Fabio is good at communicating and responding to questions. Good location, cosy and clean. Id stay again.

I can’t rate a place that didn’t open the doors after we paid for the rooom! The neighborhood doesn’t look like the pictures at all and it’s not very safe... worst experience ever! It was just a scam!!!!!

Fabio was Fabio-lous..fabulous! Rest to the property to make sure that I got in safely and give me all the directions and great service the other guess there were awesome as well. I’ll be coming back.

Quirky styling that shows a lot of thought has gone into the interior design. Twin beds were small and low but comfortable. Ample common space with enough kitchen kit to prepare most meals. Street traffic was noisey through most of the night and I could just about 8 like hear the neighbors in the hallway

Great place, clean and friendly, easy access. We stayed two nights and were very pleased with our choice.

Es un departamento bien ubicado, con varias habitaciones, cómodas y limpias. Los espacios de uso común son amplios y limpios. Hay muy buena predisposición del personal, Fabiana es muy piola. Yo tuve la mala suerte de compartir la estadía con una familia de 4, con bebé incluido, conflictivos y antipáticos. Por eso el recuerdo de este alojamiento no es muy bueno.

Buen alojamiento,recomendable 100%.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und super an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen. Die Wohnung hat Altbaucharm und ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Selbst als ich meinen Schlüssel verloren hatte, haben Sie sich schnellst möglich um Ersatz gekümmert! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

Petit hôtel appart qui a un charme fou... Pour le prix 23e booking ça vaut vraiment le détour ! Bus à proximité. Literie très confortable et pleins de petites attention. Bref merci o bigode do rato.

Se está bien aquí y son muy amables. Muy cerca del metro Rato y bien situado respecto al centro de Lisboa. La verdad es que cuando reservamos pensamos que era tipo hotel... pero en realidad es un piso, con habitaciones y varios huéspedes y los baños son compartidos (no se dispone de baño privado en las habitaciones).

Had a reasonably comfortable stay here. The bed was comfy and the overall atmosphere was nice - communal areas encouraged mingling. However, breakfast was quite basic and a few things in the apartment needed repairing, meaning it's not amazing value for money.

O Bigode do Rato is a friendly and intimate B&B. It is located in Rato very close to the Metro stop and to some bus stops, very easy to get to the center of Lisbon (you can also walk if you want, the center is not too far). It is a former apartment with four separate bedrooms and a common area where breakfast is served in the morning. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook or similar. There are two shared bathrooms with shower. Everything is really clean and well kept, the girl running the place is very friendly and helpful. The place is on a busy street, but if you keep the windows closed you bearly hear the noise from the road. No air-conditioning but not a big issue because there is always a nice and cold breeze.

Accueil super sympatique. Idéalement situé. Jolie décoration. Plutôt facile de se stationner.

We stayed for one week at O Bigode do Rato while we explored Lisbon. Easy to find from the metro stop. Fabiana was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and places to see. Definitely eat at Sabores do Rato for a very local experience and very good Portuguese food. Fabiana arrived every morning to set out breakfast and there is a nearby grocery store for anything else you might need. We would have hoped for at least a small set of shelves in order to unpack and somewhere to hang up a couple of items. Also no air conditioning but a fan was provided. There was also a problem checking in as there was no way and no one to call when we arrived to a very busy airport on a delayed flight and faced huge customs lineups. We arrived outside the bnb and there was no one to let us in. We were scrambling to send a text message as the phone would only go to voicemail. This also happened to another guest several days later but overall we were satisfied with this bnb.

We have stayed for 4 days at O bigode and we have very good experience. The room was clean and we had good warm breakfast everyday which we enjoyed very much. The kitchen was clean and spacious. There are 2 bathrooms which we can use. The location is close to the subway. We highly recommend OBigode do Rato.

I stayed there 1 night only as I went to see a football match.It is very near to the metro station. Only thing was that it was a bit hard to find as there was no sign. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again if I needed to. Breakfast was nice too :)

I had a wonderful stay at Arianna's B&B. The apartment is well decoreted, clean and breakfast is fantastic. In a central area, metro and buses at door. Cheap and high quality!
