Small fort part of the old Lisbon coastal defence system. Includes a small exhibit with uniforms and other historical artefacts. Still holds some of the old canons and it's fairly preserved.

Eine Festung auf dem Weg nach Sintra und dem berühmten Strand Quincho. Wenn man mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ich ist, der ideale Ort um eine kurze Pause zu machen und die Landschaft zu genießen. Ein Stück weiter die Straße hinunter, gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants! Zu jeder Jahreszeit ein Highlight.

Lindo, porém muito distante do centro de Cascais, e deve-se chegar de carro, tem uma estrutura interessante sendo a beira do mar, com uma vista incrível, e tem ainda os canhões a exposição, o valor da visita é de 3 euros, acredito que vale a pena conhecer!

The Forte itself is quite simple, but the view from the inside and its surroundings is spectacular. You can see the ocean with the beautiful Guincho Beach tô the right and the Farol da Guia to the left. An amazing place for a Walk or riding a bike.

Wenn man bereits viele andere Sachen in Spanien, Deutschland etc. besichtigt hat, bietet der Eintritt von 3€ pro Erwachsenen nicht viel. Da vieles in Portugal kostenpflichtig zu besichtigen ist, sollte man genau abwegen was sich lohnt. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung gebe ich nur für das Schloss von Mafra, das hat sich definitiv gelohnt und der Preis ist gerechtfertigt, zusätzlich kostenlose Parkplätze und tolle Cafes und Restaurants drum herum!

Payer des tickets toujours. Il y a façon et façon de demander et d'afficher les informations dans plusieurs langues. Marre que les informations ne soient en Pirtuguais ou en anglais.

Lo visitamos de camino a cabo roca.
Entramos solos por la parte derecha y al salir nos dimos cuenta que había que sacar entrada 3 € . Exposición didáctica y 4 cañones. No lo recomiendo a no ser que tengáis tiempo de sobra....que tampoco.

Cost a lot for nothing. No English explanations, only 3 small rooms about some historical stuff with Fotos of the fort. Waste of time and money. Only go There if you really really really into something like that. Otherwise avoid!

Construção da fortificação militar, inserido no conjunto das muitas fortificações militares da defesa avançada da barra do Tejo, edificadas a partir de 1640.

It was really good apart from the miserable battleaxe who works there, telling our kids off for their rather loud battle re-enactments with the cannons. This might have been justified if anyone else was there.. at all.
