Este hotel foi o que mais me agradou até hoje. Já fui em diversos hotéis que não tiveram a mesma acolhida que este. Os funcionários são educadissimos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Nota 10 para eles. O café da manhã esplêndido.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Wir hatten ein Zimmer über dem Restaurant. Trotz des abendlichen Betriebes, war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und scheinbar noch nicht sehr alt. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet (warm/kalt) – es sollte für jeden was dabei sein. Zur Lage: perfekt für einen Citytrip

Lhôtel est idéalement placé. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et sommes ravis de ce séjour. Le personnel était souriant, disponible, attentionné et efficace, aussi bien à la réception quau restaurant. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres, spacieuses, confortables et insonorisées. Les petits déjeuners copieux et variés. La soirée fado restera un très bon souvenir : les artistes et le dîner étaient de grande qualité. Vraiment parfait !

Fantastic place to stay. Would definitely revisit if returning to Lisbon. Free minibar stocked daily? What more can you want! UK plugs also in room so no need to take adaptors. Plenty of lovely toiletries in bathroom. Five stars from me

Varmt mottagande i receptionen. Var tidigare så vi lämnade väskorna i receptionen. Vi skulle få sms om rummen var klara innan 15:00. Fick bra hjälp med att hitta bra saker att göra. Hjälp att hitta på karta var vi skulle åka mm. Väskorna fanns på rummet när vi anlände. Åt middag tre av våra fyra kvällar vi bodde här. Mycket god mat och trevlig personal. Utlåning av paraplyer. Det regnade en del, tyvärr. Annars fantastisk vistelse i Lissabon B-G

Bereits kurz nach Buchung hat das Team des Hotels sich per E-Mail gemeldet und zusätzliche Infos zugeschickt. Auch vor Ort waren alle sehr höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen, der Aufzug Santa Justa ist bspw. gleich um die Ecke. Der Check-In verlief zügig und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und groß genug. Im Bad gab es genügend Ablagefläche. Das Frühstück bot sehr viel Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Wir würden wieder hier buchen!

최근에 오픈했다는 한식당도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 위치이구요
바깥에서 볼 땐 출입문만 보여 시설에 대해 알 수 없지만 아주 깨끗하고 현대적이며 도심지인데도 조용합니다.
미니바 무료인 것도 좋네요.
리스본에서 이 정도 가격이면 만족합니다

Amazing location, waking distance from almost all places and many restaurants close by.
Modern room with a quite nice bathroom. Amenities are good, including water, coke, juice and beer. But missing conditioner.
Friendly staff.
The room is quite small, but smart.
You get UK, US and EU power plugs.
The wifi is really good.
Shower has good pressure and the bed is quite wide and fine.

Localização esplêndida. Café da manhã sensacional, inclusive com Pastelzinho de Belém e um iogurte caseiro incrível, sem falar da máquina que faz um capuccino super cremoso. Funcionários atenciosos. Quartos confortáveis e super limpos. Banheiros ótimos. Minibar de cortesia, abastecido diariamente. Recomendo!

Muito bem decorado. O pé direito duplo e o piso de madeira dão um charme ao lugar. Fomos muito bem recepcionados. O hotel tem otima localização. Fica no segundo andar e não há elevador (o que dificulta caso algum hospede seja cadeirante ou tenha problemas de locomoção). O banheiro é compartilhado. De manhã congestiona um pouco para tomar banho, além de acabar a água quente. Alguns hóspedes deixam o banheiro uma bagunça. No mais, a cama é muito confortável e a cozinha bem equipada caso se queira preparar refeições.

一週間滞在。ロシオ駅に近く、交通の便は良し。ただ、ご飯時になるとホテル近くに客引きが立つので出入りをする際、かなりうざいです。バスタブの栓があかず、使い方を聞きましたがフロントにも分からず、結局、ナイフでこじ開けてもらいました。部屋を変えてくれと言っても、同じ問題があるとして応じてもらえず折角のジャグジーは使えずにシャワーだけ浴びてました。ホテルの朝食食べる場所で決まった曜日にファドかポップスやりますが、ファドはそれ専用のレストラン行ったほうが良いです。冷蔵庫の飲み物飲み放題ですが二日目から中身がショボくなりました。

The location can't be beat. The staff is exceptional... friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond.
The room is fully appointed, with a comfortable bed.
The breakfast buffet was well above average, with a wonderful selection.
Again, the front desk staff was so helpful, and extremely pleasant.

Absolut Empfehlenswert. Super Lage ! Freundliches Personal.
Essen und Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wie es nicht in Anspruch genommen haben, aber das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Es gab bei uns die Möglichkeit auf dem Zimmer Tee und Kaffee zuzubereiten.
Die Minnibar war frei und wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt.
Wenn Lissabon, dann wieder dieses Hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre de Lisbonne, à proximité des moyens de transport. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuse, bien tenues et bien équipées. Une mention particulière pour les boissons offertes en chambre (porto pour la bienvenue, champagne pour la nouvelle année. Comme dans la grande majorité des établissements de Lisbonne, les tables de la salle à manger sont exagérément serrées pour maximiser le nombre de convives.

In a good location on a pedestrian street near to many shops and restaurants. Prior to my arrival I received a welcome letter from the hotel and when I inquired about transportation options they provided me with detailed information on how to reach them by metro.

El Hotel muy bueno en Ubicación céntrico de Rossio y praica de Comercio y Ave libertade donde hay metro transporte tours casa de cambio restaurantes! Llegada al hotel rápido Check in rápido gente amable llovía y me prestaron paraguas! Buen desayuno Buffet, mini bar lleno a diario, Buen wifi! Recomendaría tener cosas de comer en habitación o máquina para comprar papas chocolates o galletas o cosas así ! Y tener opciones de Room Service y pedir comida al hotel si llueve! Minibar gratuito y nos sorprendieron con un detalle de bienvenida.

Lage super, essen im Restaurant ansprechend. Zimmer sauber und mit Minibar und Nespresso ausgestattet welches kostenlos war. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Störend war bei unserem Zimmer 507 Abwassergeruch vom Klo. Und Bettlacken waren umständlich. Aber sonstens sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück durchschnittlich. Obstauswahl sehr gut. Im gesamten fast Perfektes Hotel!

Lovely hotel with kind and helpful staff. The rooms are really nice and modern, the bathroom is especially nice. The hotel is also located perfect, so it is easy to get around in the city, and come back during the day, if you want to drop something off or grab something from your room.

Absolutely loved our recent four night stay at Hotel Santa Justa. Great central location, wonderfully helpful, attentive, courteous, professional staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are soundproofed, so even though the hotel is located in a busy pedestrian area, once inside your room, you hear nothing. The free mini bar is replenished everyday. There are a myriad of electrical sockects around the room, including one in the safe, so don’t panic if you forget to bring an adapter.

First time to Lisbon and wanted to stay central so that we could easily explore all the neighbourhoods, Santa Justa helped do just that!
We stayed 5 nights, the room was great, clean, had all the amenities and a nice view of Barrio Alto. The staff were so helpful, quick to hand out recos where to sightsee and, helped book 4 nights of desirable rezzos.
It is dead Center of tourist row, so you do need to put your head down an trudge through the tourists and vendors but - with your head down you can just enjoy all the beautiful tiles!
*be warned if you have a rental car: you park at the near Square “Figeuro” for 34€ a night if you can borrow the hotel parking pass. Not a great spot to leave the car long term, and 5minute looping 1-ways just to get out/turned around.

En el barrio de Baixa, a un paso del elevador de St Justa, a un paso de Chiado, de Alto y de Alfama. Tiene todo cerquísima. Con lo que lo mejor es la localización.
La habitación correcta, limpia y bonita, de tamaño correcto. Insonorización de las ventanas espectacular, no se oye nada aún dando la habitación a la calle llena de terrazas y restaurantes.
El baño limpio, plato de ducha efecto lluvia muy relajante.
El personal muy amable y profesional. Nos trataron estupendamente.
En el restaurante los sábado cantan Fado en directo, muy bonito. Puedes tomarte algo en lugar de cenar mientras les ves tocar y cantar.
Algo elevado de precio, pero es que estás en pleno barrio de Baixa... a un paso de todo.
Por curiosidad he revisado hoy precios para un amigo que quiere ir en septiembre y me he asustado :-) nosotros en pleno agosto pagamos casi la mitad de lo que piden para septiembre...
Parking algo caro (centro de lisboa, claro). Desayuno algo caro; justo detrás tienes "Pastelaria internacional" :-)

Bel hotel 4 étoiles placé au coeur de Lisonne, à 50 mètre de la place Figeira. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Grande chambre très confortable, très propre et bon service. WIFi et mini bar offert. Pas de parking mais vous pouvez utiliser celui de la place. Bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande pour toute visite à Lisbonne.

The Santa Justa is located very well (near the Santa Justa Elevator and Rossio Square). It is a great, clean hotel with friendly staff, and lots of extras. Their restaurant has Fado nights, which was a lot of fun to attend. One caveat is that the hotel room is better for couples than families, the shower has a window with stationary blinds that looks out into the room, so not the best choice for everyone. I hope to go back to Lisbon in the next decade or so, and I will definitely go to the Santa Justa again.

I spent 5 nights here recently. Great staff and location! The room was modern with good climate control and a nice large window that I could open up over the busy street scene below my room. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. If I return to Lisbon, I will definitely stay here again.

In many years of travel around the world my wife and I have never experienced a hotel staff that is so attentive to detail and empowered to respond to questions and service needs. Excellent hotel! Clean, cozy, modern, in the center next to the Santa Justa elevator. The hotel staff is courteous and welcoming. The rooms have a mini bar with free drinks. Every day they put you in a mini bar: water, Coca-Cola, orange juice, soda and beer.

This is a great hotel smack in the middle of the heart of Lisbon. It's close to everything but it also has a great restaurant next to the lobby where you get 10% off if you're a guest at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The minibar is free and contains a few beers, soft drinks, juice and water. The only thing that pulls the score down from five to four stars is that the windows are not soundproof. There are no cars on the street outside the hotel but during the night you can hear garbage trucks etc. This is not unique to this hotel though and I did actually sleep well. The breakfast is a buffet but it has a good variety of things to try out and free sparkling wine if you feel like starting your day off like that. Don't wait until the last minute because most of the food will be gone. I'd love to come back to this hotel next time I'm visiting Lisbon.

The hotel is very nice and it is in the center of Lisbon. The difficulty was getting to the property but once we learned that the hotel is accessible by car in the day we made arrangements with the clerk to meet us and assist in parking the car. Then all was well.

위치가 정말 좋고 밖에선 잘 몰랐는데 호텔이 안에는 깔끔하고 현대적입니다. 직원분들이 프로페셔널하고 친절합니다. 주신 에그타르트도 맛있었고 다양한 맥주, 음료수 , 물 있는 미니바가 무료에요. 조식도 맛있었고 위치가 중심이라서 시끄러울것같은데 그렇지도 않았고 너무 편하게 잘있어서 하루 더 머물고 싶었어요. 또 가고 싶어요..

The Hotel Santa Justa is in an ideal location, close to the Santa Justa elevator. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast, which was included in our reservation, had many choices. The front staff were very polite and friendly and our check-in and check-out went smoothly. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Nice little hotel. Only stayed the night and out in the morning, but friendly staff and room was good. Food was ok - breakfast was in a small restaurant area, but enough choice for people. Location is good for walking, but as its off the main street down pedestrian only area, taxis struggle to find it.

Wonderful staff, very very helpful. Very nice rooms. they provided extras like champagne (complimentary!!!) in our room one nite and a couple of other treats provided on other days.Complaint: On a pedestrian only street, so coordinate how to drop off luggage before you get to the hotel. With that understanding, the staff provides wonderful assistance in getting luggage to the hotel and your room.Next trip to Lisbon we will definitely stay there!

Location! Location! Location!!! I would stay here again for many reasons besides location. It is also on a pedestrian road. The room was very nice and the staff helpful and friendly. 3 times a week you can enjoy Fado music at their restaurant. Loved it!

Hotel Santa Justa is a fine hotel, very well located, and having excellent accommodations, very nice amenities, and cordial efficient staff. We will hope to return to this property on a future trip. It is high value, high quality with large clean rooms, in-room fridge stocked with gratis beverages, a bottle of port greeted us in our room, quiet night, excellent sheets, an enjoyable stay in every respect.

Super Hotel an sehr guter Lage mitten in der sehr lebhaften Altstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und sauber alles bestens. Frühstücksbuffet auch sehr gut ausser einige warme Speisen war nicht mehr ganz warm.

Hotel faces Rua Do Correeiros, an active street full of restaurants, shops and visitors. May open door to small balcony to get fresh air and the sounds of the street during the day and close at night to sleep soundly. Glass completely sound proof.

Kind staffs and nice location, BUT there're only a few kinds of food at breakfast, and the fruits were NOT FRESH (this is because all the refrigerated food such as fruit, cheese, ham, etc. are put outside at 3am.... I saw staff putting the food outside at this time), room quality is very normal, nothing special to say, Fado live performance was not really good....

Отель не более чем на три звезды. Завтраки бедные. Да еще постоянно персонал забывает пополнять пустые лотки с едой. Из 6 дней 3 дня не было натурального йогурта. Из того, что было - все приготовлено кое-как, горелый бекон, сухие круасаны. Номер был на 4 эт. с балконом. Вид из номера хороший в одну сторону - замок, лифт S.Justa, а с другой стороны окна упираются в дом с кап.ремонтом. мебель и оборудование в номере ветхие. При приеме душа вода под полом протекала в холл и хлюппла под паркетными досками. Не удобна одна дверь на ванну и шкаф. Одеяло с двумя простынями вместо пододеяльника ужасно. Под видом 1-й двухспальной кровати были две сдвинутые, в обнимку не поспишь.

Es muy céntrico, puedes ir a pie al Castillo (cogiendo dos ascensores que te suben de una calle a otra) y a la Catedral. Y está al lado de la plaza da Figueira donde puedes coger el autobús 15 o el tranvia 15 para ir al barrio de Belem, donde hay que visitar el monasterio de los Jerónimos, la Torre de Belém y el monumento a los descubrimientos. La habitación es muy amplia, la cama es cómoda. Hay plancha. El lavabo tiene todos los detalles para el aseo. La ducha no resbala nada. El restaurante es acogedor y hay música en vivo varios días a la semana, nosotros disfrutamos de fados.

Hotel con ubicación perfecta para recorrer el centro. Cerca de la estación de Rossio si bienes en transporte público desde aeropuerto.
El personal del hotel excelente, tanto en recepción como los del restaurante o servicio de habitaciones. Nos han tratado muy bien.
El servicio de restaurante os lo aconsejo, buena comida a precios razonables para la zona y algunos días hacen Fado en vivo.
Las instalaciones bien y el servicio de minibar y café incluidos en el precio.
Las únicas quejas son la recepción de la señal de la televisión, y la insonorización q no es tan perfecta como presumen en la web.

The food herr was sensational. I had o menu do dia and i chose the salmon risotto the waiter (extremely friendly and nice) noticed i was undecided between green risotto and salmon so he surprised me by asking the chef to make me a green salmon risotto! I was wowed by the customer service. The ice cream was very good and their presentation was lovely.

Very pleasant three nights at the Santa Justa Hotel, right in the heart of downtown Lisbon. Other than a somewhat complicated way of turning all the lights off at night, nothing to fault - particularly the very friendly and helpful staff at every turn. Centrally placed for attractions (we walked up to the castle on our last day direct from the hotel) and for multiple transport connections. Small and friendly dining area with great food and also live music at least 3 nights per week (fado on Sundays)

Sehr gutes Hotel mitten in Lissabon. Das Hotel ist wirklich 4-Sterne wert. Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber! Die Lage ist super zentral. Viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt einfach zu erreichen. Ca. 2-3 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, fährt der Flughafen Shuttle Bus. Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut. Ich würde es nicht zusätzlich buchen. Aber ansonsten top Hotel! Kann ich jedem empfehlen und würde defintiv wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

No hemos estado alojados aquí pero sí que hemos ido al restaurante. El trato ha sido de 10, nos atendió un responsable llamado Arthur, de color, increíblemente amable y amigable, nos ha ganado muy rápido con su sonrisa. Prometía comida muy buena a un precio decente y eso así ha sido. Muy buen restaurante del hotel, con música ambiente en directo, tocada por una banda de blues y muy buena decoración e instalaciones, como un hotel de 4 estrellas debe aparentar.

Everything absolutely exceellent except restaurant was cold.The weather was very cold and as this is unusual I felt they werent really geared up for it.However Lisbon does get cold in the winter months so they should allow for that.Staff were lovely and most apologetic about it.

Discret et souriant, le personnel est très prof et à lécoute. Je vais le recommander à mon entourage pour lemplacement, la propreté, la qualité des services ( isolation parfaite dans les chambres, petit déjeuner très copieux et de qualité). Nhesitez pas.

Transfer by bus from airport was easy and hotel located close to Rossio bus stop. The hotel staff are very helpful and were happy to give advice on what to see and do and travel plans. We had a top floor room which was nice but a little small with the dormer roof. Facilities in the room are very good and breakfast provides good choice. Would recommend for a good hotel close to central amenities.

The hotels location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the room had a free minibar and safe and the bed was really comfortable, the shower was great. We had breakfast once in the hotel which was okay but expensive there are plenty of breakfast options around the hotel

Lovely break in a well run hotel, close to some good places to visit and eat.Initial hiccup with an airport transfer resulted in a unsual reception however, generally staff were very helpful.

A good hotel makes half of the success of a pleasant trip. The Hotel Santa Justa is this kind of hotels. The location cant be better. The service and the room comfort are very impressive and superb! Its the best place to stay for visiting Lisbon!

Vacker men sliten stad. Mycket att se och göra. Lätt att ta sig fram via kollektivmedel eller till fots.
