Os bagels são de qualidade e o local tem tudo para ser também de qualidade. Pena (muita pena) a falta de ventilação que faz com que todo o espaço se transforme em cozinha. Resultado, muito calor em qualquer altura que não esteja muito frio!

Espaço pequeno mas bastante acolhedor. A comida é óptima mas agora no verão o calor dentro da loja vai ser terrível. As senhoras são de uma simpatia extremosa

Raffi, you had one job...one! Once upon a time, there was a very good bagel place in town (called Santo Bagel btw) but that place closed. So, we were delighted to find another one. But then we tried Raffi''s Bagels...and that was that. The bagels themselves hardly qualify as bagels. They seemed to have been bought frozen at a supermarket. The portions were surprisingly small as well with odd mixtures of ingredients (putting sharp Cheddar-like "island cheese" - i.e. queixo de ilha - on a salmon bagel is a sign that you don't understand flavor, let alone bagels). The service was also nothing to write home about. Getting disapproving looks from the server because we didn't order a full "menu" was a nice touch. Just glad she didn't spit on me when I went to pay. Anyway, the reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the bathrooms were really clean...then again, if you have no customers, why would they get dirty?

Very good fresh bagel, done with my own combination together with help of the friendly and kind staff. They accept only portuguese credit cards. The place at Campo Ourique is little smaller but cozy and comfy :)

More of a soft bagel rather than a New York style chewy but still tasty. At least that's what my 2 year old said in between bites of bagel and cream cheese.

Tasty bagels! Manhattan and Little Italy are definite winners. Slightly off the beaten track, but worth it for a freshly toasted bagel. Nice staff too!

Raffi wasn't in the day we went but staff were lovely. Excellent bagels.... Lemonade was incredibly refreshing..... If you want a challah for a Friday night then this a good place to get it.

Bagels mediocres, para quem como eu já comeu Bagels a sério na Bélgica, estes estavam fraquissimos e caros, não voltarei.

Os baggels são bons. A pessoa que estava lá parecia inexperiente e a dona não foi a mais simpática. Contudo o sítio é agradável. Tem uma ementa variedade sendo que temos a hipótese de comer baggels salgados ou doces. O sumo natural era bom porém um pouco ácido

Adorei o espaço e os bagels, o menu inclui o Bagel, limonada ou chá e dois tipos de salada ou batata doce chips, pode escolher vários bagels, o Manhattan, o Central Park, o Soho, o Brooklyn e o Chelsea e cada um reúne um conjunto diferentes de ingredientes. Para além destas opções, existe o My Bagel que permite personalizar o bagel consoante os ingredientes disponíveis no momento. Tem 3 mesas no interior e três na esplanada tipicamente americano, quando o sol espreita, a esplanada é uma opção válida. O menu custa pouco mais de 7 euros. Pode comprar o seu bagel, descer a rua e almoçar no Jardim da Estrela, mesmo em frente à Basílica.

Sempre que tenho saudades de bagels, levo uma duzia para casa para congelar. Os almoços são bons e fico bem saciada. Preços acessíveis e dona muito simpática.

Zero para o atendimento. Descaso com os poucos e minguados clientes.

Nice place, a bit off the path but in a lovely quiet place. Staff girls are very friendly and helpful, customer service is top level. Food looks good, tastes great and is served really quickly. Not a Michelin star, but really good for a quick bite. Well done.

Os bagels sao bons. O meu preferido é o manhatan. Servico rápido mas cuidado. Optimo para almoco rapido mas também tem opção de brunch a convidar ficar mais algum tempo no sofa confortável.

Best bagels in town! I've been trying all the other places I find, but till now, Raffi's are the best for the taste, soft fresh bread and the quiet place. There could be bread choices, more drinks and different side plates, but only if they keep the current quality. :) Very friendly staff.

J'y vais au moins 1 fois par semaine : les proprios sont sympas et parlent français : je prends le bagel little italy; je vous recommande la citronnade.

A comida é bastante boa e o pessoal é bastante simpático. Um pouco caro, por exemplo um bagel e um cappuccino fica a volta de 7,5€.

After 4 days in Lisboa, we were craving a simple bagel and luckily we found Raffi's Bagels. It is the first and only bagel shop in Lisboa right now and it couldn't be more perfect. They make their own bagels which are a little smaller than the American version but so good. The right amount of chew. The scallion cream cheese is great. They even make a good latte, which is very hard to find. Super friendly, welcoming, charming environment. Raffi was a pleasure to chat with!
