Hot Pod Yoga is an amazing experience! Great teachers with differents type of classes. The schedule is well done with an increasing number of classes per week :) I totally recommend it ! Membership are a good option.

Hotpod offers a unique experience of a yoga practice in a hot room. Mafalda, the owner and teacher is a great host filled with inspiration to give you the best journey possible through the session. Has lots of evening yoga classes throughout the week and it's at a great central location !

Hot Pod Yoga Lisboa is a very unique experience for all level of practioners. If you want to enjoy a different way of moving with your breath, the heat inside will help you go even deeper not only in the postures but in your practice, the space is awesome and the teachers have a very good didactic and personality inside the classes and making the students feel really welcome. Really really enjoy to practice in Hot Pod (the heat, the flow, the light and the pod, it makes me feel that I am in womb or protected) :) .Great physical workout following by a nice shavasana;) Mafalda is super nice, friendly and very concern with the students, specialy with the newbies.Definitly a must try it ❤

Hotpod Yoga was my first yoga experience. I love the pod ambience and its capacity to calm the body and mind. Different teachers, different styles! They're all very special and kind!

HORRIBLE experience! I contacted the studio as a first timer, to sign up for the 14 euros intro one week special. I had problems signing in online. When I showed up I payed cash, and the teacher mafalda told me she would take care of me, but did not have time at the moment. At the end of class she told me she put me in as single class and not as special because `´ I helped you`´ . I told her I was signing in for the intro special not the single class. She told me she would take care of me but she had to close. I returned for my second class and she dismissed me that she had no time, did not want to talk about it, and that this would be my last class and to never come back - I have never seen in my 10 years yoga practice experience this kind of unprofessional conduct, this rip off attitude and total lack of intelligence in simple customer service! - and getting ripped off along with it! - INCREDIBLY BELOW STANDARDS both the teacher and the location. No changing rooms. you have to change in a tiny toilet and the only available shower is practically unusable. Simply horrible

It's heated flow taught in English. The class I took was basic and suitable for any level. I got sweaty but not bikram sweaty. The facilities are clean. Use the app to sign up

I am addicted to hotpot. In love with the feeling inside, the exercises that gives us lots of flexibility, the music, all the atmosphere. They are always improving - learning & bringing new technics into the pod. Thanks for all the Fresh new beginnings, after a class.

Attended last night, first time. We arrived late because of a broken down metro and Mafalda was super welcoming. The class was not what I was expecting... It was relaxing, enjoyable and excruciating! But in an incredible way! We are definitely hooked and will become regulars. Can't wait to go again.

Everything is perfect! Mafalda is an experienced teacher that helps everyone individually to reach their goals. The whole atmosphere is super relaxing, can’t point any con.

Perfect place to burn some steam off, and relax at the same time. Being uncomfortable on Saunas because of the heat, i can honestly say that at the Pod the Temperature is well adjusted and the dim lighting provides a stimulation to all our senses.

When I called the studio the owner was kind of rude on the phone. Traffic was bad so I was couple min late, the class is under a big blow up tent like. Weird! Studio is just a room in someone else’s massage studio. I did not take the class. Pls refund me my money
