Die Unterkunft ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen .Der Eingangsbereich war dreckig, ein große Fensterscheibe kaputt, die Gardinen im Appartement hingen an allen Ecken runter. Das Bad war ok

リスボン空港から地下鉄で終点まで。
そこから徒歩で数分の好立地。
大人3人でも十分な部屋の広さです。
キッチンまわりも不便なく利用できました。
寝室のベッドは良いとして、リビングのソファーベッドはかなりクタクタでした。
でも、それも含めてリスボンだと思って堪能しました。
チェックイン時間の1時間も前に到着して、無理を言って入れていただきありがとうございます。
機会があれば、また利用したいアパートメントです。
施設の問題点とすれば、エレベーターが利用するたび強い衝撃と、扉が開いた後のフロアとの段差がかなりある事です。ご利用には注意が必要ですよ。

We love that it is located very close to the metro station, big mall with plenty of restaurants and bakery to choose from. And a supermarket as well. We had the whole apartment complete with kitchen, TV and strong WiFi connection.The staff is very friendly and helpful. After check out, we asked if we could leave our luggage until later in the afternoon since our flight wasn’t until 8:00pm. We definitely will recommend this place to our friends and families when they visit Lisbon.

호텔, 호스텔에서 묵는 것이 지겨워질 때 즈음 찾은 아파트먼트. 지하철역과 정말 가깝고, 조용한 동네에 위치하여 있습니다. 방 크기가 어마어마하며 주방 시설도 잘 되어있고, 전체적으로 포근한 분위기 입니다. 가장 큰 장점은 24시간 리셉션이라는 점이며, 짐을 보관하는 시스템도 매우 잘 되어 있습니다. 또한, 엘레베이터가 있다는 점도 큰 플러스 요인입니다. 직원은 친절했으나 낮에 있는 직원은 정말 친절했고 밤에 있던 직원은 다소 피곤해 보이고 그닥 친절하지는 않았습니다. 그래도 숙소의 퀄리티가 가격 대비 정말 좋아서 만족했습니다. 리스본 여행 시 꼭 방문을 고려해봐야 할 숙소라고 생각합니다.

La cama del sofá era realmente incómoda, había una barra que se te clavaba en la espalda y no pude dormir nada, que era lo único que quería. La calefacción tardó muchísimo en salir y hacia frío, además del ruido que hace. Por lo demás estaba bastante limpio y tranquilo, bien situado.

De acuerdo con lo que pone en la web,el aparcamiento no es siempre seguro pues a veces no tienen plazas,ttambién pone desayuno gratis y no existe La cama del salón es realmente incómoda,la calefacción fatal Lo venden de lujo muy alejado de la realidad.No repetiría.Fuimos por trabajo.La próxima vez busco hotel.

Alles war in Wirklichkeit viel schlechter als in den Fotos. Ich war echt enttäuscht. Alles schön sauber aber etwas verfallen. Dagagen funktionierte alles und das Personal war super!

Établissement très bien situé métro à moins de 300 mètres et pas plus de 30 min de transport pour visiter la ville de long en large. Chambre spacieuse avec petite cuisine appréciable. De plus un grand centre commercial est a moins de 300 mètres très pratique. Petit bémol l’hotel est sous le couloir d’atterissage de l’aeroport mais bien insonorise donc pas du tout gênant. Je recommande et reviendrais.

Needs a good clean !! Very tired apartment, the minimum appliances in the kitchen, very noisy and uncomfortable beds, couldn’t get a good night sleep, And the smell of curry throughout the building it’s unbearable, I wouldn’t never chose to stay there again !! And to top it up I was charged touristic tax when arrived , never been told !One positive thing was the location!!

The bed had NO MATTRESS. Was only a box spring with a sheet. We had to place several blankets and mattress covers on it to try to give it some softness. Still VERY uncomfortable. We were promised a mattress three days in a row then there was no more pretense to make it right. Sleeping was very difficult and painful. The chairs and sofa are old and uncomfortable. Would never stay there again.

El personal muy amable y al ser apartamentos, da gusto tener un salón y una cocina aparte de la habitación, además, todo muy limpio y arreglado, la unica pega por lo que no le doy un 5 es por que la cama de nuestra habitación sonaba muchísimo y no dormimos muy bien

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir hatten 2 Fernseher, einer im Schlafzimmer und einer im Wohnzimmer und die Zimmer waren für 2 Personen riesig

The apartment is a bit dated and the carpet not very clean. It needs some renovation, especially in the washroom. Nonetheless, it is conveniently located with a large department store nearby which is a plus. The hop on hop off bus is just around the corner.

Convenient and Comfortable.Real Residence is about 7 minutes from the São Sebastião Metro from which the Red line takes you directly to/from the airport and the Blue line directly to the centre of Lisbon.The Metro is also across the road from the superb El Corte Ingles shopping centre.The apartment is very well equipped for self catering, has good toilet and washing facilities and air conditioned sitting room and a very comfortable bedroom. The staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful and will even store your luggage if you arrive too early for check-in or your departure is later than your check-out time. Excellent all round!

Nice place, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Location is central and close to many restaurants, and the zoo is in walking distance. The hotel allows dogs, has free wifi, and offers discounts for its guests at the chain's restaurants, sports bar, and spa.
Myself and my boyfriend booked an apartment for 3 nights. When we arrived, the room was clean and tastefully decorated, however we were given two twin beds despite this not being mentioned when booking.
We spoke with the receptionist, who said that no other rooms were available however we may be able to change to a room with two smaller twins that we could put together to form a double bed and put double bedsheets on. We were initially told that this would be the next day, however were later informed that the second room was now taken and that the earliest we could change would be the third day - the day before we would be leaving.
The hotel also did not offer bowls, which was strange considering that the apartment we were staying in had cooking facilities, utensils, cutlery, plates, salt, pepper, and glasses.
Overall a pleasant stay but the poor communication between colleagues and initial confusion re. room change was frustrating thus the 3 star rating.

O hotel é confortável, com ótimo serviço na recepção. Diariamente os quartos são limpos. Foi tudo impecável.

cela ne vaut pas 4 étoiles , une planche en guise de sommier , la moquette est usée avec de grosses taches partout la clim sentait mauvais par moment les grilles sont noires , pas de cafetière , canapé avachi et usé , juste de personnel d'entretien était top , très bruyant je n'y reviendrai pas

Sehr gemütliches und großes Apartment. Schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Den einzigen wirklichen Minuspunkt gibt es für die Matratze. Die ist so hart, man kann nicht gemütlich schlafen. Die sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig. Die Metro und ein Einkaufszentrum mit großen Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Appartement propre , insonorisé, ligne de metro st sebastio a 300m ,facile d accès depuis l aeroport(ligne rouge ) à prendre directement depuis l aeroport ,(nous avions pris un ticket à 50 centimes d euros et rechargé à 5 euros , directement à la station de metro ) ,le tout avec un cartoville ( très pratique ,qui vous donne le plan du secteur ou vous vous trouver , avec les bons plans resto et les endroits à visiter dans lisbonne

Cómodo apartamento, limpio y junto al Cote Inglés y metro. Perfecto para pasar unos días y visitar Lisboa. También reseñar que está muy bien comunicado con el Aeropuerto y centro de Lisboa.Sin duda repetiría si vuelvo a Lisboa. Solo añadir que las recepcionistas son muy agradables y hablan español, no tiene cafetería ni restaurante pero por la zona hay unos cuantos y en la recepción hay una cafetera y un roscón delicioso.

Appart spacieux mais besoin d une rénovation. Fenêtres sur rue d où bruit voitures et avions. On entend dans les autres apparts. Accueil minimum. Fuite d eau dans le plafond de la salle de bain: solution: ils ont mis une serviette dans le faux plafond pour atténuer la fuite. Planche en bois en guise de sommier avec matelas ancien. Bref on évitera ce lieu.

Muy buena opción para alojarse en Lisboa. Apartamento bien equipado, amplio y limpio. El baño un poco antiguo, no le vendría mal una reforma, pero estaba muy limpio. Cama grande y muy cómoda. Aire acondicionado. Nevera, dos fuegos para cocinar, hervidor de agua, tostadora. Servicio de limpieza de habitación diaria. Atención de recepción inmejorable 24 horas. Parking privado gratuito. Muy recomendable

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable -- felt like being at home away from home. Very convenient location -- around the block from El Corte Ingles and two main subway lines (São Sebastião station). Also only a 15 minutes walk to the main suburban trains (Sete Rios). The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. WIll certainly stay there again.

Nous avons apprécié la taille du logement, son emplacement par rapport au transport. Nous avons été déçu par la vétusté du bien (moquettes tâchées, porte salle de bain tres abimee et téléviseur qui captait tres mal) malgré lintervention des femmes de ménages quotidiennement qui faisait très bien leur travailIl y avait aussi une odeur tres forte dans toute la résidence qui étaient assez dérangeantes.

The apartment was nice. The location is great 5 minute walk to the metro. Housecleaning worked just fine. The staff up front was very helpful. WIFI worked all the time. I would go again. I HOPE they get better quality mattresses. It felt more like a box spring than a real mattress.

l'appartement 99e est très spacieux… seulement deux lits 1 place et un petit canapé attention pour les familles c pas très adéquat. la literie est mauvaise lits très fermes qui grincent lorsque vous vous tournez et mauvaise insonorisation on entend très fort les avions au dessus et la chasse d'eau des voisins.. serviettes et linge ok. déco vieillote.

Only minus was the bed, very uncomfortable, needs a thicker mattress .Very spacious and well equiped , staff were helpful. Safe did not work but staff were fine about putting your passports ect in their safe.There is a kettle but you need to bring your own tea, coffee station is by reception. Very easy to get to from Airport (metro red line) and (blue line for downtown). Also easy walk to varoius resturants around apartment and there is a big shopping supermarket and take away food close by. It is well worth a walk throught the park to the right of the Con Ingles centre, they have a good view point plus very good greenhouse gafdens and pond half way down on the right. You can easily walk all the way to the old town and sea front as it is all down hill.

Ficamos 1 mês nesse hotel por motivo de estudo. Foi uma das melhores coisas que nos aconteceram em Portugal! A começar pela localização, maravilhosa, em um bairro muito bonito e próximo ao metro São Sebastião e próximo ao El Corte Inglês (para fazer compras em geral, inclusive supermercado). Pessoal do hotel muito simpáticos e prestativos. Os apartamentos são lindos, bem decorados e funcionais. Camas confortáveis, 2 televisores grandes, armários, cozinha excelente (possibilitando que pudéssemos cozinhar para economizar com restaurantes). Os serviços de quarto são excelentes! Enfim, por 1 mês foi a minha casa, onde fomos muito felizes! Guardo no meu coração! Recomendo muito para aqueles que irão à Lisboa. Agradeço desde já a todo o pessoal do hotel e à direção e peço que mantenham a qualidade do serviço para que eu volte lá muitas vezes! Minha nota é 10, porque infelizmente não posso dar 1000!

Great staff !! Very friendly and helpful with the city area. They recommend us a lot of places to eat and enjoy time.
The apartments are big, very comfortable; yes, a little bit dates, but also the room gave me an impression of similarity and nice colors on the walls and furniture.
The ladies clean our room daily, I mean clean it!! They also wash our dishes.
Well, I have only good words for this accommodation. I highly recommend and If I will visit again Lisbon, I will check in again here.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung, nicht mehr ganz neu, aber doch sehr gepflegt. Ganz in der Nähe die Metro-Station der roten (Flughafen) und blauen (Santa Apolonia) Linien, zudem Haltestelle zahlreicher Buslinien. Zahlreiche Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe. Etwas störend ist einzig, dass die Wohnung direkt unter der Anflugschneise des Flughafens liegt.

Non è assolutamente a livello di un quattro stelle come pubblicizzato. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi ma datati, la moquette macchiata in più punti. La porta del bagno era scrostata e il bidet non era fissato a terra. La dotazione della cucina è piuttosto scarsa, molte cose inutili e non una pentola un po' più grande per cucinare per tutti. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile, la posizione abbastanza comoda.

Sale de bain minus avec une porte qui laisse présager les inondations antérieures et possibilité de champignons ???

Ficamos em um quarto grande com cozinha equipada, que foi excelente para economizarmos com algumas refeições. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos, limpeza do quarto também de acordo com o esperado. Recomendo!

Rooms were tidy, but don't expect to be comfortable on the sofa bed, which was propped up by a coffee table. The front desk staff were friendly. Check the fire exit stairwell from your floor when you get there. It was blocked by a rollaway bed when I was there. I would consider staying here again, if there wasn't a better place to stay in the same area.

Super appartement very clean and spacieux,only for cooking not many matériel,other wise the personal very friendly.Well situated,I recommande it for a confortable stay in Lisbonne.

Great help desk and tours, the room was ample and nice, it had a small kitchen where you can cook. Also the room has a living room we weren't expecting that.

The decor is outdated, and theres no view, but it has a useful mini-kitchen and is quite close to a metro station. In easy walking range of shopping and many restaurants.

hé bien oui lhôtel est très bien situé pas très loin du centre avec un personnel très bien, la literie pourrait être plus moelleuse un peu dur pour nos vieux dos 57 et 56 ans. Sinon que dire si ce nest que il faut sortir du centre et aller muser sur les extérieurs pour déjeuner façon portuguesé et les prix sont divisé par deux. Le Portugal à de très bons vins et de très bon plats. Donc un séjour pluvieux pas de chance mais sympa.

Great location, clean , plenty of room, good parking and walking distance to many attractions.Great Indian restaurant on site.(Second (sofa) bed -ok for children).Great Wifi- would recommend-enjoy!

Den små lägenheterna består av allrum med bl.a. matbord och bäddsoffa. Det lilla pentryt är genomgång till sovrummet med dubbelsäng. I lägenheten finns ett ganska snabbt trådlöst internet. Lägenheterna fungerar utmärkt för den som vill tillbringa längre tid i Lissabon och ha tillgång till hotell där det går att vistas, t.ex. läsa och förbereda kommande dags upplevelser.Däremot är pentryt så litet och sparsamt utrustat att det inte fungerar för matlagning från grunden. Men det räcker för att tillreda halvfabrikat eller värma djupfrysta färdigrätter.Den näraliggande Metron har direktlinjen till flygplatsen (ca 20 minuters resa dit).

El apartohotel nos ha gustado bastante aunque ya empieza a necesitar algo de renovación y una limpieza más a fondo. Ésto no quiere decir que estaba sucio pero si que una mayor limpieza y mejor mantenimiento evitaría que por ejemplo una de las sillas del comedor estaba totalmente desencolada y si llego a sentarme yo en lugar de mi esposa podría haber tenido un accidente serio por mi corpulencia. La concepción es perfecta. Es como si estuvieras en tu apartamento. Muy bien equipado con dos televisores, uno en el salón y otro en el dormitorio. La televisión española sólo se mantenía un minuto como máximo y después se entrecortaba. Debería haber más canales en español.

Bien en muchos aspectos, pero:Recepción pequeña y muy antigua.Ascensor pequeño y viejo.Las habitaciones en sí están bastante bien.Sin embargo, el sofá cama NO se puede usar para dormir. Ruidos de los muelles a cada movimiento, poquísimo soporte... en general MUY INCÓMODA. Realmente es una vergüenza que ofrezcan el sofá cama como una cama más (por muy supletoria que sea).

Das Hotel ist ideal für Selbstversorger. Wir hatten ein geräumiges und großzügig ausgestattetes Zimmer (Nr. 602) mit Küche und allem, was man dazu braucht. Die Metrostation und hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 Min. entfernt. Mit der Metro kommt man schnell und billig in alle Stadtteile. Das Hotel wird je nach Wetter von landenden oder startenden Flugzeugen überflogen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem. In der Nacht besteht ohnehin Flugverbot. Unser Aufenthalt dauerte 5 Tage. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter und würden es jederzeit wieder aufsuchen.

Fácil de acceso, personal encantador, habitaciones super agradables, aunque yo no pondría moqueta en el comedor para las personal alérgicas como yo, bueno... Muy bien situado al lado del Corte Ingles, ideal para las compras e incluso para comer, la verdad es que si tuviese que volver a Lisboa, allí iríamos de nuevo.Las almohadas no son de lo mejor (demasiado voluminosas y blandas), sino la cama muy bien. ¡Ah! y en hora buena para las ventanas : no se hoyen las decenas de vuelos que pasan por encima de nuestras cabezas, estamos muy muy bien aislados. Para decirles la verdad : el último día no quisimos salir : estábamos demasiado bien en casa.Por favor, me pueden dar el mail del hotel, que me he dejado algo en la habitación, a ver si lo han recuperado. Gracias.

Der Standort des Appartements ist klasse durch die nahe Bahnanbindung. Die Möbel sind etwas älter und das Bad koennte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Raeume sind sehr groß und man hat viel Platz. Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe.

Very economic and excellent rooms with a living room with table, couch and chairs, full kitchen, good bathroom, and a very good bedroom. Had Wifi in the room, working fine. We could do Skype video from the room. The location is excellent. We took the Metro from the Airport to the Sao Sebastiao station and exited in the Corte do Ingles exit crossed the street and walked about 10 minutes to arrive at the hotel. When we left we did the other way around.
The Sao Sebastiao station has the blue and red lines that allowed us to go anywhere we wished. Above the Sao Sebastiao station was the Corte do Ingles -- a seven floors market place, including a supermarket, retail stores, and restaurants that closes at 10 PM -- what saved us some days of missing dinner.

Das Hotel liegt günstig an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden.Die Appartements sind groß, aber leider ist die Polstereinrichtung schon sehr verschlissen, ich hätte ncht auf dem Sofa schlafen mögen! Die Betten sind mit sehr harten Matratzen ausgestattet, uns taten nach dem schlafen sämtliche Muskeln weh.Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht und das war auch gut so. Der Frühstücksraum sah garnicht einladend aus und es gibt überall nette Cafe`s um die Ecke für wenig Geld.
