11€ confronto gli 8€ di tutti gli altri, per una manicure durata 1h e 30 terribile. Lo smalto non si è asciugato dopo 40 min e si è tolto, le pellicine le ho ancora tutte.

Très mauvaise épilation avec une cire beaucoup trop chaude et qui se cassait.
De plus, ses méthodes d'épilation étaient vraiment étranges.
Expérience traumatisante :/

Oggi ho avuto il piacere immenso di conoscere il Dez studio ,e la sua equipe meravigliosa e soprattutto professionale, parlo di SANDRA ,perché e lei che ha fatto il miracolo della mia trasformazione tornerò sempre da lei
Mi sento come nuova e non ha prezzo che possa ripagare ,atmosfera perfetta ,ancora un grande grazie alla signora che si è presa cura delle mie Unghie. Spero a presto ragazze andate non sapete cosa vi perdete!!!!

Such a great place! Everyone is very kind, polite, friendly and very efficient. It’s also a dog friendly salon I strongly recommend Dez studio and I’ll be a regular customer for sure!

Salon was very welcoming even though I couldn’t speak the language I was made to feel comfortable. I had a balayage done, hair cut mixed with great conditioning products which left my hair feeling and looking amazing n healthy.Would recommended this salon 100%. Great job!

If you are in need of a professional waxer, Joana is the one. I had my full body waxed with Joana and hands down, this was my best waxing session I've ever had. She made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable and we had very great conversations which kept me out of pain. My entire session flew by so quickly, I didn't feel a thing.
Apart from being a professional, she has an awesome personality and I definitely want to come back to Lisbon to get services from Joana again. She is also a professional hair stylist and a makeup artist and though I only had waxing done, I'm convinced by her professional personality that I can trust her with my hair and make up as well.

After explicitly saying that I don’t want my hair to be cut in layers the hairdresser Joanna did exactly that, she cut my hair in many disorganized layers : ( after she saw the result she made some lame excuse and suggested that I go back in three months for another haircut that will fix the one she had just given me.. very disappointing

I got my hair done for the first time in Lisbon and I have to say that I am very happy I found this salon! I was able to book my appointment via email, since I had a very specific request and I shared some pictures of the idea that I had in mind and they gave me an estimated price.
Once at the salon, despite they didn't speak much English, they were all very friendly and I got exactly what I wanted! Love my hair, thank you!!

I had my lashes and nails done here for my wedding in Sintra. My lash technician didn't speak any English but she did a fantastic job! I had a ton of compliments, and my lashes lasted for several weeks after for my honeymoon. My only complaint is that we weren't offered any tea or champagne as the website suggests, but the 5 stars stands for the great job. Thanks!

Vou à dezStudio a alguns meses. Destaco o serviço personalizado, atenção para com os clientes a oferta de champanhe ou um simples chá que nos faz sentir em casa. A qualidade dos produtos... gosto do facto de se assumirem como cruelty free e lgbt! São um espaço sem preconceitos onde podemos ser nós.

I went here for a haircut and was definitely satisfied with the result. My hair hasn't looked this good in awhile; thank you so much Joana. With that being said, every tiny service is an up sell or added cost including both shampoo and conditioner, which what I'm used to. If you don't want to pay 2x what the actual haircut cost, decline any styling, probably even the hair drying

Joana is awesome! She did a wonderful job with my hair, I came out with much healthier hair and better color than ever! She is also very affable, speaks english, and my time spend there was very pleasant.

I was several years a client of the studio but the last two meetings were so inacceptable that i changed now my hairdresser.
The last time I was there, the hairdresser did not even have time to style my hair as usually... there was just time to dry it. This alone was more or less ok. But then i booked again a meeting to check if it would be better. I wanted to give them another chance. One day before the appointment i received a very unfriendly whats app message, which informed me about consequences of not showing up on the day. i have never had such a rude message of a hairdresser!! Then already without positive feeling i got up at 6 in the morning that i was at the hairdresser punctual at 9. But at 9 noone was there. the studio was even closed. I was still waiting a bit. But even at 9:10 it was the same. So i decided to search another one, more friendly & not so snobbish!

I’m never writing bad reviews as I don’t want to harm anyone, but the haircut there brought me almost to tears and I don’t wish that to anyone. My hairdresser was nice and polite. She tried to speak English with me. However when she was brushing my hair and applying conditioner it was extremely painful so that I had to ask to make more gently. I asked her to just cut my endings of the hair and keep them in layers for volume. When I came back home I noticed that one side of my hair is longer than on the other side of the head. The hair on the back is in different lengths frayed so that it looks as if I would try to cut the hair by myself with a kitchen knife I feel not comfortable with that so I need to find another hairdresser to repair it. Although it means I will need to shorten them even more and I used to love my long hair

I would happily recommend Dez Studio. I have now visited both locations and the service was super. I was a walk-in client at the Principe Real studio and the nail technician did a beautiful job. She was very friendly and spoke fine English. She made sure I was happy with the shade of pink and I certainly was. I booked a double appointment at the Filipa de Vilhena studio for a gel infill nail appointment and a colour and cut hair appointment. Though the nail technician didn't speak too much English she made sure I was happy and did a super job which gave me the most fabulous nails in five shades of purple - thank you! Joana transformed my hair and gave me a brilliant haircut as well. She is very nice and speaks very good English. I will most definitely return. Everyone seems so lovely at both studios. Thank you all.

The ladies at DEZ studio are the best! I can recommend anyone who's looking for a good manicure or pedicure to go here. They also speak very well English, so communication is not a problem at all. Always very friendly and kind-hearted, making you feel very welcome. Definitely my go-to nail studio here in Lisbon. And shout-out to Tatiana for the most extra nails, thank you for everything!

Ever since I went to DezStudio for the first time I have been treated amazingly! Joana is great, both her work and mood always make me so happy to go there! Also, great quality wax.. definitely recommended, I am a regular costumer now :)

Fui fazer unhas de acrílico para tocar guitarra portuguesa e tive um serviço excelente. Inclusive deixaram-me tocar lá e ir limando até ficarem ideais para a minha forma de tocar. Recomendo

1 estrela é muito...
Fiz marcação para remoção de gel. Atendimento péssimo, tudo à pressa! Nem sequer colocou um verniz fortificante ou algo no final... nem as unhas cortou vendo perfeitamente que estão fracas (papel).
Nunca irei recomendar este espaço!

I went early in the morning and had a nice relaxing experience. The salon is nicely laid out and very clean. The pedicure was very nicely done, one of the best I have had in a long time, especially for the price, I am glad I decided to wait until I arrived in Portugal to get one.

I got my hair done by Loana. She was warm and well experienced (20 years in this business) . She knows what she does and gave a brilliant hair cut . The studio felt great and absolutely loved the service ❤️. Will be coming back again for sure .

Sandra is a wonderfully talented nail artist, and she's cultivating a lovely team! Some of her staff definitely need some more training and practice to be up to her level of service, but Sandra does her best to ensure that standard is met. Great place, lovely folks, great artistry!!

The best place in Lisbon for nails! I have been to about 20 nail bars in Lisbon and have never been happy with the results. This was the first time I have walked in to a clean and professional atmosphere. Lorena who did my nails was absolutely lovely and I had a really great experience, I will definitely be back! They are nice people and have done a great job of my eyelash extensions. I have been there 2 times now and my lashes last about 4 weeks . I had them done before in Uk and Coimbra they only lasted 2 weeks. They speck good English and I will keep going back.

Move to London please! I walked in for a last minute manicure before attending a wedding in Lisbon and ended up having my hair done as well, they were able to accommodate me as soon as possible and make sure I got everything I needed done quickly. The studio was bright and clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you!

This salon is world-class. The owner Sandra was a true professional, moving things around in her schedule to accommodate my shellac manicure even though I walked in with no appointment. She made sure I was happy with my colour, even mixing colours to make sure it was the right shade for me. Thank you Ten Studio for the best manicure experience of my life!

I just went there because 2 weeks of traveling down the coast of france, spain and portugal did not make my lashes look good at all. I called this morning and sandra did everything to make me fit in her appointments. She even called me back -twice. Besides she is a stunning and good looking superbrain, she has a fantanstic taste of music. I totally felt comfortable the whole time. I can highly recoment this place and totally will be back. Oh almost forgot...! My lashes look AWESOME (better than before) and the price is hoooooot and too less for what feeling I got now. Thank you Sandra for beeing just perfect today!

Easy to find, clean, inviting and the sweetest staff. Did my lashes here before going to NOS alive. She took her time and the result was exactly the way i wanted.
