interessante - ruelas e becos bem pitorescos, além de muito bem localizada - próximo ao metrô e ao comboio que leva a Cascais.

Die berühmte Straßenbahnlinie 28 fährt direkt vorm Fenster vorbei. Zentral gelegen unweit vieler Antiquitätenläden lässt sich von hier aus in jede Richtung etwas besichtigen. Das Appartement selbst ist komplett in weiß gehalten. Das ist okay aber auch kalt. Mir gefallen farbige Wände besser da sieht man nicht so schnell jegliche Abnutzung. Alles sehr sauber. Das große Bett war schon fest und 3 Kissen zur Auswahl dazu. Es fehlte allerdings die Spülmaschine sodass es sich ein wenig eng wurde. Pedro und Miguel sind sehr kommunikativ und geschäftig, gegen Tipps für deinen Aufenthalt in Lissabon. Pedro ihr müsst die Küchenschränke nachbessern. Die Schliesser der Schubladen (Magnete) halten nicht mehr. Viele Grüße aus Hamburg

Studio tout neuf équipé dans résidence moderne sans exubérance dans une impasse du vieux Lisbonne. A recommander !

The property was in excellent location. Perfect size.Extremely clean.Good lighting.Easy access to amenities and transport.Good location for cafes and friendly people.Disadvantage:Neighbours dogs constantly barking.Noise of next door room or corridors easily heard.Overall, I will definitely go again. I will highly recommend this place.

Excelente, tem tudo que precisamos: cozinha com microondas ,forno, chaleira elétrica, torradeira, máquina de expresso,lava louça, lavadora e secadora, cama confortável com lençol , edredom, travesseiros. Ainda realizam trocas de toalhas de banho a cada 3 dias. Localização excelente e atendimento da Catarina nota 10.

I stayed here for a few days and as it was so good I extended my stay, The apartment is very clean and new. It is fully kited out. But the best thing about it is its location. It is located walking distance from all the good things in Lisbon. 2 minutes walk to the best tram, 10 minute walk to the water front, 5 minutes from the best party area and 10 minutes walk from all the top shopping centers . I didn’t get on transport after the second day and just walked. There are many good restaurants 30 seconds away from the apartment too. Plus points - Great location - Amazing apartment - Fully kitted out - Plenty room for storage - Spacious - Clean - Washing machine and dishwasher - Walking distance from supermarket - Minutes away from attractions Low points - It is very expensive. But you get what you pay for. Recommendations: - Get the best room.

Apartamento céntrico grande y cómodo

Accueil inexistant a l adresse indiquee se trouve une autre société qui a eu la gentillesse de les contacter pour qu une personne vienne nous chercher on a poireauter une demie heure, une type s est présenter qui ne parlait pas un mot de français et qui sentait mauvais, on a du aérer le studio. En plus on a payé 58 € pour le ménage et les taxe sans avoir le moindre recu La fenêtre e donne sur un dépotoir avec en plus des chiens qui aboient sans cesse Super !!!!!!!!

Cama muy cómoda y baño grande. El apartamento huele a la cocina del bar de abajo. Si quieres que te guarden las maletas hay que pagar.

I love the apartment that we were assigned, it was spacious, it had everything we needed and it was incredibly well located! It was right on the first floor so we didnt have to struggle with carrying our luggage too far up, the neighborhood was super quite but had so many restaurants to go to, and it was approximately 10 min away from the Time Out Market. Checking in was super easy and they were super cool about doing the check in even the next day of arriving to the apartment. My only criticism for the property would have to be maintenance of the property and how thorough they are with their cleaning. I thought the bathroom could really use a better cleaning and unfortunately the little patio was really dirty. I understand you cant really control pigeons from pooping everywhere on it, but it can be cleaned once in a blue and that would make a great difference. Also, I asked for extra towels and a light bulb change for the laundry area but it was never changed and we only got extra towels after I asked personally one of the ladies from the cleaning crew. I feel if they take care of the little details their property would be perfect. All in all, I dont regret my choice! It was still a nice apartment and the location was a huge plus.

La ubicación de los apartamentos es muy buena. Están en edificios rehabilitados y la distribución es muy cómoda, y la zona tranquila pese a estar cerca de todo el mogollón. La única pega es que al entrar en el apartamento, tienes la sensación de que ha estado alguien antes, me explico. Habia pelusas en el suelo. Olores en las habitaciones y en el baño. En el transcurso de nuestra estancia, limpiaron baños y cambiaron toallas y no olía igual que el día de entrada.

Je ne recommande absolument pas le studio numéro 31 que nous avons loué pour 5 nuits tout d'abord on peut rentrée dans la résidence juste en poussant la porte du hall d'entrée celle ci est ouverte h24 n'importe qui peut si introduire et c'est pas très rassurant. Le studio ne possède aucun rangement dans la salle de bain nous avons dû poser tous nos produits a même le sol 1 seul rouleau de papier wc notre disposition ! ....l'évacuation d'eau de notre douche était bouchée donc à chaque fois que nous prenions une douche nous étions inondé. Nous avons essayer de joindre notre loueur a 7 reprises personnes nous a décroché ni même rappeler !! Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans l'appartement l'annonce disait pourtant le contraire ... à savoir qu'il fait vraiment très chaud et le gros problème c'est dès que nous ouvrons les fenêtres nous avons dans la cour juste en dessous 6 chiens qui aboie du matin au soir en continu du jour comme de la nuit impossible de dormir c'était vraiment INSUPPORTABLE !! En c'qui concerne les rangements du studio il y a bien des tiroirs et étagères mais malheureusement toute deja prise par des couvertures , draps serviettes ... donc inutilisable pour le client . 1 seul éponge est mis à notre disposition c'est pas très net question hygiène comment nettoie-t-on les WC ? Il n'y a pas de micro onde contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans l'annonce.Le seul point positif c'est la situation central du studio qui est proche de tout ainsi que la propreté du faite qu'il soit neuf .

Canaan apartments were a complete dissapointment. There was a lack in communication in regards to arrival and had no responses fortunately there was someone to check us in. We requested two twin beds and received a double bed. Pedro was very rude and unhelpful in changing the situation.. it seems he didnt care. During the 6 nights of our stay we never received clean towels or sheets. The area was very noicy and could here drunk people all night - until 5am. Unfortunately there is an issue with flooring and could here stomping from above apartment. The area itself was pleasant with an array of cafes / bars and restaurants and close to sights.

Cancellation 6 days before our arrival...without any reason!! We booked half a year in advance and the we got an email that the accomodation cancelled our stay!! never ever!!!

Negative: Horrible experience! 1) The manager of the apartment kept calling us (started 1 day before we check-in), just wanted to ask us to leave the city tax on the table inside the room. It is very annoying when you are visiting tourism attractions. Even worse, we left the money on the table when we check out, and 2 days later, they charged us again for the city tax from the bank account and never reply to our emails. 2) There are rubbish near the entrance to the building, smells very bad! And if you were assigned to a lower level room (like we were), you will be bothered by the flies and mosquitos. By the way, the ground floor is a pub, and they partied until 2 am, so don’t expect to sleep until then. 3) To be fair, the decoration of the room is stylish. But the kettle is broken and the WI-FI never works! I tried two days to connect to the WI-FI and it turned out someone disconnected the net-cable to the rooter in our room. 4) Again the manager asked to meet up at 14:30 and we waited her in the apartment and she didn’t show up! Could have used the time to visit more places. It doesn’t worth the money you paid at all.

Positiv: Super geräumig, tolle Lage, sauber. Negativ: Code an der Türe ging nicht, es hat uns aber grad jemand via Handy geholfen. Jedoch ging der Code die ganzen Tage nicht.

Positief: De locatie is super, centrum binnen 10 minuten loopafstand en veel leuke restaurants en winkels in de buurt.. Negatief: Jammer dat er niet de mogelijkheid was om onze koffers te stallen, aangezien onze vlucht pas in de avond was. Wat extra handdoeken bij een verblijf van 4 nachten zou fijn zijn, aangezien er tussentijds niet schoongemaakt wordt. Wij zaten op de 2e verdieping en hadden wel last van geluidsoverlast van onze bovenburen.

Les studios et appartements sont neufs et vraiment très biens. Bien agencés et bien équipés toutefois le service n'etait pas au rdv. On est arrivé à 13h et le ménage n'était pas fait dans les chambres. On a été compréhensif et on est sorti faire un tour en attendant mais à notre retour à 18h les chambres n'étaient toujours pas faites. Par ailleurs notre chambre donnait sur une cour très sale avec 5 chiens qui n'ont pas arrêté d'aboyer pendant tout notre séjour nous réveillant ainsi aux aurores et pendant toute l'après midi nous empêchant de fermer l'oeil pour la sieste. Bref super appartement mais service à améliorer d'urgence.

Positiv: Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und modern. Grosses Bad. Obschon das 28er Tram gleich unten durch fährt, war bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht viel davon zu hören. Frühstücksbox gute Qualität. Wird zur Türe geliefert (Fixes Zeitfenster. Entweder man ist wach oder wird geweckt). Hätte gute Cafes in der Nähe gehabt für Frühstück.. Negativ: Über's Wochenende viel Musik. Bis 1am vom Rest. unten Life Music (Fr+Sa) und ab 05.30h Klavier resp. Musik vom Nachbarn (Sa+So). Twin Beds können nicht bestätigt werden. Der Anfrage für 2 Duvets am 2.Tag (=offizielles einchecken und Ansprechpartner. ) wurde nachgekommen. Plastifizierter Molton. Am Ankunftstag kein WiFi (wurde behoben. Im Anschluss sehr gute Verbindung). Im Zimmer roch es nach Zigaretten ( Apt 1A). Sehr wahrscheinlich von den Rest. Gästen unterm Fenster. Deko Kissen könnten mal wieder gewaschen werden. Keine Möglichkeit, Gepäck irgendwo einzustellen (hatten Glück, durften Zi bis 12.30h behalten) Keine Ansprechpartner auf die Schnelle. Unpersönlich, Schlüssel = Code. Für 5 Sterne fehlt einiges. Muss zugeben, bei einer nächsten Reise wohl doch wieder Hotel

Positive: We liked the contemporary and airy feel of the apartment.. Negative: The stove, silverware and porcelain was not properly cleaned. A kitchen drawer was broken and could not be closed.

Positif: Localisation Apt spacieux Propre Prix Personnel attentif, réactif et très serviable.. Négatif: Manque juste une tablette sdb pour poser les affaires de toilette

Nice apart hotel well located very efficiently built. Dishwasher and washing machine all available. Nice spot to go get also groceries from nearby. Close to most places in the city and easy access to tram.

Positiv: Super Lage - sehr zentral und direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie 28 mit der man im Grunde halb Lissabon besichtigen kann (vorausgesetzt man findet noch Platz ). Auch fußläufig kann man von der Unterkunft aus vieles besichtigen, man befindet sich allerdings ein wenig abseits von den Touristenströmen und findet dort auch noch etwas Ruhe. Zahlreiche nette Bars zum Verweilen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Supermärkte gleich um's Eck.. Negativ: Unser Appartement war hofseitig ausgerichtet. Ein Bewohner hält sich dort geschätzte 10 Hunde. Die Lärmbelästigung durch Hundegebell war ausgesprochen störend - obwohl wir normalerweise nicht lärmempfindlich sind. Abhilfe schaffen die Holzfensterläden, auf Frischluft und Tageslicht muss man dann allerdings verzichten.

Positif: La gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel, la propreté de la chambre.. Négatif: La chambre la première nuit était très bruyante à cause d’un bar avec de la musique au Rez de chaussée. J’ai néanmoins pu changer de chambre.

Positiva: La ubicación, la comodidad del apartamento. insonorizado, amplio. La cama perfecta. Cocina con todos los detalles.. Negativa: No tiene parking, hay varios aparcamientos públicos en los alrededores, pero a veces no hay disponibilidad y hay que hacer grandes colas. Deberían tener acuerdos con los parkings o reservas de sitios.

Pozitiv: curatenie, camere mari, luminoase, comfort. Negativ: parcarea la locul de cazare este dificila.

Pozytywna: W tym mieszkaniu chyba jest wszystko, tylko trzeba poszukać. Znajdowaliśmy potajemne szafki przez cały czas. Ogólnie bardzo fajny pokój w dobrej lokalizacji. Czysto, wygodne łóżko i sofa. Wieczorem można posłuchać dobrego jazzu z knajpki obok.. Negatywna: Dużo rzeczy ledwo trzymają się kupy i potrzebują naprawy. A szum donoszący się z ulicy przeszkadza zasnąć.

Негативный: При открытом окне шумно, одну ночь работала пожарная сигнализация (громкий сигнал с определенным интервалом), в номере не было приборов (кастрюли и тарелки были :))

Recent et bien situé. Parfois un peu bruyant (tram et anglais) mais c'est un quartier vivant.

Positiva: la situacion del apartamento. Negativa: que no se limpiaba todos los dias, hacer camas y poner toallas limpias

Great location, clean interior, helpful staff.... It would have been better they provide more kitchen supplies but not a big deal. Definitely come back to them next time I'm in Lisbon.

Положительный: Расположение и близость ко всему чего пожелаете. Выбор номера был из недорогих и окна выходили во двор, было очень тихо, и немного слышно в тишине проезжающие трамваи, очень уютно всё, компактно, есть абсолютно всё для проживания как у себя дома (кроме кондиционера и ШКАФА :) Интернет неплохо работает, на тв есть один наш канал, еще смотрели на нем фильмы с usb диска. Отсутствие кондиционера не напрягало, было достаточно свежо.. Негативный: В целом всё неплохо, но уборка была только один раз за 11 дней пребывания, при этом обещали хотя бы ее сделать два раза (идеальным вариантом я бы назвал раз в 3-4 дня), но так и не сделали, пришлось оставить гору мусора и полотенца интересных окрасов. Отсутствует шкаф для хранения вещей, одна мини вешалка. Ключ-номер от входа прислали только в день заезда после напоминания.

Positiv: god beliggenhet, Nært supermarkede. Store rom.. Negativ: ingen aircondition, bare vifter som desverre fungerte dårlig. Kjøkkene hadde noen mangler, slik som skjærefjøl, tørkepapir, oppvaskfille. Rommene var slitt.

Positief: Perfecte kamer in centrum van Lissabon. Goede centrale ligging met Tram 28 voor de deur. Kamers modern en netjes ingericht. Alles aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf

Positief: Mooie, moderne, nieuwe kamers!. Negatief: Geen thermostaat maar losse verwarming en fan. Een airco is in de zomer wel echt een must eigenlijk.

好意的: 数百年の息吹を感じさせる石畳のリスボン中心（旧）市街にありながら、施設は新築なうえ、アパートメントタイプなので、キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯乾燥機まで、揃う。！旅行中の洗濯物を一気に片付けるにはうってつけ。市電で観光客に一番人気の２８番線の停車場（東行き）が徒歩３分、近くに食料雑貨店、食堂多数。. 否定的: シャワーノズルが根元から外れて、報告翌日に修繕してもらった。道は石畳で滑りやすく、道中の坂もきついので、荷物の多い空港ホテル間はタクシーを使った方が無難。

负面: 12点就可以check in了，提前了很多，check out推迟一点也没问题，工作人员效率挺高的，房间新，干净，挺大的，酒店的位置也很好。

The apartments are well furnished and have been well restored. However, all of this is worth nothing when the bed sheets are full with wholes (burnt with cigarettes) and are way too small for the mattress (resulting in sleeping on top of the mattress as the sheets would not hold).

긍정적: 실내가 아늑했고 세탁기와 커피머신이 구비되어있어서 좋았다. 엘레베이터가 있었고 시설이 잘 구비되어있었다. 전반적으로 청결했다.. 부정적: 우선 위치는 대중교통을 이용해서는 절대 못간다. 무조건 택시타세요. 트램정류장이 바로 앞이긴한데 걸어다녔을 때 광장에서 거리가 꽤 있다. 주방기구는 딱 기본적인것만있다.

Great great great place to stay in Lisbon. Reasonably priced for a great location. Most tourist areas are easily walkable. Clean rooms with nice balcony. Will certainly stay here again during my next visit.

Boa localização e acomodações bem cuidadas. Self-catering nos aposentos com copa, fogão, máquina de lavar/secar. Não tem estacionamento próprio.

It's a great place. Parking is difficult. And the tea and coffee is still missing. But the rooms are so beautiful and the welcome is so lovely and nice.

Great place. Only one detail would make it better. It would be great if you had couple of tea bags and coffee pods waiting in case someone arrives late at night and wants to drink something before going to bed
