Omg!?! Horrible horrible. Based on the website, the salon presents itself as a high end salon. In reality it’s one guy trying to be professional. Everywhere you see he is trying to cut corners and save cost. I got cut from the top level person according to their website. 1. Does not use ANY products because it costs too much 2. Does not take credit card! Mention this on your website and email confirmation 3. Does not style or do any type of blow dry after the cut. 4. It literally is a sit down , get a basic trim and you go home 5. Does not speak English Do not be fooled. Or I had too high expectations thinking this was on par with New York, London or Paris. Horrible and rude.

O salão &SoWhat no Chiado, foi me recomendado por amigas, especialmente pelo uso de tintas orgânicas.Frequentei o salão durante vários meses, e umas vezes a cor saía muito bem, outras vezes, menos bem. Renato sabe bem misturar as cores, mas concretiza as à sua maneira nas clientes, sem derrogações.Esta última vez, a cor não foi a solicitada, e quando comentei sobre isso, gritou comigo, e apesar de nao perceber porque o estava a fazer, persistiu, num salão completamente cheio, com outras clientes, que como eu, assistiam atónitas ao desenrolar da situaçâo. Humilhando me, expulsou me do espaço, e convidou me a não mais voltar. Isto tudo aos gritos, na presença de um Yohann (proprietário) apagado e imune ao comportamento de um subalterno, o que surpreende. Num cabeleireiro que se diz do século XXI, “estiloso”, bem localizado, com colaboradores de outfits engenhosos e coloridos, que ganha premios “cruelty free animal”, assiste se a praticas medievais no que ao serviço ao cliente diz respeito.Atitudes com esta, inadequadas e deselegantes sao incompatíveis numa sociedade moderna, sobretudo quando se representam marcas, como a Oway International. Ambiente e espaço pouco recomendáveis. The &SoWhat salon was recommended by some friends of mine, that suggested Oway organic products. I attended the salon for some months, and sometimes the colour came out fine, some other times, less good. Renato knows how to mix colours, but applies them as it suits himself, not as it pleases others. This last time, the colour didn t came out as expected, and asked about it, he immediately started shouting at me, embarrassing me in a crowded salon, leaving everyone astonished, as well as me. Persisting, he humiliated me, inviting me to step out of the salon, and asking me, never to come back, ever. This attitude took place in front of Johann, the owner, oblivious to his employee ‘s behaviour, doing absolutely nothing, what makes me wonder how can this possible.Nevertheless, other collaborators were surprised by this behaviour, and helped me out with my coat in a fraternizing attitude. I paid for my roots and walked out. A so called XXI century hair salon, eco friendly and animal cruelty free awarded, treats its clients in medieval and inadequate attitudes that don t match modern client service practices. Plus, disregards Oway International actions. Ambiance and salon not recommended.

I have long, difficult hair. Yohan gave me a fabulous blowout. The salon is very comfortable, the staff is very nice, all products are organic. What's not to love?! Whenever I am in Lisbon, SoWhat is where I will go to get my hair done!

I just dropped in and got my haircut immediately. Excellent service, great headmassage, and heads are swiveling as I'm having my evening promenade through the city. I'll be back.

Dem Friseur zu erklären was man möchte überfordert ihn total genervt und lustlos arbeitet er so bekam ich einen seiner wohl Standardhaarschnitte.

Le coiffeur me pose 39038 questions alors que je lui est juste demande de faire ce que je dit et pas remetre en questions ce qur je veux. Grace a lui maintenant je ressemble a un oeuf, merci a lui.

A minha experiência neste salão não foi nada convidativa a próximas visitas. Fui fazer coloraçao, pedindo conselho ao hairstylist e fora-me dito que me iriam pintar o cabelo de castanho. Quando o trabalho já estava terminado apercebi-me de que o cabelo estava praticamente preto, côr que dificilmente me favoreceria. Para além de me deixar com um ar muito mais pesado, deixou-me o cabelo super seco com um aspecto baço. Isto, logicamente, leva-me a colocar em causa quer o sentido estético do profissional, bem como, a qualidade dos produtos utilizados. Paguei por este serviço 60EUros. Há cabeleireiros de bairro, sem qualquer demérito, que por muito menos dinheiro fazem um trabalho muito melhor.

Wir waren zu viert beim Friseur und jeder von uns war sehr zufrieden. Wir haben am nächsten Tag einen Termin bekommen und die Stylisten waren auch sehr freundlich. Ich habe mir eine Dauerwelle machen lassen und bin wirklich sehr zu frieden mit dem Ergebnis. Man hat wirklich gemerkt, dass die Friseure Erfahrung haben!

Want to give some update; if it's in term of skill, i would give 5 stars to Yohann, i'm very happy with my haircut , he's super! (i gave 4 stars is based on the overall experience - someone forgot my tea although she came to ask what i want) Still 4 stars is already pretty good. (Asian are spoiled by good service in Asia so we tend to be a bit picky :)

Nope. Never again. I paid for €150 hair straightening service and it was a huge waste. After following their instruction of not washing my hair for 3 days, my waves came back as soon as I washed it. And my hair was not even curly to begin with. The girl who blow dried my hair also burned my scalp. They may be better with hair coloring services but if you’re looking for the same service that I had with them, they are not the place to go to. Too expensive and not really worth it.

To be honest, I was extremely nervous placing my hair in the hands of a stranger. But Renato (their senior stylist) did a fantastic job of both blending and styling my hair to perfection amd did an amazing job creating my side fringe (something most hairdressers can't seem to execute well) In fact, it was probably one of the best hairdressing experiences of my life. You can tell he is highly experienced and confident with his work and a perfectionist and he is worth every dime. I booked for 5:30pm but the salon was running behind due to the Christmas rush. This meant he and his team had to work past closing hours to finish my hair. But they did so without any sign of complaints and made sure I was taken care of. Nadia was also a pleasure to deal with during the booking process. A big thank you and merry xmas to the team

Had the worst colouring ever. I have been colouring my hair since 16. And i know how this all goes down. But when they left the bleach in for more than 3 hours and causing literally half of my hair broke off and left completely destroyed. I was furious and greatly disappointed. I also told them everything about my hair history beforehand but when the breakage happened they insisted that it was because of my hair. They tried to tone it but it is still super yellow. Just horrible.

Great service, great result... Exactly what I hoped for, cut and highlights done perfectly and carefully. Even though I was a walk in ! They care for the wishes of their customers and do a good job.

RUN AWAY FOR COLORATION! Si vous voulez colorer vos cheveux - évitez cet établissement! J'ai fait les frais d'un double loupage, j'ai dépensé 100€ et passé environ 10h sur place réparties en 2 sessions dont 1 session de rattrapage. Lorsque la coiffeuse a vu que la couleur permanente, qu'elle m'a conseillé de faire à la place de ma volonté initiale de quelques mèches + une teinte court terme, était complétement loupée (acajou au lieu de blond vénitien), elle ne me l'a pas dit et a même fait sans me consulter dans le bac à shampooing un bain décolorant pour atténuer les dégats que j'ai détecté à l'odeur et à la brulure sur mon crane. Elle m'a ensuite invitée à faire des mèches par dessus cette catastrophe pour la laisser finir, affirmant que ma couleur était bien dans la bonne gamme de teinte. Etant sous le choc, j'en ai pleuré, je n'ai pas su lui dire STOP et ces mèches n'ont servi à rien. J'ai payé 100%, pas eu un geste commercial genre petit soin offert ou réduction sur le prix... Avec une coiffeuse qui n'a pas su dire désolée de l'erreur et qui été clairement exaspérée que je sois là la seconde fois, me le faisant bien sentir. Heureusement un garçon qui fait les shampooings et quelques manipulations est charmant et compréhensif... Oui ils m'ont offert la session de rattrapage ce qui parait un minimum, mais j'ai perdu beaucoup de temps et d'argent pour un résultat qui ne me convient pas, une technique qui ne correspond pas à mon envie de ne pas devoir colorer ou décolorer mes cheveux régulièrement, basé sur un mauvais conseil de la coiffeuse au départ et d'un gros loupé en coloration. Ma collègue a également dû revenir pour sa couleur qui n'avait pas bien fonctionné chez eux et pendant que j'étais là la seconde fois, j'ai assisté au gros loupé sur les racines d'une autre cliente (rouge au lieu de roux). Le patron a été assez sympa et s'est excusé de tout ça, mais il n'a pas su faire un geste commercial qui aurait fait pencher la balance et éviter que je relate cette traumatisante et contrariante expérience ici.

I really enjoyed everything from the way I was recieved to the feel of the salon to the final result. A great mix of listening carefully to me, suggesting cut and colour options, and understanding my hair and my lifestyle. Great cut, beautiful colour, and on top of it all organic too! Need a professional haircut? Go there.

The best haircut I have ever had, the vibe is chilled and the hairdresser's are meticulous. Completely evened out my previous bad haircut and styled it in a way that I was surprised at how well it turned out. I had some edgy women with pretty tats and she was great, I don't believe in tips but I still had to give her a €5 tip just because of the job she did.
