Really nice room with portugal style furnitures. The host provided delicate breakfast as the pic attached. You can also experience the historical lift in the building(I only saw that in the movie before).

Cuidado con este tipo. El 24 de abril, a través de la web "bedandbreakfast.eu", reservé alojamiento en Sonho Lisboa para tres noches en la ciudad durante el mes de julio por 69€/noche. En su confirmación de reserva, el b&b indicaba que el precio por noche era de 85€, y no de 69€ (una apreciable diferencia). Tras solicitarle explicaciones, me contestó que se debía a un error técnico de la web. Dado que el error no era imputable a nosotros, le propuse renegociar el precio y que nos lo dejara en 80€ en lo que entiendo era un regateo generoso por mi parte, a lo cual el b&b contestó que anulaba unilateralmente la reserva dado que, textualmente, "si yo no tenía 5 euros más, no tenía el perfil para quedarme en su casa". Podéis ver fotos de toda la comunicación. Me he alojado en numerosos establecimientos, desde albergues a hoteles de 5 estrellas, y nunca me habían tratado con este desprecio. Nunca. Obviamente, busqué (y encontré) otro alojamiento en Lisboa, lejos de este trato chulesco, altivo y prepotente.

Three months in advance,I made a reservation with this B & B to stay for four nights. Ten days before i was due to arrive, the owner had to cancel due to an operation. He phoned me to tell me this and also told me he had made arrangements with someone else for me to stay there. When I heard this on the phone, I felt sorry for him and agreed. He sent me only the most minimal of information (not even the landlord's name); after 24 hours he had not sent any more information, and I decided that i would rather stay elsewhere. I asked him just to cancel and to refund my money, which I had had to pay in full in advance. He has not only refused, but has been very aggressive, writing messages such as: "you either stick to our agreement or there will not be any refund." Important to note too that this was 10 days before I was due to stay, and I had not even been told the reservation was non-changeable and non-refundable. What's more, it was the B&B owner who was cancelling the reservation, not me. i am still trying to get my money (just under £300!) back but now he does not answer any messages at all. I would absolutely not suggest to anyone that they give this B&B their business.

Zeer nette, grote en schone kamer en een zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar. Als enige tip/opmerking zouden we kwijt willen dat een paar glazen oid op de kamer niet zouden missen net als de mogelijkheid zelf even een bak koffie te zetten. Mochten we ooit Lissabon nog eens bezoeken, komen we zeker terug!
