Wir waren im EG... erster Eindruck erschreckend bei Ankunft nachts um 22 Uhr. Die hippe geplante Unterkunft war eher wie eine Fabrikhalle... Gestank ganzen Tag aus Bad. Betten gut und sauber, Beton Boden sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Einfach sehr kalt eingerichtet. Aufenthalt 2 Nächte war okay. Frühstück im Paket um 9 Uhr war irgendwie cool und echt lecker.Aufenthalt war ok.

Ich kann leider nur 3 von 5 Punkten vergeben. Gründe dafür sind . Das Bad nicht sauber, Abfluss gestopft, es wurde in der gesamten Zeit nur einmal geputzt . Aufzug Defekt, Koffer bis zu vierten Etage schleppen. Das einzige ist die Lage die alles rausholt. In Alfama gelegen . Nette kleine Restaurants und einkaufsmöglichkeiten.. Nähe ist Bahnhof.

Les parties communes sont propres, l’appartement Beaucoup de cheveux traînaient un peu par tout (lit,wc, douche, table).Rien pour nettoyer la vaisselle (sauf le dernier jour une éponge est apparu ainsi que du produit mais nous l’avions déjà acheté, peut être Parcequ on avait un lave vaisselle)

Its a clean place, and good area in that its quiet but not too far away from everything. 10 mins Taxi ride @ around €5 roughly one way into town. Breakfast, which is in a box delivered to your door in the morning, was great!

O quarto é muito confortável e tem a praticidade da cozinha. O banheiro têm um chuveiro excelente que elevou o padrão de qualidade do quarto. O local tem uma localização excelente, do lado da estação Santa Apolônia, perto de supermercado, bares e restaurantes, o que nos possibilitou fazer os passeios pela redondeza de pé.

While the apartment itself was decently set out (adequate size), it was missing a few of the basics such as pot lids, no kettle, no oven rack (despite having an oven) and biggest downside was the lack of soundproofing, could hear everything going on upstairs.

Positiv: Sehr gute Location, Bahnhof mit einem guten Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Metro, Bus und Bahn nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet; große Dusche.Negativ: WLAN hat von Samstag bis Montag (Abreise) nicht funktioniert.

L'hôtel est très bien placé,proche du quartier de alfama et de toutes commodités
Finition de l'appartement très correct avec tout le nécessaire électro ménager
Les seuls bémol sont l'isolation intérieur,on entend trop les va et viens des autres voisins et la literie est très rudimentaire

Perto do metrô Santa Apolónia, que geralmente é pouco movimentado e junto a um ponto de táxi. Quartos são bem confortáveis e possuem janelas anti-ruido, há também equipamentos de cozinha elétricos, ar condicionado e uma bela vista do Rio Tejo. Existe um estacionamento atrás do prédio com cinco vagas. Melhor lugar para se hospedar em Lisboa con preços justos.

Die Unterkunft bietet insgesamt ein recht gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Leider hat bei der Anreise der Check in Schalter nicht funktioniert aber per Telefon wurde uns schnell geholfen, sodass wir ohne Probleme Zugang zu dem Appartement erhalten haben. Das Appartement an sich hatte leider einige Mängel. Im Waschbecken war der Stöpsel eingedrückt, sodass hier das Wasser nicht ablief und somit das Becken nicht benutzt werden konnte. Auch die Putzfrau hat das Problem in den Tagen wo wir da waren nicht gelöst. Im Kühlschrank hat leider die Tür für das Tiefkühlfach gefehlt sodass leider unser ganzer Kühlschrank ein Tiefkühlschrank war. Leider haben wir das erst am 2. Tag gemerkt als alle unsere eingekauften Lebensmittel tiefgefroren waren. Das Gebäude an sich ist sehr hellhörig sodass man bei den falschen Nachbarn leider keine besonders ruhige Nacht hatte. Insgesamt war das Appartement aber schön und war mit den grundsätzlichen Dingen ausgestattet. Durch die hervorragende Lage, konnten wir alle Ziele einfach erreichen. Das Appartement war für die paar Tage ausreichend. Für eine längere Reise (wegen der oben genannten Mängel) aber nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.

My husband and I were staying in apartment 4 a in Santa Apolonia. Everything was perfect. The apartment was well equipped, in very good condition, clean and very well situated. The view on the river Tejo was terrific.Although there is a railway station close by there is no noise. Bus stop and Metro station can be reached within a few minutes. Nice restaurants are very close. We have been very content.

Our stay was so awesome, we were joking that it was something straight out of Black Mirror! Lol in a good way! Very futuristic and minimalistic. It was a cool and unique check in process and it was nice to know someone was always just a phone call away. The room was spacious and had everything we could need for an epic and comfortable stay. The only thing I will say is that one of the apartments on our floor was soooo loud, they were screaming, cheering, singing all night long that I couldnt barely sleep at all, I think that because there are no physical workers around they felt they could take advantage and not get in trouble in any way for it. Overall it was such a cool place and we had an awesome time!

Terrible experience, do not stay at this apartment. 2 nights and 3 days without hot water at all, I am traveling with my family and baby 11 months and none of us have had a shower for 3 days. Customer service keeps saying to wait till boiler will heat the water and cannot support us at all.
I got an infection on my eye probably here also my baby has not been cleaned for 3 days. Don't take this risk at all.
My holidays turn to be a nightmare since we checked in at this place.
We have requested a baby cot when we did the booking and they were not baby cot when we arrived and again a massive stress of 5 calls to get it here.
The check is system is automatic thought a machine which doesn't ready my wife id card and did not ready my baby passport therefore they were not checked in which makes us vulnerable and uncover from any insurance.
It is unhealthy place. All that you want on holidays is a nice relax and amazing bath which you will not get it here at all.

The location (near Alfama district of Lisbon) and view from the apartment were both excellent. The facilities and service were not. The shower head did not fit in its holder, the shower drain was clogged, the WiFi was barely functional and the Skype service for speaking to hotel stuff was completely dysfunctional. The self-service check-in process using the digital kiosk was efficient and functional.This place can be summarized as a beautiful on the outside but unfortunately lackluster on the inside.

Many things, e.g. shower head holder, water stopper, water tap, were broken in the bathroom.
Housekeeping was chaotic. Many dirty dishes were left in the dish washer.
3 bottles of conditioners were prepared but no shampoo nor shower gel.
Forget about WiFi connection which was techically not working. When we comained about this, the staff blamed the service provider. In other words, they had no intention to improve it.

Die Aussicht war gut , die direkte Anbindung an der U Bahn .Tägliche Reinigung war gut.Kein deutscher TV-Sender Kein Personal vor Ort.Den Tür Code für den Abreisetag nach 11 Uhr, muss man erfragen, sonst kommt man nicht an seine Koffer, wenn man erst abends fliegt Keine Toilette im Aufenthaltsraum

We even got to wash our clothes as they provided us with washing machines.
Very Nice and clean.
Everything was top of the range.

Manque dustensiles cuisines pour ceux qui veulent manger dans lappartement. A notre arrivée la borne pour senregistrer ne fonctionnait pas du coup nous navons jamais eu le code pour la wi-fi et surtout personne ne nous avait indiqué que le code de la chambre etait le même à la porte dentrée quel panique au bout de 3 appels nous avons eu une personne pour nous aider. Aucune explication la dessus dommage.

The room doesnt look as nice as on the pictures. Also the WiFi didnt work for the whole week. The man on the service line told us a technician would come the next day but never did. Without the WiFi it also was not possible for new guests to check in via the terminal. Good thing were the nice cleaning ladies that did a good job and the good location. Everthing was in easy walking distance.

Pas de réception aucune personne dans l’établissement ce qui laisse l’opportunite Aux gens de faire n’apporte quoi! Obligé de prévenir la sécurité dans la nuit deux fois à cause du bruit! Mais à chaque fois que celle ci repart sa reprend de plus belle pour un hôtel ne pas pouvoir dormir très limite...

Not very centrally located and requires some serious walking to the Elfama district. Although beautifully upgraded it is situated in a run down area full of graffiti. The bedroom is very small and some lights were not working. Be also aware that the promised daily service does not include the making of the beds. In the light of the above I think it is overpriced.

Le quartier n'est pas le meilleur de Lisbonne, les appartements sont propres mais il n'y a pas de reception.
Prévoir tout les aliments si vous comptez rester manger, même les condiments.
Il n'y a pas non plus de distributeur de première nécessité.

Apartamento confortável e amplo, com casa de banho com banheira, pequena cozinha e capacidade de receber até 4 pessoas (cama de casal e sofá cama). A 5 minutos a pé da estação BV de comboios de Santa Apolónia. Preço aceitável para a atual realidade de Lisboa.
Começa a revelar algum desgaste nomeadamente no que aos móveis diz respeito: começam a ficar danificados.

It is centrally located in the middle of alfama. Difficult parking if you have a car so don’t. Tv reception bad if you want to watch of course there’s too much to do to mess with tv. WiFi was fast enough and laundry was useful.

no reception in the hotel. You have to do the check-in on a screen yourself, which gives you a passcode to enter the hotel and room. My passcode failed 5 times, and I have to make a lot of phone calls to fix it. Everything else is excellent: amenities, comfortable, and clean.

la 2ª noche no nos funcionó el código de entrada a la habitación, y como no hay personal de mantenimiento las 24 hrs., nos dieron otro apartamento para dormir.el problema es que todas nuestras cosas estaban en nuestro apartamento, por lo que tuvimos que estar sin ducharnos, y sin ropa para cambiarnos para dormir (tuvimos que dormir con la ropa de calle, despues de estar todo el día visitando la ciudad). Tampoco pudimos cargar los moviles y una de las personas no pudo tomar su medicación para dormir. Fue bastante incomodo no poder disponer de nuestras cosas.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft in der Alfama in direkter Nähe zum Bahnhof Santa Apolonia. Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Tejo und auf den Bahnhof. Regelmäßiger Zimmerservice und guter Kontakt zu den Inhabern via Internet. Anmeldung über elektronischen Kiosk etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gute Zimmeraufteilung. Der Hammer war die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang auf dem Tejo.

L'hotel està molt ben situat i és nou. Les habitacions són grans i perfectes. L'únic inconvenient és que no hi ha cap recepcionista, ja que tot és amb codis i quan tens algun problema el procés per resoldre'l és bastant lent. Hi ha un aparcament a 5 minuts que és de pagament.

Las habitaciones son inmensas, súper cómodas y modernas. Una familia tiene el espacio ideal para estar cómodos y que haya privacidad. La ubicación no es en pleno centro pero está el metro muy cerquita del hotel, con el que es muy fácil llegar al centro de la ciudad

Je poste cet avis négatif car nous avons fait des réclamations durant le séjour restées sans réponse. Il s'agit de hello lisbonne santa apolónia. Les + bien situé, propre, spécieux.
Les - malgré les soit disant équipements (lave-vaisselle) il n'y a de couverts, verres tasses que pour 4 personnes. L'appartement est très lumineux mais uniquement sur leur site internet. On nous a collé sur un rdc avec vue sur les poubelles. Rdc donc sombre ,les fenêtres d'une seule chambre s'ouvraient mais en oscillo battant. pas de cloison entre les différentes pièces donc aucune intimité. Porte de sdb ne coulisse plus correctement, nous sommes souvent restés coincés. Connexion wifi très faible. Isolation très limite, nous entendons aisément les appartements supérieurs. Ha et dernière chose la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

El lugar está bien localizado en el barrio de alfana, aparcar en la calle sin problemas y libre de pago.Está bien comunicado con la red pública de transportes Bus metro y tren.En cuanto al apartamento todo correcto, limpio y fácil acceso.l apartamento tiene aire acondicionado, él único pero ,la conexión WiFi mala poca cobertura y poco alcance.
Está decorado de forma moderna con techos altos y espacios amplios de forma diáfana, electrodomésticos de marca Bosch.
En pocas palabras bien para unas vacaciones, recomendable,en familia en nuestro caso 3 personas no más,dos en cama y otra en sofá cama.

Sehr geschmackvolles Apartment in super Lage direkt am Bahnhof und am Meer gelegen, der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen in uns um Lissabon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.Lieblos und wenig fachgerecht verarbeitete Materialien, typisch südländisch, man darf nicht so genau hinschauen. Reinigungsservice kam nur drei mal in zwei Wochen statt täglich wie vereinbart.

They do not change sheets or towels eventhough we requested. I was told they will come to take trash and change sheets every 3 days but they only changed towels and took the main trash out but they didnt take trash in the bathroom nor they changed sheets. Room were not swept or moped.

Bei unserer Ankuft stand ein leeres Glas im Abwaschbecken in der Küche.Das Badezimmer war grubsätzlich sauber, jedoch hatten zwei Badetücher bereits Flecken. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Estupendos apartamentos de diseño con vista al río Tejo . Estuvimos en la última planta y la panorámica es impresionante , ves amanecer sobre las aguas del río . A pocos minutos están los muelles donde se puede comer o cenar en sitios muy agradables .

Positivo: Rapidez da reserva, simpatia dos anfitriões, sistema moderno e seguro.. Negativo: Havia uma toalha a menos em relação ao número de hóspedes.
Há coisas na casa de banho que têm de ser arranjadas, nomeadamente a torneira do bidé, o ralo da água, etc.

The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The location is good, you can walk to the main centre in 25 minutes. The check in process was easy and quick. There are restaurants and cafes near by. Limited parking nearby too.

The directives to get to the place were confusing, and the registration was not easy. The place was well located, and the actual apartment was clean and efficient. No personalized engagement with Hello Lisbon system, all communications are thru a e-mail, skype of registration machine at the lobby. I like personalize engagement!

Обратился с двумя проблемами:
1.Не удалось включить варочную плиту и пришлось питаться в ресторане,что причинило финансовый ущерб.
2. Телквизор смарт не работал,а телевизионные программы не выдерживают критики...
3.Дважды просил помощи по скайпу и получил только обесчание все исправить.

Positive: Location was excellent. Large apartment with plenty of space.. Negative: Both electric sockets in kitchen were broken/ not working. Shower head broken and tied up with string. Soap dish in shower removed. Standard lamp in main sitting area broken. Poor sound insulation. Glasses an crockery selection very mixed. Needs better maintenance.

Positive: Niente.. Negazione: Prenotazione fatta in italiano. Il check-in disastroso. Il systema non funzionava malgrado le direttive fornite da Hello Lisbon. Nessuna reception personale. Per di più nessuno parla italiano o francese. Solo portoghese e qualche parole di inglese. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare che contattino una collega che è riuscita a farci fare questo benedetto check-in in francese. Al nostro arrivo, il forno sporco con ancora il cibo dentro, la pattumiera piena di detriti. La macchina a caffe che di macchina a caffe ha ben poco. Si tratta di una macchinetta tipo Melitta, dove devi ancora mettere acqua calda, filtro, caffe. Non si usano più. Con il prezzo pagato ci si puo aspettare una vera macchina a caffe con capsule. La lavastoviglie ancora piena di piatti e bicchieri non lavati. Un pezzo di vetro rotto trovato nella lavastoviglie...ci si poteva anche tagliare un dito! La lavabiancheria e asciugatrice menzionate nella publicità del monolocale in realta si trovano al pianterreno, invece che in appartamento come menzionato nella publicità! Non pratico quando si vuole partire a visitare una città. La doccia con pezzi rotti , acqua che fuoriesce dalla cabina doccia, quindi acqua sempre a terra nel bagno, stendipanni per gli asciugamani rotto, miscelatore lavandino bagno totalmente svitato. Il letto era incastrato contro il muro quindi il materasso avrebbe dovuto essere ricoperto con un lenzuolo ad angoli invece era un semplice lenzuolo di cotone che non era mai a posto. Il letto non era fatto tutti i giorni l'abbiamo trovato sempre disfatto......un disastro! Non ci torneremo mai più! Troppo caro per il servizio deplorevole! Avendo subito posto reclamo ci hanno proposto un altro appartamento dopo 3 giorni (su 5) dove ci si richiedeva di prendere un taxi a nostre spese per spostarsi di nuovo!!! Non prenotate!!!

Positive: Apartment and position was great. Negative: The apartment was great but....
1. Beware of the automated check-in!!! there is no reception/staff, it took us almost 2 hours for the check in and to get internet password, nobody answering the phone for 40 minutes. We met several people at the entrance during our stay and many people had the same problems during check in. Frustrating.
2. No glasses for wine available in the apartment... the bottle opener is there... but no glasses for wine... - a full kitchen with pans and tools and no glasses of wine very strange.
3. There is a club not far from the aparthotel and during weekend can get a bit noisy.

Positiv: Der Blick zum Fluss ist schön und auch das Appartement selbst geschmackvoll. Gut ist auch die Lage.. Negativ: Ich hatte ein Appartement bei dem mir schriftlich bestätigt wurde, dass es mit Balkon ist, was nicht so war. Leider benötigte es viel Diskussion um einen entsprechenden Ausgleich zu erhalten, den ich dann aber angemessen fand. Es gab nicht den angekündigten Frühstückskorb und in der Küche ist ausser Geschirr nichts.

Положительный: Сами апартаменты понравились: просторная ванная комната, оборудованная кухня, уборка. Отличное месторасположение - рядом вокзал Santa Apolónia ( прибывает ночной поезд из Мадрида) и Музей Азулежу 15 минут пешком.. Негативный: Прибыв рано утром, не смогли попасть в холл апартаментов по коду, присланному на электронный адрес заранее, ожидали 15-00, хотя в этом самом холле есть камеры для хранения багажа. Пришлось сидеть в кафе неподалеку и коротать время, на запросы в skype и по телефону не отвечали. Но когда попали в холл в 15-00, выяснилось, что сломался kiosk ( терминал электронной регистрации заезда). Помогла въехать горничная. Wi-fi периодически не работал.

Als die Putzfrau gesehen hat, dass wir bereits warten durften wir früher in unser Appartement.
Es war immer sauber und wir hatten einen super Ausblick auf den Hafen.. Negativ: Wir haben den Code nicht per E-Mail erhalten und am zweiten Tag war das Wifi plötzlich Passwortgeschützt, ohne das uns ein Passwort mitgeteilt wurde. Durch das Telefon in der Lobby konnten diese Probleme jedoch schnell gelöst werden.

Steckdosen im Küchenbereich defekt, Geschirr unvollständig, defekte Aufhängevorrichtungen im Bad, im 1.OG hört man die sehr laut zufallende Haustür, insgesamt sehr hellhörig im Haus - insbesondere wenn Nachtschwärmer nach Hause kommen.

Quite disappointed with our stay here. A beautifully renovated building right next to Alfama with great access to transport links. However, it is very lacking in other areas.
There is a severe and dangerous lack of lighting in the corridors, which actually make it dangerous to navigate. I nearly took a tumble down the stairs due to this fact. I'm all for saving energy, but the safety of guests surely is paramount?
Inside the apartment itself, although there is more than enough space, there is a serious lack of items you would normally use. For example, the pseudo mini bar includes bottles of wine, but no wine glasses are provided.
The floor of our room was covered in white paint splatters, which really took away from the otherwise beautiful decor and attention to detail. Also, the double bed was shoved right up against the wall, meaning one of you has to crawl to the bottom of the bed or climb over the person next to you.
It's not all bad though. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and we had a great view overlooking the river. TV needs some English channels. Just some news channels in English would do.
We were overcharged the city tax and it was a bit of a pain getting them to refund us, but to be fair this originally was the fault of the booking agent.
For the money we paid, in hindsight we could have stayed somewhere better. The company need to take a closer look at general maintenance and add a few more items for it to be good value.
Lisbon is an amazing city with plenty of choice for your accommodation needs, so don't feel you need to put up with the negative points raised in my review.

Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartement. Blick aufs Wasser war sehr schön, auch wenn drunter ein Bahnhof zu sehen war. Gut schallisolierte Fenster, bequemes Bett, ruhig und schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet. Tägliche Reinigung. Es gibt keine Rezeption, per email bekommt man Access code zum Eingang und die Nummer des Apartanents. Austausch per mail schnell und zuverlässig. Vom Flughafen erreicht man das Haus unkompliziert mit Metro in etwa 30 min für 1.95 Euro pro Person. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Zentrum der Altstadt erreicht man zu Fuß. Das einzige was verbessert werden könnte, sind ein paar Küchenuntensilien: ein paar Becher und Gläser sowie ein Wasserkocher. Das Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Positief: We hadden een code gekregen waarmee we de deur konden openen.
Dat ging allemaal prima.
Het was erg schoon en netjes, vrij nieuw. Soms iets gehorig door bovenburen.. Negatief: Voorafgaand aan t verblijf wilden we contact leggen met het buro van hellolisbon. Dit lukte helaas op geen enkele manier, niet op t opgegeven nr en niet via mail. Diverse keren geprobeerd. Dat was erg vervelend. Uiteindelijk via tussenkomst van Booking.com is t goed gekomen.
Er was geen host om ons te ontvangen.
Lokatie was op zich goed mbt ligging v metro en trein. Maar s avonds was t minder prettig om naar t appartement te lopen ivm zwervers. Wij namen een taxi, snel en goedkoop.

we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the views to the river, as well as the location next to Apolonia station. We received a breakfast box every morning that made our day! All staff are really nice and welcoming people, and we loved the experience, so will probable repeat soon. Muito Obrigada.

La primera impresion muy buena, como en las fotos. Pero una vez instalados.... el baño oscuro y sucio. En el congelador comida de huéspedes anteriores, y el horno... en fin, sin comentarios. Séjour en famille (4 personnes)(23/5 au 27/5/17) réservation superieur appartement( 75 m2):: appartement moderne mais qui a ses limites: store occultant cassé, une ampoule sur 2 fonctionnelles, odeur d'humidité (normal la ventilation de la salle de bain défectueuse )( Dommage qu'en on a des allergies!!!! )appartement non aéré. Impression qu'un avion décolle à chaque fois qu'on l'allume, en RDC vue sur les poubelles. Celui ci est Proposé comme étant un 2 pièces: Faux car fenêtre commune avec le deuxième espace lit, aucune intimité . Nous alertons le site, en échange ils nous proposent une chambre pour un small appartement, forcément moins cher. Nous acceptons, à cause de mes allergies. Nous passons dans un 32M2, 3 chaises pour 4.....mais tout fonctionne. Mais plus grave, c'est la disparition d'objets personnels dans la chambre lors du ménage: écharpe de ma fille, écouteurs APPLE de ma fille remplacés par des écouteurs SAMSUNg (nous n'avons aucun appareil Samsung), tongs HAVAIANAS de mon fils!!!Nous voyageons énormément et c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive. Nous avons alerter EXPEDIA et HELLO LISBON: sauf être désolée, aucun geste commercial ou retour d'HELLO LISBON.....Impressionnant

Mitten in der Altstadt von Lissabon in der Nähe des Hafens gelegen bietet das Haus moderne Apartments zu relativ günstigen Preisen. Aber: es gibt keine Rezeption, vorherige telefonische Anmeldung ist erforderlich dann bekommt man seinen Zimmercode, mit dem man für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes ins Haus und das Zimmer kommt. Wer sich nicht halbwegs gut in Englisch verständigen kann sollte die Finger von einer Reservierung lassen!

חיובי: דירה שיש בה מטבח, מצעים ומגבות נקיים, היו בקבוקי מים וסלסלת פירות על השולחן, מכונת קפה וקפסולות של נספרסו. שלילי: דירה בעיצוב קר ומנוכר כמו במשרד של מוסך. הכל שחור לבן ללא טיפת חמימות,אין נוף מהחלון הקטן, תחושה שאתה חנוק בתוך קירות,מיקום גרוע ומדכא, סביבת המלון היא סביבת מגורים עלובה ומלוכלכת. באזור החניה, מאחורי בנין המלון אזור מוזנח ודוחה עם ריח של שתן וזבל כמו בסלאם, חייבו אותנו בכרטיס אשראי יומיים לפני שבכלל הגענו למרות שביקשנו לשלם במזומן במקום. עזבנו את המקום עם הגעתנו למרות שהזמנו שהיה של 3 לילות.

New furnished room has strong odor. But room facilities are awesome. This is a new kinda hotel without a front desk clerk. Doors are password accessed so early check in and late check out are not possible. They do provide a locker in the building main entrance hall for your luggages. Very easy access to train.

El hotel una pasada, estuvimos en la habitacion 4a que tiene muy buenas vistas, la habitacion muy moderna y todo nuevo, toda la cocina es completa, con horno, microondas y lavavajillas, el baño muy bonito y la cama super cómoda, lo único que el segundo dio cuando llegamos a descansar a las 4:30 la habitacion aun no la habían limpiado y a las 5 mas o menos toco la limpiadora la puerta y le dijimos que ya no, que al dia siguiente... El desayuno te lo traen a la habitacion entre las 7:30 y 8:30, lleva un poco de todo y muy bueno y la situación del hotel no esta mal, andando unos 10 min estas en la plaza del comercio que puedes coger tranvías y autobuses para ir a todos lados

Dopo 3 giorni di soggiorno senza acqua calda per doccia, nessun risultato. Non esiste reception, solo collegamenti via mail e un intercom nell'atrio comune. Ricevute solo risposte evasive di attivazione tecnico ma in realtà nessun problema risolto. Questo è il problema di totale assenza e presidio degli appartamenti.

Pozytywna: Komfort apartamentu bardzo wysoki. Urządzony w IKEA-style, jednak wszystko w miarę nowe i czyste. Wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia na miejscu. Nikt nie powinien czuć się zawiedziony apartamentem.. Negatywna: Hałas wywoływany przez pobliski dworzec kolejowy i ruchliwą ulicę.
Codziennie identyczne śniadanie. Po drugim dniu zestaw staje się nieznośny.

We (3 adults) stayed at the Hello Lisboa-Santa Apolonia. the location is fairly convenient to the Santa Apolonia Station through which CP trains and the Metro Blue line run. There is a grocery store and some other shops within the Station. The neighborhood is otherwise not very commercialized and a little bit outside of downtown Lisbon. There is a friendly bar/small bites restaurant just half a block up the hill from the front door. While its advertised as having free off-street parking, the 3-4 spots were always taken. However, we had no problem finding street parking close by. You get a code to access front door and the door to your apartment. So dont expect to be able to call the front desk for any sort of assistance or directions. We stayed in apt 2B, which had a semi-private bedroom (louvered doors that you can still see thru), living room, small kitchen, bathroom with tub. Bedroom space was tight but sufficient. theres a view of river but nothing special. Our bathroom door was not properly aligned so it did not latch, which created a lack of privacy. The apartment came with a free basket of fruit. There was also refrigerated beverages, wines and coffee pods for the nespresso machine that were available for purchase. The TV had about 30 channels but no American based channels. Free wifi worked reasonably well but it is unsecured.Overall, Hello Lisboa Santa Apolonia is no-frills, decent place to stay if youre on a budget. Lisboa itself is GREAT.

We stayed here for 5nights. 2 night at the first floor; 3 night at the second floor.
Location is superb. Fully accesssible by train, metro and bus. Be reminded that bus travel via old town could be painfully congested, expecially at weekend.
Great local restaurent nearby, within 3min walk. Definietely not the fancy, decorated place, but the food prepared by old chef will certainly fed you well. Highlight recomand 'Faroi' and 'Maca verde' located right opposite to the train station.
Clean room. The full height window is fantastic. Kitchen has most utensil and appliance you need to prepare the proper meal and breakfast. Oven, microwave, toast make, coffee make...etc. We manage to made pork ribs and pasta for dinner during our stay.
THe check-in is convinently done by pass code. Unfortunately, for some reason, i didnt recevie the email from the staff and asked the staff of our previous hotel to call over and sort out. Geneally, the process is smooth.

Das Hotel legt auf ein tolles Design wert, leider bleibt der Komfort dabei auf der Strecke. Eine komplette IKEA-Ausstattung ist halt kein Hotel-Qualitästsstandard. Da helfen auch nicht die aufgepoppten Photoshop-Bilder. Beispiel: Fernseher mit versprochenen 30 Kanälen schrumpft auf 8 Kanäle mit Sendern wie Russische Telenovella; BBC auf arabisch etc. Heißwasser teilweise mit kalten Aussetzern; Schlafsofa unbequem, Blick schräg nach oben auf den Fernseher...kurz...hoher Anspruch, aber wenig Gemütlichkeit und Wohnkomfort...

Service daccueil inexistant;pas de réception sinon un virtuel receipt .A larrivée et au départ , un telephone pour appeler une employée endormie.Comme il faut un code pour entrer dans cet hotel et un code pour la chambre, vous vous retrouvez à la rue avec vos bagages (heureusement il ne pleuvait pas) .Pour avoir les codes ,il aurait été si simple de les communiquer par mail puisque nous avions donné lheure de notre arrivée).Une impression de séjour chez des fantômes.Nous avons ensuite aidé des voyageurs aussi en difficulté que nous....Dommage cétait un bon emplacement et accessible par le métro et le bus.A ne pas renouveller
