The food very nice and the portions were sufficient. Not overpriced at all. Been here for lunch and they offer great lunch deals. Try the homemade lemonade, it was delicious. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

Dei 3 oportunidades ao Sumaya mas cada visita foi pior do que a anterior. Não recomendo, o serviço e o ambiente são normais, mas a comida é mesmo fraca.

The food and service was quite above the average. It would be much better if you got a table in the front section where the ambiance is much nicer. The back part is too bright and feels noisy due to people's voices echoing in the seemingly empty space.

Poor management. Told no reservation needed on the phone and that we could/ Should come and when we arrived told that no table was available. Not cool.

Delicioso. Pessoal muito simpático. Experimentei o chambão e estava perfeito. Todo o mezze estava espetacular, sobretudo o húmus de beringela. Até uma simples limonada se torna um pequeno paraíso neste espaço. Parabéns!

Delicious. I thought the entrees were better than the mains. The food was still superb, very Friendly service. We were a group of 8, everyone left well fed and thirst free!

I'm used to Lebanese food and they have wonderful Lebanese food, very nice presentation, portions and helpful staff.
Totally recommend for Lebanese cuisine and will be there again and again for sure

O restaurante descontraído no centro de Lisboa traz o melhor da culinária libanesa à Portugal. Hummus, babaganouj, falafel, kibbeh, entre outros pratos típicos, muito bem preparados e temperados. Pedimos o Menu Beirut que serve duas pessoas e custa 32 euros e nos deixou mais do que satisfeitos. Deixo aqui minha sugestão ao chef: servir kibbeh crú e o restaurante torna-se perfeito

Um espaço interessante, com qualidade e bom serviço. O que tenho a apontar é mesmo a quantidade num prato que tem como objetivo ser partilhado, o Sumaya Grill, que tem um pouco de todas as carnes e dois acompanhamentos. Não é que a comida não seja suficiente, mas não faz muito sentido ter de cortar, por exemplo, uma costeleta de borrego, que já é pequena, em duas partes iguais. E quem diz a costeleta diz todos os outros pedaços, pois não vinha para duas pessoas. Um outro apontamento tem a ver com o café... Pedimos café e, como gostamos de ter a experiência completa do país que estamos a "visitar" através da sua gastronomia, pedimos o café branco libanês. Pois... Não é café! É uma infusão com água de rosas (ou água quente com sabor a rosas...)! Não é mau, mas... não é café! Quando saímos do restaurante tivemos de ir beber um café como deve ser. Tirando estes aspetos, é um local a voltar, mas fazendo algumas alterações da próxima vez nos pedidos!

Excellent Libanesen food, which tastes extraordinary given the strong lemon flavours in their dishes. Hummus is a must try, as I never experienced such a tasty hummus before! A must visit for anyone in the mood for Libanese food.

I recommend this restaurant for people who look forward to experience food from the middle east and have a decent meal in Lisbon. Best Arabic food in town so far.

Já fazia algum tempo que queria conhecer este restaurante e realmente foi muito bom ter ido. O atendimento é muito agradável, o serviço é rápido. O ambiente tem uma decoração bonita e a música é boa. A comida é bem feita, os sabores são sutis e saborosos.

Nice enough place, great service but just mediocre food. The potatoes felt old and cold, the falafel didn't have much flavour and the grilled meats were a mix of tough and bland. Even the garlic sauce was bland somehow. It was probably the blandest Lebanese food I've had. Maybe just a bad day? The cocktails are delicious. Everyone was really friendly and helpful though.

We went because of Zomato Gold. It is a nice place with a good environment. Good spot to taste something different, a piece of libanease heritage in the plate.

Ótima comida libanesa
Primeira vez que experimentei comida libanesa. Pedimos as mesas & combinados (mesa Beirut e Hamra) e provamos um bocadinho de tudo. Estava divinal. As sobremesas Pudim de leite com água de rosas (Mhlabie) e os pastéis de massa filo (Baclaya) são obrigatórios pedir.

"Jantar" para grupo com comida insuficiente em quantidade e qualidade. Aliás estive sempre na expectativa quando seriam apresentados os pratos principais até serem servidas as sobremesas. Grão com fartura, disfarçado em húmus e a única proteína apresentada traduziu-se num frango mediano. Bom trabalho a maquilhar a apresentação dos pratos. Serviço fraco, com número de empregados insuficientes para a lotação do espaço. Preço elevado, não ajustado à refeição. A não voltar, não repetir, não recomendar.

Comida chegou fria com um bom quantidade de carne mas com muito mas mesmo muito pouco molho de alho . A salada era muito pouco e as batatas fritos super mole.

Sabores interessantes, surpreendente o sumo de amora e a limonada com mel e basilico. As espetadas estavam mais secas que o desejável, apesar de tudo os temperos estavam bons.

Terrific authentic Lebanese food and lovely service. We had multiple hot and cold appetizers which were really delicious and then three of us ordered the lamb dishes and one simply took a platter of mixed appetizers for his main course. The Lebanese rice pudding for dessert was almost a yoghurt and nice as well. Lovely owner and good solid service. Reasonable prices on drinks.

The space was well decorated and the staff was really nice, the food however was nothing over the top. We tried some of different plates and sides and nothing stood out for me. The servings are small and therefore you should order multiple side dishes which can get expensive pretty fast.
Overall it was a enjoyable experience, but personally, it was a one time visit.

I shared the Beirut meze for 2 people and it was plenty of quality food for the both of us and didn't need to buy a main dish on top. The house bottle of wine is nice and local. The prices were a bit high but the service and food were spot on.

Désolée mais la qualité de la nourriture et le goût étaient décevants ! Houmous sans saveur (certainement dû aux pois chiches en boîte de conserve) comme toute l’assiette (le fourré aux épinards était franchement pas bon), sauce à l’ail avec le goût de l’ail en poudre, riz bon pour donner aux chiens, kafta fade, chawarma sec, pain arabe dégeu.... par contre, personnel sympa et bien habillé, lieu chaleureux et bien décoré.

Delícia de restaurante libanês, sumo de limão com mel e manjericão é servidos numa jarra incomum mas muito bonita e atendimento muito simpático e atencioso. Comida bem temperada e tem para carnívoros quanto para vegetarianos. O ambiente é bem bonito com mesas de mármore branco que fazem a diferença no visual.

So, so good! Ended up there by a recommendation of a steak restaurant around the corner which was booked up (pretty cool because I am a vegetarian, my boyfriend didn‘t miss his steak neither). Short waiting times, good service, amazing food! :) Keep it up!

Bad attitude from the person in charge , he didn't even respect a family of 9 persons came a long way to the restaurant. He was rude and answered us that there is no place for us . I called to book a table before we come they told us no need for reservation just walk in , when we arrived he treat us in a bad way and told sorry I cannot do anything for u . Bad experience with this restaurant and I don't recommend people to go and waste their time in it .

This is a genuine Lebanese restaurant owned by Lebanese people. The food is exactly how you would find it in Lebanon.
Healthy, delicious and highly authentic.

Nourriture et personnel irréprochables! Après avoir mangé dans plusieurs restaurants libanais dans des pays différents (tous très bon), celui-ci est de loin le meilleur. Je le recommande vivement.
