Amazing Indian food with super attentive staff! We asked the waiter for advice on the dishes and were recommended Lamb Madras and the Momos as starter. Really enjoyed the food and the service! A++

We did not take pictures of our food but it was tasty and the portions adequate; excellent service, the guys there were very attentive the entire time. We will definitely come back here next time we travel around Lisbon!

Tip: The main dishes are smaller so get 1 dish per person not including naan and rice.
We have eaten at 50+ Indian restaurants in Europe and this is one is near the very top. The service was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We ordered cheese and garlic naan, paneer vindaloo, aloo gobi and some rice and everything was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Nice food for a very good price, excellent staff, enjoyable seating outside on a little terrace - can only recommend! Got the vegetable mix tat was part of the daily menu and it was quite a lot of food indeed.

Very small place with seating for about 30 to 40 people. Tables very close together but it wasn't noisy. It was rather warm inside. Must be that tandoori oven that puts out some good food.

My starter was pretty filling in itself! Main was very good too. Didn't have much room for dessert unfortunately otherwise definitely would have gone for something from dessery menu. Service was excellent. Attentive waitress and food arrived quickly.

Completely unassuming restaurant, me and my girlfriend booked because it was the 9th best restaurant in Lisbon and it did not disappoint!
The service from our waiter ‘Human’ was incredible and attentive.
The food was outstanding - and genuinely one of the best best curries I’ve ever had. We over ordered of course, and even tried to get more before Human advised us we were ordering too much!

Nous avons pris une bouteille d’eau et un porto
3 Entrées dont des samosas au poulet.
Un poulet tikka masala et un poulet butter
Avec du riz et des naan à l’ail. Pour 35,50€ !
Super copieux nous n’avons pas su tout finir !!!

Local acolhedor e muito limpo. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo dono e colaboradora com muita simpatia e vontade de ajudar. Tudo perfeito desde a colocação dos pratos, explicação da ementa e comida. Eu não tolero muito o picante e ele disse que havia 3 opções de picante... Comi até não poder mais. O pão naan é de comer e chorar por mais!! O preço não é elevado. Éramos duas pessoas, comemos entrada prato principal e bebida e ficou um total de cerca de 20€. Um tesouro camuflado na grande Lisboa.

Serves Indian dishes. We had dinner here. At 7pm it was still empty, however at 8pm it was busier. We ordered the tandori chicken, a lamb curry, rice and some bread. The level spicyness of the food you want was adjusted to your demand. The taste of the food was very good, and do justice to the Indian cuisine. Furthermore it was reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly.

O espaço foi renovado, com mudança de nome e gerência.
O atual staff supera o anterior pelo domínio da língua portuguesa (ponto negativo do anterior).
A comida (nepalense) continua muito agradável e as doses são generosas e bem apresentadas.
Dispõe de inúmeras opções de menu, convenientemente agrupadas por tipo.
A sobremesa estava deliciosa!
Os preços são bastante aceitáveis para a qualidade.
A revisitar, pela simpatia e profissionalismo do staff (gerente) e pela comida excelentemente cozinhada e apresentada.

We wandered past this restaurant and were drawn by the promise of Nepalese food having visited Nepal several years ago. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is only a few months old bit the dishes we tried were delicious and the staff delightful. Popular with tourists in the evenings but apparently full of Portuguese people during the day which is a great sign. Good luck Royal Spice for the future.

Introuvable si on ne connaît pas car pas dans un lieu de passage touristique. Ça vaut le détour. Très grand choix des plats. Vraiment excellent et copieux. Accueil très très chaleureux. Et des prix très intéressants pour la qualité et la quantité. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.

Один из лучших ресторанов непальской и индийской кухни. Бронировали столик заранее, но в обед было много свободных мест. Заказывали карри с манго и рекомендуемую всеми tikka masala - невероятно вкусно. При заказе официант уточняет, какой степени остроты/пряности сделать блюдо, какой температуры принести воду. К карри брала непальское пиво - легкое и приятное. На гарнир принесли рис с орехами и рис с овощами, очень вкусно. Отдельно хочется отметить обслуживание - официант непалец очень вежливый, приятное общение, расспрашивал откуда приехали, просил показать фотографии снега ))
Счёт на двоих со скидкой 30% за бронирование через TheFork - ~20€.
С удовольствием придём сюда ещё в следующий свой визит в Лиссабон.
Превосходная индийская кухня
Еда восхитительна, обслуживание быстрое. Официант рассказал подробно о блюдах и помог сделать правильный выбор. Понравилось абсолютно все, что пробовали. Бронировали через сайт - нам сделали дополнительную скидку. Рекомендую. Здесь можно открыть для себя индийскую кухню и полюбить её.

Best Indian and Nepalese foods near Lisbon Historical Centre. I had ordered Butter Garlic Naan was really good and Chicken Tikka Jalfrezy was exceptionally delicious. Chutney was too good. I will highly recommend this place and will try more items here.

The food was excellent and the service very helpful and friendly.
The only thing to criticise was the vergetable soup. It was a little bit oily and not very tasteful in my opinion. Aside from that everything was very good, especially the dessert Mango Khulfi com Pista.
If you are in Lisbon I higly recommend visiting that restaurant.

Very friendly staff. That was the best part of the restaurant. The food was not to my taste, with most dishes being sweet (sweet curry!!), as opposed to normal spicy indian food.
The staff explained this was more a Nepalese take on Indian food.
Prices are very reasonable.

Delicious Indian and Nepali food at affordable prices with vegetarian and non vegetarian options. I ordered lentils, rice and naan and all were delicious. Service is very good and the atmosphere of the place is also good. If you make a reservation they give you a discount on the bill. Prices are around 10€ per person. Very recommended!

My wife and Indian me showed up for their 7.99 lunch special which is supposed to include a bunch of items (starter, salad, entree, drink, dessert and cafe). The starter was a papad with chutneys - not a bad start. Salad was chopped raw onions, cucumber, and tomatoes without dressing or salt/pepper/lemon (which is the true Indian way) on the side even. Forgive! Entrees with rice = Meh. The Nepalese flavors differ a little from Indian ones; nothing against them but I started to temper my expectations a little with the dessert and cafe still to come. But they didn't. The next thing on our table was the check! I asked about the remaining items, and the waiter goes, "Do you want dessert or coffee? I can get it for you." So you have to ask for what you've paid for if you want it. :-0 We decided we had enough.......

Service sympathique, mais malheureusement la nourriture ne l'est pas. J'ai fait énormément de restos indiens en France et à l'étranger et c'est l'un des plus mauvais. J'en suis le premier désolé, la qualité de la viande est affreuse, les sauces sont bas de gamme. Le nan au fromage et le Lassi à la mangue étaient bons, mais c'est tout. Il est un peu moins cher que les indiens classiques, et ça se ressent directement dans l'assiette. A faire si vous voulez un indien "pas trop cher", mais vraiment trop cheap a mon goût.
J'ai du mal a comprendre les excellents avis...

We were recommended this restaurant and after reading the reviews, we decided to go. Our waiter Sarosa was amazing and helped us pick out our entrees. We had the lamb and chicken tika masala with garlic naan. The flavors and spices were absolutely amazing! Sarosa and the rest of the staff were very considerate and helpful, if you are reading this review, just go, you will not be disappointed if you love Indian food.

Great restaurant with amazing service. Unique blend of traditional Indian dishes with Nepali flavour tones. The manager himself provided us with complementary papadam, 30% discount and a liter of sangria for our reservation of five. You’ll be hard-pressed to beat that anywhere in Lisbon. Reasonable prices as well!

Good but not stellar. The service is perfect, if a bit slow (we were served after 20+ minutes; a couple next to us came in later and got their starters before us). The waiters are helpful and very kind. The curry was good. Nan: ups and downs. The starters could be better.
Well... maybe we ordered the wrong dishes. I'll give it another try. Next time.

We went here for dinner and it was amazing.
Everything was really tasty.
5 stars for te staff : friendly and kind.
We loved the cheese naan ( try it if you can) and the prawn karay.
Also the dessert are good : try bebinca a special topical cake and mango kulfi!!

Et bien que dire, si ce n'est que c'était excellent ! Notre serveur Saroj était vraiment génial ! Nous ne parlons ni portugais, ni anglais et lui ne parles que très peu français et il a malgré tout fait l'effort de nous parler au mieux français. Donc, service très bien, nourriture excellente (Et pour ceux qui aimes le piquant comme mon conjoint vous allez être ravis ! Mais attention pour ceux qui comme moi ne mange pas piquant c'était parfait ! Il y en a pour tout les goût ! ) et franchement qualité/prix plus que raisonnable.
Nous le recommandons fortement !

Le resto ne paye pas de mine de l'extérieur mais n'y prêtez pas attention tout se passe à l'intérieur. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant, gentil et j'ai mangé le meilleur butter chicken de ma vie! Un régal, c'est très copieux et vraiment pas cher.! Super adresse

Found this place on google, went here cos of the good reviews.. and trust me it was worth taking a chance, delicious food, young nepali hosts receive you with positive energy and serve you better. Not so expensive. Everything that I ate here was very delicious.

Really delicious food! Great customer service. They all spoke english very well which was a plus for us since we dont speak Portuguese. Close to our hotel, good value for the money! Świetna jedzenie i bardzo miła obsługa. Jak się dowiedzieli, że jesteśmy z Polski, to już do końca leciała polska muzyka. Jeśli lubicie pikantne jedzenie, to wystarczy poziom średni. Przy rezerwacji przez tripadvisor była zniżka 30%. Z zewnątrz może nie zachęcać, ale warto.

Genial lugar para degustar la cocina india. El servicio impecable y la comida increíble. Nos hicieron un 30% de descuento por reservar desde TripAdvisor y fue el propio metre el que se interesó por nuestra reserva haciendo mención, al final de la comida, del descuento. Local com duas salas, sendo que a da cave, aí não estar a ser usada, devia ter muito mais arrumação e apresentação, até porque é a passagem para idas ao wc.
Apesar de ter reservado via Tripadvisor, o que recomendo, devido a ter a sala de cima bem composta, tentaram relegar para uma mesa que mais parecia de apoio, o que recusei.
Ao referir como tinha marcado, la se resolveu tudo, passando a ter até uma atenção "demasiado" especial.
Boa comida, acabei por ter um EXCELENTE serviço, não sei se na próxima assim será, com um preço de refeição muito bom.
Quem passa na porta, não aparenta a qualidade.
Recomendo.

Piatti tipici squisiti, porzioni abbondanti e prezzi modici sono i punti di forza piú incisivi che non fanno che confermare le prime impressioni ottime. Il tutto viene poi servito nei piatti da portata appositi per mantenere al meglio temperatura e gusto dei cibi, oltre a conciliare l' immersione nell' atmosfera magica del luogo.
