Funcionários prestáveis e atenciosos, lavandaria bem localizada e rápida na prestação do serviço.

Tem a qualidade habitual do Grupo 5àsec. O serviço costuma ser bom. O estacionamento nem sempre é fácil mas há parques de estacionamento nas imediações.

Horrible. La señora que atiende parece que te está perdonando la vida. Desagradable. Maleducada. No te explica nada. Lleve una camisa con una mancha y la devolvió con la misma mancha, y por lo que respondió cuando le pregunté ni se había molestado en intentar quitarla. Otra camiseta, la de la foto, la tuve que planchar nada más llegar a casa. Suerte tuvo de que lo vi cuando llegue y por no subir de nuevo la cuesta se libró. Nada recomendable.

0 Stars not possible unfortunately. NEVER trust these people. We put in a €300 rug for cleaning nearly 2 years ago now, paying the €50 for cleaning. The lost it and repeatedly said they would sort it out but never did anything over 2 months, despite us going there twice a week. My wife said she would go through the official courts at which they actually laughed at her and said 'good luck with that'. Now we know why; after 1 year waiting for the process the judge said that (after tax, fees etc) we would get about €30 and the shop would not even have to pay the €50 cleaning fee back. Also, I would now never personally use any of the other 5 à Sec shops if this is what they let Principe Real do.
