We booked on june 25th 2019 a room for three nights for the time of Easter 2020 and payed €540 for it. On march 16th 2020, the gouverment of Switzerland ordered us to stay at home because of the corvid19 pandemic. One day later, we canceled the room and ask for pay back our money. The hotel just said "Switzerland is not on the booking list" and refused every pay back.
We are very disappoited about the managment of the hotel Lisbon Wine and advise against booking a room there in the future. Generaly the behaviour is bad for the tourism in Portugal for the future. We will stay in Spain instead.

Sehr sauber, zweckmässige Einrichtung. Das Hotel hat eine optimale Lage, um Lissabon zu Fuss zu erkunden. Eine Weinflasche als Begrüssung auf dem Zimmer ist einzigartig.

מלון בוטיק מקסים בלב העיר ליסבון. בחדר קיבלנו בקבוק יין ומים מתנה. חדרים מעוצבים בסגנון ויקטורייני. מיטות נוחות להפליא. מרפסת קטנה ללב העיר. מכונת קפה ומיני בר בחדר. ארוחת בוקר יוצאת מן הכלל. מומלץ בחום במיוחד לזוגות.
Lovely boutique hotel in the hearth of the city of Lisbon. In the room we got a bottle of red wine and cold water as a courtesy of the hotel. Beds were very comfort. A nice balcony with a view to the center. Coffee machine and minibar avaliable in the room. Breakfast is excellent and outstanding. Highly recommended especially for couples.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is well stocked and good quality. The rooms are very nice. The hotel is exceptionally clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

Muy buen hotel boutique, habitaciones cómodas, grandes y bien decoradas, ventanas con doble cristal, desayuno de muy buena calidad y variedad. Un poco pequeño el salón comedor. Muy bien ubicado a pasos de plaza Rossio, el ascensor está muy bien insonorizado ya que mi habitación (401) estaba cerca y no se escuchó ningún ruido. Detalle negativo no reponen las capsulas de Nespresso. Muy recomendable.

Petit hotel situé dans le quartier touristique, à deux pas de toutes les commodités et lieux principaux. Hotel entièrement rénové à neuf, et plein de charme.
Les chambres sont très grandes, avec un plafond très haut, et un petit salon. La literie est très confortable, la salle de bain bien équipée, et tout est très propre.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, avec un buffet mais aussi des œufs, bacon et pancake sur commande.
Le service est impeccable, le staff parle portugais, anglais et français.
Un sans faute pour cet hotel.

Très bel hôtel, parfaitement restauré sur le thème du vin, tout en gardant une ambiance chaleureuse. Propreté et services irréprochables. Situé en centre-ville, rue piétonne, donc calme. Transports à proximité. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Nous avons apprécié leur restauration maison et le copieux petit-déjeuner. Et la présence dans la chambre dune machine à café (et dosettes de café et tisanes), dun réfrigérateur, et dune bouteille de vin offerte.A conseiller sans hésitation. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Hotel très bien situé, en plein centre historique, à 2 min à pied du métro et de la gare qui dessert notamment Sintra.
Le concept de l'hôtel tourne autour du vin : accueil avec un verrre de vin offert et une bouteille de rouge dans la chambre, possibilité de faire des dégustation et déco sur ce thème, belle cour intérieur au deuxième étage où l'on peut prendre un verre et profiter de l'air frais des vieilles pierres.
WIFI gratuit, bon choix au petit déjeuner et TV avec de nb chaines internationales.
Personnel serviable et accommodant cependant quelques détails font preuve d'amateurisme : dans notre chambre une des robes de chambre manquait de ceinture et était trouée, les chaussons ne sont disponibles qu'en 43-44, après le ménage (fait après 16h seulement) nous n'avons pas eu de nouveaux savons, gels douches, shampoing et autres cotons tiges. Il suffit de demander mais on pourrait s'attendre à ce que ça soit automatique. Le système d'ouverture des portes avec cartes ne marche pas très bien et serait à revoir.

This little hotel was a true gem! Having only an afternoon in Lisbon and not wanting to get involved with a large hotel, we found the perfect accommodation. We started communicating with their front desk about 3 months prior our visit, asking for suggestions on how we could make the most of our time. They obliged with speedy responses, even across the pond! The hotel is located in a great area within walking distance of shops, restaurants, public transportation - everything we were looking for. The hotel has only about 18 rooms (four on our floor), which were spotless with monogramed linens, superbly comfortable beds, wood flooring, and windows looking down to a view of a narrow street, typical of Portugal. We were able to drop our luggage and take off for the afternoon of exploration When we returned, our luggage was in our room waiting for us. We asked for a good seafood restaurant and they recommended one just 2 short blocks away. We were surrounded by locals and knew right away we were in just the right place. In the morning a European-style breakfast was laid out, buffet style, but we had no time to enjoy it as we had to rush to the airport. They did have a "take away" bagged breakfast waiting for us when we left for the airport. (They can also arrange a private car to and from the airport or cruise terminal.). Thank you to the staff at Lisbon Wine Hotel, where they try to please your every need. This is a MUST if you're in busy Lisbon.

Wunderbares tolles Hotel - 4 Sterne und hätte 5 verdient. Liegt mitten in der Altstdt, man ist vom Flughafen mit 1 mal umsteigen in 30min am Hotel. Weg von der Metrostation Rossio - 300m. Ganz wunderbares Frühstück - alles frisch, keine Fertigsachen. Kaffee super. Zimmer sauber, ein Traum. Viele schöne kleine Details, die eben das stimmige Gesamtpaket ausmachen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer vorne raus - ja es ist Lissabon -da ist Leben auf der Strasse. Aber Fenster zu und Klima an -geht wunderbar. Wir waren im 5. Stock und hatten das Fenster offen. Bei Zimmer 503 - ganz oben und hinten in den Innenhof raus -das wäre ein Insidertipp mit Ruhe. Flasche Wein auf dem Zimmer und auch sonst - alles Top!

A funcionária que foi quem nos atendeu era muito
Simpática e recomendou nos muito bem o que havíamos de pedir. Também fez questão de nos recomendar com a entrega de um cartão para que possamos um dia reservar uma noite no hotel. Falou- nos por alto como era o hotel e ficamos muito curioso.

El hotel bastante nuevo. Estuvimos en dos tipos de habitacion. Las dos excelentes.
Limpias. Impecables. La atencion en recepcion buenisima El desayuno muy bueno. La ubicacion buenisima para comer y caminar. Relacion precio calidad. Haaaa en la suite tienes una botella de vino incluida.

Very nice hotel. It's in the heart of the city, on a very lively Street, yet the rooms are very quiet, due to Very good soundproof windows and probably thick walls. Combine it with a very comfortable bed and pillows and you sleep like in a cocoon! The rooms are ample, with high quality and stylish furnishing and good equipment complete with a big screen TV, coffee machine (Nespresso), bathing gowns and a complimentary bottle of wine. The bathroom had big comfortable shower. All staff members are extremely kind and helpful and the breakfast is very tasty and simple yet delicious with fresh local products! I'd stay there again at any time! Thank you for making our stay in Lisbon so great!

Everything was perfect. Each floor was named after a different type of wine. And a bottle of wine was waiting in my hotel room. The room was so beautiful with the most comfortable pillow and bed. It was so so quiet and the magical inner courtyard would be perfect to read or contemplate some quiet moments in. All in all I love it.

From entering the hotel we were greeted with names, smiles and genuine conversation. We were offered a drink on and full explanation of what the hotel does and where tourist attractions are and what transport to get. The outside and inside decoration is spotless, modern, homely and has what you need plus more. Included in price was white wine bottle and water in fridge and toothbrush, toothpaste and shower gel and shampoo. Oh and a hairdryer. Breakfast is continental with hot options. Absolutely yummy and best I've ever had. On return from days out we found chocolate or fruit in our room which was very pleasant. Emma the waitress and bar lady in the evening is amazing!! She is v helpful, attentive, smiley and knowledgeable about the area. Hi Emma! :) I ordered coffee one morning which came on time and they'd provided egg tarts and chocolate too. It was my bf birthday that afternoon and I ordered a special fizz which was very reasonably priced and delicious. The food here is yummy from dawn until dusk. Absolutely no complaints or hick ups of any kind from staff, decor, location or food etc. We love it here and hope to return soon!

Wunderbares Hotel in zentraler Fußgängerzone (abends ab 23 uhr sehr ruhig)nahe dem Rossio.Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich(mehrsprachig).Vom Hotel aus kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen.Falls man weiter enfernt etwas sehen möchte,die Metro,Busse und Strassenbahn sind sehr nahe.Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.Dieses Hotel ist einfach fabelhaft.

Centrally located to so many of Lisbon's fantastic restaurants and sites, this boutique hotel is very clean and comfortable. Spacious room with a great bed. The friendly staff were all amazing and very helpful ... even packed us a "to go" breakfast for an early morning departure when we checked out. Highly recommend!!

This Hotel is a stunningly beautiful without trying too hard. Sumptuously comfortable rooms and a superb breakfast with many choices including bubbles with your fruit juice! My only tiny negative was that there wasnt any facial tissues in the room but Im sure that will be resolved once they read this. Other than that a superb Hotel in every way. I cant rate the staff high enough.

Hola queria dar mi opinion del Hotel Corpore Santo es unHotel 10 el hotel esta nuevo de hace casi 3 años tanto en recepcion como restaurante y limpieza de habitaciones son un 10 en la zona de recepcion cada dia te ofrecen una picada de canapes o bolleria frutos secos asta palomitas segun la hora del dia incluiendo zumos frutas variadas agua y alguna copita de vino y champagne cada dia a las 19 horas llaman a la puerta por si quieres que te agan la habitacion o si necesitas toallas etc. La ubicacion del hotel esta muy centrica es un Hotel totalmente recomendable

Wow, we loved everything about this hotel: the location, the staff, the restaurant, the room, and the ambiance. It is a smaller hotel located on the cutest cobbled, pedestrian-only street. It is located within walking distance of the St. Georges Castle, the waterfront, the shopping district and many restaurants. We had wine and appetizers in the evening, which were quite nice and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The room itself was of nice size and very well appointed. We loved the walk-in shower. Everything is quite new and modern, which made it very fun to stay in. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even offered to arrange transportation to and from the airport for us, which we took them up on. The only downside is we wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back.

Un lugar muy pequeño pero muy acogedor. A pesar que la carta no està en español, los platos los sirven muy bien presentados y el material es excelente. La relación calidad precio es muy buena.

En general muy bien mi estancia solo puntualizar que presten un poco más de atencion a las peticiones de los clientes ya que en dos ocasiones advertimos de que nuestra salida seria muy temprano para dejarnos preparada la caja del desayuno para llevar y no fue así , lo cual pagamos un desayuno que no se nos preparó.

Ein wunderbares Hotel in bester Lage, direkt in der Altstadt von Lissabon. Im Hotel arbeitet ein junges, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Team. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und sauber. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine gute Flasche Wein und jeden Abend fand sich eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Serviceteams. Obwohl das Hotel mitten im bunten Treiben liegt, ist es euhig im Zimmer. Im 2. Stock fimdet man einen hübschen kleinen Innenhof, indem man gut verweilen kann. Das Frühstück ist auch liebevoll hergerichtet mit einer kleinen Auswahl von Wurst, Käse, frischem Obst, Leckereien und frisch zubreiteten Eierspeisen.Ich würde dieses Hotel wirklich wieder buchen.

Tolles Stadthotel in richtig guter Lage, direkt in der Altstadt von Lissabon. Sehr nettes junges Team, welches immer freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten und schön eingerichtet. Für einen Städtetrip ideal. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und man wurde täglich mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit verwöhnt. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich ein hübscher kleiner Garten zum verweilen.

Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, aber die Sauberkeit in diesem Hotel ist nochmals eine Erwähnung wert. Die Lage, mitten in der Stadt, ist super. Das Frühstück wird auf sehr engeren Raum serviert, ist aber von guter Qualität.

Fabulous find in the old town of Lisbon! Quality hotel, ideal for couples. Comfy beds, very quiet with views over old town. Loved the garden terrace on 2nd floor where we enjoyed our free bottle of red wine! Lovely breakfast...attentive staff. Ideal location for exploring the city. Lisbon wine hotel is a little piece of paradise in the heart of Lisboa. We throughly enjoyed our stay, thank you for the beautiful wine on arrival, scrumptious breakfasts & top notch service. We loved how close the hotel was to everything, it was possible for us to walk everywhere & enjoy strolls in the Autumn sun. Cant wait to return for another stay :)

Das ist ein tolles Hotel, sehr schön gelegen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer lag direkt am sehr schönen und ruhigen Innenhof. Es ab ein sehr schönes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit vielen Leckereien. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Das Waschbecken war verstopft Nachdem am zweiten Tag meiner Beschwerde darüber nichts passiert ist, musste ich sehr energisch werden. Man fand dann einen Pömpel, mit dessen Hilfe ich das Problem dann lösen konnte. Ich vermute, dass der Zimmerservice an eine Fremdfirma vergeben wurde. So ein Problem muss da eigentlich auffallen. Zudem wurde unser Zimmer erst am späten Nachmittag gemacht.Insgesamt aber ein tolles Hotel in einer tollen Stadt. Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen

L'hotel al centro, non si arriva con la macchina. Siamo arrivati Domenica sera,.abbiamo lasciato la macchia in strada, il giorno dopo l'ho messa in un garage convenzionato con l'hotel dove è rimasta fino al mercoledì alle 10 che siamo andati via, ci hanno fatto pagare 3 giorni interi di parcheggio e non 2 perché alle 9 scatta un altro giorno ma senza avvisarci di questo.

Great location, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and a view over the street below. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there were some very nice touches such as a complimentary drink on arrival and of course a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. I'd highly recommend and wouldn't look elsewhere myself if visiting Lisbon again

This hotel is perfectly situated to explore Lisbon. It's located on a pedestrian only street, but a short walk from a car/taxi. The room was lovely and very clean. They give you a complimentary bottle of wine when you arrive. The breakfast is really good and very diverse. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely suggest this hotel.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen und klein aber fein. Wir können nicht nur die sorgfältig ausgestatteten Zimmer empfehlen auch das Frühstücksbuffet war absolut genial und die Küche top - Preis Leistung stimmt. Wir haben über Mittag in einem anderen Restaurant gegessen und es dann so bereut, dass wir uns nicht für das Mittagsmenu im Hotel entschieden haben.

Tolle zentrale Lage. Schöner Innenhof im 2. Stockwerk, dorthin haben wir uns mit einer Flasche Wein zurückgezogen, wenn es uns draußen einfach zu voll wurde. Unser Zimmer lag allerdings auch günstig nach hinten im 2. Stock. Die Toliettentüren sind leider nur aus Milchglas und schließen das Geschehen im Badezimmer nicht 100% ab. Hotelgäste erhalten 10% auf das Restaurant. Wir haben dort abends einmal gegesssen und es war sehr lecker. Das Personal versucht wirklich alles für eienn zu tun, auch der late-check out am letzten Tag war problemlos möglich, da das Zimmer am Folgetag nicht verkauft war.Ich würde immer wieder dieses Hotel nehmen.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Komfortable und sehr saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Angenehmer Aufenhalt daher ohne Bedenken weiter zu empfehlen.

Ein sehr kleines feines Hotel mit einer wunderbaren Lage mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Der Elevador Santa Justa, der Tejo, Abfahrtsstellen der Hop on- Hop off Busse usw. kann man bequem zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichen. Einige sehr gute Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bestrebt, dass man sich als Gast wohl fühlt! Der junge Herr an der Rezeption hat uns sogar persönlich zu einem kleinen versteckten Restaurant begleitet, wo wir ausgezeichneten Fisch gegessen haben. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!

Wir hatten das Zimmer 403 - nach hinten zum Innenhof gelegen, sehr geräumig, mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Schreibtisch und Wandregalen für Nerd Technik Schnickschnack einschließlich allerlei Anschlüssen incl hdmi, das Frühstück war großartig, pancakes, omlett oder Ei nach Wunsch, frisch gepresster o-Saft, Sekt, und hervorragende Wurst/Käseplatten, allerlei Brötchen- und Croissantsorten, süße Teilchen, Joghurt, frisches Obst .., die Lage des Hotels ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone, daher sehr viel sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen - einfach nur empfehlenswert!

Personnel tres disponible et tres agréable, seule le reassort salle de bain ( serviette papier wc) laisse un peu à désirer. .. (Proprete d une serviette !!!) Bien que ttes les serviettes soient changees ts les jours.Petit dej extra...Merci a ts le personnel

War einfach genial jederzeit wieder gerne.Das essen war super,die Leute sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lissabon hat mir sehr gut gefallen und das wetter hat auch noch mitgespielt.

I cannot say enough about this new hotel (2-3 months old). Beautiful condition, and the staff was like family. Super location on popular pedestrian strip of downtown Lisboa. Wonderful breakfast was made to order, high quality. I certainly will return! Jeff

This hotel is simply wonderful.
The staff was delightful. We were offered glasses of wine at our arrival. In our room was waiting a bottle of the house red vine which was quite good.
Francesco at the desk gave us many good advices on things to see and where to go eat. He was very helpful.
The room is just like the pictures, well decorated, comfortable, and VERY quiet, which can be hard to have downtown. The bathroom was better than we expected.
We enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruits and "A la carte" dishes.
The cook made us tasty takeaway food for a low price for our flight back.
If you're looking to have a relaxed time, if you like wine, and if location is important to you (metro is less than 5 minutes away, lots of restaurants and touristic places at walking distance), this hotel is for you !

Este hotel es genial. La atención es insuperable, todas las instalaciones impecables, de muy buen gusto. Tiene un patio en una de las plantas supee bonito que tristemente no pudimos disfrutar por mal tiempo. El desayuno super rico, la cama enoooorme, todos los detalles bien cuidados. Super bien ubicado así que más que recomendable.

Hotel pequeno. Boa localizacao na baixa de Lisboa. Estremamente acolhedor. Quarto sem qualquer ruido nem do ar condicionado que mantinha com precisao a temperatura pedida. Pessoal muito simpático. Decoração com muito bom gosto. Para repetir.

Heel fijn hotel. Nog maar twee jaar open. Proper en goede services. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel! Persoonlijke ontvangst met een drankje. Mooie kamers. ZEER goed gelegen als uitvalsbasis om Lissabon te verkennen. Een AANRADER. AH JA DE PRIJS? Dat valt reuze mee. Zeker als je weet wat je er voor krijgt. Zeker de foto's bekijken. Die spreken voor zich! Toppie!!!

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage und dennoch ruhig. Das Hotelkonzept in Bezug auf Wein ist gut durchdacht, das Hotel hat erst 2018 eröffnet und die Zimmer (wir hatten ein Standardzimmer) sind sehr gemütlich. Ein kleiner Garten mit Fliesenfussboden und Erkern zum verweilen lag direkt vor unserem Fenster - in der Nacht darf er nicht benutzt werden, weshalb es wirklich ruhig und auch beim offenen Fenster angenehm zu schlafen ist. Im Preis (zumindest bei Buchung über Hotelseite) ist ein Frühstück inklusive. Das ist recht gut. Auch die Winebar solltet ihr abends probieren. Sehr gute Auswahl an portugiesischen Weinen!
