Dependendo do valor que vc encontrar vale a pena, pois dá pra jantar e tomar café da manhã no quarto (só comprar as coisas no mercado duas quadras a baixo), mas tem que pedir pra colocarem o micro-ondas no quarto! Funcionários muito atenciosos

The air conditioning did not work, staff advised it hadnt worked for a while. Extremely hot. Rooms were very large, but in need of an update. Not clean, stains on carpet and furniture.

Back in the eighties. This reminds me that stars do not say anything about quality but just about the availability of things as a swimming pool and a bar. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

This is not definitely 4 star aparthotel. Rooms are very old require a complete change over. Furniture and carpet are so old that looks dirty, even tough cleaners do they work well. TV limited to local channels. Lack of kitchen appliances and fridge very small. Those aparthotel are not friendly for family stay and is not cost/benefit at all, very expense with poor quality. So, do not be fool with beautiful hotel pictures, they are very far away from reality.
Only one positive note good reception attendance.

Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est bien et bien situé, une seule ombre au tableau : les kitchenettes des appartements ne sont pas à la hauteur. Trop petites et très mal agencées.

Hôtel correct relativement bien situé pour visiter. Transports en commun proches. Personnel très sympa, petits déjeuners très copieux. Seul petit bémol, une route est à proximité, un peu de bruit. Notre chambre était située au 3ème étage.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per il Natale e Capodanno. La struttura, sebbene non modernissima, offre stanze spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. La nostra era un piccolo appartamento, dotata di angolo cottura, divano letto, salottino, parete scorrevole che divide la zona giorno da quella notte dove trova posto un letto king size ed un capiente armadio. L'hotel è dotato anche di una sauna e di una piscina che non abbiamo però utilizzato. La colazione di tipo continentale (extra 8 euro) era abbastanza completa ed i cibi finiti erano ripristinati subito. La posizione è fantastica, a 5 minuti dalla centralissima piazza Marques de Pombal dotata di tutti i collegamenti possibili e di uno stupendo parco. A piedi il centro dista circa 25 minuti. Unico appunto, comune a tutte le strutture portoghesi, le stelle. Un 4 stelle portoghese corrisponde a un 3 stelle italiano.

Habitaciones enormes. Tipo suites todo, con tu cocina, salón y habitación que lo podías dividir con paredes. En un hotel antiguo, con moqueta en el suelo. Pero ideal y barato si quieres ir un fin de semana a Lisboa para solamente parar en el hotel a dormir como nuestro caso. Las camas grandes y cómodas, al igual que las almohadas. La calefacción muy buena también y el desayuno buffet bastante bueno también.

Don't stay on the 11th floor.
Only one of 2 lifts gets there. The room was amazing.
The night receptionist is a grumpy and sarcastic old chap. Not impressed.

Some of my cabinets and drawers were broken. My bathroom sink tap was also broken and would come out everytime I try to turn on the tap. It has nice amenities like spoons and forks, a microwave, a water kettle, and a stove. It was ok. If it wasn't for the broken stuff in my room it would be great

Hotel con solera. Decoración anticuada. Habitación muy amplia con dos dormitorios, mini-cocina y baño. Nos atrajo la idea de pasar un rato en la piscina del ático, pero estaba en obras y no se podía utilizar. El 22 de julio. Falta de previsión?? Lamentable. Desayuno correcto.

Idéalement situé à coté du Métro , la chambre est confortable et vaste mais un peu vieillotte, vue pas très jolie sur des bâtiments désaffectés mais très fonctionnel. La cuisine est minimalisme mais utile pour le petit déjeuner mais difficile de faire de vrais plats sur 2 petites plaques électriques . Supermarché pas loi , mais le quartier manque un peu danimationsTrès pratique pour un court séjour au Portugal

Pues no sé si es algo general o cuestión de precio, pero no me pareció un hotel demasiado acogedor. Cogimos la habitación a través de un buscador "online" como apartahotel, pero la verdad es k le faltaba bastante detalle. No me pareció adecuada para dos niños y desde luego la zona de la cocina dejaba que desear, una sola cazuela, cucharas de platico, nevera de mini bar, SIN microondas.... Relativamente céntrica, a 5 minutos de parada de metro y bus. Tiene parking pagado a parte.

La piscine à réouvert jeudi il y a trop de chlore et peu d transat et ils sont pas en bon état..depuis hier la climatisation est en panne imaginez la chaleur dans les chambres et il ny a qu'un ascenseur l'autre est en panne. Chambre spacieuse mais vétuste pas digne d'un 4 étoiles

The hotel has spacious rooms, however the furniture is old and outdated. The large bed consisted of two twin beds pushed together, which was not comfortable. The air conditioning did not work well. which made for some very uncomfortable nights during the summer. Also, more towels could have been provided (only one per person was provided).
The hotel itself isn’t in the best location, but about a 10 minute walk to metro or bus lines. I found it weird that city taxes weren’t included in our online booking, but rather at check in. Breakfast left much to be desired, and is not included unless specified on your reservation. You can get it for 8 euros/ person. However at that price, there are plenty of better breakfast alternatives nearby.

Staff is nice, place looks clean but hotel quality can improve. Decoration is poor, television with very few channels with no music channels for example, not possible to plug eletronic machine at the bath for streight the hair etc, not possible to plug the phone charger near the bed, breakfast does not have much quality too.

Conocéis esos típicos hoteles que con el tiempo se les deberían haber caído algunas de las estrellas que tenían al principio pero que inexplicablemente todavía conservan todas? Pués esté es uno de ellos. Lo mejor de todo es la entrada y la recepción. Personal amable, profesional, agradable, preparado, muy bien. La habitación se puede decir que era grande, pero también ruidosa, antigua, necesitada de reformas y un aire acondicionado en condiciones una limpieza de cristales, un cambio de moqueta, un ajuste en la puerta de entrada un cambio en los azulejos del baño, no por estética, eso es cuestión de gustos, sino por antiguos y desgastados. También tiene en la planta doce un solárium piscina sauna, yo no utilicé ésas instalaciones pero si están cómo los ascensores o las habitaciones creo que no me he perdido mucho. Que el bar se quede sin cambios y tengan que ir a buscarlos fuera lo puedo entender, pero que el único refresco sea coca cola, en un hotel de cuatro estrellas? El precio la verdad es que no es caro, 480 € por cinco noches en habitación doble

Good location, close to metro stops or a 30 minute walk to the river. The apartment was a little tired, but no problems with cleanliness. Not all of the plug sockets worked and the kitchen was not really suitable to cook a meal.

Hotel que necesita una urgente reforma de las habitaciones que están muy viejas. Las camas cómodas, el baño normal, pero la moqueta sucia, muebles viejos, menaje escaso. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, informamos dos veces y no lo solucionaron.
El desayuno muy bueno, variado, dulce, salado y mucha fruta cortada.

This was just what I needed as a base for my trip. Didn’t use the pool or the sauna but looked at them and they were ok. Loved the soaker tub and hot water. Bed was ok but the furniture was a little worn. Enjoyed having the fridge and market right down the street. Short walk to Picas or Marque de Pombal train station. Worked.

A ese apartahotel le sobran 2 estrellas que le han regalado. La moqueta en sí es una mancha entera, goteras en el baño, suciedad en todos lados, desperfectos... no hablemos de las ventanas porque creo que no las han limpiado en 20 años... El personal sobresaliente, pero el alojamiento es una pena. No lo recomiendo en absoluto a menos que no haya otra opción.

le stelle si sa sono funzione dei servizi offerti anche in teoria. Questo Hotel meriterebbe altrimenti 4 meteoriti...sporco, fatiscente con prese elettriche al limite della pericolosità. Una chicca: in 4 giorni asciugamani cambiati 1 volta, l'ultimo giorno e solo a richiesta naturalmente Salvietta bidè una per due persone così come quella viso...! Reception al limite del decoro: telefonini e internet più interessanti dei clienti. A mai più arrivederci!

Sucio. Debajo de las camas había pelusas y servilletas usadas de papel. En España sería un dos estrellas. El trato, normal. El Wi-Fi, horroroso, todo muy antiguo y necesita urgentemente pintura. No volveré, además de que el precio resultó bastante caro. La piscina mide 5 m de largo y unos 3 de ancho, es pequeña. Además, sólo hay sitio para unas 6 personas alrededor, resulta muy incómodo. Una pena, la verdad.

It was a nice building but it is old now. The Kitchen was poorly stocked. The internet was very poor if it worked at all. Mostly though and Expedia can share on this. Our plans changed and we had to book out 3 days early. No cancellation I know but, we simply asked if we could exchange those 3 days for 2 days a week later to stay before returning home. We spoke to Expedia at least 6 times and to the hotel several times to be asked to send emails, we will look into it,.. on and on. Finally on the day of leaving, Expedia emails NO. I could accept the No if it did not take 6 times to get there. What hotel would no accommodate such a simple request from someone who booked 11 days with them, crazy!

Ni siquiera mediocre. Mal, muy mal. Para empezar no pusieron 2 toallas en ningún momento (éramos dos). La tapicería de los sillones con manchas. El suelo igualmente manchado y con unos lamparones que no se quitarán en años. No entiendo cómo pueden dar 4 estrellas a esta 'especie' de ¿hotel? No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Buscar otros... Aunque os salgan más caros.

Conforme comentários anteriores, realmente os móveis são antigos e o carpete merece uma renovação , mas o espaço do quarto , o atendimento e seu quadro de pessoal são fantásticos. O custo benefício de um Hotel situado a 10 minutos da praça Marquês de Pombal , com acesso a Metrô, Ônibus para toda Lisboa é muito bom.

Der Pool und die Terasse auf dem Dach sind zwar schön, werden aber abends schon relativ früh geschlossen. Es dürften auch ein paar Liegen mehr vorhanden sein.Die Zimmer hätten schon vor ein paar Jahren renoviert gehört. Der Teppichboden hat schon Trampelpfade.Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist normal.Für den Preis bekommt man in den Lissabon sicherlich besseres. Unter vier Sterne hatte ich mir was anderes vorgestellt.

Local sossegado, proporciona um descanso tranquilo apesar de situar-se no coração de Lisboa. Staff acessível e muito simpático. Pequeno almoço a partir das 7h, e prontos para a actividade que se segue. Limpo nos espaços e quarto (apartamento) amplo com tudo o que é necessário.

En cuanto a la habitación, de los peores hoteles que he estado. Resaltar, me encontré una cucaracha en a bañera, las toallas si no llego a avisar no me las hubieran cambiado. La moqueta asquerosa.
Referente al hotel, se le ve viejo y algo desastroso. En los pasillos el olor es similiar o igual a desinfectante fuerte, es desagradable.
No repetiria jamas.

Единственный плюс отеля - это расположение и чуть ниже среднего цена. Мебель и ковролин в пятнах, выключатели отваливаются, плоские ватные подушки, сложности с предварительным бронированием, то есть до возврата средств за номер фактически платишь дважды. Объясняют техническим сбоем, но проще от этого не становится... смешанные чувства от отеля.

It was very good stay. Nice staff and comfortable bed. I had to stay one night in Lisbon to wait for a friend and found this place on hotel.com for a great price, but I was pleasantly surprised with the positive outcome.

les cuisines sont sous équipées pour ne pas dire pas équipées. La piscine était hors deau, un des critères de notre choix dhotel. Le mobilier a bien vécu voire trop vécu. Un des 2 ascenseurs en panne pendant tout le séjour. Bref très décevant mis à part le personnel toujours très aimable

Petit dejeuner copieux et varié. Personnel agreable. Seul hic, nous avions une fenetre au 9e etage dont le loquet ne se fermait pas et d apres l'accueil cela est normal mais je trouve ça dangereux pour des enfants car l ouverture est par le bas. Chambre appart spacieux, simple avec le necessaire de toilette mais equipement cuisine rudimentaire, pas de micro onde. Moquette sale. Devrait avoir une renovation des chambres.

Habitaciones muy amplias con la polivalencia de una pequeña cocina. Muy bien situado tanto del centro como de autobús para ir al aeropuerto. Supermercado en la esquina para hacer algo de compra y aprovechar la habitación.

Ainda, do apê do 11o andar, a vista é incrível!
Localização razoável, diversos restaurantes locais, mini-mercados e farmácias próximos. Ponto de ônibus em frente e perto da Praça do Marquês, ponto do Hop In Hop Off e de diversos ônibus urbanos. Não fica longe de Alfama e da Praça do Comércio (melhor de ônibus, mas dá pra ir a pé).

Hotel cercano a la plaza de Marqués de Pombal, amplias habitaciones con cocina, salón ,camas amplias lo mismo q el baño. Como nota negativa necesira una remodelación en moquetas, tapizado de sofás y cortinas. No tienen personal de mantenimiento los fines de semana, así q se rompió la manguera de la ducha y preferían cambiarme de habitación q solucionar el incidente, así q hasta el lunes no pude ducharme en mi habitación. Disponen de parking 9 € noche, con sitios muy justos para aparcar. Desayuno tipo buffet .

Hotel apartment studio was very large and very well maintained. Hotel reception staff were very helpful with map directions. It is about a 7 minute walk to the main public transport network. It is a relatively steep hill walking back to the hotel from the public transport. In saying this the hotel may not be so suitable for the elderly or less able walkers. A good plus point for the location is that new visitors only have a short walk to the starting point of the Graysline hop on/off bus. Past guests have mentioned in their reviews that this hotel does not rate 4 star. Although I didn’t participate in breakfast or visit the swimming pool and sauna I feel the hotel deserves its rating based on its cleanliness and comfort.I nearly forgot to say, the only gripe I do have with the facilities is that the wi-fi tended to drop connection fairly often. I found this rather irritating and on another visit would look for a hotel with better reviews in this area.

Very good place in a good location in Lisbon. The rooms are very nice and big, it has a lounge zone with tv and all necessary, the kitchen is small but right, the bathroom is good. All is very clean and right, the service is very kindly and the building is very good looking, including lobby and bar.

Un poco antiguo y olor a viejo. Piscina en última planta y el agua muy fría, en la piscina éramos 5 y no cabíamos más gente, muy pocas tumbonas.
Vistas muy buenas de la piscina y el desayuno de vicio... El personal agradable, amable y preocupado por como estabamos.

Äußerlich ist das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen, was sich auch auf den Zimmer wiederspiegelt. Das Mobeliar und die Armaturen sind bzw. wirken abgenutzt. Durch das große Zimmer (Studio) wurde dich jedoch wieder etwas ausgeglichen. Die Sauberkeit ist i.O.. Das Bett war super, da die Matratze noch sehr neu und fest war. Das Frühstück an sich ist gut, bis auf den Kaffee. Jedoch ist der Raum durch die Tischverteilung etwas beengt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat eine schöne zentrale Lage und ist gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden (Metro: Picoas/ Marques d. Pombal).

Só a cama se aproveita, muito espaçosa e confortável de resto nota zero, carpetes sujas e manchadas, cofre sem porta, porta do roupeiro estragada, hiper mini mini frigorífico que não refresca sequer uma garrafa de água, cozinha minúscula sem o básico para cozinhar, tivemos até que pedinchar pano da louça e panela. Limpeza deplorável, levavam toalhas sujas e não faziam reposição, tivemos que deixar recado a pedir e mesmo assim não deixavam sequer um toalhao por adulto. Tiraram nos uma almofada e não reporam, tivemos que usar um cobertor a servir de almofada por 3 noites.
Hotel a não repetir sem dúvida!
Nem de longe merece as 4 estrelas que tem.

Chambre décorée années 80 avec moquette au sol très tachée, matelas usé au point qu'on s'enfonce d'un côté plus que l'autre, porte de la salle de bains qui ne ferme pas, micro-ondes posé sur la table en équilibre avec une lampe de chevet car un pied est cassé, isolation sonore largement améliorable et, pour couronner le tout, une fuite au plafond de la salle de bains au niveau d'une lampe pour laquelle personne n'est venu voir en plus de 2h de temps. Où est l'hôtel 4* là dedans ? Seul point positif aura été l'accueil et la compréhension du personnel pour notre départ avancé de cet établissement.

Hotel situé dans un quartier agréable . A peu près a 7-8 min de la station de métro Marques de Pombal situé sur la ligne bleu mais soyez prêt a monté une pente. Arret de bus en bas de l'hôtel qui ramène dans le vieux quartier de Alfama.
Cet hotel n'est sûrement pas un 4 etoile.
C'est un vieille hotel.
Vous le remarquerez par les espece de fauteuils vert dans le salon menant au sois disant bar.
La piscine n'a rien à voir avec les photos.
Elle est rikiki. On tiens a 3 ou 5 grand maximum. Absolument pas profonde. Vous trouverez 3 transat pas plus en fin de vie.
Gros problème de prise dans notre chambre nous n'avions que 2 prise qui fonctionnait réellement. Sans compter que les prises murale sont hyper fragile.
Sur les 2 rideau seulement 1 etait occultant resultat chambre baigné de lumière dès le levé du soleil. Nous leur avins signalé et rien n'as ete fait jusqu'à la fin de notre voyage de 6jours 5nuits.
Le ménage pourrait etre mieux fait sans compter qu'il fallait faire un véritable jeux de piste pour retrouver nos effet apres le passage de la femme de ménage.

Zimmer sind angewohnt. Renovierung tut not.Zimmer verdienen auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne.Service war OK.Zimmer sind sehr groß mit Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit ist auch vorhanden.Metro ist schnell erreichbar, Bus vor der Tür.Wir haben uns das Frühstück für 8,50 € erspart. Es gibt viele Kaffees in der Nachbarschaft in denen man günstig und gut essen kann.Der Aufenthalt in Lissabon hat uns trotz des Zimmers sehr gut gefallen.

Begin 2016 hier geweest. Maakte een wat gedateerde indruk. Kamers zijn groot je hebt de mogelijkheid om zelf te koken. Schoonmaken is niet de sterkste kant van het personeel. Hotel ligt aan de noordkant van het centrum. Metro is niet ver maar lopend ben je ook zo in het centrum.
Vriendelijk personeel behulpzaam en deskundig.

Appart-hôtel qui a eu ses 4 étoiles dans les années 70-80 mais na pas été réévalué depuis selon moi. La réception et le hall sont magnifique. Larrivée en chambre révèle dabord un énorme espace puis par la suite des petites traces de vécu (trou dans la moquette ainsi que des tâches, interrupteurs affaiblis, meubles hors date....), kitchenette peu fournie (mais micro-ondes, chauffe-eau et poêle fournie après demande), salle de bain avec tâche sur le marbre mais convenable. Sur le toi une petite piscine avec quelques transat (la moitié sont un peu usés) bien rafraichissante lors de journée ensoleillée, cependant pas dombre car les parasols senvolent vu le vent.

Decoração antiquada. Kitchenett sem frigorífico, apenas com mini bar, o que impossibilitou a elaboração de refeições para bébés. A kitchenett não corresponde às fotografias aqui apresentadas uma vez que a nossa kitchenett nào tinha frigideira, torradeira, concha de sopa, varinha mágica, faca para cortar pão, etc. Janelas pouco insonorizadas. Insectos na casa de banho. Por vezes toalhas de banho com buracos.

Great hotel! Situated very close to Marquês de Pombal. From there you'll be able to take the metro to just about anywhere in the city. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well.
The hotelroom itself is very large. There's a regular bedroom and bathroom, but in top of that there's quite a large living and dining area and a kitchen.
The only downsides were that there aren't many power outlets near the bed. If you want to use any (for a laptop or to charge your phone close to the bed), you'll have to unplug the TV and use that outlet. That's not a major issue, as the TV is quote old and I had put a bunch of movies on my laptop and ended up using that instead of watching TV. There aren't many pans available either. I wasn't able to cook pork chops for example. They also don't provide coffee or tea, so make sure to bring your own!
The Wi-Fi isn't too fast, but it's free at least, which is a major plus over some other hotels who'll charge you per hour.
Overall the staff was friendly and and I enjoyed my stay very much.

Zu Fuss liegt das Hotel ca. 20min vom Zentrum, Metro paar Min. vom Hotel. Es ist sauber, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mehrere Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der gleichen Strasse. V.a. die wundervollen Natas im grösseren Kaffee, haben das Pech mit dem Dauerregen wett gemacht.

La verdad esta muy centrico y puedes acceder a cualquier punto de Lisboa en transporte publico, esta junto a la plaza del Marques de Pombal, de donde salen autobuses para todos los puntos de Lisboa, incluso a Los Jeronimos y Belen, cerca tienes las plazas mas importantes de Lisboa, La del Rossio, Comercio, etc... desde allí puedes visitar con los elevadores Alfama y el Barrio Alto.Aconsejable la situación del Hotel 100%

Bei dem Hotel handelt es sich höchstens um ein 1,5 Sterne-Hotel mit übel riechenden Zimmern, die wahrlich die Bezeichnung Suiten nicht verdienen. Versuche, den schimmelähnlichen Geruch mit Räucherstäbchen und Raumspray zu vertreiben wurden im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes im Keim erstickt. Das gesamte Hotel ist eine Zumutung, veraltet, vergammelt und einem ungenießbaren Kaffee zum Frühstück. Am Abreisetag warnte mich eine besorgte Amerikanerin vor dem Vollautomaten: Don`t drink this coffee! worauf ich entgegnete Is it really coffee? und sie schallend lachte. Ansonsten gab es in diesem Hotel wenig Anlass zur Freude. Straßenlärm auch in der Nacht, alte Röhrenfernseher mit schlechtem Bild, abgewohnte Möbel und indifferentes und distanziertes Personal mit schlechten Englischkenntnissen.

Für den Preis war es OK. Die Zimmer sind schön gross aber NIEMALS 4 Sterne wert. Personal nicht sehr freundlich z.B guten Abend oder guten Morgen haben wir nie gehört. Ausstattung Küche miserabel, zum Kaffee kochen ok. Im Restaurant nur Plastiklöffeli. Föhn im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert, für den eigenen Föhn gab es keine Steckdosen, schlussendlich haben wir ihn am Kühlschrank angeschlossen.

Cet hôtel est de bon rapport qualité/prix.pas complètement au centre historique mais près du métro et à un quart dheure à pied des vieux quartiers.

Pas le meilleur coin de Lisbonne (bars à entraîneuses au pied de lhôtel...) mais nous navons pas senti dinsécurité et le métro est entre 5 et 10 minutes à pieds.Bien appréciable: Le personnel toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et très prévenant. Au niveau équipement la piscine et le sauna sont bien au rendez-vous, mais niveau modernité et design ce serait plutôt un 2/3 étoiles maxi!

accueil chaleureux dans la mesure où vous connaissez quelques mots danglais,chambre très spacieuse, à rafraichir mais suffisante pour y passer les nuits .La situation légèrement excentrée, nous à permis de découvrir la place marques de Pombal et lavenue de la libertade à pied (1/2 heure à pied), sinon le métro est à deux pas.Nous navons pu profiter de la piscine à cause du temps, mais le point de vue vaut le déplacement.Nous navons pris le petit déjeuner sur place, le tarif nous paraissait excessif par rapport à ce que vous pouvez trouver aux alentours de lhôtel.

Séjour peu coûtant par rapport à la qualité de lhôtel choisis, en effet nous avons bénéficié dune suite pour 8 nuits à un tarif très avantageux

Gutes und sauberes Hotel. In der Nähe zahlreiche Cafés für günstiges gutes Frühstück. 5min. von der Metrostation Picoas entfernt.

Apartments mit viel Platz, ohne Lärmbelästigung und recht sauber. Allerdings insgesamt etwas abgewohnt, fleckige Teppiche, alte Möbel... Ebenso ist die Küchenausstattung leider ungenügend (nur ein paar Teller, etwas Besteck, ein Topf und ein paar Gläser). Kochen ist daher nur bedingt möglich. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, zu Fuß gelangt man in ca. 15 Minuten in die Altstadt, ein Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Dachterasse im 12. Stock mit einem kleinen Pool und Blick über die gesamte Stadt. Sich abends im Dach-Pool abzukühlen und anschließend bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang anzuschauen war einfach herrlich!

Freundlicher Empfang, sehr geräumige , saubere freundliche Zimmer, hilfsbereites Personal.Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in der Innenstadt, sehr nahe U-Bahnstation von wo aus man überall hinkommt was sehenswert ist (ausser Belem, aber da gibts einen Touristenbus).alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, für einen STädtetrip oder auch für Geschäftsreisende, da ein Konferenzsaal und Internet-Wlan etc. alles vorhanden ist.Jederzeit wieder !

The Airconditioning was not functioning effectively at a maximum setting and we were hot. We complained the first night and they offered to move us to another hotel at 11pm Breakfast menu was monotonous. the staff were the best asset of the hotel and its central location. We were constantly disturbed by the lift noise!!!!

Rummen var inte riktigt så fräscha som enligt bilderna på hemsidan. Var lite slitet. Inte vidare ljudisolerade fönster, vilket resulterade i att man lärt hörde när ambulans eller polis använde sina sirener. Personalen var tillmötesgående men en del av personalen kunde inte prata alls bra engelska. Frukostbuffén var dock under all kritik. För 8€ så fick man ett oerhört litet utbud att välja bland. Det resulterade i att vi åt frukost på annan plats.
