Molto pulito due camere due bagni una cucina fornita. Appartamento silenzioso adatto a famiglie con figli. Vicino alla fermata dei taxi e del tram 28. Vicino market e bar.. Proprietari gentilissimi. La signora ci ha accolto in italiano e ci hanno offerto un bottiglia d vino. Consigliatissimo

Beautiful, spacious, super comfortable flat for a great price. 10 min to Miradouro da Graça, on your way you can stop for a coffee and pastry in one of many coffee shops. Supermarket is just around the corner, as well as buses and tram. You can find a few nice restaurants nearby as well (Annapurna on Rua Angelina Vidal serves amazing food). The hosts are absolutely lovely and very accommodating (we received a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome gift). The hosts treat the guests like adults and although they have house rules, all of them are very much common sense ones. They left us to enjoy our stay, but were available in case we needed anything. The flat had everything that we needed, from toiletries, hairdryer, and towels, to tea, coffee, and different spices in the kitchen if you feel like cooking. The kitchen appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven) are available, as well as cutlery, crockery, and pots & pans. The flat is clean, comfortable, and beautifully set. There is a flat screen tv, vinyl player, some fun board games and books in the living room. The sofa is very comfortable (which we were grateful for after a day of waking and running a half marathon). There are two bedrooms and both are of a good size. The master bedroom has a walking wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom has a bath as well. There is also a small balcony at the back of the flat. We had a really good time and definitively would recommend Photographer's House in Graça. The price was really good, especially if you go with a couple of friends. We would go back!

Quel bel appartement, on s'y sent vraiment bien! L'accueil est sympathique, le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de nous permettre de garder la location plus tard que prévu ; les lits sont très confortables, la cuisine super-équipée, le logement est spacieux, la décoration nous a beaucoup plu et nous avons profité des livres d'art et touristiques laissés à notre disposition. Le wifi fonctionne très bien, la propreté est au top et la situation nous a permis de visiter facilement la belle ville de Lisbonne, aussi bien à pied que par les transports en commun tout proches. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! P.S.: Nous avons disposé de deux radiateurs électriques !
