Una estafa! Reserve una habitación con baño privado. Me dieron una habitación y un baño para compartir entre 3 habitaciones. El baño nada higiénico, hongos en la ducha, wc sucio y de muchos colores menos blanco... Una sola ducha de uso. El 2 baño tenía la ducha apuntalado con piedras sueltas. Al segundo día llegó otra pareja que aseguró que su reserva era de habitación con ventana y baño privado (la misma que la nuestra) al ser los últimos les tocó la Habitación sin ventana. En resumen. Anuncio falso, y cero higiene. No recomendable. Preferible gastar más dinero que venir a este sitio. Intentamos cancelar la reserva al ver el lugar y ver que no eran los servicios que habíamos pagado, y se nos denegó. Denunciados en Booking y esperando respuesta. ESTAFA!! NO REVERVAR!! NO PAGAR!! No hay un sitio donde recoger las llaves. Tienes que preguntar por la calle hasta encontrar una tienda de suvenir. Tampoco te piden identificación para darte las llaves. Nefasto!

Literie désastreuse dans la chambre supérieur lit double. Beaucoup trop de bruit le matin a partir de 7h. Propreté laisse à désirer. Personnel ne parlant que le portugais...une chambre à 20e à Lisbonne à ne prendre que dans l'urgence ou si petit budget. Point positif: personnel souriant et prêt à tout pour satisfaire vos demandes

The location is very good, but unfortunately there was no running water for 2 days and no window in the twin room! Also a washing machine and a kitchen was promised, but there was just a sink. The 30€ are not worth it to stay there under these conditions.

The worst experience ever, one star is too much. Room has no windows, there was NO RUNNING WATER for days. The kitchen consists of one sink and there is a constant disgusting smell. The room is on the fifth floor with no elevator. I would strongly recommend to get something different. The only redeeming quality is the location and the decent cleanliness.

Just to warn any visitors that this is a illegal guest house and the authorities may close it at any time.

Well, let’s start with the beginning. The checkin was messy. I picked up the key from downstairs at the souvenir shop/where I left it as well. The owner I talked with was nice but wasn’t prepared to give me the infos I needed. The entrance door is a nightmare!!!!! Once I stayed 5 mins because it was impossible to open. The position is great in my opinion. The “guest house” which is an apartment is situated at the third floor. The WiFi connexion is very good. The room I had (#1) was a double one and it was clean. I didn’t use the towels because they looked over washed. The room i had was quiet. However the other part of the apartment is a mess, but not in the dirty way necessarily. There are two toilets, one of the can’t be used because you can be seen by the neighbors. And the other.. well I couldn’t find the switch. It’s a good place, but it needs improvements.

Positive: location,. Negative: when I booked the room I was told it's 10m2 and it's a lie, the room is very small and there was no window!! is this even legal??!! very disappointed with that, it's a false advertisement what you do!!!!

Positive: The bedroom was functional and clean. The location was excellent!!. Negative: The bathroom was mouldy and the toilet really smells heavily of mould. The second bathroom has no curtains or blinds... Which means that there is not much privacy.

Positiva: La atención al llegar fue bastante buena, el anfitrión se esforzó mucho para que estemos cómodos. La habitación es mínima, apenas cabían las dos camas simples, y no mucho mas. Mas que un hostal esto podría ser llamado una pensión. La dirección es un poco confusa, porque aparece con el 3 primero, pero el número real es 38. Igual creo que ya lo corrigieron. La llave se pide en un negocio de recuerdos que está al lado. El wifi funciona bien.. Negativa: La habitación queda en un cuarto piso por escaleras, lo cual puede ser muy incómodo si no se está en forma o para gente de edad avanzada. El lugar queda en un barrio muy pintoresco pero algo inaccesible. Pedí un uber y tuve que salir a encontrarlo a dos cuadras (bajo la lluvia), porque es un laberinto el barrio y no es dificil llegar hasta allí.

Positive: Difficilissimo. Ho cercato con fatica di comunicare telefonicamente con il numero di riferimento ma il personale non parlava né inglese né portoghese né italiano né spagnolo. Soltanto dopo decine di minuti hanno capito chi fossi e le chiavi sono arrivate da un signore uscito da un supermarket li vicino ma dopo molto tempo di attesa davanti l'abitazione. Negazione: Il posto non era per nulla pulito

Kladný: Umisteni ubytovani bylo primo v centru. Záporný: Pristup majitele, nebylo moc cisto ani v koupelne ani v pokoji. Malo vybavena kuchyn. Domluva s majitelem velmi spatna

Positivo: Localização ótima, boa limpeza com toalhas frescas e uma boa vista.. Negativo: Chegamos na hora combinada para o check-in e ninguém estava lá para nos atender. Tivemos que pegar as chaves numa loja de souvenirs que ficava embaixo da acomodação e ficamos um longo tempo à espera. Em outra situação em que precisamos do senhorio foi difícil resolver o assunto pois ele não falava nem português e nem inglês.

Positif: L'établissement est situé dans un quartier très sympa, avec de jolis et bons restaurants, et il est assez central pour visiter la ville (proche quartier attractif et proche métro).. Négatif: L'accueil un peu étrange, pas de registre, aucune trace écrite ... L'établissement est plus une auberge de jeunesse qu'un appartement. La propriété reste superficielle (salle de bain pas nettoyée du séjour). Convient à un voyage "roots".

Negatief: De hygiëne was beneden alle peil (douche met gele vlekken, kalk, roest en met haren in het putje; lavabo en badkamer-en keukenvloer idem vuil; tapijtje naast douche dat waarschijnlijk nog nooit gewassen werd; geen propere lakens op bed; etc.); ons (klein en hard) bed bevond zich net naast de 'technische kast', waardoor ik elke nacht wakker werd van vreemd getik, geratel of gesuis; de nihile bereikbaarheid, hospitaliteit en interesse van de hosts stellen teleur. Je betaalt veel in verhouding tot wat je maar krijgt. Hygiene was beneath contempt (shower with yellow stains, chalk, rust, hairs; sink and floor (bathroom's as well as kitchen's) were equally dirty; carpet next to shower possibly never washed; not even clean sheets on bed; etc.); our (small and hard) bed stood next to the 'technical closet', which made that I was woken up every night by loud noises; approachableness, hospitality and even basic care of hosts were largely absent and disappointing. You pay way too much money for very little.

Positiva: La ubicación es perfecta y fue sencillo recoger las llaves.. Negativa: Los cuartos de baño y la cocina estaban sucios y necesitan ser reformados. La luz en la escalera no funcionaba así que puede ser peligroso. Es lástima porque este piso podría ser fenomenal.

Negativ: Mangelnde Sauberkeit. Heruntergekommene Küche. Mülleimer wurden nicht geleert, Klopapier nicht aufgefüllt. Eines der Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Im Grunde war es eine Abstellkammer in die zwei Betten gestellt wurden, ohne gute Luftzufuhr. Maximal 5 qm.

Ok service, maar badkamer is niet goed. Onze kamer zat naast een boiler, welke voor veel geluidsoverlast zorgde in de vroege ochtend. Locatie is wel uitstekend.

Positiv: Beliggenheden for Alfama Guest house, er det bedste ved dette sted. Det ligger i det meget hyggelige og charmerende område Alfama, hvor der er en masse liv i gaden, og flot udsigt til havet fra vinduet. Vores værelse var lyst og rent, og værterne søde og hjælpsomme.. Negativ: Bedre information omkring check in. Der findes intet skilt på gaden, og jeg vidste ikke at værterne var de samme, som arbejdede i souvenir butikkerne på hver side af indgangen. En smule forvirrende.

Slecht hotel/appartement. Kamers zijn allesbehalve geluidsdicht. De geur van het restaurant in de buurt hangt in heel het appartement. En je hebt een heel kleine kamer met vieze lakens. Badkamer en keuken heb ik niet gebruikt, omdat het veel te ranzig was. Ik ben na dag 1 al vertrokken...

Положительный: Расположение Цена Чисто. Негативный: При бронировании номера не было указано, что это не отдельные апартаменты, а квартира, в которой три сдаваемых комнаты. Следовательно у нас были соседи, а кухня, туалет и душ - общие на три комнаты. В кухне нет холодильника Нет шкафов Комната с отдельными кроватями БЕЗ ОКНА.
