Muy bien situado y personal amable y útil. El pero sería el tamaño de comedor de desayuno, muy pequeño (parece que vas a mojar la tostada en el de al lado :-) y desayuno justito para ser por 10 euros. Y ojo porque no hay señales de "no molestar" o "hagan la habitación" y puede que te hagan la habitación mientras desayunas y vuelvas y esté a medias y tengas que esperar...;-)

Aside from some noise from outside the hotel was excellent. Very cosy, with free hot drinks and cakes on offer, ideally located in the centre but best of all the staff were amazing.

Noisy on a Saturday night all hours as there is a small cheap "bar" adjacent to the hotel entrance where revellers congregate to chat & smoke. Sunday night was much quieter

It is a four-star hotel that is located in a very convenient location. Rossio Station and Matim moniz Station are nearby. The 2018 interior remodeling made it very neat and nice to stay quiet in a small number of rooms. The interior of the room is modern, neat and very practical. Two bottled water and chocolates are served daily.

מיקום גרוע מאוד לא במרכז כמו שהם טוענים, רכוב ללא כניסה עם כלי רכב ואין מקום לעמוד ליד נאצלנו לגרור את המזוודות קילומטר, טוענים שהם עוזרים עם המזוודות איך בפועל הם לא (שקרנים). שמו אותנו בקומה שלמה של ישראלים, צרחות ושומעים הכל בחדרים. על פתח המלון יש הומלסים וסוחרים מסוכן להסתובב בלילה. בלילה הראשון נגרם לנו קצר חשמל בחדר והם תיקנו אותו רק בבוקר ולא היה לנו איפה לישון ולהתקלח בלילה וכמובן שלא קיבלנו פיצוי. בבוקר של הטיסה חזרה המונית שהזמנו יום קודם לא הגיע במשך חצי שעה ואם לא היינו יוצאים ותופסים מונית היינו מאחרים את הטיסה וגם על זה הם לא לקחו אחריות. אבל ליסבון מקום יפה

Wonderful hotel - very stylish, cosy and comfortable. The hotel was very clean in every step. The bed was super comfortable . We were traveling with a small child and hotel provided high quality children's bed (our baby loved the blanket! ❤ ). Everyone from the staff was very kind: from the reception to a room service. Hotel is located in the heart of the city - close to various attractions and sightseeings. However, the sound proofing is perfect! It was so tranquil in the room - we had a really great rest. We won't even consider other hotels when coming next time to Lisbon! Thank you very much!

Hotel pulito. Camera confortevole. Con 2 terrazzini che danno su una via pedonale frequentata. Personale gentile e preparato. Arredi di design. Bagno pulito e doccia confortevole. Prodotti per igiene di buona qualità. Moquette dei corridoi pulita e con disegno moderno. Dotato di aria condizionata. consiglio, infine, di fare colazione nelle immediate vicinanze visto che ci sono Ottime pasticcerie anche storiche che meritano davvero, in hotel non l ho provata, ( il sovrapprezzo per colazione in hotel sarebbe di 11 euro/persona)

Experiência lamentável. Nem cheguei a ficar pois ao solicitar o cancelamento da reserva com 4 dias de antecedência foi-me negado esse direito e ainda me retirar do cartão de crédito o valor total duas vezes. Reclamei e aguardo resposta!
