Ideal location and a fabulous property with all the comfort and plenty of character! Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The pastries and fresh oranges every morning was a lovely touch. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Superbe appartement, décoré avec goût et hyper fonctionnel!Quel bonheur d’avoir chaque matin des oranges et des viennoiseries!!! Emplacement idéal, au cœur des activités tout en restant très calme.Accueil chaleureux! Un vrai petit nid douillet très appréciable après nos journées de vadrouilles!

Lisbon is fantastic, taxis are a very good way to travel around and the food and wine are lovely. Our hotel was very conveniently located and the concierge was amazing, she knew instinctively what wed like and was extremely helpful . Our apartment was beautiful and Ive been very impressed by the decor and security of all our rooms in Portugal. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Very good.

Ein super netter Empfang ! Wir hatten sogar frischen Salat und Obst im Appartement bereit liegen und die Einrichtung der gesamten Wohnung ist einfach der Hammer. Alles war auch picobello sauber und wir (4 Erwachsene) haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt ! Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal !!

Excelente apart hotel. Mariana nos atendeu prontamente e fomos super bem recepcionados. Vim com minha esposa e adolescente de 14 anos. Localização sensacional! Ao lado de restaurantes, bares e confeitarias sensacionais, ao lado do Cafe a Brasileira que Fernando Pessoa frequentava, perto do Miradouro Sao Pedro de Alcântara, distancia a pe ate a Rua Augusta e Praça do Comercio, ponto de taxi, ônibus e elétrico (bondinho) na frente. Quarto e sala com cama confortável, bela vista para a vida bucolica do Chiado, ar condicionado em ambos os cômodos, fogão, forno, microondas, maquina de lavar e secar roupas, maquina de lavar prato, geladeira e congelador, banheiro com box, chuveiro muito bom e secador de cabelos. Ao chegar deixam agua, laranjas, tomate, cebola, alface, geleia e manteiga frescos. Todos os dias cedo o padeiro deixa Croissants e Ciabatta frescos na porta pata cafe da manha. Ja ia me esquecendo. Possuem maquina de cafe expresso com 6 capsulas de cortesia e leite na geladeira. Agradeço os excelentes 5 dias que passamos aqui para o Almaria Ex Libris.

Non male come sistemazione. Appartamenti spaziosi ma che cominciano ad avere qualche piccolo problema ; docce mal funzionanti , lavandini nei quale non scorre l'acqua...
La reception è disponibile dalle 9 di mattina alle 7 di sera e se avete qualche problema siete a piedi . La colazione è offerta : ogni mattina in un sacchetto esterno alla porta vengono messe brioches e pane fresco . La posizione é stupenda mentre il prezzo a mio avviso è un po' troppo alto .

By far the best accommodation we stayed in on our trip around Europe! Freshly baked goods hanging on the door every morning - who could ask for more?! The apartments are very well kept and in a perfect location for experiencing everything Lisbon has to offer! To top it off, José provided us with a very warm welcome to the apartment and gave us a detailed map of the city with everything we could possibly want to see or do. As we were not staying long and had done little research, his recommendations were invaluable to our experience as he knew exactly what we were after! We highly recommend these apartments and will definitely be coming back to stay! :)

Great suites/apartments located in a central area of Lisbon. The staff was very helpful. Good spot for families looking for a bit more room with a kitchen/living room. Recommend the two bedroom top-floor penthouse. The views are awesome.

Ein äußerst freundliches und hilfreiches Team. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Jedes unserer Schlafzimmer hatte ein sehr schönes eigenes Bad. Also alles in allem ein exzellentes Appartment. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen.

Fresh bread and croissants every morning, oranges, excellent location. Full amenities including washer/dryer and dishwasher. Very close to all the main things in the city. Also very close to the metro. This was an excellent apartment/hotel. There is daily cleaning ,but not 24 receptionist. For us it did not matter because everything was self sufficient and we had no problems. Would stay there again, without even a second thought.

We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on the 4th floor of Almaria Ex Libris Chiado. It is impossible to say enough good things about this hotel! I was traveling for business, and brought along my toddler and parents. The hotel was beautifully decorated with every possible accommodation that would could think of - beautiful, big kitchen and bathrooms, quiet in the hotel, a perfect location within easy walking distance of major sites, an elevator, fresh bread delivered to your apartment door every morning, outstanding air conditioning and large windows - perfect! Everyone in the family was pleased and had what they needed... including space to spend time together and separately.While the accommodating were great, the staff really make the place shine. They kindly answered questions ahead of time over email. When we arrived a crib was nicely made up in the room and they gave my daughter a little teddy bear. This bear has become her favorite toy in the entire world. A few weeks later we lost the bear on another trip. I contacted the hotel to ask where they purchased it. They mailed us a new bear internationally, complete with a handwritten note including photos of teddy all around the hotel explaining why he had temporarily gone missing. My daughter and I were both ecstatic! I travel at least once a month, often more frequently. This is the most outstanding customer service that I have ever encountered.

The building is very well located near Plaza Luis Camoes and shopping areas. The property was very responsive and Jose was super helpful. We stayed in a premium 2 bedroom unit on the 5th floor and the views of Lisbon are amazing. Definitely recommended.

I always book centrally located places when I visit Europe and this place is no exception, but it offers so much more than apartments I have Stayed elsewhere. Spacious, clean, fully remodel modern decor, has full kitchen and washer/dryer, but most importantly Device: they have a friendly staff in the downstairs Lobby ready to help you 7am-6pm; they come to clean your room and change your towels every day; they give you free freshly baked bread/croissants in the morning as well as free jam/butter/fruits/milk in the fridge. This is like a hotel b&b in one! Highly recommended!

Accueil excellent par José qui parle parfaitement Français.Appartement de grande superficie parfaitement équipé avec micro onde, plaque induction, grand frigo, télévision.. etc.Bonne isolation phonique.Décoration de qualité et excellente literie.Situation idéale pour visiter Lisbonne avec à proximité restaurant, métro et bus.Nous sommes tombés sous le charme et ne manqueront pas de revenir.

Adorable apartment style hotel in the heart of Lisbon!Location - centrally located, only 2 blocks (uphill) from the main metro station. You can take the metro from the airport and it should take ~30 minutes and 1.5 Euro. Walking distance to all the main tourist sites, TIME out market is 10 minutes walk down the hill from the hotel. Room - modern decoration, spacious, very nice kitchen with all the high end Bosch appliances. Very clean and immaculate, everything looks brand new even the hotel was built/renovated in 2016. Usually the hotel apartment dont have house keeping daily, but this hotel does! Very fancy bath products from Claus Porto next door. The only minor compliant is the sink area is kind of small. Service - I arrived late, and the hotel emailed me the access code for easy check-in. Each room has its own access code to the main door and the room, which really makes it very safe. The room is stocked with milk, jam, butter, and fresh oranges for fresh squeezes orange juice. There is fresh bread delivered to the door every morning, which is a such cute idea! Value - I book the hotel during off season and thought the price is very reasonable, especially given the location and all the size of the room. .

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely two bedroom apartment which was perfect for my sisters and myself. Very close to Gloria which was great for getting up and down to the main street. Definitely stay here for my next trip to Lisbon

Traveling with a 7 year old, we always get an apartment hotel, but this one was head and shoulders above the rest. Aside from the excellent location and the comfortable and clean apartment, the daily delivery of fresh breads, washer and dryer in the room, and daily house keeping were absolute hits among my family.If you are into food, many of the best and most interesting restaurants are within walking distance from here too.

The stay at this property was wonderful. We received great suggestions on what to see and where to eat from the receptionist. Getting around was very easy. The bus stop was two steps to the right of the front of the building. My only hangup which I still do not consider all that bad is the lobby area was only big enough for 2 or 3 people. When there are large bags and more than 3 people it was extremely crowded. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Centrally located apartment perfect for a couple of people. Each morning we woke to fresh baked goods on our door. There isnt staff 24-hours so it took us a little to check-in but the hotel was very communicative via Email and provided all relevant details.

Beautiful guesthouse in a great location. Modern upgrades in a historic building. Loved the special touch of providing ingredients for a simple homemade salad and fresh squeezed orange juice as well as fresh bakery items delivered outside your door each morning. The apartment has noise reducing windows that block out the sounds of the busy neighborhood.

Amazing place ! Great location, close to the touristic area and to all restaurants and shops. Staff was amazing and the place is new and upgraded. Every morning you get fresh baked goods at your door ( part of your breakfast) and they have butter and fruit spread and milk and fresh oranges in the fridge . taxi station right in front of the building We opted to go back there on our last night in Lisbon ( after visiting Portugal for 2 weeks ) rather than stay next to the airport

Its beautiful from the moment you enter and then, wow, you know youre somewhere special. Its in a perfect location and its away from the crowds. From the outside you have nondescript, beautiful navy blue doors and have no idea its a hotel. It looks like a beautiful, old apartment building. I was on the street side and I had three balconies! The apartments are decorated so beautifully and theres a washer/dryer and oven/microwave. When I arrived there was a head of lettuce, tomato, onion, garlic and olive oil to make a fresh salad. That was only a one time deal, but every day they put 4 oranges in the refrigerator so I could have fresh squeezed orange juice every day. Ive traveled all over Europe and this is the best place Ive had the pleasure to stay. If I had to be picky, the only thing I didnt like was that the daily cleaning service would never wipe down the kitchen counter. Oh, and it was extremely quiet. Ill be back as soon as possible.

The location is very good to access the river, two train stations to reach Cascais and Sintra. But, it is one of crowded places, there are some noises up to late night. The apartment is super clean and it has many good things like washer/dryer and free bread and oranges everyday. I will stay again.

We loved staying here during our visit to Lisbon. It was perfect for a large family. The location was in the center of Lisbon, which was great because everything in the city was walking distance. They provide complimentary fresh croissants and bread every morning, as well as oranges to make fresh orange juice. I highly recommend staying here. We felt at home!

This is place was excellent. First off its right in the heart of everything. 5 min on foot from Biaxa Chiado metro. The place is gorgeous. We stayed on 5/ 24/19 in 5b. The terrace is lovely and to top it off every morning they leave fresh bread and croissants in a bag outside your door. Communication was excellent. Dont hesitate to book this place. It was a treat!

Sehr netter Service, schönes Appartement. Schallschutzdichte Fenster. Die Lage ist super. Besonders nett war das Begrüßungspaket mit Salat, Tomate und Zwiebel sowie der morgendliche, kostenfreie Brötchenservice. Schade, dass die Kaffee Kapseln nicht inklusive waren. Beim nächsten Lissabon Urlaub würden wir hier wieder buchen.

Das Hotel ist in bester Lage, nur eine Ecke von der Altstadt entfernt und damit mitten im Geschehen, aber dennoch ruhig, so dass man nachts ungestört schlafen konnte.Der Empfang war super und sehr herzlich, wir haben sehr viele tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Lissabon erhalten. Das Appartement war genauso wie beschrieben und noch besser, auch das Frühstück war super mit frischem Orangensaft, lecker Brötchen und Croissants. Insgesamt blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.10 von 10 Punkten in jeglicher Hinsicht!

This apartment complex is located in the center of the city, we rented a very nice two bedroom apartment . The apartment was very nice and clean, very good showers. At 8 AM the local bakery would bring rolls to your door, the frig was stocked with milk and butter and jelly and some water. Overall a good place to stay.Like any other large city, there are party goers in the streets and this make some noise around the apartment. Would I stay again, Yes.

Positive: L’appartamento si trova in ottima posizione, a poche centinaia di metri dal barrio alto (zona molto frequentata dai giovani di sera per la presenza di molti pub e locali) e dalla fermata della metropolitana (fermata di baixa-chaido).
L’appartamento (da 6 persone)è moderno, pulito, ben arredato e funzionale e dispone di tutti i servizi essenziali (WI-FI gratuito, 2 bagni, cucina, soggiorno, aria condizionata, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, cassaforte).
L’entrata al palazzo e all’appartamento è con il codice numerico in modo da poter rientrare in casa in orari differenti senza aver bisogno di chiavi.
Lo staff ci ha offerto la Colazione con panini e brioches tutte le 2 mattine di permanenza nonostante non fosse prevista nella prenotazione.
Staff gentilissimo all’arrivo e alla partenza. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia gratuitamente fino a sera il giorno della partenza (fino alle 19.00 perché la reception chiude a questo orario)

Zelfde service als in een hotel maar dan met de vrijheid en mogelijkheden van een appartement. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam onthaal, prima gelegen vlakbij restaurants en bars en op korte wandelafstand van het historisch centrum en metro. Absoluut een aanrader!

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, mitten in der Stadt, Bahnhof/Metro 5 min. Super Service. Die Jungs des Hotels sind mehr als hilfsbereit. Bei der Abreise haben wir unsere Pässe im Hotel vergessen. Wir haben José vom Hotel angerufen. Er ist sofort ins Taxi gestiegen und hat uns die Pässe zum Flughafen gebracht und wollte dafür nur den Preis des Taxis. Wo findet man noch so einen Service?

Wir waren 5 Tage in einem Appartment mit separaten Schlafzimmer im 2.Stockwerk in den Innenhof.Service durch Jose war sehr gut. Jeden Tag erhielten wir kostenlos frische Brötchen, Marmelade, Butter und Orangen. Die Stadt haben wir gut zu Fuss ansehen können. Supermarkt, Bäcker und viele tolle Restaurants sind sofort zu erreichen.Wir würden das Appartment immer wieder buchen.

Olumlu: Konum harika . Temiz rahat ev ortamı geniş daire ve banyo. Çocuklarla ideal.. Olumsuz: Daire kapılarında kilit sistemi elektronik içeriden kilitlenmiyor. Duş kabinleri ve lavabolar hoş fakat kullanımda su tahliyesinde ve izolasyonunda sorun var.

Pozitiv: Foarte bine amplasat hotelul fata de mijloacele de transport ! Camerele apartamentului mari , confortabile , cu toate dotările necesare ! Curățenia se face in fiecare zi ceea ce este un Bonus !. Negativ: Amplasarea apartamentului la parter chiar lângă Recepție a fost cea mai proasta idee pentru acest apart-hotel ! In fiecare dimineața zgomotul făcut de menajere sau de clienți care făceau check-in sau plecau , era infernal ! De asemenea izolarea fonică lasă mult de dorit !

Wir haben 4 Nächte in einem schönen Appartement verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und sollte man tatsächlich kochen wollen ist wirklich alles da. Die Küche nimmt einen recht dominanten Teil des Wohnraums ein, stört aber nicht. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Internet schnell und die Lage im quirlig lebendigen Stadtteil toll, wenn man das mag. Nachts ist vor der Türe die Hölle los, aber die Schallschutzfenster sind dicht. Mehr Geräusche als von Aussen hört man im Haus, hier ist der Schallschutz eher dürftig. Wir würden wieder kommen, aber das House keeping muss dringend besser werden. 2 mal wurden Handtücher vergessen (was ärgerlich ist, wenn ab 19h die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist) und einmal wurde das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gemacht.

긍정적: 완전 깨끗한 아파트, 친절한 스텝. 걸어서 주요관광지 갈 수 있어요. 주차장은 30미터 아래 이용하면 되는데, 리스본 구도심 주차비는 정말 비싸네요.

Positiv: Bra centralt boende, mysiga trånga gränder med bra restauranger. Inte långt till vattnet, tunnelbanan och shopping. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.. Negativ: Frukosten man kunde köpa genom hotellet. Dyr tråkig och det blev mängder med emballage eftersom varje portion var förpackad I en låda och varje sak inplastad. Rekommenderar istället att man antingen går till en supermarket och handlar för att göra sin egen frukost, köket i lägenheten var helt ok. eller att gå ut och äta på någon av de många fiken som finns i närheten.

好意的: 夕方7時まではフロントに人が居る。この手のアパートでは珍しい。場所も良いが、1年前にリニューアルオープンした部屋は、
モダンでお洒落で、しかも快適。最上階の部屋はバルコニーが両面にあり眺望が最高。キッチンには、無料でレタス、トマト、たまねぎ、にんにく1個が置かれていた。洗濯乾燥機も長期出張者には大変便利。チェックアウトの時間は12時と、少し遅めなのが良い。. 否定的: 最近のリスボンのアパートやホテルの多くは、バスタブが無い。
デザインの凝ったシャワーだが、使い辛く、また水量も乏しく
日本人には不満が残る。ホテルと違い、スリッパは置いていない。

Nuestro apartamento constaba de 2 habitaciones dobles una de ellas con el servicio (Wc y ducha) dentro y la otra con otro servicio(Wc y ducha) próximo.Cocina equipada con lavavajillas,nevera,cafetera, tostadora,placa vitrocerámica y menaje( cubiertos,cazuelas,platos...)Salón comedor con sofá cama,TV y mesa comedor.Lavadora,plancha,caja de seguridad,Aire acondicionado,buenas vistas,muy céntrico y próximo a metro,tranvías y trenes.Tranquilo y silencioso.Proximo a zona de ocio nocturno.
Muy limpio y bonito.El personal muy agradable.Han sido unas vacaciones maravillosas y este sitio ha sido una de las claves para que fuera así.Totalmente recomendable

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja ,aranżacja holu oraz pokoju. Negatywna: wyciszony obiekt pod względem hałasu z zewnątrz natomiast bardzo uciazliwe hałas w wew.budynku .Winda znajduje sie w budynku jednak korzystanie z niej tylko w momencie kiedy jest obsluga poniewaz winda nie działa i nie mozna z niej korzystać.

The actual apartments are very nice and well-kept. However, we had a late check-in and were not provided instructions to enter the building and apartment even though the staff said they would send this information prior to arrival. This made for a stressful travel day as we had to call several times to get this information. The desk is not open 24 hours a day, so late check-ins cannot be accommodated without this information. We also had a bachelor party in the apartment next to ours that played loud music through the night. The staff was helpful and apologetic after we arrived, but this was not the relaxing stay we had hoped.

Положительный: Очень комфортные апартаменты в центре города. Все очень стильно и красиво. Есть удобная функциональная кухня, с полным набором инструментов и красивой посуды. Есть кофеварка с капсулами, чайник, утюг. Даже был выложен красивый натюрморт из свежего салата, помидора, лука и чеснока - как предложение гостю сделать себе вкусный салат) в спальне удобная кровать, раскладной диван в гостиной. Находится довольно близко ко всем интересным городским местам и ресторанам.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt und haben nichts vermisst. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt schon alleine von den Räumlichkeiten und der gehobenen Ausstattung der Zimmer. An nichts hat es gefehlt und der Zimmerservice wie auch die Hilfe bei der Suche nach Restaurants etc. war einfach genial. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

We spent 3 wonderful days in Lissabon. The Almaria is very central and we explored the entire town walking. Hotel staff was very friendly. The time we were there there was a building site opposite which was quite noisy. But apart from that everything was perfect.

Positivo: Nós amamos o apartamento! Super novo, moderno e equipado. Fica na muito próximo de restaurantes, bares e lojas. Fizemos tudo a pé, todos os dias.. Negativo: Infelizmente estava tendo obra no prédio ao lado, bem em frente a nossa janela. Portanto, tivemos que manter a janela fechada devido a barulho de obra e trabalhadores... Se não fosse isso, seria perfeito.

Ich fühlte mich in der Wohnung wie zu Hause. Es war alles da (bis zu einer Waschmaschine) und alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Büchern und schönen Accessoires. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zuerst hatte ich Angst es gäbe kein warmes Wasser. Dann merkte ich aber, dass in der Küche eine Durchlauferhitzer war und bis das Wasser aufgeheizt war und im Bad ankam dauert es ein bisschen. Aber wenn man das weiss lässt man das Wasser eben ein wenig länger laufen.
