We stayed for two nights with our company in this hotel. Friendly and serviceminded staff. Received a small glass of mangojuice as a welcomegift. Unfortunate at the time of our visit, the main elevator was broken, but we could use the staff elevator. The rooms where reasonable sized, clean, smart TV present, bathroom and shower big enough for us big and tall Dutchman. Rainshower present, but some collegues had trouble to lower the temparature...breakfast is in the mainlobby and descent. Would recommend!

Sehr gute Lage, Mitten in Lisboa.Dazu gibt’s schöne Zimmer, die vielleicht ein kleines bisschen größer sein könnten, aber alles sauber und gut. Ebenso wie das Frühstücksbuffet

Hotel très confortable, équipement moderne. Il est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes du métro.Très calme, il est à proximité de nombreux lieux de visite.La propreté est irréprochable, la chambre confortable et bien équipée.Vraiment un lieu idéal !

Excellent emplacement pour visiter la ville, proximité des principaux monuments, du métro et des autres transports en commun. Hôtel très cosy, super bien insonorisé avec du mobilier moderne et agréable. Douche parfaite! Petit déjeuner de qualité supérieure. Parfait en tous points pour quelques jours à Lisbonne

Visited the hotel for the halal restaurant. It was fairly quiet but the hotel is located near the river front and the main square - the food was good, I had an interesting dish that included a fruit salad and other quirky relishes. I would have preferred my steak to be medium rare and it was served welldone but other than that it's all good. Very clean, modern and great service. The menu was reasonable priced.

Absolute 5 star service! The hotel is immaculately put together which portrays that regal appearance that many travelers dream of. The staff at this hotel is some of the best I have seen and I’ve stayed in many hotels. Salman is a very well-respected host and I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful guest-centered staff: sincere, professional and responsible. The hotel is pwrfectly located located for public transport and walking to sites. The small boutique style rooms are just that..plus quiet, modern and very comfortable. They are small and very well planned Breakfast was a delight with well prepared, choices and fresh. The staff is,particularly accomodating. I 'll definitely stay again.

It's not a "fancy" hotel but it's extremely confortable. The staff is friendly and they do care to help you. Good breakfast. Good shower & comfy beds. The room is quite small but we only stayed during the night so that was ok. Close to everything in Lisbon. The famous Elétrico 28 is just next door. Loads of good restaurants close by. Overall a pleasant experience.

I had an unpleasant experience before I even checked into this hotel. I visited to locate on the check-in date. The staff at the reception were greeted with a very unpleasant attitude. I think very much of the hotel in my trip. This hotel ruined the trip to Portugal.

The entire staff is very friendly. They answered my questions in a friendly and courteous manner. The property is clean. Within walking distance to some of Lisbons vibrant neighborhoods. I really enjoyed their breakfast.

MeraPrime Gold Hotel is in the ideal location in Lisbon. Only about 200mtrs from the main square by the river. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. The only drawback was if you wanted a nightcap before bed, you had to go elsewhere as they didnt serve alcohol

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Walking distance from everything. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. However, on the first night having a shower, the plug was blocked and therefore flooded the bathroom. I had to use all the towels available to mop up the water. Thankfully it was dealt with the next morning by someone.

Perfect location, clean rooms, ok price, but I would not go there again. The breakfast was poor and there was no communication between reception and house cleaning. The rooms looked nice, but lacked in practical details. In the end, it's the little details that count and they were lacking.

Had a short stay here in a charming hotel in Lisbon city center. Minutes from many of the big attractions, san justa elevator, main square, castle sao jorge etc. The staff were super friendly and helpful, all had great English, room was clean, quiet and the hotel didnt have that chain type feeling to it. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Location is incredible main selling point. Breakfast good choice and filling. Slight negatives with room, large stain on carpet, shower tray not angled to drain properly and room not cleaned one day after inadvertently catching do not disturb button we were not aware of. On another day came back to the room late afternoon and it had not been cleaned. Staff helpful.

To my surprise, the place was rather clean. I'd been to 4 European hotels on this trip but this is the only one that did not have problem with bathroom door that splashed out water to the floor. Other hotels (must be a European thing) had just a piece of glass, not the full door but this had the full door. So, no molding issues like other hotels. The hotel is above a Roman ruin in Lisbon. So they had note in the hotel, explaining that there might be strange odor. Hence, they put fragrance everywhere to offset that. If you're sensitive to fragrance, then just take this into consideration. Also, the bathroom floor in the room I had was shiny tiles. For me it wasn't a problem at all. But for elderly, I think it can be a problem as it can be slippery and has no handrail. It could be a typical Portugese thing, as I see the sidewalks on public streets are not handicap friendly either. Overall, I had a good experience. Quite close to train station, bakeries, etc. Would stay again if in this area.

Very nice and great location, and fine staff, but our room didnt quite satisfy our desires for organizing luggage and for devices that want power outlets. USB outlets work from each of two lamps, but it gets complicated thereafter. Perfect with one bag and a couple phones, but laptop (no desk) and extra bags (no closet) took some improvisation. In the balance of style vs. practicality, the latter suffered. Still, a very nice place.

Die Lage ist gut aber an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, deshalb ist es auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern laut in den eher kleinen Zimmern. Lobby/Frühstücksraum ist ohne Flair. Portier (aus Nepal) wirkt deplaziert.

Ha some issues with dirty linens when arrived. Cleaning crew came immediately and changed sheets. Manager offered us some compensation for the issue but when we went to front desk and asked for it, nothing was done.

We had an amazing stay here! All the employees were so nice and helpful. They even walked us up to our room and showed us how everything worked. The hotel was beautiful, perfect location and the A/C worked wonderfully! The room is small, but was to be expected while traveling in Europe. The bathroom was very spacious and everything was updated. Would 100% stay here again next time we are in town.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, allerdings war es abends etwas laut wenn man schlafen wollte. Die E28 Tram fährt direkt vor der Tür und auch das Wasser war sehr nah. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war etwas sperrlich, aber ok.

I lovely hotel with an amazing team of staff, who couldn't do enough for us. Based right in the heart of the activity surrounding Lisbon. 10 minute walk to the port, 10 minute walk to vistas. 10 minutes walk from a 1000 restaurant's.
Treat yourself to a guided tuk tuk tour it was amazing.
Continental breakfast plentiful.
Some rooms are compact but very nice but we just loved the walk in shower.

Officially rated at 3+ stars this new place in central old town Lisbon feels like a five star hotel. Excellent service by attentive and helpful staff and various gestures of hospitality that cannot be taken for granted. Great brrakfastand excellent rooms too. Highly recommended!

L'hôtel est également idéalement situé,. À la fin un séjour agréable et vu les efforts déployés il n'était pas nécessaire de sanctionner cette prestation de bonne qualité

Plusieurs aspects font de cet hôtel un lieu de vie exceptionnel.
La situation géographique, à proximité immédiate de la place du commerce, les amateurs de shopping seront ravis, proche du métro pour ceux qui veulent aussi se déplacer et voir Lisbonne.
L'hôtel est complètement neuf, on sent vraiment que les matériaux utilisés sont de qualité, les finissions sont parfaites, plus besoin de débrancher la lampe de chevet, une entré USB se trouve directement incorporé pour charger son téléphone durant la nuit. Le triple vitrage offre un grand confort pendant la nuit.
Pour notre petite famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge 1&3 ans l'hôtel nous a fourni un super lit bébé chico dernier cri on a le même à la maison celui qu'on peut coller au lit.
Le petit déjeuné est super, du bon jus d'orange des boissons chaude préparé par Fouad (excellent).
Le chef, est d'une grande amabilité, nous avons eu la chance de gouter de délicieux hamburger fait maison digne d'un grand chef.
Nous avons aussi été accueillis par la réceptionniste avec professionnalisme.
Nous avons été conseillé également pour visiter le TimeOut Market pour gouter au cuisine du monde, puis aussi au quartier al fama pour diner de la bonne cuisine Portugaise.
Le personnel de l'hôtel a été d'une grande aide ce qui à contribuer au bon déroulement de notre séjour.

firstly I must inform you that this space is completely unpleasant improfessional. I live in dubain and I came as a tourist to portugal and I decided to meet the almost famous hotel mera prime gold located in downtown Lisbon. I was shocked by the lack of education of the employees. to begin the presentation of two boys with a Brazilian accent who had their bodies full of tatugens and a way of being annoying to the clients served me badly and it took an hour to deliver my order! I think it's delinquent to have employees like those who do not even register a request they can. I hope they solve the situation is a shame in such a pleasant place to have those officials.

Venho por este meio deixar um relato da minha experiencia neste estabelecimento, referente ao sucedido já por várias vezes, não só na minha presença mas também de muitos outros clientes deste estabelecimento.
Deste modo, venho por este comentário, deixar a minha opinião e denunciar a forma abusiva, ofensiva e totalmente desadequada com que o empregado de balcão de nacionalidade brasileira, se dirigiu, por várias vezes, como já referi, ás suas colegas, insultando-as em voz alta e bastante agressiva, tratando-as por “burras”, “incompetentes” e ainda preferindo ameaças referindo “precisam é de ir para o desemprego” e rebaixando-as por possíveis erros (erros estes cuja culpa também lhe pertence), de uma forma bastante humilhante, racista e machista, na frente de todos os clientes presentes, que como eu, não só tiveram de presenciar o acontecimento, como também tiveram de aguardar ainda mais tempo enquanto este senhor, continuava a humilhar as suas colegas ao invés de servir os clientes e cooperar com a equipa.
Considero que tal atitude, é totalmente desapropriada e este tipo de funcionário, dá uma péssima imagem ao estabelecimento, não só em termos de mau serviço como de ambiente desagradável, e peço a devida intervenção do órgão responsável dos recursos humanos para que esta situação não volte a ocorrer.
Sem mais, e aguardando o seu contacto, para eventuais esclarecimentos, subrescrevo-me muito atenciosamente…

O Hotel é bonito mas os colaboradores de pior qualidade, fala de educação e respeito sem qualquer modos para atendimento.
Não é entregue a fatura quando pedido e acredito que o sítio só é tão bom quanto o serviço e infelizmente este local está a ir por água a baixo neste aspecto de cariz tão importante.
Devem ser revistos e delineados os pontos que pretendem focar.
Com este tipo de serviço não voltarei mais.

Quanto ao serviço achei péssimo, acho lamentável num hotel deste nível os empregados serem tão arrogantes e mal educados, no caso da minha experiência foram 2 empregados brasileiros, que ficaram atrás do balcao a conversar enquanto os eu e o resto dos clientes esperamos que eles acabem de conversar para servirem, no meu caso foram aproximadamente 45 minutos até chegar o menu, lamentável qualidade serviço para o preço. Um hotel deste nível, não deve apresentar este tipo de serviço arrogante e demorado, porque nenhum cliente tem de esperar 45 minutos Para ser servido e muito menos por empregados sem qualquer tipo de educação e apresentação.
