Habitación doble con salón y baño, todo muy amplio. Cerca de una estación de metro y de buses. A unos 15 minutos andando del centro. Está en zona de bares pero no es ruidoso. Restaurantes excelentes alrededor.

Struttura curata pulita... Molto confortevole... L unica cosa essendoci un ristorante a piano terra c'è spesso l odore di aglio... Potrebbe dar fastidio a chi nn piace come me.. Ps ultima osservazione.. Nn c'è nessuna insegna che indichi la porta giusta.. Per il resto ok..

Abbiamo preso questo alloggio per il soggiorno di una settimana. Si trova ad un passo dalla metro, dal treno e dal porto, in 10 minuti a piedi si é a piazza del commercio o al B. Alto. Cosa non da poco, l'ambiente é stato accogliente anche per la nostra bimba di un anno e mezzo. Ottimo il sistema di DoorKeyCode

UNA BASURA! No os gasteis el dinero en este sitio. Las imagenes que ponen en internet no tienen nada que ver con lo que es. En internet pone que es un hotel pero de hotel no tiene nada, para empezar ni siquiera tiene una puerta de hotel con su correspondiente letrero, es una puerta llena de grafitis (da la sensación de un local abandonado). Para seguir no existe recepción y nadie que te reciba, solo te mandan un mail y un SMS con la clave para acceder al "hotel" y a la habitación. Las habitaciones son minusculas y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. El baño estaba asqueroso, una verguenza, muy apto para pillar cualquier cosa, de echo, olia muy mal, a huevo podrido constantemente. En las paredes habia grietas y agujeros, uno de ellos, del tamaño de un puño disimulado con una piedra. En el techo tambien había un agujero y una grieta bastante grande. La ventana que hay da a un canalón enorme, con lo que no entra nada de luz en la habitación. De no tener no tiene ni armario, solo tiene una tabla de madera, con lo cual la ropa al aire libre para el total acceso de la señora de limpieza. Y por supuesto, olvidaros de una caja fuerte, tampoco la hay. Para quejarte tienes que llamar al contacto que te dan, pero vamos, que no se implica nada en las quejas de los huespedes y hace caso omiso. Nosotros despues de esto nos quejamos obviamente y no puso ninguna solución. Os pongo las fotos que hicimos a nuestra habitación. Espero que no me las borren como le han hecho a mi novio.

ES UNA ESTAFA!! No es un hotel aunque lo vendan como tal y al mismo precio, es un edificio viejo al que le han dividido los pisos en habitaciones, no hay nadie que te atienda y entras por una puerta vieja graffiteada. Nuestra habitación tenía vistas a un canalón a unos 40 cm por lo que no tenía nada de luz natural, el suelo del baño era un 70% suciedad y olía fatal, tenía agujeros en la pared y en el techo, hicimos la reserva desde booking y los comentarios y fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Llamamos para quejarnos y nunca se molestó en venir siquiera a ver el estado de la habitación, a los 2 días encontramos otro sitio y solo conseguimos que nos devolviese la mitad del dinero a pesar de quedarnos allí 2 noches de las 7 reservadas. Reservei porque achei que contaria com uma recepção para nos ajudar, pois é vendido como hotel, mas não há nada, nem uma recepção em outro lugar, como foi nosso quarto em Florença, onde tivemos uma excelente estada. O quarto estava limpo, mas com goteiras. Muito mal conservado. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo há ninguém.

AVOID. BED BUGS! I was bitten by bed bugs all over my body during my stay. Of course, the property denied having bed bugs and insisted that I brought them in. However, since bed bugs typically travel in linen that is highly unlikely. More likely (and I suggested this to the hotel who again, denied it) they were brought in by the cleaner when they changed our linen. My entire body is bitten and doctors have said that it is one of the worst cases ever seen. The very least the property could have done when we told them was properly investigate the matter and thoroughly clean everything so that future guests did not have to suffer but of course that was probably too time consuming and expensive for them. The safety and health of guests should always be a priority. Also do not stay here if security is a priority for you. The property provides you with a security code to enter the building - ours did not work and neither did another guests. Rather than sorting it out, the master code was given to both rooms. We had to email the property requesting that they urgently change the code to remove the possibility of other guests entering our room. Would give them a 0 rating if I could but unfortunately 1 is the lowest.

Péssimo. Vendido como hotel mas não é. Comprei pois imaginei que haveria uma recepção. Pois bem, não é nem um hotel nem Airbnb. Se você precisar de alguma ajuda só se conseguir falar com a empresa onde você comprou. Muito ruim mesmo.!!!!!!!!!

Estuve hace dos semanas y fenomenal. En el centro. Muy limpio. La única pega que Le pongo es que al estar en una zona de marcha la puerta del edificio tenia orina. Y sus calles olían a tal. Pero nada que ver con la realidad que hay dentro. Si vuelvo a Lisboa repetiré.

Adorei a experiência. Limpo, organizado e moderno. Localização fantástica e bom isolamento. Uma experiência acima das expectativas por um preço ótimo. Vou repetir e recomendo.

Es un horror. Sucio, el cuarto de baño huele a alcantarilla y si abres la ventana huele a comida, ya que hay un restaurante debajo. El primer día hicieron la cama, luego ya no. Algún día no cambiaron las toallas y el último día ni siquiera repusieron el papel higiénico. Sábado noche música a tope. Increíble que Booking gestione este tipo de locales.

Le doy una estrella porque no hay negativas. Una estafa, el techo agrietado y callendose. Te cobran como hotel y es una casucha vieja, sin ningún tipo de servicio. A mi me cobraron 66 pavos y duré 15 minutos en irme a otro sitio. Te regalo mi dinero Hijo de Puta, estafador.

Petite chambre correcte mais avec fenêtre aveugle, l'isolation phonique entre les chambres est à revoir, pas de réception uniquement des portes à codes pour entrer jusque dans la chambre

For the price, I was surprised by the quality of the room. Clean big, with coffee machine and capsules, sofa, television ..... very boen

Nice furniture, shower and bathroom, comfy bed, generous light spaces, very reasonably priced. I was very happy with the guest house. It was literally next door to the venue of the event I attended: the Association of Architects' headquarter is in the adjacent building. The apartment is in a very popular and busy part of town, so it is a bit noisy in the evening, but it didn't bother me at all. I stayed for two nights, and slept very well. What's a bit unusual is that I didn't meet a single person from the staff during my stay (hence my staff-rating is based on the email communication). But I also didn't need to: entry to the building/apartment/room is by different lock-codes. Everything was arranged via email ahead of time. No problems at all. I can highly recommend this guest house.

Servicio de trenes muy frecuente y rápido

Location was good, close to the public market and major transport services. Room is good and clean in the interior, a bit smaller than expected though. The building is very old. But the neighbourhood is quiet. Wifi needs to be improved.

Although we could unfortunately only stay 1 night, we really liked our stay at Cais do Sodré Guest House. On the plus side, the suite was clean and tidy, the bed and linen were super comfortable, the coffee machine and water bottles were provided, and amenities as well, great location, close to the centre and Timeout market, and not too noisy so we could get a great night sleep! As soon as we booked we received detailed information on how to do the self check-in (by digital codes) and everything worked perfectly. On the other hand, the acustic isolation isn't that good, the internet was very slow, the TV only had 10 programmes (all portuguese), the waste bin was missing in the living room area, and the front door of the building was a bit damaged so it remained open most os the time. However, overall experience 4*! Thank you!
