Ich wollte mich nur über die Optionen der Tickets für den öffentlichen Verkehr informieren. Auf die Frage welche Verkehrsmittel inbegriffen sind, wenn ich mein Ticket an einem der Automaten der Metro mit einem freien Geldbetrag auflade, hat die Frau ziemlich arrogant und unfreundlich reagiert und gesagt ich solle mich bei den Kollegen dort informieren.
