New hotel. Very noisy to street side, poor quality windows that don't block the noise. Room is rather small but sufficient for the money I paid. The only thing that really stood out was the lovely breakfast buffet, the 10€ extra are money well spent. Great variety, great presentation, fresh orange juice, high-end coffee machines (WMF brand from Germany) which is rare in Portuguese mid-class hotels. Continente store just opposite. Less than 5 minutes walk to Metro station

Hotel ist weiterzuempfehlen. Leider zur Zeit Baulärm da vorne die Straße bearbeitet wird und nach hinten raus ein neues Haus entsteht. Die Fenster sind aber sehr gut schallisoliert und wenn man sie in der Nacht geschlossen lässt ist es fast ruhig. Exzellente Betten! Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Anbindung zur Altstadt und allen Ausflugszielen toll. Die Metro ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Wenn wir Lissabon noch einmal besuchen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder Übernachtung in diesem Hotel.

It’s a good overnight stay for business or just before airport. It’s about 15mins from the airport. Room is spacious enough to have luggage opened on the floor. It’s clean and comfortable for short stay.

施設は新しく部屋が広くて清潔。スリッパやシャワーキャップなどアメニティも充実している。スタッフは皆笑顔が素敵でとても親切。最寄りのバス停や地下鉄まで徒歩2分程度。目の前に大型スーパーがあったり商業施設も近いが、ホテルは静かな通りに面しているので騒音はない。快適な滞在でした！おすすめします。

Comodidad, limpieza y buen desayuno.

Cet établissement est tout simplement parfait. Le personnel est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables et propres, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très varié. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Tout était parfait ! Je reviendrais ! Hôtel très moderne , placé à côté du Métro , très calme !

L'équipe a été très accueillante, sympathique et arrangeante (à l'écoute du client). La propreté de l'hôtel et des chambres est parfaite, il n'y a rien a redire et/ou à critiquer. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation. Le seul bémol serait la distance avec le centre ville qui oblige à prendre un transport ou la voiture.

L'hotel, non proprio vicinissimo al centro storico, è comunque facilmente raggiungibile dall'aereoporto (una quindicina di minuti e si arriva alla fermata della metro "Saldanha"). Receptionist disponibile e gentile. Appena arrivati siamo stati indirizzati ad un punto ristoro nel quale vengono messe a disposizione delle bevande aromatizzate per la clientela (un toccasana dopo una giornata trascorsa tra aereo e metropolitane). La camera risulta accogliente e fornita di ogni comfort. La prima colazione, disponibile in una finestra oraria dalle 7.00 alle 11.00, prevede una varietà di piatti che spazia dalla frutta alle uova con bacon. Consigliato.

The hotel is close to a major metro station, in a very upscale neighborhood. The rooms are great, new, super clean and the staff couldnt be more friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lisbon. It is a great value! I didnt have breakfast at the hotel but it looked quite nice and varied. Checking in and checking out was fast and easy.

Everything was lovely, nice staff, good location, good breakfast, and a room of a king. A small inconvenience was that we needed a new bed sheet, because we accidentally put a stain on it. We called for a cleaning lady and this cleaning lady wasn't very nice, a very mean attitude as if attitude hated her job. Maybe something that can be improved. Nonetheless i would definitely want to come back to Exe Saldanha whenever I'm back in Lisboa.

Um hotel acolhedor, muito recente, com um design muito agradável. Apesar de situado numa rua com estacionamento muito difícil, dispõe de estacionamento privado e encontra-se muito bem localizado, perto da estação de metro do saldanha. Uma experiência a repetir.

Mas dá para se locomover para vários locais, pois é perto de metrô, ônibus. Existem vários locais para refeição nos arredores Tem um supermercado que fica na mesma rua.

Muy bonito y muy rico todo

Decent location, near metro station and a small shopping mall, a large supermarket just across the street. Somewhat far from the main tourist attractions but not a major issue as there were plenty of buses and the metro (one can purchase an all-day travel pass for a reasonable price at metro stations). The room was clean, comfortable, with good climate-control. A note on toiletries: only a combined shampoo-bodywash was provided, so bring ones own hair and body wash products if that is an issue (or purchase from the supermarket right across the street).Service was not so good - no kettle in the room (hot water available from the ground floor bar/cafe only), in-room phone was not working, staff did not bring up extra items as requested, reception did not warn me to set aside additional money for city tax to be paid at the end of the stay (good thing I hadnt spent all my money).We did not try the breakfast (it was not included in our price), but there are several eateries and pastry shops just down the next street.

The overall trip was great except there was no wifi which was very important for me. Yet i understand it was out of their control. I would love to return. I am sure this would have been remedied if possible.

We enjoy in our stay. Reason was because hotel is completely new on a great and quite location but very close to Metro. We found staff with great customer service. Interesting only boys on the front desk were on that level, girls wasn't interested in interaction with guests at all. We had few issues during our 7 day stay: - 2 days without wifi (not accaptable in 21st century and this is critic to management and owners, not to staff) When you have big problem like this you need to offer something better for guest satisfaction, not only glass of wine. 1 morning complementary breakfast would be solution - Bathroom doors in bedroom (very, very hard to open/close. Reported but not fixed during our stay) - Elevator doors sensor is not working This issues will not reflected to our general feedback and we will come back to you. We understand that hotel is still new but it's already time that you start to improve some maintenance issues because if you'll ignore them you'll build up issues.

Nice, new feeling hotel located near the Saldanha Metro station and right across the street from a nice grocery store/cafe (Continente). Easy to get to from the airport or train stations. Also several cafes and shopping around the corner as well. Room was very nice. Good size, clean, modern. Internet was very fast. Check-in was easy/quick and staff was very friendly and helpful.It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room - that would be my only minus, but I just went across the street to the grocerys cafe since I didnt opt for the hotels breakfast. Id definitely stay here again, and definitely recommend it for others as well.

Passamos 11 noites neste hotel. Bem localizado. Tudo super novo, os quartos novos, recepção, e tudo em geral mesmo. Recepção simpática e atenciosos. Quartos bons, só que deveriam repor as águas no frigobar, utilizamos as duas únicas águas e depois durante os 11 dias, não houve reposição, tivemos que parar no Bar toda as noites e trazer. Televisão legal também, só que não funcionava os canais portugueses. Café da manhã bom, só a máquina de café que não é feita para o volume de pessoas do hotel, as pessoas usavam 3 vezes e ela já parava, é de alta manutenção. Experiência boa, voltaria de novo.

Superbe hôtel un tout petit peu éloigné du centre. Un des réceptionnistes parle aussi un peu le français et très aimable. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles je pourrais y revenir.

Een mooi en modern hotel. Fijne kamer en prima badkamer. Safe aanwezig. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. We verbleven 3 nachten en geen enkele keer werd de kamer gepoetst, noch de bedden opgemaakt. We moesten Elke dag zelf om handdoeken vragen aan de receptie, die ons vriendelijk verder hielpen. Werk aan de winkel.

Hotel nou, camere curate,personal amabil, mic dejun excelent . Hotelul este amplasat intr-o zonă linistită ,la 1 minut de statia de metrou . In zona sunt multe restaurante, terase si magazine.

Hotel novo, Ótimo café da manhã com nível superior a sua categoria. Pessoal do atendimento atenciosos, mas pouco treinado.
Tive problema sério no check-out, como meu vôo era muito cedo decidi fazer o check-out na noite antes.... tudo muito bem feito, a Atendente Claudia fez o fechamento, paguei e ela imprimiu a NF dobrou colocou em um envelope e me deu. Na madrugada seguinte era outro atendente que estava na recepção e entreguei o cartão da chave, eu disse que estava tudo certo....
Ele entrou no sistema e disse que não..... minha conta era 850€ e eu precisava pagar....tensão no ar.... mostrei a NF que estava no meu bolso...ele disse que a outra atendente havia fechado o quarto errado....
aí expliquei e mostrei que eu tinha um contrato com a agência aqui do Brasil que estava todas as diárias pagas, ele disse que não....
....o tempo passando...
Eu desesperadamente tentando falar com meu agente no Brasil e nada....
O atendente ligou para o gerente dele e o gerente disse que era para chamar a POLÍCIA.....
Uma atrapalhada atrás da outra e eu com o Horário aperdado...
Iria perder meu Vôo para a Espanha....
Tentei Várias e várias vezes ligar para o Brasil, até que meu agente retornou e na última hora passou um número de cartão de crédito e o Hotel nos liberou , o atendente pediu um Táxi, demorou muito e decidi chamar um UBER, o Uber veio e cheguei no aeroporto encima da hora sem condições de despachar minha mala, levando para a cabine, quando passei na alfândega, confiscadas todas as minhas garrafas de vinho, meus molhos, meus azeites e os cremes da minha esposa.
Conclusão, por um erro grotesco desse hotel perdi minhas compras.
Não acho justo depois de uma estadia tão sublime, perder tudo. por um erro que não foi meu!

Muy buena ubicación, a 15 minutos del centro histórico en metro. Buenos servicios alrededor, restaurantes, supermercados, centros comerciales, tiendas. Hotel muy nuevo, todo muy cuidado y desayuno buffet excelente. Muy buena relación calidad precio.

Recepção por parte de todos os Colaboradores do Hotel. Como era a noite de abertura, deste novo Hotel, foi-nos oferecido o pequeno almoço. 26-10-2019. Muito bem localizado com a estação do metro do Saldanha nas proximidades. Diria que é um 3 ☆☆☆ superior. Como gostei já voltei,novamente, a este hotel. Recomendo!

Very good experience at this hotel: super friendly staff, clean, nice rooms and an excellent brakfast buffet with lots of choice. One of my co-guests who's following an 8-week diet for medical reasons got a personal service at the breakfast - which was highly appreciated!

Un hotel de 3 estrellas que bien podría ser de 4 o más. Muy bien situado, limpio, muy nuevo y cuidado, amplias habitaciones con todas las comodidades y personal realmente amable

Les pongo una estrella porque menos es imposible. Nos alojamos tres noches, del 31 de octubre al 3 de noviembre, el día de la entrada nos cobraron las tasas turísticas 12 euros y el día de la salida querían volver a cobrarlas, ante nuestra a negativa, ya que ya las habíamos pagado, su actitud fue inventarse una factura de un desayuno inexistente y cargan en la tarjeta 10 euros. Decir también que el desagüe de la ducha estaba sin colocar y había un olor insoportable, todo pésimo y eso que llevan 4 días trabajando. No lo recomiendo para nada porque cargan en la tarjeta pagos no autorizados. Cuidado!!!

Um hotel a estrear (quando lá estive tinha aberto há uma semana) e com alguns detalhes a ultimar... Mas nada que impeça uma ótima estadia! Instalações novinhas, o staff todo bastante simpático e prestavel, o pequeno almoço muito bom (compete perfeitamente com um hotel de 5 estrelas)... Enfim: uma excelente experiência! Recomendo vivamente!
