O empreendimento está muito bem localizado, quartos bem decorados, pequeno almoço muito bom e acima da média e tem elevador. O atendimento é muito atencioso e profissional. O estacionamento é difícil mas na recepção propõem parques públicos pagos a preços e distância razoáveis. Classificação global muito boa.

Excellent apartment/hotel. Great central location on a small square, near many good cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. We had a spacious room, decorated stylishly and with a sense of fun, great attention to detail, immaculately clean. And extremely helpful, friendly and professional reception staff who made good local recommendations: thank you for making our stay special.

Great hotel. I really like it. Bed was comfortable. Only thing Id say is that the sink in the bathroom made out of a trash can is cheesy and because it is metal and gets wet, its getting rusty.

Eine hervorragende Unterkunft für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz zentrumslage sehr ruhig. Netter Service mit guten Ausflugstipps. Das Frühstück wird direkt in der Wohnung serviert. Es ist sehr schmackhaft und ausreichend. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser wird jeden Tag gratis aufgefüllt. Wohnung wird täglich gereinigt. Negativ sind die wenigen Ablagen für Badartikel oder Schuhe. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft.

Great hotel. Very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Parking a bit out of the way but not terrible especially if you don’t plan on moving the car a lot. Morning breakfast brought to your room and was delicious. At the time of our stay there was construction next door so a bit noisy in the morning.

가장 이른시간이8시45분이지만 그 전날에 요청하면 냉장고에 넣어놔줍니다
실수로 전기포트를 망가트렸는데 배상하겠다하니 끝까지 사양하였습니다

오전11시쯤 도착했는데 체크인이 3시였는데 바로 룸 준비해줬어요

Pues ahora mismo a casi las doce de la noche en el piso de arriba no paran de hacer ruido y mover muebles además de gente hablando super alto en los descansillos .. Super ruidoso no lo recomiendo para descansar la verdad. Por el precio que pagas podían cuidar más el respeto por la tranquilidad del cliente . A ver si podemos pegar ojo esta noche

Todo perfecto. Todos que nos atenderon fueron muy atentos. La habitacion espaciosa, equipada con cafetera Nespreso, microondas, vajilla completa; todo nuevo y limpio. Servicio perfecto desde la recepcion el primer dia hasta la limpieza en el ultimo. Serven el desayuno en la habitacion, todo un lujo.

Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine 4 Tage Städtereise gebucht. Unser Flat war sehr großzügig vom Platz. Für ein Stadthotel eher ungewöhnlich. Einrichtung eher spartanisch, aber sehr modern. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten gleich eine freudige Überraschung in Form eines includierten Frühstücks, welches wir jeden Morgen auf das Zimmer serviert bekamen. Die Rezeption war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Da wir bereits um 8.00 Uhr morgens anreisten, könnten wir unsere Koffer im Hotel deponieren. Diese waren dann auch bereits im Zimmer, als wir eincheckten.Das Hotel liegt auch supergünstig. Man kann sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

We stayed for only one Night with our 3 children and had a Fantastic time! The host was extraordinary friendly, helpful and super nice! We got an excellent breakfast served onto the room. And the appartment was more than spacious, super Clean, Great View. The Location of the Chiado Arty Flats is just perfect and the Service absolutely fabulous! We really felt very comfortable! This was our first trip to Portugal. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel room, including its size and layout. The compact kitchen was extremely useful. The entire space was clean, and well thought out. We loved the quirkiness of some of the industrial style features, including a bathroom sink built into a 55 gallon oil drum! Very unique!!We would highly recommend for anyone planning to spend some time in Lisbon to stay at the Chiado Arty Flats! We would definitely stay again!

El apartamento está muy bien, amplio, la cocina con todo lo básico, el personal muy agradable y detalles en la habitación que no esperabamos. La ubicación está genial. Hay un parking muy cerca algo caro, y otro a 13€ el día a unos 700m. La única pega que vi es que el baño era un poco justo y había bañera en vez de ducha (yo la prefiero)

This is one of the cutest and most unique places I have stayed in Europe! The location is great, the decor is very hip, and your breakfast is brought to your door at a scheduled time! Good beds and pillows, kitchenette, small terraces, very nice. Only negative I can think of is we were three in a triple room and there were only bath towels for 2. Also, maybe napkins with breakfast and adequate silverware for 3 would’ve been good. Small complaints and we made do just fine! Very friendly staff-I would definitely stay again!

What a find this boutique hotel turned out to be! Sadly, I was just in town one night following a cruise, but I will return and stay here and will recommend it to all my friends. Perfect location, great restaurants and Fado less than 1 block away. AMAZING breakfast delivered to my room. Helpful, friendly staff. Love their decorating style and accents. A fun place to relax in this lovely city.

Reception was excellent. We arrived at 11 am and were checked into our room straight away, even though check in is not until 3 pm. They also arranged airport transfers which were very good and saved time, especially on arrival. Flat was excellent, very comfortable and everything we needed.

First, Chiado Arty Flats are in a great central location. Though it's close to public transit, we walked just about everywhere. Tons of places to eat and drink nearby. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel - it's the perfect blend of hotel and a rental flat.
In the same building is a delicious pizza place and a wine bar.
Would definitely recommend!

Positive: Location the best, reception always open.The comfy beds small balcony at the rear of apartment also view of the square at the front.
The very friendly staff and especially owner who gave my Son and I a glass of Champers for his birthday.. Negative: The echoes and noise from the wooden floors although it has been tastefully renovated.
The building work next door, we were just unlucky as the refurbed was in full swing, our sleep was broken two out the four nights we stayed.
I thought we may be offered a discount which I think would have been appropriate.
I personally need a good eight hours, but I would defiantly stay again and recommend.

Positivo: A localização do alojamento não poderia ser melhor, ao redor do hotel você encontra uma infinidade de bares e restaurantes que atendem às todos os gostos. O acesso ao transporte também é excelente, há estações de metrô e paradas de ônibus a menos de 2m.
As instalações do hotel são excelentes, os quartos são lindos, o chuveiro é incrível e a cama é algo que você sentirá falta quando for embora. O staff do hotel também foi muito boa conosco, nos ajudaram com diversas dúvidas e perguntas e sempre foram muito calorosos e amigáveis conosco.. Negativo: Nada a reclamar.

Positief: De uitstraling van de kamers,de ligging van het appartement, de service van het personeel.. Negatief: Er was een aantal zake defect of werkte niet goed, zoals één van de toiletten, de verwarming die lawaai maakte en dat het lang duurde voordat warm water uit de kraan kwam.
Een appartement dat mooi ingericht is, maar tegen de eerste gebreken aanloopt. Nu kunnen ze echt bewijzen dat ze die scoren van een dikke 9 daadwerkelijk verdienen, door de gebreken snel te herstellen.
Tip aan eigenaren: logeer af en toe in je eigen appartement.

Положительный: Наличие круглосуточного ресепшена, нет проблем при получении ключей, удобно приезжать в любое время. Очень удивило, что это апартаменты, но при этом с сервисом, как в отелях - каждый день убирали номер, застилали кровати, приносили бутылку воды и капсулы для кофемашины. Расположение потрясающее - до достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком (кроме замка Сан Жорж, туда лучше доехать), рядом и кафе и немного магазинов. Очень хорошие кондиционеры (в начале марта было прохладно, но кондиционеры грели отлично).

负面: 公寓服务人员热情好客，能给出有价值的的游玩建议；房间大小还算合适，每天打扫卫生整理房间；提供咖啡和瓶装水。. 正面: 但房间装饰有点怪异，按booking地址不太好找-差不多化了一个小时！尤其停车困难。第一晚停推荐的一个付费停车场，结果第二天早上发现车子玻璃被砸碎（还好车内没有贵重物品）；后面两天只好停在每天36欧元的较安全的停车场。

또 프라이팬 손잡이도 덜렁거리고, 욕실 커튼대용으로 있는 플레이트 판 같은 것도 살짝 건드렸는데 확 떨어져서 식겁함. 약간 집에 있는 물건들이 부실함. 혹시 우리가 그런줄 알까봐 얘기했더니 이미 알고있었음.

Positiv: Faktisk troede jeg, at der var mulighed for at få morgenmad på hotellet, da jeg bestilte hotellet, men det var der desværre ikke, hvis der havde været mulighed for morgenmad og en lille bar, så havde der været topkarakter fra vores side.
Men det er et sjovt godt Hotel som ligger dejligt centralt.. Negativ: Som skrevet var der ingen mulighed for morgenmad på hotellet, det er et klart minus.
Der var godt nok en vinbar på hotellet, men den havde ikke åbent hver dag, det ville jo være dejligt, hvis man ligge kunne få en drink i baren inden man gik i byen eller når man kommer hjem fra byen.

긍정적: 최신식 시설에 방도 넓고 24시간 상주하는 핵친절한 직원들에 가격마저 쌉니다. 주요 관광지와도 가깝고 기차역도 가까워 신트라 가기에도 좋습니다. 직원에게 요청하면 공항까지 이동 가능한 셔틀 서비스도 제공해줍니다(유료인데 매우 저렴). 우산도 빌러줘서 진짜 좋았습니다.

Os apartamentos são lindos ( super modernos) e o atendimento é top!
Quanto a localização, não poderia ser melhor! O Chiado ė um bairro boêmio, com gente bonita, bares descolados e bons restaurantes!

Great location, Thomas(one of the owners) and his team were nice enough to help my pregnant wife get earplugs. The flats were clean and well maintained and we were very professionally taken care of.

Great place! Very clean and well equiped. The staff was very nice. Flawless internet. We stayed during Christmas and received a complimentary bottle of wine (very nice detail, guys!) We would recommend it.

Positiv: Fantastisk häftig lägenhet med kul design. Läget är perfekt i Bairro Alto och nära Principe Real. Inget väsen från trafiken trots att det ligger nära trafikerad väg. Rutorna är ljudisolerade. Mycket bra restauranger och små butiker i närheten. Lägenheten var bra utrustad med många kul designdetaljer.. Negativ: Sängen var lite för hård för vårt tycke, men inget stort problem.

Good apartment downtown in Lisbon to stay. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is wonderful to stay with kitchen. The room has very good isolated windows that you can sleep very well even through we had an apartment facing the main street. The apartment doesn't offer any breakfast, but there are many good cafes around to get good breakfast.

Positiv: Super beliggenhet med gangavstand til alle Lisboas severdigheter. Serviceinnstilt personale og hyggelig og romslig leilighet som hadde det meste vi trengte. Veldig bra lydisolering mot trafikk i gaten utenfor. Ingen oppvaskmaskin, men oppvasken ble tatt av rengjøringspersonalet hver dag.. Negativ: Det eneste vi savnet var i grunnen noen knagger å henge fra seg på i gangen og på badet.

다른 사람들 평처럼 모든 스텝들이 매우 친절. 휴양지 리조트 스텝들처럼 웃는 얼굴로 먼저 인사를 건네줌. 조리도구 및 주방도 꽤 장 갖추어져 있어서 다양한 음식을 직접 해먹을 수 있음. 주방이 없었다면 고만고만한 음식을 비싸게 사먹었을 듯...

好意的: 清潔で窓から見える風景が良い。夜は特に素敵でした。スタッフもフレンドリー。. 否定的: よく使うロシオ駅からの階段が辛かった。ソファがデザイン重視でリラックス出来ない。

好意的: 部屋は広く清潔、キッチンも使いやすかった。キッチンとベッドルームが離れているので、同行者が寝ている時に食事を作ったり、机で作業をしたり気兼ねなくできた。
スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。拙い英語で迷惑をかけたが、ちゃんと対応してくれた。. 否定的: バスアメニティやエスプレッソマシーンのカプセルが補充される日とされない日があった。

Olumlu: Otelin konumu çok iyiydi merkezi yerlere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Metro durağına çok yakın ve yakında çok güzel restoranlar var. Evde hergün temizlik yapılıyor.. Olumsuz: Resepsiyon görevlileri çok iyi İngilizce konuşamıyordu. Taleplerimizi iletmekte sıkıntı yaşadık.

Pozitív: Nagyon jó fekvésű szállás. Közel a belvároshoz és a buli negyedhez, mégis csendesnek mondható. Igaz, belső térre nézett a szobánk. Az apartmanoknak nagyon jó felszereltsége.. Negatív: Egy kicsit csúszott a szállás átvétele, emiatt várnunk kellett. Igaz viszont, hogy amikor átvettük az apartmant, bocsánatkérés és 1 üveg bor várt minket.

Olumlu: Otelin konumunu, oda dekorasyonunu, odada nespresso makinesi olmasını, ilgili personeli, küvet ve bide olmasını, kullanmasak da mutfağı olmasını çok sevdik. Üstelik oda girişi 15:00 olmasına rağmen 12:00 da bize odayı verdiler.. Olumsuz: Odanın elektrik tesisatı biraz garipti. Örneğim yatak başındaki küp şeklindeki lambaların açma kapama düğmesi yoktu. Kapatmak için fişi çektik.

Positiu: La situació és perfecte. Molt proper al centre de Lisboa i en una zona amb restaurants i botigues amb molt de gust. Allunyat del Chiado dels Zara, H&M, etc... Pozitiv: Un hotel foarte bine poziționat- Toate obiectivele de interes sunt la un pas distanță. De jur împrejur o mulțime de restaurante și baruri, cafenele, în colț stație de taxi, mici magazine, tot ce îți poți dori. La interior un design minimalist și de o inventivitate maximă. Fantastic location in the heart of the Bairro Alto. Lots of ineresting places in walking distance. Don't miss the Saint Roch Church in front of the Arty Flats. Extraordinary, young, very helpful staff. May housband got a botlle of porto with greetings when staff realized that it was his birthday. Thank you Chiado Arty Flats for making our stay in Lisboa nice and comfortable.

Pozitív: Az elhelyezkedes kivalo, modern apartmanok, 2 szemelynek kivalo. Szemelyzet kivalo, palackos vizet, kavet barmikor felhoztak a szobaba. Az ar majdnem szalloda ar, igy nagyon helyesen napi takaritas es torolkozo csere is van. Szulinapomra egy udvozlo lappal es egy palack helyi borral kedvekedtek. Csak ajanlani tudom!!!!. Pozitiv: Dotarile unui apartament(bucatarie utilata perfect) servicii de hotel (curatenie zilnica, receptionist 24 /7) Camere confortabile. Dar ceea ce face locul de neuitat este personalul care se straduieste sa te ajute in orice problema.

Modern (and brand new as of Aug 2016) apartments in a good location in Lisbon. Pretty clean, well equipped with facilities for cooking if needed and they even provide Nespresso capsules for the machine. There is no breakfast, but it is very handy to grab something around, since the location is central. Spacious rooms and good mattress.
