Das Hotel ist zentral an perfekter Lage gelegen. Man kann vieles zu Fuss erkunden, die nächste Metro-Station ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer sind sauber und modern ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Reception ist freundlich, kompetent und stellt eine gute Beratung der Kunden in den Mittelpunkt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Hotelangestellten sind unfassbar nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wollten abends essen gehen und haben nach einer Empfehlung gefragt. Die Angestellte hat uns den Weg extra noch ausgedruckt und im Restaurant angerufen und uns schon mal angemeldet. Die Zimmer sind modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super super super zentral, dadurch aber leider auch nicht ruhig und erholsam. Für einen Kurztripp aber ideal.

Fantastic hotel overall. There is an excellent staff working here, they speak English very well and were extremely helpful when we showed up super early after our train from Madrid arrived at 7:30am. They were able to find an extra room for us right away rather than waiting until normal check-in time, which they certainly didn't have to do. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, no neighbor noise. A bit of street noise until about midnight but nothing terrible.
And frankly given this hotel's incredible location I'm happy with the limited noise level. It is smack in the middle of Baixa Chiado within a few minutes walking of the big transport hubs of placa comercio or plaza muniz the north. Or if you want the exercise you can hike Alfama to the St George's castle in 30min. The breakfast is amazing, and while ours came with our reservation I can honestly say I would have paid their market price for it (about 14€ I believe).
A bit expensive as hotels go but with the location, staff, breakfast, etc I think the quality is actually very good for what you pay. If it's within your budget to splurge a little on your hotel while traveling, put this place at the top of your list.

Visitei este restaurante pela primeira vez no dia 1 de Maio. Comemos uns camarões à guilho e couvert de entrada. Depois comi uma paella del Mar, foi boa sim, mas para paella deveria ser um pouco mais seca. Não foi uma má experiência.

Nous étions pour 4 jours à Lisbonne et logions au Behotelisboa. C'est un hôtel très bien placé en plein centre ville. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et nous a très bien renseigné sur les visites à faire. Notre chambre était un peu trop petite mais la literie est de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner très complet avec de bons produits. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucun soucis!

Excellent hôtel au coeur de Lisbonne. Le personnel est très attentionné envers la clientèle. Les chambres sont petites mais tout confort. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le restaurant Vincenzo's associé à l'hôtel est également très bien.

Hotel molto carino in posizione centrale a Lisbona: si trova a pochi passi dalla fermato baxio della metro e dalla fermata da altre fermate dei pullman e tram. Stanze un po' piccole ma moderne e dotate di tutto il necessario, pulizia buona. Reception h24, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo con Maria la quale parlava un italiano praticamente perfetto ed era sempre pronta a dare ottimi consigli! Insomma ci tornerei sicuramente! Unica cosa non da 5 stelle è stata la colazione: era abbastanza abbondante ma la qualità non era il massimo.

hotel muy centrico. Personal muy amable. Tenia reserva en lo que llaman buhardillas y habia leído que eran pequeñas. Al menos la que me toco era correcta en dimensiones. Solo un defecto, los armarios son minúsculos y no se puede colgar nada. Por el resto, la habitación es bonita y agradable para pasar unos días. El desayuno algo más que correcto, falta variedad en salados y frutas pero muy bien en los dulces, especialmente los típicos lisboetas.

Hôtel agréable dans le centre touristique de Lisbonne. Le personnel est très professionnel. Le buffet petit déjeuner est copieux et les fameux pastei de nata y sont proposés à volonté. La chambre était propre et confortable, quoique un peu petite. Seul bémol, l'isolation avec l'extérieur n'est pas terrible et on entend les voitures qui circulent la nuit ainsi que les restaurants de la rue qui rangent bruyamment leur terrasse à 23h tous les soirs. Cependant, cela ne nous a pas empêche de dormir correctement.
En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Every detail about this hotel exceeded my expectations. As a 63 year old who has traveled much for business and pleasure, the behotelisbon had the most comfortable bed I have slept in in years, including my own. I very much look forward to my next visit to Lisbon and this wonderful place to stay.

Can't fault the place -offered a custard tart (pastel de Nata) and a port whilst checking in -and told that during our stay -it was always there and free!!! Excellent staff in all areas-nice clean rooms in the middle of the city (main shopping street 2mins -seafront in 12mins) loads of restaraunts about ( 2different ones by the entrance) Excellent choices at breakfast (fruit, meats, cheese,scrambled egg etc) Can be a bit noisy outside till 10pm but then it's silent till 7am (refuse guys -shop deliveries etc) Excellent base to discover Lisbon! Asked for advice on a restaraunt -and was booked in probs the best steakhouse in Lisbon -RIB!! Well worth a stay!

Perfect! Very lovely, updated boutique hotel in the heart Of Lisbon. Close to many attractions and transportation. Staff are all very friendly and speak English. They can help with directions, reservations and ideas.
Breakfast is worthwhile, service is very good.
Even though this place is in a popular area with lots of day and nightlife, the room was quiet and private. Highly recommend for couples.

Staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived - offering us a complimentary custard tart - the local speciality whilst we checked in. They were always incredibly helpful with any questions we had, and were on hand 24 hours a day. The location was fantastic - we were able to walk to most of the main attractions from the hotel, with metro and bus/tram stops nearby too. We had a standard/interior room, which was quite small although very comfortable (we are quite small!). This was fine as we were just using the hotel as a base, but if you like to spend a lot of time in your room it may be better to book a larger room. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a bar, but this is not a big problem as there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a stones throw! Thoroughly recommend this hotel, mostly due to the location and the fantastic, welcoming staff.

Une chambre très, très petite, au 5ème étage, sans ascenseur, il s'arrête au 4ème, il aurait été bien de le savoir avant ! Une fois sur place, on nous informe que cette chambre, vu sa taille, est plutôt pour une seule personne même si lit double et nous propose tjrs au 5ème un peu plus grand, mais avec 60€ de plus par jour ! Pour un 4 étoiles c'est décevant.

Mehrheitlich freundliches Personal. Super Lage, sehr zentral. Darum aber leider auch sehr laut. Abends immer Musik auf der Gasse, um Mitternacht das laute Zusammenräumen von Tischen etc., das störend ist. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, kaum Platz für Koffer. Frühstück klein aber immer frisch mit Früchten etc.

Supuestamente esbun hotel de cuatro estrellas y está lejos de eso.
Cuando llegamos me dieron una habitación, la cual había pagado hace meses mediante agencia de viajes y era una porquería, extremadamente pequeña, no había ni espacio para bajarse de la cama matrimonial. Cuando volvimos a la noche luego de recorrer la ciudad abrimos la puerta y habia un olor a cloaca insoportable. Solo escucharon mis quejas cuando baje a la recepción y levanté el tono de voz delante de otros huéspedes, porque me habían dicho que esperara en la habitación que lo iban a solucionar y nunca más se acercaron por lo que baje a la recepción luego de dos horas de espera. Pero como no había habitación disponible tuve que dormir allí hasta que al otro día me dieron una suite cómo compensación junto a la bonificación de la cochera y una botella de vinho d'oporto. Pero el olor a cloaca lo tuvimos que aguantar toda la noche. Una vergüenza.
El desayuno ni se compara con cualquier hotel cuatro estrellas.
Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación. Eso es muy bueno.

Hotel centralissimo ma in via piena di ristoranti turistici quindi abbastanza disturbato. Camera carina e anche il bagno seppur senza finestra. Colazione in saletta piccola (esterno non utilizzato mentre la sera si cena fuori) con aria condizionata altissima non necessaria. Abbiamo dovuto attendere che si liberasse un tavolo perché non c era posto. Parlano perfettamente italiano e sono gentilissimi. Nel complesso voto 7. Ok per soggiorni brevi.

Honestly, in terms of customer service, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed on. The staff is so nice that I even got a surprise on my birthday - a cake taken to my room! But not only that, I can’t imagine of a better location - it’s perfect. It’s within walking distance to every point of interest in Lisbon. 3 subway stations very close, extremely close to the terminal of tram 15. Breakfast is simple but everything is fresh and super clean. They serve Porto wine and pastéis de nata the whole day at the front desk, free for guests. The staff is so nice that I even think I can call them friends. The rooms are not big, but I wouldn’t say they’re small, considering it’s Europe and an old building. They are just right. It’s also located on a pedestrian street (only service cars between specific hours at night) so walking there is a pleasure. I wouldn’t change anything. My stay was great and I look forward to staying there again when I have another opportunity to visit Lisbon!

Es war alles bestens! Von der tollen Begrüßung an der Rezeption angefangen bis zur Abreise mit weiteren Sonderwünschen unsererseits die alle sofort erledigt wurden, hatten wir einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt In diesem super zentral gelegenen Haus. Das Zimmer war klein, aber super sauber und wir hatten zum Schnäppchenpreis gebucht und waren sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs! Frühstück alles was man braucht und leider noch viel mehr, was sich dann an der Passgenauigkeit der Hose rächt Würden jederzeit wieder da buchen und können es allen weiterempfehlen!!!

Très bonne literie et la chambre au calme. Réceptionniste exceptionnelle dès la connaissance de la date anniversaire de mon conjoint Nata et Porto. Mais l attention a suivi par une surprise d un gâteau avec bougies et un mot de la part du team en français de bon anniversaire.Hôtel très propre et rassurant. Comme nous avons beaucoup visité nous n avons pas souffert de notre petite chambre. Je le recommande car situation au top pour découvrir Lisbonne.

Staff molto cortese ed efficiente sempre prodigo di consigli. Camere piccoline ma dotate di tutti i comfort. Minibar, aria condizionata. Per i fumatori un balconcino che dà sulla strada vi evita di scendere ogni volta che volete fumare. Posizione centralissima e comodissima nella zona pedonale a due passi da Praça do Comercio e da tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Consigliatissimo

The hotel room was not up to expectations at all. No place to hang anything especially in the bathroom for towels. Air conditioning doesnt work and room was stuffy with no ventilation. We had difficulty opening the small window. Staff however was excellent and very helpful and pleasant.

We had a 4 nights stay in this lovely hotel. Location is great, good walking base to places of interest. We could walk to the Alfama district, Castle and even to Timeout Market on foot! We appreciate the room upgrade from Hotel, that was a nice gesture to celebrate our anniversary. Hotel is in a safe area, and next to the main road where we could conveniently book Uber pick up. Uber to airport was 11 Eur, around 20mins!

We stayed for two nights. The room was small and very warm with no air conditioning so we had to open the window but the noise from the people and machines in the street was loud. The people that work at the hotel are great. They were always willing to help us with restaurants and events The location is very good for walking.

Alle wichtigen Plätze sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.
Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Bei unserem nächsten Lissabon Aufenthalt kommen wir gerne wieder.

Finally getting around to this; thank goodness for new year's resolutions!!! Thank you so much to all the front desk and support staff, and especially to Maria and Anna who went above and beyond when we stayed with you in October. Thank you Maria for directing us (complete with hand drawn street map) to a wonderful restaurant in Sintra, and Anna for directing us (complete with going out into the street and pointing) to an outstanding Fado show "left out the hotel door, down the street to the end, left again, follow the street up and to the right ... it will be on your left." The staff at behotelisboa aren't staff ...they are friends!

This Hotel is absolutely awesome and is the only place to stay if you are visiting Lisbon. My partner and I were blown away with not only the location (extremely good) but also the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. Every staff member was happy, helpful and considerate and management should be extremely lucky to have such a great group of employees working at the hotel. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends/family that are visiting Lisbon.
As frequent travellers who spend a lot of time in hotels this hotel was a clear standout and we can’t wait to come back!

Honestly the best part of this hotel was the staff! We arrived very early in the morning on the overnight train from Madrid, and they not only held our bags while we were out sightseeing, but when we arrived that night all of the check-in was taken care of and our bags had been moved to our room! On our initial arrival, Maria was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We told her we were going to Sintra, and she spent a good 30-45 minutes telling us how to get on the train, which bus to take when we arrived, which places were the best to visit, and which were the best restaurants. She then gave us a map of Lisbon and pointed out the best places and gave us a recommendation for an amazing nearby breakfast place! Her care and attention was truly amazing. The location is PERFECT, with very short walks to 2 metro stations and the Rossio train station. The hotel room was very clean, small and minimalistic. But the French doors opened onto the street, adding a little romance. Water pressure was good and water was hot. The shower doors were not great and if you're not careful you'll end up with a lot of water on the floor. Bed was comfortable with decent pillows. Small minibar. Only offered a combined "hair and body wash". Didn't have the breakfast, but it's a buffet for 12 euros/person.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, dass Personal ist super freundlich. Man wurde immer registriert und mit einem freundlichen Hallo begrüßt. Auch das Reinigungspersonal verrichtet seinen Job toll, auch bei den Langschläfern. Die Lage ist ideal und auch ruhig. Muito obrigado e até aproxima.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Friendly, helpful staff providing glass of port and custard tart on arrival. Was there on my birthday and was very happy to find that a cake had been left in my room provided by the hotel. Highly recommended

AFTER i had booked, my non-refundable room, i got an email from the hotel saying i had booked the mini room, information that was NOT available when i booked it! And they were not kidding! The room was TINY! I could not walk around the bed, or open my suitcase on the floor, and even though i am not even 6 feet tall, i almost hit the ceiling of the room! I would not have booked this room/hotel if the information was accurate when i booked it! On the positive, staff was nice and location was great.

Fantastic location and front desk staff was very friendly. I had to move rooms because the first room had a terrible mattress and you could feel the springs. The second rooms mattress was decent. Loved the balcony. They had a hot water issue but it was resolved. For the price, its a good hotel for a short stay.

Lovely, character rich hotel with all the modern amenities. Great staff offered welcome drinks and a thorough briefing of the surrounding area. Its on a pedestrian street surrounded by tons of bars, cafes and shops. Walkable to lots, short cab or rideshare anywhere else. My partner said they made the best mojito hes ever had. We had many. Lisbon is a beautiful city and we felt that this was a perfect mix of chic and classic. Great value.

Esse é o tipo de hospedagem perfeita: ótima localização, o quarto não é tão espaçoso, porém a cama e o banheiro compensam, não se escuta barulho algum da rua e o ar-condicionado ótimo. Fomos muito bem recebidos por todos os funcionários, todos !!!! Amazing staff at this hotel. Great location for exploring the city (but hard to get to with a car, plan to walk a block). The hotel was perfect in every way. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They helped with local advice, making dinner reservations, calling our transfer to confirm a 2:30am pickup, and all smiling and friendly. I'm a Travel Advisor and I will be sending my clients to stay here because of the experience I had. Highly recommended!

This place is home. The staff is now my family. Isabella, Bravo, and all the staff don't treat you like family. You are family. So helpful and fun. Unlimited port wine and pasteis de natas. Rooms are great. Excellent location. We got a bit turned around coming back and called the hotel for directions. Isabella aka Supergirl said stay where you are and she came and got us. She is the best. I highly recommend this hotel. I'm back in Lisbon on the 13th and I'm coming back here. To stay with my family. behotel = be our guest! Obrigado!

Der 4te Stern entspricht nicht mehr dem Standard!!
Vielleicht ist der 4. Stern auch nur Landeskategorie?? Die Zimmer sind winzig. Der Wunsch nach 2 separaten Betten war nicht möglich. Was aber gar nicht geht, im Badezimmer Schimmel!! Die Decke schwarz, in der "goldenen" Dusche, die Ecken fingen auch an sich zu verfärben. Der Ventilator im Bad war defekt, vielleicht hat das solche Auswirkung.Auch bekommt die Sauberkeit, der Zimmer und Flure volle Punktzahl. Das Personal ist überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Unweit, fußläufig, zu allen wichtigen Dingen, wie z.B. der Flaniermeile, dem berühmten Aufzug etc. Das Restaurant ist ebenso nicht empfehlenswert.

No me ha gustado el hotel casi nada. Pone que tiene 4 estrellas y se merece como mucho 2 estrellas. La limpieza en el hotel es solo cambiar las toallas. Estuvimos 5 noches y no nos cambiaron las sábanas.
Nos cobraron 20€ por la cara diciendo que es una tasa al ser turista. Se oía bastante ruido de fuera, la nevera no paraba de hacer ruido. El colchón y las almohadas estaban super duras, se notaban las muelles. Parecia que estaba durmiendo en el suelo. Super caro. Lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicación.

Solo traveller. Great location in central downtown near Rossio and Baixa-Chiado metro stations, and a few mins from tram 28 starting point. Lots of street dining in this area, but be warned the nightlife bar zone Chiado is someway uphill from here. Hotel is spotless and a compact design. Ideal for solo travelling, maybe a bit compact for 2 suitcases. Wardrobe is half height over a safe and a fridge. Didn't try breakfast (there are loads of options around) but restaurant always busy with diners. Room overlooked one of the main longitudinal streets with reasonable sound proofing.... Certainly no trouble sleeping. Super comfortable bed with 6 pillows for TV surfing. Staff very attentive. Compact spotless bathroom, superb rainhead shower with tons of water pressure which could hold its temperature. AC tends to go cold overnight...trial & error to keep room comfortable. Best suited to long weekends where civilized Street dining is preferred over pub crawling in Chiado, though it's 15 mins walk home all downhill if you choose the bars. Recommended.

Een keurig en net hotel. Hele leuke en plezierige ontvangst door goed Engels sprekende receptionisten . Mooi schone, maar kleine, kamer met een prima en schone douche. Onze douche liep niet goed door, water bleef in de douchebak staan. Binnen een kwartier na onze melding was het al verholpen. Perfecte service. Prima ontbijt met voldoende variatie, zoet, hartig, yoghurt , fruit enz. Leuke bediening. Lokatie is perfect. Auto vrije straat met leuke terrassen. Ideaal voor een stedentrip. Wij komen weer.

Friendly staff! Excellent breakfast. Parking very convenient. They serve refreshments (wine and custard) upon arrival. Rooms are clean but on the small side. Only recommendation I would offer is to have more storage space in the bathroom as the counter space is very inadequate to store toiletries for two people.

Despite slight hiccups (but we can’t blame the hotel for most of them), we enjoy our stay there. Special shout out to the breakfast team: the waitresses were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast itself is great, with a large range of savory and sweet options. The front desk team was also very attentive.
The premium room we stayed in was nice, modern and spacious with enough space for three.

Located in the city centre of Lisbon, behotelisboa is part of the “Lisbon Renaissance” of boutique hotels that has been a staple of the city’s tourist lodging scene for the past 5 years. Centrally located, the hotel is served by two metro stations that will take you either to the airport or to the city’s main train station (Oriente).
Staff is kind, polite and helpful. Pasteis de Nata and Port Wine greet the visitor upon check-in. In my case, I checked-in on NYD 2018 and a nice Bolo Rei and a small bottle of Asti greeted me upon my arrival in my room (very nice touch).
As mentioned above, the staff were very nice. Smiling and cheerful, they were always at our beck and call.
About the room: it was very good. Space in the Lisbon Pombal center is at a premium - should one be needing a 120 m2 flat, look for an Airbnb. The rooms were spacious for this part of town. Clean, modern, airy and comfortable. Downside: it can get a bit noisy. Also, the bathroom was a bit small - there was virtually no room near the sink: therefore, I could not shave properly since there was no space for my grooming products.
Breakfast was somewhat simple, but oddly fulfilling. A standard Continental, one can find different assortments of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, cakes, cereals and fruits. However, from my experience in other 4 and 5 star hotels in this country, this is pretty standard in Portugal.
Concluding, the behotelisboa is a standard boutique hotel in central Lisbon that does not differentiate itself from similar hotels in the area. However, it is a decent place to stay: it’s a very decent value for your money hotel.

Quartier idéalement situé au cœur de Lisbonne.Chambre propre, mais sur la réservation elle devait être de 15m2, il savère quelle était très très petite... Problème plus embêtant, la literie : nous avons bien senti quil sagissait dun matelas à ressort... il est temps de le changer je pense !Petit déjeuné : là encore, très bon accueil, mais qualité des produits plutôt moyenne... petit pain sec, confitures industrielles, etc.Bref, séjour agréable, mais avec un petit effort à faire pour être top !

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Der Service war vorbildlich, alles sehr sauber,
sehr nettes Personal, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Da das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt liegt, alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Hotel mitten in der Fussgängerzone der Unterstadt. Zimmer klein und laut aber modern. Fragen nach öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bei der Stadtbesichtigung wurden abgewimmelt um einen überteuerten Touristenbus zu propagieren. Man kann mit dem Auto nicht hinfahren, und in der Nähe auch nirgends anhalten. Es gibt eine Abmachung mit einem Parkhaus in der Nähe, aber das erfährt man erst beim Einchecken, nachdem man irgendwo kostenpflichtig parkiert hat. Die Organisation mit der Parkplatzkarte ist nicht durchdacht, und wir wurden prompt verdächtigt die Karte mitgenommen zu haben, wofür eine Gebühr fällig gewesen wäre, weil der Typ der Garage sie nicht weitergeleitet hat :(

Estuvimos este verano, disfrutando de 4 dias en la capital. Hotel muy bien ubicado a 300m del elevador de Santa Justa y muy cerca del Castillo de San Jorge.
El personal de recepcion y te ayudan en todo lo q necesitas. El hotel es muy tranquilo si bien esta en una zona con mucho ambiente (restaurantes y calle peatonal).
El unico pero es el parking. El acceso al hotel en coche es imposible y los parkings de la zona estan mas que caros (en algunos te llegan a pedir 38€ por dia). El hotel tiene convenios con alguno de ellos, reduciendo la tarifa hasta los 18€ (bien), pero disponen de tan solo tres plazas...Nosotros con mucha suerte conseguimos un pase con descuento....recomendaria al hotel q intentara conseguir mas plazas con ese tipo de acuerdo....estonces seria de 10.

Passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel très bien situé et au calme (zone piétonne). Le personnel très sympa et accueillant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner excellent avec du très bon pain et les pâtisseries, un vrai déliceà ne pas manquer !Les chambres sont très propres et modernes, juste un petit et seul point négatif, les chambres sont petites.

Great location but beware of room.
The hotel is centrally located which is good BUT it is on a pedestrian zone, where the on the street you have all the restaurants tables and guests.
My room was on the corner of those streets on the 1st floor. Although the windows are double glades, the noise is very strong inside the room until midnight.
Of course you can't open the window because of the noise.
So if you decide to come here, make sure you get a high floor room and to the back if possible.
The staff was extremely helpful and kind.
We didn't take the hotel breakfast as I think 12.50€ p.p. is too high.

Usually people only take the time to write a review if they are less than satisfied. This is not the case.
My daughter and I just returned from a trip to Portugal and while we were there, we began our trip in Lisbon and then returned for a few more days before coming home to the U.S.. Not having been there before, I booked 2 different hotels for the different times we'd be in Lisbon. Upon arrival, we reserved a room in behotellisboa. Tired from the long journey and not having strong expectations either way, we were immediately delighted to find that their location was not only incredibly central to everything we wanted to be close to, was beyond charming, staffed by the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered. Each one of them spoke perfect English and went out of their way to be friendly, conversive and helpful. Their lobby was warm and welcoming, with Portuguese Port and the famous pastry of Lisbon - 'Pastel Nada' waiting to great arriving guests. They have a small but charming Breakfast Room and a very fine restaurant also available in their lobby, with a variety of typical Portuguese specialties, Spanish Paella as well as Italian offerings. The restaurant opens up into cafe seating outside, with a great view of local nightlife and excellent people watching.
When it came to our room, we had a delightful double french door window view out onto the street below with ample room, comfortable bed and a bathroom that was pretty incredible and luxurious with all sorts of wonderful boutique hotel touches, nuances and thoughtful considerations.
The hotel is family owned and operated and there is a lot of love and care in the way they treat their guests. We loved them so much before we checked out, we wanted to change our hotel commitments on the return leg back to Lisbon, but found that we had made non-refundable reservations with another hotel. When we did return to Lisbon and had checked in at the other hotel (that was somewhat close-by) the difference was night and day, and we missed not only their excellent location and service, but also their tremendous staff. We actually went back to say 'HI' and tell them how appreciative we were.
It is a lovely hotel and a totally wonderful experience staying with them.
I can't say enough how much we enjoyed them, but if we ever return, there's no doubt where we'll stay. :-)

We were here back in February and had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect and walkable to everything we needed. It was clean, the room size was adequate but definitely not large, the bathroom was nice and the shower pressure was great. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly (we were working remotely for a few days there with no issues). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check in to our numerous discussions and requests during our stay (ranging from restaurants and beach recommendations to doctor and pharmacy information). The only drawback for us was that the room was a bit on the warm side and we were unable to turn the heat completely off or turn on the AC to cool it off, so we kept the balcony doors open most of the time. Even with the doors open, noise was never a problem and we had a lovely view of the pedestrian streets from the balcony.
We would definitely stay again if we can make it back to Lisbon!

Das Check-in in diesem Hotel fröhlich, charmant, herzlich und versorgt mit umfassenden Informationen bezüglich Rundreisen für den Folgetag ebenso wie Restaurant Tipps für den Abend. Die Empfehlung zur Startzeit bezüglich der privaten Tour nach Sintra war leider falsch, und das war sehr schade. Die Restaurant-Empfehlung war eine sehr gute, allerdings war es auch ein ausgesprochen teures Restaurant.Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war individuell regulierbar und völlig geräuschlos, das Bad war recht geräumig und die Dusche selber war ebenfalls schön gross.Das Hotel selber war recht ruhig, allerdings ist die Strasse insofern lärmig, als nach Mitternacht die Restaurants alle Tische und Stühle recht geräuschintensiv zusammenstellen, und kurz vor zwei Uhr morgens tut die obligate Müllabfuhr ihr Werk ausgesprochen laut. Lärmempfindlichen Gemütern empfehle ich Ohropax. Mit den verschiedenen Kissen dürfte jeder etwas Passendes für einen guten Schlaf finden, die Matratzen waren für uns bequem.Die Lage des Hotels ist sensationell. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind so gut wie gleich um die Ecke, ebenso der Ausgangspunkt der Yellowbus Routen, eine Metrostation und der Bahnhof. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und an der Reception stehen immer die traditionellen Pastis de Nata sowie ein Portwein zur Verkostung.

Great location (only 400m to Praca do Comerco), helpful stuff, delicious breakfast. There was sound proof windows in the balcony, so there was barely any noise from the street. The bed was extremely comfortable, little too big for my taste. Although the overall interior design was modern, it might seem depressing (dark furniture set) if you stay for more than 2 nights. Either way, I highly recommend it!

Stayed 3rd Feb till 6th Feb. Nice trendy hotel great location friendly staff.
The room was clean and nice but as I opened balcony I was faced with scaffold and building work not the view I was expecting it also made the room dark as the light was blocked out. Still had a great stay .

A las 8 de la mañana todos los días comenzaban las obras, imposible dormir. Llame a recepcion para pedir que por favor empezaran mas tardea y no hicieron nada. En ningún momento nos avisaron de ese inconvente. La habitación Mini interior es muy claustrofóbica. No Recomendaria este hotel por el poco respeto que tuvieron durante las obras que comenzaban a las 8 am.

A nice, modern hotel. The location is great, right in the middle of downtown Lisbon, with many attractions in easy walking distance. The hotel is on a pedestrian street full of restaurants, so it can be a bit noisy. While I was there, there was also construction going on next door, which was very noisy during the day.

First of all. The hotel had the friendliest staff Ive ever come across. They were super nice, helpful and always had time over for me as a guest and helped me get a better experience of Lisboa.The hotel is well maintained and we got the feelling that it had been renovated quite recently. Either that or they just took very good care of the rooms. The cleaning was always nice.And dont miss out on the breakfast! When we booked we thougth that the price tag was a little bit on the high end, but the buffét was nothing short of amazing. Varied, fresh and enough local stuff to always be interesting. Also the hostess was super friendly.The only downside is that the hotel is in the exact center of town, so if you go to bed early you have to expect to listen to some noice from the street.

Very very new hotel, so rooms and hotel itself are in great condition. Location was perfect, just a 15-20 min walk from most attractions.

fick ett rum långt ner, litet rum. Det pågick totalrenovering av grannfastigheten 2 meter ifrån oss. Det lilla rummet blev mörkare och mindre och väldigt bullrigt p.g.a arbetet intill. Personalen försökte på alla vis hjälpa oss, så vi fick ett rum högst upp, som var lite större och mycket ljusare, samt inte lika nära inpå bullret. Det blev på så sätt mycket behagligare.

First, the staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful! Second, you couldnt find a better location. The city has three major neighborhoods that most tourists will want to visit. This hotel is in the middle of one and is very close to the train. The public transportation system is excellent so this made getting around the city, to the train stations, and to the airport very convenient. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and modern. I would highly recommend.

The hotel its self was well located close to the metro shops and the river. I was disappointed with our room although it was clean and a very good shower,our view from our window looked onto a derelict building which made the room dark the whole time and was depressing. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good it cost us €12 each.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, they provided us with lots of useful information and as our room was ready so we were able to check in early. Our room, no. 206, was perfectly formed and exceptionally clean, as were the other areas of the hotel. The only negative was that the room (a standard interior view) overlooked a derelict building, currently under renovation.The hotel is in a great location, minutes walk from the metro and close to many of the attractions Lisbon has to offer. A couple of minutes walk away is Praca da Figueria where you can catch trams and the hop-on hop-off buses.There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. One evening we ate in the hotel restaurant, Taberna 132, which offers both Portuguese and Italian menus, the food was tasty and good value and again the service excellent.Overall a great trip and if visiting Lisbon again I would choose this hotel.

Accueil très chaleureux on parle couramment francais anglais, personnel serviable a l écoute, très propre, calme tres bien situé pour les promenades dans le centre histoire, notre chambre un peu petite et la literie tres ferme globalement le séjour fut agréable je recommande

Hotel muy interesante en pleno centro de Lisboa: Está entre la plaza de Figueira y la plaza del comercio. La zona está llena de restaurantes para poder comer y cenar sin tener que desplazarse. La habitación que nos asignaron, en la última planta, una buhardilla, pequeña pero muy acogedora.
En mi próxima visita a Lisboa, me alojaré aquí de nuevo.

The hotel staff were fantastic- all providing us with information and helping with finding places and setting up reservations. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our first experience in Lisbon. The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring by foot. We did not eat there, but did appreciate the port and pastries available at the desk! Lovely hot showers and comfortable beds. We will definitely return!

We are a couple from berlin, they give us some small dishes before the food we older. But they didn't tell us we need to pay for that if we eat this, afterthat they told us everyone here knows it, if we don't eat, we don't need to pay, they just bring and put on the table. And said that's the transitional in this country. Without saying us before as they know we are obviously tourist. Just ridiculous. And most importantly is the fish was so salty, I couldt eat it, and they just say that's normal, and that's it.
It is the most worst restaurant that I have been in lisabon.
