I had an appointment with Micaela for a haircut. I waited for 40 minutes and she never showed up. The only time at which somebody on the staff spoke to me was when I said I was leaving. A total lack of professionalism and courtesy.

I made an appointment by phone, went 15 minutes before and administrator told me that there is no my appointment offering to wait 1.5 hours for more expensive stylist I don’t need (wanted a simple haircut by machine). Really disappointed with this time waste, avoid this place.

Booked an appointment via email and was never informed that the address is not in Chiado, as was indicate on their website and Google. The place was shut down, and under renovation. No one picks up the phone or answers emails in a timely manner.

I have been going to T&G in London, Paris and Lausanne, Switzerlsnd for years. Went to T&G in Chiado and is it the worst experience ever. Miguel was late and unapologetic yet so full of himself claiming to be the best ever hairdresser. He criticized my head stylist, when he himself has not achieved such a level at T&G. The result was horrendous. A village barber would have done better. Not at all a T&G experience. T&G in the Corte Ingles managed to make me look half decent, not an easy task after this disaster. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST. Not surprising why it is nearly empty on a Saturday!!

I had an appointment for a haircut & color. I waited for 30 minutes and the “professional hairdresser” never showed up. I’m used to go to Tony & Guy of Zurich, Como and Milan, never had a treatment like that.. I’m asking why the chain is even allowing to have such a huge difference between studios in terms of experience and professionalism.

Never ever again and will no one recommend. Very unprofessional but behave like e are so cool and know everything. Used during the cut most of thinning shears . Told him please classic like it is right now . The result was horrible.Been already in T& G. in NYC ,Moscow , and Berlin and was always happy from my haircut but this one the worst one . Please be careful! Very unfriendly at the receptionist! Duty WC . And no water for the clients just tap water in plastic cup but sorry for 35 EUR haircut? Been there after and complained about how my hair growing now. The answer was I'm professional hair dressed and know everything. No sorry nothing or let's try to do something for you . Guys be careful! The salon is awful

I booked tony and guy for my wedding dinner. It was the first time I was here and I tried the chose a well renown hairdresser for this day as I needed to do hair color. It was by far the worst hair color I had in the last years. I warned the hairdresser that my hair tend to get red and I used only 6n or 7n. He decided to add some reflexes to my color and then outcome was a red root that contrasts with the rest of my hair. Also the summer lights I asked were due with aluminum paper and you can see a band in my hair where the high lights started to be done. They are also red and not normal light blond. Adding to this I wanted a simple part in the middle. He said it did not work in my hair because it was shorter in the front and tried to convince me to the some hair to the side I did not like. Manicure was ok. I believe this is not a service you expect from Tony and Guy.

Alternativo e bastante trendy

It has been really disappointing frown emoticon I always used Toni and Guy in England and had high expectations from them. The place in Chiado was empty and yet they did not take good care of what I want and it seemed a problem for them that I have a long hair (higher than half of my back).... The hair color was way too dark (and I did not ask for such color), they did not want to color all my hair because it is too long even though I asked for it to be all dyed twice, and the hairdryer was way too warm that my head hurt afterwards for a while, the hairdresser was putting the hairdryer too close to my hair that would have burned it. I asked for wavy hair and it was not at all. It was just a very unfashionable boring style. They charged me 80 euros too...
