Hello! In the morning we were met by Manuel, he apologized and talked to us, but the situation has not changed and I do not know if they made the water, we moved out! IN 2 WORDS OF THE PLACE IS NOT BAD, BUT I HAVE SAID IN THE BEGINNING THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT HURRY THAT THEY ARE IN THE VACATION AND YOU SHOULD BE UNDER STRESS

Avis mitigé. L'emplacement est super. ACcueil tres sympathique et serviable. Chambre confortable MAIS on entend les voisins parler et marcher et surtout nous avons dû partager le lieu avec des cafards qui venaient de la salle de bain. Nous l'avons signalé mais malheureusement cela à duré tout le séjour, le ménage n'est pas fait sous le lit. Bref la partie hygiène est vraiment à revoir. Dommage, car tout le reste est vraiment positif .

Perfecte plek in een populaire buurt waar alles op loopafstand te vinden is. Ik had een prachtige kamer en goed ontbijt.

Un lloc ideal per visitar Lisboa, l'habitació i tot l'espai és encantador, molt cuidat, amb totes les comoditats i amb personalitat. L'esmorzar està molt bé, en un espai amb molt personalitat, amb una oferta molt variada i el millor de tot l'atenció del personal sempre molt atent. Cal mencionar en Manuel el perfecte amfitrió, sempre atent, disposat a orientar-te, amb molt bones recomanacions.

Lovely room, 10 min walk from Cais do Sodres, in a former boatbuilding area, behind the market. The area is a mix of rundown buildings and trendy restraunts , bars and cafes, all off the main tourist track. The room was on the 4th floor, no elivator, but it was an easy climb to a beautiful, cozy room, with French doors with a view of the harbor and bridge. The bed was the biggest I've ever seen in Portugal and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and even came in early to make us breakfast. Excellent service, location and room. Would definitely book again.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem B&B Die portugiesische Gastfreundschaft wird hier gelebt. Wir wurden umsorgt und betreut wie es nur noch sehr selten der Fall ist. Eine junge Dame hat sich eine Stunde zu uns an den Tische gesetzt um uns Anregungen für mögliche Touren zu geben. Am Ende gab sie uns noch eine Karte von der Pension, mit der Anmerkung, dass, wenn wir uns verlaufen sollten, wir einfach anrufen sollen. Sie würden uns dann abholen! Das Frühstück war auch super! Aber nichts für Menschen, welche unbedingt zum Frühstück ein riesen Buffet mit allerlei Wurstwaren erwarten. Es wurden keine Fleischwaren serviert. Dafür aber hatten wir ein Bruschetta mit Tomaten und Frischkäse, welches ein Traum war. Dazu hatte ich eine Obstschale mit Früchten, welche so reif, süß und geschmackvoll waren, dass man davon nicht genug bekommen kann. Zum Schluss wurde uns noch ein Stück vom selbstgemachten Kuchen angeboten! Unser Zimmer war sehr liebevoll gestaltet, mit einer urigen, freistehenden Badewanne. Fön und Toilettenpapier waren in, liebevoll gefertigten, Leinensäckchen untergebracht. Die Betten waren mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet und der Raum war klimatisiert. Noch zur Lage. Das Casa do Mercado sehr gut, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten, vom Bahnhof (Cais do Sodré) erreichbar und die Markthalle „Time Out“ ist auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Comoda, confortevole e spaziosa.

Achtung Treppen !, Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet jedoch wenig platz zum Kleider verstauen. Zu wenig Ablageflächen im Bad (für Frauen Hygieneartikel usw) War einbisschen mühsam. In der Nacht ist es zu dunkel im Zimmer da es fast keine Lampen/Licht hat. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Frühstück super, sie kochen es immer direkt und frisch vor dir! Location perfekt, 5 min von Bairro alto, 1 min vom Timeout Market. Verschiedene Restaurants und Bars sind in Fussgänger nähe :D Hat uns super gefallen

Petit endroit sympa, bien situé, bien isolé du bruit de la rue, on y est très bien reçu, tout le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est tip top ! Vraiment très bien

Ein Erlebnis besonderer art. Jedes zimmer im eigenen stil, antik und modern super kombiniert. Super zentral, bei der Markthalle um die ecke. Die Inhaber sind super freundlich und kümmern sich gern um die gäste und ihr wohl. Smalltalk ist offt eingeplant. Das frühstück ist super. Wir kommen wieder.

The owner and staff were fantastic.It was a bit noisy at night with the bar in back of the B&B. Our room a/c wasn't working so we bought a cheap fan to drown out the noise.

The staff were friendly and helpful, location great. The room was small but the bed was comfy. The hotel is a bit hard to find as the reception is small and looks like a bar. The entrance to the rooms is around the corner. We had to leave before breakfast so the staff gave us a tray with fruit, granola and yoghurt. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee.

The best client service you can imagine, helpful and kind staff. Definitely my first choice while visiting Lisbon again!

La comida buenísima, súper amables, cada día tienen nuevos zumos y el hostal limpisimo.

Sitio muy céntrico en la zona baja. Atención inmejorable con multitud de detalles. Habitación limpia y bonita. Cuidado que no tiene ascensor. Desayunos muy muy buenos. Además nos recomendaron un fado con cena que estuvo muy bien.

Esta muy bien situado, cerca de todo y la zona tiene mucho ambiente. La habitación muy amplia y limpia, con una cama enorme y muy cómoda. El desayuno espectacular, todo recién hecho y de calidad. La atención y la ayuda prestada por los trabajodores ha sido magnífica, muchas gracias. Sin duda, una excelente opción para pasar unos dias en Lisboa. Repetiremos seguro. Seguir así.

Tienen una hermosa decoración, se encuentran en una gran ubicación, el desayuno es de buena calidad e ilimitado. La atención es lo mejor. Sin duda son un lugar muy recomendable.

Fantastic location, handy for sights as well as bars and restaurants nearby, including the Time Out food market and excellent restaurants such as ‘Guacamole’. The room was very tasteful and the bed comfortable. Only downside is the street outside is noisy. The windows are effective at keeping out noise, but you will need them closed at night.

Positives zuerst: die Lage ist gut, die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten sind bequem. Allerdings haben wir das B&B als mehr Schein als Sein empfunden. Zuerst entsprechen die Bilder der Rezeption/Frühstücksräume überhaupt nicht der Realität. Es wurde hier wohl „renoviert“ und aus einem hellen freundlichen Raum ein dunkles Loch gemacht und zudem äußerst billig eingerichtet. Der Geruch erinnert ein wenig an einen Kaninchenstall. Das angepriesene Frühstück fiel leider auch ernüchternd aus, da wohl der Koch die 3Tage die wir dort waren krank war und die Kollegen der Rezeption seinen Job übernommen haben... Auch wenn die Zimmer an sich nett sind: sie sind extrem hellhörig - man bekommt quasi jeden Schritt, Toilettengang und jede Dusche der anderen Gäste mit. Die Straße mit Tram und Bus tut ihr übriges... In unserem Zimmer lagen viele lange schwarze Haare, obwohl wir beide blond sind... einmal wurde auch vergessen, unser Zimmer zu reinigen.. Wir würden hier nicht mehr übernachten...

I ragazzi che gestiscono il B&B sono carinissimi.La camera pulita ogni giorno anche se il rubinetto dell'acqua fredda del nostro bagno non funziona....lavarsi i denti con l'acqua bollente!!!!!!Per chi ama la colazione "dolce" poca scelta,ma i prodotti sono genuini e buonissimi....posizione eccellente,centralissima.

Tania es un amor, te explica todo sobre Lisboa con una sonrisa. La habitación preciosa, limpia como el baño, cuidado al máximo detalle. No tiene bidé si hay que poner algún pero pero es precioso. Ina cama enorme muy cómoda. Al lado del barrio alto y el centro. Una pasada de verdad. Además el restaurante es ecológico y muy rico. Solo estuve dos días... volveré a Lisboa y si está libre, me alojaré aquí sin duda.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit begrenzter Auswahl. Zimmer sehr schön gestaltet, bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig trotz Lage an lauter Straße. Leise Klimaanlage. Haus ist allerdings etwas hellhörig, man hört andere Gäste im Zimmer herumlaufen etc. Und das Bad ist sehr klein. Dafür einen Stern Abzug, ansonsten top.

This is a very nice bnb, rooms are very comfortable and staff is very polite. The breakfast included is small but the food from the menu is very tasty.

Great location (historical centre and bars), comfortable rooms and the very friendly staff. prices are reasonable but would appreciate a better breakfast , very basic.

Sono stata solo un giorno in questo fantastico B&B a due passi dal Barrio Alto e vicinissimo al Mercato di Lisboa, comunque o potuto constatare: stanze pulitissime e complete di tutti i confort,infissi completamente insonorizzate (ottime data la strada trafficatissima proprio sotto la finestra), personale disponibilissimo e molto cordiale! Insomma soggiorno superlativo 10+.
