We moved to Lisbon recently. My wife wanted to try Toni & Guy because she knows the brand abroad. She made an appointment to do her nails. It was the worst nail job ever. The only positive thing was the removal of the prior polish. The place is dirty. The quality of the job was mediocre. The worker was complaining about not having sufficient lighting to see what she was doing (there was a light fixture over the counter but without a bulb - too cheap to buy a bulb, I guess). The worker filed one hand, but not the other hand, even though she was asked to make them even. The nail polish bottle was virtually empty and the worker was still trying to get product out of it. Don’t waste your time and money. Terrible. PS - the owners are definitely too stingy to buy products, equipment, and trained staff. You’re not going to hire top talent for minimum national salary - € 600. Good luck!

Hoje desloquei-me a este cabeleireiro, como de outras vezes. No entanto fui atendida por uma colaboradora diferente do costume. Só posso dizer que a senhora assassinou o meu cabelo. Não tem a mínima noção do que o cliente pede nem o que é possível fazer com a textura de cada cabelo. Uma verdadeira assassina de visuais!
