We had a double room and an apartment and both accommodations were nice and functional. The centre is easy to reach from the nearby underground station. The staff was very nice and courteous.

Super freundliche/r Service und Rezeption. Saubere Gemeinschaftsküche. Tolle Zimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man kein Frühstück benötigt.

Das Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit, hat jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt. Ob Reservierung in einem Lokal, Restaurant-Tipps, Taxibestellung oder Behebung eines auftretenden Problems, stets war jemand zur Stelle.Die Fenster zur Hauptstraße sind gut isoliert. Die Klimaanlage haben wir wegen dem kühlen Wetter nicht gebraucht, ist aber im Sommer sicher eine tolle Sache.

Guesthouse très agréable. Les chambres sont de belles tenues et entretenues tous les jours. Le personnel est accueillant. La proximité du métro ou du tramway permet d'accéder au centre ville et à l'aéroport.
Seul point négatif : pas d'ascenseur. A recommander.

Great guesthouse in a good location,a 25 minute walk to the centre of the CIty but also on a bus and tram route and with a metro stop nearby.Rooms were excellent,clean,comfortable and well decorated.Surrounding area a bit down at heel but even so some decent bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.Lisbon is a beautiful city,just a shame about the graffiti everywhere.Also visited Belem and Cascais during our 4 night stay,both well worth a side trip.

Affordable hostel and the staff was amazing! It was my birthday trip and they gave us a free bottle of wine on my birthday. Sheets and towels were changed daily and the toiletries were replenished daily too. The room was huge and clean they have a safe, desk, fridge, the bathroom was big and the bathtub was the best it was the most comfortable bathtub I’ve ever had in a hostel. It was huge and has a head rest.
It is not in the Rossio district but it was walking distance to the metro. Uber and taxi was affordable so it was very easy to get around Lisbon. There were not that many restaurants nearby but it was convenient to have the cafe right next to the hostel. There was even a nearby grocery store which is great for long stays.

Nous avons aimé la sécurité de l’immeuble, la propreté de l’établissement et de l’appartement, l’espace de l’appartement.La localisation est parfaite, 300metres du métro et au milieu de tous les sites à visiter.Le petit Hic est le 4ème étage sans ascenseur.

Es war einfach grandios. Die Unterkunft ist zentral an der Metro Station, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich. Aber die Gastfreundlichkeit der Menschen kann man nicht in Worte fassen, das ist wirklich unfassbar schön. Das war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich zum Vila Garden Guesthouse gekommen bin!! an dieser Stelle nochmal danke für alles, die Rezeption hat übrigens 24 Stunden auf, somit entstehen keine Gebühren beim späten Check In

What a great accommodation, from the friendly staff to the updated rooms. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We arrived very early for check in and we were able to go right to our room. We were even helped with carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. There is someone always at the reception area, and they are happy to help you with navigating Lisbon.

The staff were super friendly, and the service was exceptional - always kind and welcoming.
The room was comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The location was decent, only minutes walking from the metro station. Because our room was on the lower floor and facing the street side, the noises from the street and underground metro were somewhat irritating, especially in late evenings. Although we could get used to it at the end of our stay, I recommend getting a room facing the other side or on upper levels.
Other than the noise issue, it was an outstanding stay in general. For the price, I doubt there would be any better option in the city.

The room is sound proof but we can hear the people walking in the upstairs.Kitchen is full of cookware facilities but is too small, just have three chairs and two table provided.That is a direct metro line to Lisbon Airport within 10 minutes walking distance.

Sehr gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr nett und aufmerksam empfangen worden. Auch ohne portugiesisch oder englisch alles bisher problemlos gefunden. Daumen hoch.

Very close to metro subway and it's 3-4 stops away from what I would consider downtown Lisbon. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice. No elevators and the place is next to the street so may want to get the ones that face the back of the building instead. There are a bunch of restaurants and a supermarket nearby, but as mentioned before, the metro subway can take you very quickly to a lot of other options. Can hear the occasional rumble of the underground metro train passing by but nothing that we find disturbing our sleep.

Hostel excelente, muita qualidade no atendimento. Os quartos são confortáveis, tem ótimos apartamentos. Acomodou bem minha família de 5 pessoas. Não tem elevador e pode ser um pouco cansativo subir as escadas com muita bagagem, ou para pessoas idosas, mas o preço compensa. Sem contar as tangerinas bem docinhas que deixam a disposição dos hóspedes. Foi um prazer nos hospedar no local. Cumpre o que promete. Wi-Fi de qualidade, banheiras nos chuveiros. Vale a pena!

Wir waren 5 erwachsene Personen auf einen Wochenendtrip. Sehr moderne, gepflegte Unterkunft, sehr freundliches Personal. Es gibt neue Fenster, daher konnten wir trotz Fenster zur Straßenseite gut schlafen. Zu Fuß sind es zum Geschehen ca. 15 Minuten - oder 3 Stationen mit der Metro.Die kleine Bäckerei nebenan hat sehr gutes Frühstück und dies auch sehr preiswert.Wenn wir wieder nach Lissabon reisen, dann kommen wir bestimmt wieder zurück ins Vila Garden Guesthouse!!

Ho soggiornato in questa guesthouse per 4 notti con la mia famiglia. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa, l' arredamento ben curato e tutto era molto pulito e ordinato. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, così com'è ottima la posizione, a pochi passi dalla metropolitana e a circa un quarto d'ora dal centro città. Ve lo straconsiglio, è anche dotato di un giardino sul retro molto accogliente.

Semplicemente stupenda!
Arredata con un gusto meraviglioso e totalmente inusuale per Lisbona. Pulizia super e cordialità estrema. C’è anche una cucina (moderna e pulitissima) per cucinare in autonomia, qualora lo voleste.
Il giardinetto interno è quel tocco che ci voleva per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visita della città.
Considerate solo che la zona non è centralissima (la sera non tornerei a piedi, ma sono €5 di taxi dal centro).

I was amazed that this beautiful quaint guest house existed where it did. Gorgeous garden area, very modern but chic decor, the rooms were fabulous and with big baths, very clean.

Well thought out. Decorated w love and care. Staff, specially Sophia, doing all possible to make their guests comfortable, safe, at home and enjoying their time.
Only place to supply us w a gadget and a local charger that provided free Wi-Fi through out Portugal.
Sophia constantly n magically anticipated our needs/requests.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
The receptionist was so nice and helpful. Is quite close to train station. But the only downside was the property did not has elevator so you will have to carry your heavyweight bag up to your room. As for the big was tidy neat and clean.

The staff was very helpful. In the middle of the night the aircon wasn't working and the staff at the reception knew how to fix the electrical stuff - I was impressed! The key card sleeve also had a personalized "welcome" message in my girlfriend's native language. How did they know?? Amazing!

Bathroom has a nice bath tub. The room is nicely designed and comfortable. Lighting is great, which is always a weak point of guesthouses. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
There is a beautiful orange tree in the garden. Sadly it was a bit rainy on that day that we didn’t spend much time there.
Cleanliness is superb. It’s near the Chinatown area and the metro. Some rooms may be affected by the noice of the metro.
The only downside is that you need to walk up many stairs up to the Fifth floor. If you have a lot of luggage you may need to think twice.

We stayed here for a week on our first trip to Lisbon. Place in great location, walking distance to the riverside. Plenty of places around to eat and shop. Room was quiet nice with comfy bed. For sure we will stay here again on our next trip to Lisbon

위치는 지하철역 앞이긴한데 호시우 광장 걸어서 20-25분?? 대부분 관광지가 그정도 걸려서 하루 2-3만보는 거뜬히 찍습니다ㅋㅋㅋ
옆에 카페도 있도 큰마트 두개도 있어서 편해요 !!
하지만.. 엘레베이터 없습니당.. ㅎ
물론 체크인 하구 짐 옮겨주는거 도와주십니다!!

Location is not in Alfama according to taxi driver but metro and bus stops are very close by, walkeable distance 15-25 mins to sights, staff very helpful, our room was upgraded. Be aware, there is no lift but staff will help carry luggage to room.

Concierge was very nice and helpful but the property is not in a good location and there is nothing to do around the property. We had to take Uber to main city center. The room was clean but kitchen was outdated and the room was freezing. It would have been nice to have a warm room to come home to after a long day of traveling. The heaters are weak and the bathroom was so cold to shower in. There are no elevators which will be a problem for many travelers with luggage.

We were received very warmly by Sofia who does our checked in. The room is super spacy, clean, comfortable and with complete amenities.
Housekeeping is also excellent and kept our room clean and neat everyday.
We would love to congratulate all the staff , Sofia, Madalena, Isabel and the housekeeping, for making us feel so good during our stay. The owners should be proud to have them.

we stayed for a week, the room is very clean, our balcony is facing other local people's home, have to be careful of self privacy. they also have a kitchen in their lobby, and provide kitchen appliances, which is very convenient. but there's no elevator, have to climb up stairs. the receptionist we met at check in is very nice and friendly, show us our room, answer all questions.

חדרים מרווחים, נקי מאוד, צוות נחמד, מיקום מצויין.
אין מעלית שזה חיסרון עבור מי שמוגבל בתנועה אך לא היווה בעייה עבורנו בזמן השהות במקום.
יש מטבח לשימוש האורחים שזה נוח במידה ומעוניינים.

I am very sensitive to the noise and the staff is very accommodating by changing my bedroom with better noise insulation windows. Great bed and huge bedroom.
Location wise, it is a bit outskirt from the touristy area but the train stations are nearby so I can't complain.

There was a small issue at check in, as our message from Hotels.com about another guest joining us, did not make it to the property. We had over 6+ hotels during our stay in Europe and all other 5 were happy to accommodate and got the change, however the women who checked us in at VGG was quite rude about the situation, and made it seem as if we were inconveniencing her. Being the customer service industry, no matter what the situation or whos fault the problem rests on, it should be the concern of the property to best serve the client. The women was able to supply an extra room, but kept saying well your lucky I have a room available. We also asked for extra towels, and were told we had enough in reach room. I appreciate their concern with waste, but asking for 2 additional washcloths and towels should only be met with an of course- the snotty remark was not necessary. Luckily we met the owner Sophia the next day, and she completely changed our stay! She was so warm and welcoming and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to offer suggestions. I left fantastic reviews because of Sophia, because she clearly knows what customer service looks like, unlike the unhappy lady we had the misfortune of meeting at check in. People who are on vacation, especially in another country sometimes are confused and need a little extra help attitude and an aggressive demeanor is not the way to make those feel welcome- even if we inconvenienced her with our extra guest.

리스본에도착해서 제일 먼저 간 숙소에요
시내 중심지라고하기엔 좀 떨어져있지만
지하철역이 가까워서 다니기에 불편하진 않았어요 침대는 편안했고 화장실도 깨끗해요
포트랑 냉장고 있어서 좋아요
마당같은곳이 있어서 바람쐬기 좋았는데 뷰는 않좋았어요 아파트같은게 있는데 복도에 빨래들을 많이 널어놓았더라구요
방안에 시계가 있는데 움직이지 않아서 리셉션직원에게 말했는데 밧데리 않넣어줬어요 그래서 인테리어소품일지도 모르겠다 생각했어요
엘리베이터는 없지만 저희는 백팩이여서 불편하진 않았는데 캐리어이신분은 힘드실지도 몰라요
저희는 조식을 신청하지 않아서 저희는 숙소 바로 1층에 있는 식당에서 먹었는데 맛은 그럭저럭 괜찮았어요 공동으로 사용하는 부엌이 있는데 전자렌지가 있어요
불편했던점은 방음이 너무 안되서 옆방소리 다 들립니다 그래서 별하나 뺐어요

sehr nette 24h-Rezeption, sehr schöne und reine Zimmer, U-Bahnstation nicht weit entfernt; das einzige, das man vielleicht kritisieren könnte ist, dass man in den Zimmern zur Straßenseite hin den Straßenlärm stärker hört; aber abgesehen davon eine tolle Unterkunft!

I chose this place because I thought it was close to the airport. It wasn’t really, but they were great about getting us a car service cheaper than a taxi. The neighborhood is kind of transitional but the place itself was great. If I had a reason to stay in that area I would stay there again

Nice stay.. The people are very hospitable. Bit tricky to find because the hoarding is not big enough to be easily from the road. The furniture inside the room should be improved because they are of very poor quality. Another drawback is, there is no breakfast.
The rooms are very clean and the nearest metro is Anjos in the Green line which is just few blocks away. It was a nice stay indeed. The garden is also nice..

Hotel estilo pousada. Maravilhoso. Com cozinha 24 horas para uso dos hospedes, ar condicionado, isolamento acústico localização próxima ao metrô, equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, limpeza perfeita. Amamos! O único porém é para quem prefere ficar colado nas principais atrações e para quem tem algum problema de acessibilidade, já que há um pequeno lance de escadas na entrada.

This place was nice and spacious for our family during our recent stay in Lisbon. The staff is very helpful and can give you a lot of information about places to see and go to. It is located close to grocery stores, cafes and more. It is a few minutes drive to the Chiado and Roisso areas which are the best to hang out, shop and spend time watching the lively town. The castle is close to it as well. The central location makes it easy to access all the sights and spots Lisbon has to offer. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped so that you can cook if you feel like it. The rooms have a/c and the bathroom is nice as well. There is no elevator on the property as they say in their information. There are a lot of stairs, but the staff was very helpful to carry our bags, they are very friendly and happy to assist. Overall, this place offers comfort and a great place to stay.

Very nice and efficient lodging in a great location in downtown Lisbon. Do not miss the chance to eat at Ideal restaurant, just around the corner. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke english fluently. We enjoyed our short stay and would return with no hesitation!

Hotel bem bacana por dentro. Mas o bairro não é dos melhores. Dificuldade para quem está de carro.

Wunderschöne Zimmer, geräumiges Badezimmer, Minibar und für einen Kaffee steht ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes Guesthouse mit Gemeinschaftsküche. Metrostation in unmittelbarer Nähe. Liegt an eines stark befahrenen Straße, Fenster sind jedoch gut "abgedichtet". Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

Hotel très bien placé (2 min à pied d'un métro) et (8 minutes de l'aéroport en voiture), à proximité du tram 28, etc, etc. Bref Chambre et hôtel très bien tenu, une personne à l'accueil 24/24 7/7 pour réservation taxi ou autre, prix très bas que demander de plus ?

Der Check-in war nach der späten Ankunft mit dem Flugzeug, aufgrund der 24h-Rezeption perfekt.Wir hatten das Appartement im letzten Stock , sehr geräumig und schön. Die Lage ist super. Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen, aber auch die U-Bahn ist gleich in der Nähe. Alles perfekt.

Een supergoede accomodatie in een gezellige familiale sfeer. Mogelijkheid om een gemeenschappelijke keuken te gebruiken. Niet ver van metrostations, je bent in een mum van tijd in het historische centrum van Lissabon en heel gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf de luchthaven. Een aanrader, zeker prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Top.

Fab Guest House. Spacious and clean. Staff are super friendly. Good location near metro. They also booked my transfer back to the airport and I'd strongly recommend that service!

Muy buen servicio a un precio asequible. La habitación estaba muy cuidada, muy bonita y limpia. El baño también limpio y con todo lo necesario. El único problema es que no había ascensor.

Es un hotel buen ubicado, limpio y con una cocina a la cual tienes acceso cuando lo desees. El personal es muy amable. La única contra que tiene es que debes duvir por escaleras, lo que nos resultó complicado ya que veníamos cargados y con un bebé, igual vale resaltar que el personal ayudó con las maletas

Nice room, nice people at the front desk, nice garden even though I would have loved to lay down on a lounge chair instead of an uncomfortable garden chair. I was a bit disappointed when we were enjoying the garden with my baby and husband and the garden guy came and cut the trees and stuff. He was doing so much noise. Also, someone in a flat beside our room was listening music very loudly all day long so our baby couldn't do a nap.. The shared kitchen is useful. The guesthouse is very well cleaned.

Sehr gut gelegen, wenn man mit der Metro in die Stadt will. Leider an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert und helfen, aber man hört die Straße trotzdem.Ansonsten alles top, nichts zu beanstanden.

Stayed at hundreds of different class hotels. This is the cleanest hotel room I've ever been in, its spotless! Good job to the cleaners or maids. Even the rooms in the Ritz Carlton are not this clean.

Le personnel est très aimable et à l'écoute du client.
Nous avons pensé qu'il était plus au centre, cependant le métro est à côté.
Le seul point négatif c'est l'insonorisation des chambres donnant sur la route.

Unscheinbar von außen, aber innen top! Alles neu und auf modernstem Stand. Zur Gartenseite hin absolut ruhig, zur Straßenseite immer noch leiser, als die meisten anderen Hotels, da die Fenster gut isolieren.

Very nice hotel in Lisbon. The place itself is modern and welcoming. It features friendly staff and a great little garden area you can relax in when you want. There's a small kitchen area to make snacks too!
The rooms themselves are absolutely fantastic. Ours felt like a home away from home with a balcony, a mini fridge, a luxurious bathroom and great Air conditioning. To top it all off, they gave us free champagne for our anniversary!
The hotel is about a 10 minute metro ride from the city center, so getting in and out of Lisbon is easy.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. For the location and facilities, well priced. If I return to Lisbon, this would be top of my list to stay in!

Petit bémol pour le métro qui passe en dessous mais qui s oublie vite.
J ai meme eu le droit à une bouteille pour mon anniversaire, superbe attention.

Guest house molto carina, nuova e curata. Ottima posizione a metà strada tra centro ed aeroporto di Lisbona. Contro: il prezzo non include la colazione, non c'è ascensore e sono tre piani di scale ripide, alcune stanze hanno un affaccio non proprio ameno.

El tracte amb el client un 10, tenen detalls molt sgradables,lloc molt tranquil, les habitacions molt bé en neteja i altres aspectes.
Si Torno a Lisboa no dubtaria en tornar en aquest hotel.

Las habitaciones muy bien. Pero no tiene ascensor para subir, ni camas supletorias cuando vas con una niña de tres años. Solución un parque cuna. ESPERABA MAS por €86 la noche sin desayuno. Sin duda mejor ir al Ibis aunque salga un pelín más caro.

Séjour de 4 nuits dans un des appartements de lhotel.Lappartement est très bien équipé, deux grandes chambres, un petit salon et une cuisine équipée. Salle de bains avec baignoire.Le tout décoré avec soin et élégance.La propreté est irréprochable tant sur les draps que sur les serviettes mais aussi pour le ménage quotidien.Les hotesses sont très sympa et arrangeantes.Petit bar juste en bas de lhôtel pour prendre un ptit dej si besoin.Super séjour.

Todo muy nuevo. Recomendable. Por poner un pero, a veces se escucha el metro que pasa por debajo pero nunca por la noche, se duerme perfectamente. No hay ascensor

Absolutely amazing ! Staff super friendly, complimentary birthday bubbles which was amazing ! Beautiful garden, rooms so fresh, new and clean.. love the layout. It stocked everything we needed! In a perfect location.. drinks were 1.50-2 euros in the fridge provided which was a great touch.
The housekeepers were so polite and lovrly, did a fantastic job, stayed here for 6 days and would definitely stay again. Also is onky a two minute walk to the metro underground, so easy to use . Beautiful lisbon ! Defo will be back ❤❤❤✈

Estuve alojado solo un día, pero todo fue estupendo. En recepción nos atendieron en Español, la habitación grande y muy limpia.
Tienen muchos planos y guías de viaje disponibles.
Precio muy bueno para el sitio donde se encuentra.

Sehr angenehmes Guest House im Herzen Lissabons. Tolle Ausstattung und freundliches Personal. Die Metro ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und morgens kann man direkt vor der Tür sehr günstig frühstücken. Auch das Abendessen ist mit dem gegenüberliegenden Restaurant Portugalia gesichert.

Das Guesthouse ist einwandfrei zu empfehlen. Freundliches Personal und die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. In direkter Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und die Metro.

The hotel is close to metro station and supermarket Pingo Doce. Very convenient for travellers. Appartment room is clean and comfortable. Scenery from windows should not be expected.

Ich brauchte nur eine Nacht Zwischenstation in Lissabon. Dieses Hotel ist eine wahre Trouvaille! Alles neu, sauber, geschmackvoll und der Höhepunkt, das Gärtchen im Innenhof. Die Lage perfekt. Nicht zu weit vom Flughafen oder Bahnhof und auch das Zentrum gut erreichbar. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Gastgeberinnen sind absolut reizend, man fühlt sich wie unter Freunden. Hoffentlich länger das nächste Mal.

Nous avons séjourner 3 nuits dans cette étoile que nous avons trouvez difficilement au cause des erreurs du GPS ( hôtel très récent). Décoration, sobriété, design, confort et propreté sont au rendez-vous! Même en quittant la chambre tardivement (13h) le ménage était fait en rentrant. Le personnel parle anglais et certaines personnes le français. Trés accueillant, souriant et serviable! Nous avons même demandé des recommandations pour une soirée dans un club de fado. Une des réceptionnistes sest occupé de la réservation et nous a conseillé le Patéo de Alfama. Jétais un peu sceptique sur le déroulement de la soirée et le show et jai passé une soirée inoubliable plongé dans le folklore des soirées typiques lisboetes. Je vous recommande également ce restaurant/ fado (repas complet et show pour moins de 40 euros).Grâce à cette hôtel nous avons passé un trés bon séjour que ce soit avec la situation géographique, le confort des chambre et surtout la gentillesse du personnel qui nhésite pas à nous conseiller si on le souhaite!
