Lissabon ist eine wunderbare Stadt. Das Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip nach Lissabon perfekt gelegen - kurze Enfrenung zur Metro. Die Altstadt ist schnell zu erreichen. Gute Gaststätten in der Umgebung.

Las instalaciones perfectas, salvo el parking.

Staff just really could not be bothered Any request was just looked at as an inconvenience I requested my room to be cleaned when I was out between 10am and 10pm. They never cleaned at all during my weekend stay despite requests to receptionist At breakfast no coffeee was offered and staff preferred to chat near kitchen door No customer service at all

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were exceptional and the room was spotless and spacious. We had a beautiful sun terrace. Breakfast was great (continental) quite small, but i found it more than enough, I also enjoyed the coffee. I would stay again 100% the location was perfect.

Sehr freundliches & zuvorkommendes Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Ruhiges Zimmer. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Prima Lage, Metro ist wenige Meter entfernt. Ins Zentrum ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg. Empfehlung: E-Roller nutzen.
Die Tiefgarage mit Aufzug ist ein Erlebnis, für kleine bis mittlere Pkw gut geeignet. Alternativ gibt es ein öffentliches Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe.

Saubere schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, die Lage ist super - direkt an der ubahn, so dass man hier einen guten Ausgangspunkt hat um die Stadt zu erkunden. Von meiner Seite eine klare Empfehlung.

Educati, cortesi, disponibilissimi, gentilissimi. La mia. Esperienza in questo hotel è stata delle migliori. In un posto centrale vicino ad una delle vie dello shopping vicino alla metro gode di camere molto belle e perfettamente insonorizzate. Servizio nelle camere impeccabile con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani e accappatoi. Colazione ben fornita anche se ho visto di meglio. Molto tranquillo e sicuramente sarà il mio hotel di riferimento per Lisbona

It's too old to be 4 stars hotel. They give you robe and sleepers, but they look grayish... Towels and bed sheets as well:( Would look for some other place to stay next time.

Nice hotel steps from the Metro with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel staff were nice & very helpful with anything one needs. The breakfast was delicious & very well appointed and worth the extra few dollars There was excellent Japanese across street & a nice café at the end of the street that offered from morning to night, coffee, sandwiches & beer. There were two malls located down the street that had wonderful food courts as well. Plenty of shopping as well.

We stopped at this hotel for 2 nights. It was easy to find, the hotel is very nice, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The bed is comfortable and the shower was lovely. Definitely will recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Rooms were great, service was outstanding but the continental breakfast was a letdown. We expected atleast some local cheeses and meat/ham/saucages but instead it was the most basic/bleak of all continental breakfastes we have ever had in a hotel.

Piccolo hotel molto moderno in zona centrale ma in una via molto tranquilla, a due passi dalla metropolitana. Pulitissimo, personale gentile con buona lingua inglese. Camera e bagno spaziosi e funzionali, linea wifi ottima compresa nel prezzo. Letto comodo, illuminazione gradevole. Colazione di medio livello, qui si potrebbe fare di più, ma per me più che sufficiente.

Very pleasant staff, breakfast is delicious the rooms are very clean & cosy. The beds are very comfortable had a great nights sleep each night we was here. The bathrooms are spacious, with toilet, bath/ shower, sink and beda. I definitely would stay here again & recommend to others wanting a nice hotel to stay while visiting Lisbon.

Perfektes Hotel, Zentral gelegen, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das Hotel wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert und liegt zentral in der Innenstadt im Stadtteil Saldanha. Die Metro Station liegt nur 50 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Mit der Metro erreicht man schnell alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und einwandfrei sauber. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde sofort wieder dort übernachten.

Excellent and friendly service 24hrs a day, with clean and comfortable rooms. The rooms in this hotel were a good size, very clean and modern, and the bed was also reasonably comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t great, but it was a good thing to have around and the service was quite friendly, even when we stayed past closing time. The front service was always friendly and helpful, always helping us out, even at 2am, with a friendly smile! The location is also quite good, as it’s right off the metro line (the one that goes directly to the airport). I would definitely recommend this place.

We could not have been happier with the Olissippo Saldhana. It is a very nice little hotel in a quiet, but convenient, neighborhood. The metro is just one block away.
Most importantly, the staff were amazing. They were all friendly, helpful and patiently answered all our questions.
If you are going to Lisbon, we highly recommend the Olissippo Saldhana.

Schönes Hotel ca. 4 km von der Innenstadt entfernt in perfekter Lage. Überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wenn etwas gebraucht wurde, wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer, das gut ausgestattet war. Das Frügstücksbuffet bot eine gute Auswahl. Die Metrostation ist 50 m entfernt. Von dort aus fährt die rote Linie direkt zum Flughafen. Fahrtzeit 20 Minuten ohne Umsteigen. Praktischer gehts nicht. In nur 10 min ist man mit der Metro in der Innenstadt. Dort waren wir sicher nicht zum letzten Mal.

Our room and the staff were nice. Location was not good for the main tourist sites. We spent a lot on taxis getting to Chiado, Alto Bairro, Alfama etc. We tried the hop on hop off bus, 22euros per person for 2 days. Very badly organised. Long waits. Taxis were better.

Lovely hotel, excellent quality - only spent on night there and due to an early flight we missed breakfast, but sure it was just as good as the general quality.
Our room was super bright and tidy, nicely furnished and the bathroom was also really modern, clean with bathtub and toiletries.
We also had a small balcony, big glass door and electrically operated blinds. Air-conditioning was also available. Transport connection is absolutely perfect, direct metro connection to the airport and the center.

Hotel was in a great location right next to the metro so made getting around really easy, also near a hop on hop off bus stop if you do those things. Nice shopping centre nearby which had a great food court for breakfast, plus some great restaurants within walking distance for in the evening. Not in the heart of the tourist area either which we preferred. The room was spacious and comfortable, great bed too. Bathroom had nice toiletries and the shower was large. The room had electric shutters instead of curtains which offered total darkness at night. Although the room was very clean we found a “lost” paracetamol under the edge of the bed, not great if you maybe had a child with you. Great reception staff, friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on food options.

This boutique hotel is small and comfortable. Location is great to walk to restaurants, bars, transportation, etc. Front desk staff professional but pleasant and helpful. Stayed only 2 nights and enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Amei essa experiência em Lisboa. Como fica longe do agito, embora tenha a estação do metrô a 100 metros, é silencioso, limpo, moderno, com uma relação custo benefício excelente, do a garagem é bastante apertada, quase um desafio estacionar . A únicai coisa que não gostei foi a camareira que entra com você dentro do quarto, cedo, um costume péssimo que já vi relatado em vários hotéis na Europa.

Das Hotel hat für einen Städtetrip eine perfekte Lage! Eine Metrostation ist nur ca 1 Minute entfernt! Man kann auch zu Fuß zum Marquês de Pombal , wo die Hop on Hop off Busse abfahren laufen. ( ca 20 Minuten) Alle Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich und man fühlte sich stets willkommen ! Wir hatten sogar schon morgens um halb 11 unser Zimmer bekommen das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem Auch das Frühstück war gut, es war alles da was man brauchte Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Lhôtel bénéficie dun très bon emplacement au centre de Lisbonne et tout près dune station de métro, tout en étant au calme. La chambre donnait sur une petite cour et non sur la route, ce qui était appréciable, mais malheureusement, tous les jours à partir de 5 heures, la climatisation dun immeuble voisin se déclenchait, nous réveillant et rendant ensuite notre sommeil difficile.Les petits déjeuners étaient dune bonne qualité.

Etablissement récent, propre en apparence, mais: Les travaux, les finitions ne sont pas terminés. La ventilation dans les salles de bains ne fonctionne pas = risque de pollution de lair et des maladies. Les joints de douche nont pas été réalisés = fuites deau sur la moquette de la chambre = gonflement des portes et décollage futur de la moquette. Manque dun suivi technique. Parking réduit, accessible à une cactus, pas plus.

I’m torn about this review. The people were nice despite some hiccups and misunderstandings about our reservation and the request for an extra bed. The room itself was larger than I expected although the bathroom felt of a lower standard than a five star hotel. The weird thing we felt was some plastic bed covering under our sheet that felt crunchy every time we were in the bed. I understand it’s in case of accidents, but perhaps finding a better different water resistant mattress cover would be better and less noisy.
The biggest disappointment was their breakfast. Not only were there so few options it felt not fresh. The eggs were the absolute worst. The eggs smelled like fish and tasted like nothing like eggs. I almost had to spit it out and I’ve never had eggs so terribly cooked. We stayed at Olissipo Lapa Palace last year and I remember the breakfast also being not great. So maybe it’s a hotel wide issue regarding their breakfasts.
One positive was the WiFi. It worked well and required no username or password.

Booked this hotel after reading other reviews on ebookers. Unfortunately however we struggled to sleep in this hotel and there were two reasons s for this. Firstly building works we’re going on in the building next door, which started each morning before 8am. Between then and 5pm there was constant banging. When we raised this with reception they denied there was noise in our room and refused to change our room. Secondly the mattress on the bed was extremely strange, whenever one of us moved there was a crazy rippling effect which woke the other up.I would also add that the breakfast, and room it was served in were absolutely abysmal and there was mold growing in the corner of our mini bar fridge. All in all, very disappointing.

Olissippo is centrally located, has spacious room, big lobby, huge bathrooms. Overall a good hotel. Lacks certain amenities though which are usually part of such reputed hotels. Breakfast is very basic like the ones in a B&B. Special mention should go the cleanliness which is spot on. The bed was uncomfortable.

Hotel excelente , café da manhã gostoso e funcionários muito atenciosos , possui serviço de quarto. Um detalhe importante se você está vindo de carro , verifique com o hotel pois existe uma limitação do tamanho do carro.

Das perfekte Hotel für einen Urlaub in Lissabon oder eine Geschäftsreise in selbige Stadt. Das Hotel ist schnell zu erreichen (Ubahn-Station ist nur wenige Meter entfernt) und bietet in direktem Umfeld einige Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte. Der Empfang ist freundlich und zügig, ebenso der checkout. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern gestaltet, es gibt keinerlei Beanstandungen - auch das Bad ist modern und sehr sauber gewesen. Der Frühstücksraum im Keller war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, so gab es eben keine Fenster und die Farbgestaltung muss man mögen, das Frühstück an sich war aber qualitativ sehr gut und es wurde immer nachgefüllt.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde das Hotel auch bei einem zweiten Besuch in dieser Stadt nocheinmal aufsuchen.

Perfetto per distanza e servitissimo dai mezzi, da e per, aeroporto e centro città. Zona residenziale, con centri commerciali, all'interno di moderni palazzi. A tre km dal cuore della città raggiungibile anche a piedi, passando in zone della "vera" Lisbona

Our car was damaged in the hotel patking lot and they all run from the fact it was their fault (a member of the staff was guiding us through the tiny parking lift,and a long scratch was left on both the door handles) I would not recommend. This hotel left us wih a bad impression on all of the city. Unfortunately despite us hearing Portugyese people are helpful. :(

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus direkt mit der Metro zu erreichen. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man die Innenstadt schnell mit der U-Bahn mit einmal umsteigen. Das Personal war steht höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und komfortabel.

Comfortable, clean, modern rooms. The hotel is in a more business rather than touristy area of Lisbon, but really convenient for the metro or to walk to the city centre. There are some good restaurants in the nearby area too, which are a bit quieter than in the city centre. The hotel staff were really helpful in providing tourist info, booking taxis for an early morning flight, etc. The breakfast doesn't have the widest choice, but included some hot items, bread and pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cereal, etc.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel. Nicht im Zentrum aber in der Nähe U-Bahnstation und Busstationen. Frühstück nicht sehr grosse Auswahl, schön wäre mindestens 1 frisch gepresster Saft. TV dürfte 1 oder 2 deutsche Sender mehr haben ;-)Dusche empfanden wir als sehr gefährlich. Grosse rutschige Fläche!! Aber im Gross und ganzen waren wir zufrieden und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

I stayed at this hotel since it was fairly close to the airport. I only stayed here one night. The rooms are large and the hotel was very quiet. If staying in Lisbon for sightseeing, I would recommend staying somewhere else. But this was a perfect place to be closer to the airport.

A modern business-like hotel to the north of the old town. There are good bus and metro connectikns from here, the rooms are well designed with a large bathroom in ours. The style is very business oriented (very nice but not so personal). We had nice stay to visit the town, but would not just go there to "be at the hotel".

Usually you walk through our hotel and look for things that need to be fixed or cleaned , this was not the case here everything from the lobby to every part of the hotel was immaculate .staff was very attentive and spoke excellent English

Sehr gutes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind modern und Sehr, sehr sauber. Hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, gaben sehr nützliche und gute Tipps. Gratis Wlan, ging meistens ohne Probleme. Metro und Bus in der Nähe.. Beim Frühstück gab es eine grosse Auswahl an Brötchen, Gebäck und Süssem, selten in einem südlichen Land so eine Auswahl gesehen. Ich hatte beim Aufenthalt Geburtstag und das Personal hat meiner Schwester sogar eine Kerze organisiert--> Obrigado Meiner Mutter wurde die Geldbörse gestohlen und auch hier konnten sie uns mit einer Kopie der ID sehr helfen. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder besuchen und kann es wirklich weiterempfehlen.

I stayed only one night. The hotel has everything you may want from a four-star: modern and very comfortable room, good location and helpful staff. Nothing absolutely amazing, but for the price I had really excellent stay.

Hôtel en plein coeur de Lisbonne, à 15 petites minutes de l'aéroport, et à 50 mètres du métro et des lignes de bus.
Le quartier est plutôt vivant, avec beaucoup de restaurants et de magasins à proximité.
Chambre propre, moyennement équipée, grande salle de bain.
Seul point négatif, la mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre. De nombreux bruits d'écoulements d'eau, de claquements de portes et de bavardages des chambres voisines ont parfois un peu gâché notre séjour de 5 nuits.
Cela étant, le reste était parfait. Le personnel est très agréable et de bon conseil pour la visite de la ville.
Et enfin, pour finir par la meilleure note, le petit déjeuner buffet est absolument extra. Ne vous en privez pas.
Je recommande donc fortement cet hôtel pour des séjours de plusieurs jours, sa situation centrale facilitant l'accès aux différents quartiers de Lisbonne à visiter.

Gepflegtes Hotel, sehr zuvorkommende Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend und absolut in Ordnung. WLAN einwandfrei, Frühstück ok, Hotelbar eher etwas teuer. . Die Umgebung ist geschäftsmässig und zur Zeit eine einzige Baustelle. Eine Taxifahrt in die Altstadt kostet allerdings weniger als 10 Euro und dauert keine 15 Minuten. Die Metrostation ist 100 m vom Hotel entfernt, die Züge aber sehr voll. Für uns war das Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Beautiful rooms, staff is very nice and accommodating. Location is right next to the Saldanha metro station, and takes about 20 minutes to get to most of the major sights. Would recommend and return.

Excelente localização, com bares, lanchonete, shoppings e metrô por perto. O quarto que fiquei, foi ótimo, bem como a limpeza deste. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, inclusive, me reservaram dois lugares casa de fado Faia, além de chamarem um táxi. Muito bom café da manhã. Pena que não haviam funcionários para levar e buscar as malas nos quartos.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Seitengasse, liegt jedoch direkt an einer U-Bahn-Station mit Zugang zu zwei Linien Dadurch ist man rasch in der Altstadt (ca. 15 min) oder auch am Flughafen (ca. 30 min) - zu Fuss benötigt man in die Altstadt (Rossio) auch nicht mehr als 30 min. Vom Verkehr hört man praktisch nichts, auch Fluglärm ist kein Thema.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine breite Auswahl. Ich kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Nice-ish hotel with great staff but too many problems. The worst, I think, is location: as everyone says, it's a two-minute walk to a subway station -- but then it's a twenty-minute ride anywhere: Baixa Chiado, Alfama, Bairra Alto, anywhere. Also seriously annoying is the fact you need to insert your card key into a slot to turn on the electricity. Which means while you're gone, your electronics won't charge, and your room will heat up because the a/c won't work. When you get back, the a/c will gamely try to stop you from sweating profusely, but it won't manage too until the next morning when you're ready to see the sights again. In the neighborhood: a great supermarket, very few restaurants, and a park housing an impressive supply of drunks.

Slow service in the bar and poor dinner suggestions. You're better off making your own reservations if you want to avoid being sent to the biggest tourist traps in town. Clean rooms though!

We stayed here for a week for my wifes birthday. It was a great choice. ALL the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is very good, with excellent access to metro and bus services, convenient for the airport, good local restaurants and supermarket, and safe. We visited a lovely nearby Christmas market, did a day trip out along the coast to Cascais, rode the trams and ferries, saw lots of museums, churches and the Castle, and had some great meals! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We will return!

très bien situé sur la ligne rouge , celle de laeroport.le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des fruits frais tous les jours.Une serveuse très agréable et qui parle Français.Le lit king size nous a permis de passer 4 bonnes nuits.Hôtel bien situé dans une rue calme, à quelques minutes du métro Saldanha.Un seul petit bemol, cest le manque de chaines de télévision françaises,juste pour les informations! nous ne sommes pas venus pour cela...Si je reviens visiter Lisbonne, je choisirai le même hôtel.
