Kelly Coyle: This restaurant is terrible. The information online is incorrect. It’s name has changed and so has the menu they only have half the food they advertise online. Their card machine doesn’t work and they treated us like it was our fault. They don’t understand basic dietary requirements and brought out a dish that was predominately cheese after specifying that I couldn’t have cheese or milk. The manager told people to stop talking when they were having a quiet conversation as the fado singer was playing (he was playing for most of the night). There was 2 of us and we were sitting at a 4 person table and when another customer came in they put her sitting next to us at the 4 person table and just moved us out a little bit despite the fact that the whole other side of the restaurant was empty.

Eu tive um grande negócio com este local! Comprei uma marcha de lavadora de 2017. Comprei o plano de protecção de 5 anos (graças a Deus que eu também o fiz) e tive que garantir a minha máquina de lavar. Desde que a comprei aqui, voltei para comprar uma nova! O Manny foi incrível. O meu já não estava disponível mas ele encontrou um novo grande ajuste com todas as minhas funcionalidades actuais e depois algumas! Ele fez toda a papelada da garantia para mim e entregou-a quando eles disseram que o fariam. Os tipos das entregas eram fantásticos e super queridos para o meu cão que ladrava o tempo todo. Eu me senti segura com eles na minha casa. Voltando para comprar um frigorífico no próximo mês :) FYI: nós também trabalhamos com o Zion, e ele também foi super incrível! Ótimo com meus filhos enquanto fazíamos compras, o que você normalmente não encontra.

O modelo de negócio deles é basicamente convencer as pessoas a comprar garantias de que não precisam. O gerente daqui recusou-se a ajudar-me depois de eu ter comprado impulsivamente uma garantia. Totalmente, se não for reembolsável e for por eu cair nessa, mas vou votar com os meus pés e não vou apoiar este negócio. Melhores preços e serviços em outro lugar.
