Kladný: Ubytování je na velice dobrém místě, na trase tramvaje č. 28, kousek od metra (stanice Baixa-Chiado), v okolí jsou obchody s potravinami, restaurace, bary atd. Ubytování bylo čisté, 3 ložnice a 2 koupelny pro 3 lidi jsou ideální. Při check-in nám bylo vše vysvětleno, dostaly jsme i tipy na restaurace (jeden jsme i stihly využít, restauraci s mořskými plody a byly jsme moc spokojené). V ubytovaní jsou i el. přímotopy, což jsme ocenily na sušení věcí (pršelo nám téměř kontinuálně 2,5 dne v kuse).. Záporný: Ložnice jsou situované na rušnou ulici (s bary a s tramvajovou linkou, navíc poblíž byl nějaký taneční klub), takže člověk musí počítat s celonočním hlukem (daň za dobré místo v centru), ale okna mají okenice a to hodně pomáhá. Největší mínus jsou smrdící odpady v koupelnách, nepříjemný zápach je nutno často větrat a i tak s malým úspěchem. Ale jde o starý dům, takže je to pochopitelné. Navíc v Lisabon při dešti smrdí kanály všude. :-).

Positiv: Läget. Altanen även om den var liten. Bra med två toaletter och duschar.. Negativ: Dålig lukt från avloppen. Rummet mot gatan var väldigt lyhört..

Positivo: A cama era confortável, o apartamento era muito bonito. As cores da casa muito bonitas, com quartos espaçosos e os chuveiros serem separados do resto dos wc achei muito interessante. A decoração era simples mas bonita. As vistas para a rua eram interessantes pois nos contextualizava naquela zona típica de Lisboa. Gostámos imenso do senhor que nos abriu a porta. Muito simpático e educado.. Negativo: O edredão deveria ter uma capa branca lavável pois não gostei do facto de o edredão estar manchado e desprotegido. embora os lençóis estivessem muito brancos e limpos. Penso que falhou não terem colocado uma garrafa de água e umas bolachas de água e sal ou outras ou mesmo até pão, como mimo para quem chega de viagem. Deveriam talvez colocar um guarda-sol ou algo que tapasse o acesso com os vizinhos do pátio de cima, por uma questão de mínima privacidade e até segurança. Eu sei que o cansaço de mostrar os alojamentos , ainda por cima ao fim do dia e com todo o movimento de Lisboa é aceitável mas poderia ser mais simpático, mostrar mais ar de boas vindas..

Positive: posizione buona, soprattutto perché sul percorso del tram 28. Colazione non compresa, ma i dintorni avevano una buona offerta. Negazione: il puzzo dello scarico dei bagni, davvero terribile. check in alle 10 senza possibilità di lasciare i bagagli.

Positive: Such a great location, great amount of space and good amities!. Negative: The second toilet on the first floor apartment (we had both large apartments), seemed to have some sewerage problem or something as it stunk! We choose not to use it ever and shut the door. I didn’t contact them about this so I do not want to complain but it’s worth mentioning :).

Positief: Het appartement was lekker ruim en gezellig voor ons vieren. Met 6 personen kan ook, maar 7 is lastig ivm klein 2-persoonsbed. Twee douches waren ook fijn. De locatie is heel centraal en tram 28 rijdt door de straat..

Unser Ansprechpartner hat uns ganz unkompliziert per WhatsApp kontaktiert, und viele nützliche Infos geschickt und war jederzeit erreichbar, da es keine Rezeption gibt. Jederzeit wieder!.

Good location, good space. We could walk or use transit to get wherever we wanted. It was not a quiet or secluded location and there was a seriously bad sewer smell in one of the bathrooms but was overall a good place from which to see Lisbon.

Positive: The apartment is located in a great location to explore Lisbon. Check-in was easy, and our host was very helpful in providing local information and answering our questions. The apartment gave our family of five a true taste of what city life is like... the street outside is bustling with activity and noise, but it didn't affect our sleep too much. We were able to walk to many sights from the apartment. Public transportation is very close as well. The apartment is old, but the furnishings are modern. There was a terrible sewer smell coming from one of the bathrooms, which was unfortunately right next to the kitchen. We were glad we had not planned to cook in the apartment. We highly recommend grabbing breakfast at Orion, just down the street.. Negative: The sewer smell from one of the bathrooms was terrible.

Positiva: La localización del piso es muy buena. Es un piso ideal para ir con amigos ya que la distribución está pensada para muchas personas.. Negativa: La limpieza podría ser mucho mejor. Se notaba que no se había hecho una buena limpieza en semanas. Las colchas estaban sucias. El alojamiento tenía muchas habitaciones (con capacidad para más de 6 personas) y solamente eramos 2 personas. En la oferta de booking no se explicaba en ningún sitio que el apartamento fuera así. Además, como en la oferta de booking no se incluían fotografías de los baños no pudimos ver que eran dos duchas separadas (como de vestuario) con dos baños individuales con taza y lavabo. Debe explicarse mejor en la oferta porque la casa estuvo infrautilizada.

Positief: Prima locatie midden in het oude centrum van de stad Erg groot appartement. Negatief: Geen centrale verwarming, wel mobiele verwarmingskachels maar ivm het niet doen van bijna alle stopcontacten was het erg koud in het appartement. Oud appartement, afgebladderde verf Geen werkende stopcontacten in bijv de slaapkamer (telefoon opladen) en de badkamer (gebruik vd föhn etc).

Positiv: Personal war sehr freundlich bei Schlüsselübergabe, hat vieles erklärt und gezeigt. Appartment war sehr groß (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer, Küche), von der Einrichtung her typisch portugiesisch. Bettdecken waren sehr warm und kuschelig. Die Lage ist toll, man ist in kürzester Zeit in der Altstadt von Lissabon.. Negativ: Einzig der Straßenlärm Samstag abends ist recht laut, man hört die Menschen selbst durch geschlossene Fenster feiern.

Positive: Located in the old section of the city the apartment has charm. There was plenty of room for everyone without being on top of each other. Well appointed for comfort and with a good supply of hot water.

Positive: Lots of space, there were 7 of us and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Having 2 toilets and showers was great too. Location central and walkable to main attractions. Negative: Only negative would be the noise outside, the apartment is in a busy bar area and trams are outside. But that can’t be helped by the host

Одна большая нормальная и через нее можно войти в четвертую комнату. То есть полноценно только три комнаты. Все старенькое, сильно отличается от фотографий. Тараканы. Комфортным это жилье назвать трудно.

Positive: Appartamento situato in posizione strategica tra i quartieri di Bairro Alto e Chiado. La zona è ricca di negozi e ristoranti. Facile accesso ai mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento è luminoso e ampio. C'è anche una piccola terrazza. Nonostante l'edificio si trovi in una strada molto trafficata, l'appartamento è ben insonorizzato. E' dotato di tutte le comodità ed è arredato con gusto. A pochi metri c'è la fermata del mitico tram 28!. Negazione: Non c'è molta possibilità di parcheggiare se non a pagamento. E i prezzi dei parcheggi sono alti. La sera la via è meno sicura.

Positiv: Big place with many rooms. Decoration and furnuture is very nice. The reception is really friendly and helpfull.. Negativ: Es ist leider sehr viel Schimmel an den Wänden. Nur überstreichen überdeckt den starken Schimmelgeruch nicht. Dadurch ist es nicht so angenehm dort mehrere Tage zu verbringen

Positiv: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist zu Fuss von der U-Bahnstation gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön renoviert. Wir haben unsere Ankunft telefonisch vorangemeldet und wurden bei unserer Ankunft bei der Wohnung bereits erwartet.. Negativ: Das Eine Badezimmer verströmte etwas einen unangenehmen Geruch.
