Kelly Coyle: This restaurant is terrible. The information online is incorrect. It’s name has changed and so has the menu they only have half the food they advertise online. Their card machine doesn’t work and they treated us like it was our fault. They don’t understand basic dietary requirements and brought out a dish that was predominately cheese after specifying that I couldn’t have cheese or milk. The manager told people to stop talking when they were having a quiet conversation as the fado singer was playing (he was playing for most of the night). There was 2 of us and we were sitting at a 4 person table and when another customer came in they put her sitting next to us at the 4 person table and just moved us out a little bit despite the fact that the whole other side of the restaurant was empty.

Estou no exército há 13 anos trabalhando no atendimento ao cliente e atualmente estou grávida de 8 meses. Entrei na loja e não fui saudada por ninguém. Eles não têm preços expostos, por isso perguntei quanto custam os seus conjuntos de máquina de lavar e secar. O balconista disse que o mais barato deles é $450. Ele não indicou qual o conjunto que também estava a referir. Então o escrivão sentou-se e voltou para o que estava a fazer. Na minha opinião, ele era racista. Eu visitei a loja no dia 11 de Abril às 230PM. Devias despedir este empregado por me julgar pela minha aparência e por não ter tido tempo de descobrir com quem estava a lidar.

AC não conseguia acompanhar o calor da Geórgia por isso tive de ligar à Waller para ajudar uma rapariga. O Morgan era o meu reparador, e certificou-se de ligar antes de chegar. Ele era muito profissional e manteve uma ótima conversa enquanto completava o trabalho de forma oportuna. 10/10 recomendaria e continuará a usar Waller para qualquer preocupação futura com o ar condicionado!
