I have been practising yoga with LYI both at the studio and online and really have thoroughly enjoyed it. The attention to details during the practise has been one of my personal highlights and one of the reasons why I keep on practising there whenever time allows. Thank you LYI !

Lisbon yoga institute is a bit of a yogi dream. I have been doing my yoga teacher training there for the past few months and it has been an unreal journey so far. The studio is curated in a way that you really feel that space that you are searching for when you practice yoga. It gives you room to breath and the room to be. Bright, spacious and peaceful studio with a very calming environment. They have eco-friendly yoga products and you can feel the love for every detail in the studio. From the Moment I walked into the studio, I felt right at home. The founder, Eleonora and her team are very welcoming, warm and knowledgeable Yoga teachers, who offer you different levels or kind of classes. I am happy to have chosen this studio for my own path as a Trainee with a highly qualified professional Yoga teacher like Eleonora. The studio provides a non-judgemental atmosphere where everyone can come and practice with ease and support. I always say: it’s my retreat time. Lisbon Yoga Institute is certainly unique! The studio is spacious, airy and bright, making me feel safe and welcome every time I step in and join a yoga class. I had classes with most of the teachers and appreciate their ability to integrate the different levels and experiences of the students so that we still feel like we belong together in a group. Although each of them has a special way of teaching, they all share a great commitment and passion for what they do. As for the workshops, I recently joined the "Compassion workshop" taught by Ellie and learned new meditation techniques that I have been since then integrating in my personal meditation practice. On the whole, it is a warm, engaging, challenging and rejuvenating place, with inspiring people that always receive you with open arms.

Lisbon Yoga Institute is beautiful in every way. And this is not just a blessing to the eyes, it is a clear sign of dedication to every detail to build a space prepared for the best possible yoga practice. And that reveals the importance given to the experience that they want each student to take with them. This care is also reflected at the great classes that are given by teachers well selected by such an amazing professional that Ellie is holding this space for all. Definitely one of the best yoga studios in Lisbon.

I have been attending yoga classes at the Lisbon Yoga Institute since it opened last October and I just love it! It gives me the perfect restorative and in depth work that my body and mind ask for. I work long hours, mostly on my feet and in contact with the public. Although I love it, I need to recharge my batteries and LYI does just that to me. I feel nurtured and cared for after each class Last week I attended a workshop, on meditation on compassion. I enjoyed the content as well ad the mix of theory and practice. Ellie has an in depth knowledge that she shares in a very professional and loving way. Thank you and your team!

Lisbon Yoga Institute is a wonderful and peaceful place. All yoga teachers are very professional and concerned with each student. There are different yoga classes every day at different times and there are several options for passes. Lisbon Yoga Institute is more than a school, is a place of reunion for yoga practice and sharing experiences.

Tried the studio during a work trip to Lisbon, and Eleonora's class was exactly what I needed. I also really like the studio, it is calming and cozy.

I finally found a studio that suits me perfectly. I go there regularly since three months and tried different teachers and classes. All of the teachers put a lot of thought and uniqueness to their classes. Also, they pay a lot of attention to individual adjustments and help you to find a way to make the most out of your practice. When I enter the room and absorb the smell I automatically feel calmer. The minimalist and clean look helps a lot, too. I hope you too can make this experience soon (:

An absolutely lovely studio in a very calm and sweet area. Spacious and clean. Run by the best yoga teacher I have ever trained for. Highly recommended!

The space is beautifully curated by Ellie, the wonderful owner of the space and who led the class I attended. The class itself, was fantastic. Ellie provided great cues, created a nice flow and was hands on or verbally correcting when it was appropriate. Would recommend taking a class here when you’re in Lisbon! Thanks again Ellie!

Ellie, the owner of the space is so friendly and welcoming, her style of teaching very precise and professional. Have been to this new studio once now and all high-quality equipment and lovely flair. Would definitely recommend.
