Room was ok; no storage space in bathroom; fought the air conditioner the entire stay and the front desk could not help; had to pay extra for breakfast and it was just acceptable, not great. But the location was very good.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Lisboa Prata Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent - just a few minutes walk to Praca do Comercio in one direction and to Rossio Square in the other. Also just a few blocks from the Santa Justa Lift. The hotel is beautiful and we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. We stayed in a Premier Double Room - it was nicely sized with a comfortable king sized bed. The bathroom was spacious and I appreciated the extra storage options. The room could use a couple more outlets, but other than that, it was a very comfortable room and even though we faced the street, the shutters and curtains helped keep out the sound and light at night. The staff at the Lisboa Prata Boutique were always pleasant and helpful. We had a couple minor issues and they were quick to respond and resolve them to our satisfaction. They were extremely helpful in answering questions about directions, the city, and recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again when we return to Lisbon.

Dal quinto piano della camera. una bella vista dei tetti e delle arcate che svettano al cielo del convento del Carmo. Dalla finestra sempre in lontananza la vista della placa de commercio. Centrale, permette di girare a piedi Lisbona, vicina la metro, con numerosi negozi, pasticcerie e punti di ristoro. Vivace di giorno e di sera. Personale gentilissimo. Pur non avendo la colazione inclusa, pensavo di usufruirne, ma in una piccola sala si deve ordinare quello che si desidera in quanto non esiste buffet.Lo consiglio.

Hôtel bien placé, tout était à proximité. Restaurants, boutiques, transports en commun pour faire les visites.Hôtel propre et chic.Par contre chambre donnant sur la petite cours interieure, du coup pas de lumiere du jour, pas de possibilite daérer car odeur de cuisine.

Wir waren Ende April in Lissabon und haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Vorrangig wegen der Lage - aber wir waren überaus überrascht wie toll das Hotel war. Ich kann es jedem nur weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück war mehr als super, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und das Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber! Die Regendusche sowie das große Bett ist ein + Punkt!

Son fantásticos en todo. La habitación estaba muy limpia, el personal es amable, educado y servicial y te proporcionará todo tipo de facilidades. Si visitas Lisboa, lo recomiendo sin duda. Este hotel es perfecto, cómodo y acogedor, y tan bonito que parece más una galería de arte!
They are fantastic in everything. The room was really clean, the stuff is kind, polite and they give you all kind of facilities. If you are visitting Lisbon, I recommend this cosy and comfortable hotel which looks as an art gallery!

sehr angenehmes Hotel, freundliches Personal und gute zentrale Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten von der Metro Station Baixa Chiado entfernt, auch mit Gepäck zu fuss kein Problem (bei Metro Ausgang ru do crucifixio nehmen). Trotz der Hauptstrasse mit dem Lisboa Tram sind die Zimmer ruhig. Sehr gutes WLAN. Das Frühstück bestellt man am Abend vorher und bekommt dann die gewünschten Sachen, auch hier sehr freundliche Bedienung. Der Zimmerkomfort ist ideal, gute Betten und auch gutes Licht wenn man am Abend noch lesen möchte. Badezimmer ist etwas eng aber alles funktioniert bestens, super gute Dusche. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten

Fiquei na pensão deste mesmo hotel e não gostei nada!! O mobiliário era antigo e muito degradado, quase sem condições.
Testemunhei uma situação menos boa com uma das empregadas, que simplesmente estava a desempenhar o seu trabalho e foi repreendida sem sentido,e por isso, não gostei da maneira como tratavam as empregadas. A única nota positiva que tenho a referir é a limpeza do meu quarto que estava muito bem executada e a simpatia da mesma.

Nice hotel. Staff was reasonably accommodating although there was some confusion as to how to get a taxi to the airport upon leaving Lisbon. The one thing that was disappointing was the lights or lack thereof throughout the hotel room. I am used to a mirror in the bathroom that has lights! Bright lights! It's frustrating to do your hair and makeup with dim lights.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Lissabon. Das Hotel ist für unsere Zwecke perfekt gelegen: Metro, Straßenbahn, Lebensmittel, Tagesticketverkauf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bahnhof, Markthalle, einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bairro Alto und die Wasserfront sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Selbst der Endhaltepunkt der Linie 28 Martim Moniz liegt nur 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt.Das Frühstück ist zwar überschaubar, würden wir aber wieder buchen, da für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel nicht üblich:- frisches cremiges Rührei- frischer Obstsalat bzw. Obststücke- firsch gepresster Orangensaft

Lo mejor, su ubicación. Pero la habitación que me tocó a mí era muy pequeña, el baño normalito, pero daba a un balcón de un patio interior que era horrible. Por lo que se pagó, esperaba bastante más, la verdad.
El desayuno estaba bien eso sí, pero el problema principal eran los olores que en ciertas ocasiones eran bastante desagradables sobre todo a primera hora. Lo mejor, su ubicación.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de tout. Personnel très accessible et accueillant toujours prêt à rendre service. Petit déjeuner correct à commander la veille pour le lendemain matin (12 euros) . La chambre vue intérieure donne sur un mur mais lavantage est quon nest pas dérangés par le bruit de la rue !. Seulement un petit fenestron mais cest seulement pour dormir.... Très propre. Je conseille pour son emplacement idéal et son très bon accueil.

Schönes Hotel mitten im Herzen von Lissabon. Alles In der nähe. Man kann also alles zu Fuß ablaufen. Hotelteam sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind für 2 Tage übernachten wirklich in Ordnung. Sehr Sauber, aber relativ klein. WLAN war, wenn es denn mal funktionierte wirklich gut. Aber die meiste Zeit ging es nickt.

The hotel itself was lovely. Our room was a small suite, which was an unexpected surprise. Breakfast was simple but nice - fruit, bread, cheeses, meats, eggs, etc. and served promptly when expected. We didn’t realize that the location was in the heart of a touristy area but it was easy to get everywhere from there. Our biggest disappointment was asking the night clerk for a dinner recommendation on our first night (we arrived after 8pm) and we specifically asked for a non-touristy place, someplace she would eat. Nope. We were sent to some place where the menu was in eight different languages, was as brightly lit as an operating theatre, and the food came out in less than five minutes - as long as it took to microwave. Short take - stay at Lisboa Prata for easy access to touristy locations and find your own places to eat.

Good hotel, good location for central Lisbon. Room well presented and clean, had all amenities you would expect. My only complaint which relates to the room we stayed in, room 405, was a continuous noise from AC units mounted outside the room an the "balcony". Which did disturb our sleep.

My friend and I stayed at this wonderful hotel. The location couldnt have been better. The service was friendly and outstanding. Tatiana on the front desk gave us wonderful suggestions of where to eat, what tours to take, printed out a document I needed, flagged down a cab for us. I highly recommend this hotel to other guests.

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sehr sauber. Betten gut. Frühstück in Ordnung Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Am Abreisetag haben wir um 02.15 Uhr ein Frühstück bekommen. Besser gehts nicht. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und werden es wieder buchen.Das freundlichste Personal was wir jemals hatten.

The Lisboa Prata Boutique Hotel was very centrally located. It was cozy and the staff were superb! I had injured my foot and ended up in a cast with crutches and they were amazing! They could not have been more helpful and accommodating.I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I stayed there by myself for 4 days and felt safe as a woman. Thank you to the friendly staff for giving me a great map and writing directions on the map to get the the stuff that i wanted to see. I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is in a wonderful location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our rooms were on the small side but clean and updated. My only complaint was that the air conditioner in our room never worked correctly and, as a result, we never had a good nights sleep because the room was simply too warm. Our sons air conditioner worked great so his room was fine. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lisbon.

Puzza di fogna all’entrata la stanza non corrispondeva a quanto prenotato camera con finto balcone chiuso da un finto pergolato, balcone buio che non si poteva neanche aprire perché entrava puzza e rumore di condizionatori. Lavandino in vetro che si è rotto col calore dell’acqua calda mentre mi radevo e per il quale mi sono stati addebitati euro 100 dopo due ore da quando ero uscito pagando il conto. Avevo subito segnalato ed un dipendente era venuto in camera dicendo “don’t worry” invece una volta uscito dall’hotel, l’addebito illegale sulla carta che avevo inserito su Booking. Sto presentando denuncia. Peraltro, bagno senza finestra, saponi e asciugamano contati e 352 euro di conto per 3 notti di puzza.

Chambre 105 sans lumière naturel, avec un bruit permanent de la climatisation à l'extérieur, même les fenêtres fermées. Aucune autre chambre disponible malgré ma demande. Pour avoir testé d’autres hôtels de Lisbonne, le rapport qualité/prix est mauvais : 125€/nuit sans petit déjeuner. Chambre vétuste. Points positifs, c’est propre et la localisation est centrale.

Ich habe drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Es ist wirklich super charmant und liegt in einer super Lage, allerdings hab ich ehrlicherweise folgendes zu bemängeln:
Mein Freund und ich haben ein Zimmer mit Terassenblick gebucht - extra (!) weil wir nicht zur Straße schlafen wollten. Trotzdem haben wir ein Zimmer mit Straßenblick bekommen. Als wir dies Ansprachen, war es nicht möglich die erste Nacht das richtige Zimmer zu bekommen und eine andere Entschädigung bekamen wir auch nicht. Die einzige Begründung war „we don’t do discounts“. Für die zwei weiteren Nächte würde uns ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Efeu angeboten, also ebenfalls kein Terassenblick. Deswegen sind wir in dem ursprünglichen Zimmer geblieben.
Obendrein funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und bei der Frage, ob es wenigstens Wasser gäbe, bekamen wir die Antwort dass dies nicht kostenlos angeboten werde und dass normalerweise Leitungswasser getrunken wird. Auf die Frage, ob ich das Wasser bedenkenlos trinken könne, bekam ich nur die Antwort „i don’t know, i think so“.
Letztenendes haben wir unsere Bewertung anonym bei Booking angegeben und wurden am Ende trotzdem!!! damit konfrontiert und sollten uns dazu rechtfertigen - was uns natürlich in eine super unangenehme Lage gebracht hat. Das fand ich wirklich taktlos...
Alles andere war wirklich schön und gut, aber von dem Service hätte ich mir mehr erwartet!

Zimmer passen nicht zur Beschreibung, deutschen Standards wird hier nichts gerecht.. unfreundliches Personal obendrein und laute !! Zimmer.. Klima ging auch nicht, Wasser kostet extra so wie alles in dem Hotel. Auf Nachfrage hieß es man solle Leitungswasser trinken welches mit Chlor verunreinigt ist.. danke ciao

Old world charm with all the modern conveniences. The staff was efficient and professional. The location is in the heart of the action but quietly and stately. Buy the breakfast it is worth it too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A perfectly fine hotel, clean with good beds and shower. Shutters on the window didnt close all the way and amenities in the room were a bit sparse (no conditioner, tea kettle / instant coffee, or the other amenities Ive come to look forward to at various hotels). The AC was strong, which was nice, but was somewhat unpredictable - though we set it to a consistent temperature, one evening it would be freezing cold and the next morning, warm again.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast at very flexible hours. We had an early flight, but were able to eat a freshly prepared made to-order breakfast at 5am. Very clean rooms and overall very charming hotel. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum. Die Metro Station Rossio ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Alles ist sehr sauber. Wir würden hier wieder buchen, wenn wir erneut Lissabon besuchen.

Das angebotene Zimmer 104 entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen: Es war zu eng, dies galt insbesondere für das Bad, das nicht richtig gelüftet werden kann: Abwassergeruch dominierte. Nach Reklamation wurden wir in Zimmer 202 imgebucht. Dies entsprach unseren Vorstellungen.Als angenehm empfanden wir die täglich individuelle Vorbestellung des Frühstücks.

Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Lage. Hotel ruhig, obwohl die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür vorbeifährt. Unser Zimmer war allerdings auch im 5. Stock. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, außer dass es immer nach frischen Brötchen roch. Wir waren in der Nähe bei Paul. Leckere Baguette und die besten Pastel de Nata.

It’s always a great experience when the hotel you book is better than what you hoped for. That was exactly our experience with the Lisboa Prata Boutique Hotel. First, it only cost 10 EUR taxi fare to get from the airport to the hotel. The location was fantastic; cross the street and you enter a galleria-type of neighborhood that has numerous restaurants (many with outside dining), shopping, pastry cafes, and small convenient stores where you can get your supplies, snacks, beer, wine. It was really nice to have a ATM machine a short block away.The hotel is attractive and the rooms were nicely furnished. The bathrooms are modern with nice showers with good water pressure (very important). The beds were great and the hotel had very good internet (also very important). We were in room 402 which faced Prata Ave and had a beautiful view of the river looking down the street. We were surprised at how quite it was considering the location, a lot of it due to the fact that most drivers hold back on honking their horn (very noticeable). No noise complaint here.Housekeeping was great, and the young gentleman that staffed the lobby were personable and always helpful (they would jump up to open the door for you and wish you a good day).

Prato is a lovely oasis in central Lisbon. Close to the waterfront, shopping and old town areas - you really couldn't ask for a better spot. The atmosphere is elegant with a dash of boutique charm. The good size room was a tasteful blend of contemporary with luxe touches. Double glazing kept the noise at bay but we loved to open up the windows and let in all the glorious building views and excitement of Lisbon.

Al estar en el centro mucho ruido d bares, autobuses y metro, con este ultimo retemblaba incluso la habitacion un poco cada vez que pasaba y estaba en un 3°
Desayuno si lo cogias era a la carta pero eligiendo 4 cosas clasicas tales como zumo cafe croissant (esa era toda su reposteria) embutidos y fruta, vi escasa variedad.
Si querias algo mas elaborado como una tortilla te lo hacia con un suplemento d media 6€ por cada cosa pedida, un atraco.
Lo mejor d este hotel la situacion, estas en medio de todo vas andando a casi cualquier lado, con paradas d bus y tranvia muy cerca para desplazarte mas lejos

Mi pareja y yo hemos estado 3 días.. La verdad es que la ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de Baixa y al lado de todo. Mejor imposible. Por poner un pero, sería el tema de aparcamiento, pero no tiene parking ningún hotel. Existen parking muy cerca. Fabuloso ,100% recomendable.

posizione ottima, alla reception talvolta si incontra personale gentile e disponibile, talvolta no. le pulizie in camera lasciano a desiderare: il primo giorno non ci sono stati sostituiti gli accessori da bagno terminati; il secondo giorno sono stati sostituiti a metà, mentre non sono stati sostituiti/lavati i bicchieri per il minibar che avevamo utilizzato il giorno prima. Fatto presente al personale alla reception, la ragazza non ha battuto ciglio e non ha neanche chiesto il numero della camera.

Bellissimo hotel a pochi passi da Praça do commercio, vicina anche alla metro barrio-chiado. La mia camera era al primo piano molto spaziosa e con ben 3 grandi finestre.
Il personale alla reception è molto professionale, gli ambienti sono puliti, le camere abbastanza silenzioso nonostante l'hotel sia proprio in centro.
L'unica pecca è il bagno un pò vecchio con ancora la tendina. Se i bagni fossero tutti rimodernati avrei dato il massimo.

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel an sehr zentraler Lage.Sehr nettes Personal. Am Empfang erhielten wir viele gute Empfehlungen. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar. In den angrenzenden Strassen hat es viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Bus- und Tramhaltestellen in der Nähe. Die Haltestelle des Flughafenbusses befindet sich ca. 1 Minute zu Fuss vom Hoteleingang entfernt.Das sehr gute und frisch zubereitete Frühstück kann man am Vorabend bestellen.

Das Hotel ist klein aber fein. Das Zimmer ist sauber und bequem und mit allem ausgestattet was man so erwartet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hervorkommend, aber leider mit einer Ausnahme. Einer der Portiers war ein älterer Herr der sehr unhöflich uns gegenüber war. Auf jeden Fall war er der Grund wieso wir uns im Hotel nicht zu 100% wohl gefühlt hatten und wieso ich als Gesamtbewertung nur 4 Punkte vergeben habe.

Nur ein kleines Manko nur ein kleiner Fenseher aber wer braucht bei einer Städte Tour ein Ferseher.Hotel ist parallel zur Einkaufs Strasse, Strassenbahn fährt direkt vordem Hotel.

Perfekte Lage, superfreundlicher Service zu gerechtem Preis. Für unser Wochenende war es die optimale Ausgangslage um Baixa, Alfama und auch das Bairro Alto zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß für das Gepäck das man für ein Wochenende braucht, die Minibarpreise fair und alles ist sehr sauber. Den Frühstücksservice haben wir nicht ausprobiert, scheint aber für den Preis und den dazugehörigen Service (10,-€ und Lieferung aufs Zimmer) auch ok. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hierher kommen!

La experiencia fue muy positiva desde la llegada. Recibimiento inmejorable por parte del personal, siempre amables. La habitación muy limpia y agradable. Espacio justo. Cuarto de baño impecable y mobiliario en muy buen estado. La dimensión de la habitación con cama de matrimonio era adecuada, quizás un poco justa. Aunque era una habitación interior tenía muy buena ventilación y una temperatura muy agradable todo el tiempo.

Das Boutique Hotel Prata hat eine super Lage mitten im Zentrum von Lissabon. Man kann einfach vom Flughafen mit der U-Bahn zu Baixa/Chiado anreisen und wenige Schritte gehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist klein, sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind auch im Innenhof wo wir untergebracht waren annehmbar und mit allem nötigen ausgerüstet. Sehr gute Betten sind speziell zu erwähnen. Mehr braucht man wirklich nicht in Lissabon.

Das Hotel scheint erst kürzlich renoviert zu sein. Alles wirkt neu und sauber. Die Zimmer vielleicht etwas nüchtern aber zweckmäßig. Die Betten habe state of the art Matratzen. Lediglich der LCD-TV ist für heutige Verhältnisse zwei Nummern zu klein geraten. Aber wer braucht schon TV, wenn er in Lissabon ist. Das Personal ist ausnehmend zuvorkommend und das Frühstück ist exzellent.
