Service war einwandfrei und freundlich. Toller, nagelneuer Kleinwagen mit allem, was man ihm Urlaub braucht (Navi etc) Preise auch gut. Einziger Abzug: die Europcar-Station war kaum sichtbar. Ein kleines Schild am Treppenabgang zu einer Tiefgarage weist darauf hin. Unten in der Garage ist das Büro erst ersichtlich, wenn man bereits 25m durch die parkenden Autos gegangen ist.

Bon accueil, pro et efficace. Seul détail : descendre dans le parking pour y trouver le bureau Europcar. Rien au niveau de la rue.

The worst rental car agency and customer service I've encountered in more than 20 years! I booked at a location that they then closed, but never bothered to tell me. That led to more than three hours wasted standing in an empty parking lot, talking to three customer service people (they disconnected me twice), and traveling to multiple locations in Lisbon. All without an apology or any compensation for the fact that I wasted half a day and had to change my planned trip to Sintra.

They don't give me my car in time, I had to wait for extra half an hour to get it. They could not provide me with the contracts in English. Incredibly awful service, unlike europcar usually has. Very dissapointed with this particular office, I discourage you from taking the car from here.
