Positief: Ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers, alle voorzieningen aanwezig, op loopafstand van het oude centrum en uitgaansgebied.. Negatief: Helemaal niets

Apartamento espacioso y muy luminoso. Estuvimos 7 personas y sin problemas, a pesar de tener solo un baño. El edificio es viejo pero el apartamento está muy bien decorado y tiene mucho encanto. La cocina grande y cómoda. Está muy bien situado y es una zona tranquila y segura.
Solo cambiaría el sofá del salón que lo pide a gritos, el colchón de una de las camas de matrimonio que se hunde "ligeramente" en el centro y el tema de la electricidad que no soporta demasiadas cosas encendidas.
En resumen muy buena relación calidad-precio y puede ser excelente cambiando esos tres detalles. Recomendado.

Positif: Appartement très élégant, joliment décoré et propre. Pratique, confortable et très bien situé.. Négatif: Que personne ne soit là pour nous accueillir. Nous avons dû appeler pour que la personne vienne nous remettre les clés alors que nous avions indiqué à l’avance l’heure de notre arrivée.
Le paiement en cash et l’absence de facture. On n’en connalt pas l’id’etite de notre hôte.

Pozytywna: Super lokalizacja,mieszanie dobrze wyposażone, przestronne,ciekawy wystrój idelane dla grupy 6 osobowej.. Negatywna: Hałas za oknem (stare okiennice) ,brak dodatkowej toalety.

Positiva: Buena ubicacion, el anfitrion muy amable e informativo. Cocina bien equipada con vino y café en capsula de bienvenida. La decoracion del apartamento.. Negativa: Edifico viejo por lo cual le suenan el suelo al caminar y las puertas al abrirla, que hacen ruido. El sofa del salon bonito, pero ya necesita cambio, poco comfort. Se escucha mucho el ruido exterior de la calle que no permite dormir bien.

Positive: The heritage features were wonderful....ceiling medallions, mouldings, windows, doors! The decor is lovely, with a lot of attention to detail. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. Metro is right there and you can easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants.. Negative: The sofa is worn out, lumpy and very uncomfortable! Another small detail, we had to give up on opening a wine bottle because the corkscrew was so difficult to use and the remote needs batteries.

Positif: Très bonne situation géographique.
Appartement spacieux et bien décoré.
Service de navette gratuite ( aéroport-appartement). Négatif: Accueil pas très chaleureux !
Concernant le logement:
-Très petit chauffe-eau pas du tout adapté pour 6 personnes.
-Pas de radiateurs dans l’appartement juste des petits chauffages d’appoint qui ne permettent pas vraiment de réchauffer les pièces. En hiver par mauvais temps cela est plutôt inconfortable.

Positive: Amazing apartment right next to the main shopping street in the city center. Very stylish design. The apartment is big and spacious and feels very cozy. The check-in and welcome was great and super friendly. Very good value for money. Perfect for a group of friends or families! Highly recommended. Negative: The beds could be more comfortable. There is no lift.

Very nice apartment on a fully refurbished building at the centrer ofthe City. Parking very close. You can walk to visit monuments, restaurants and the Lisbon nightlife.

Apparemment très propre, au 1er étage, proche de la grande place et leurs avenue des champs Élysées et métro aussi, personnels souriants, appartement grand avec cuisine équipée (lave linge pratique pour les enfants) très ravis de ce séjour, payement par espère dès l arrivée mais c est marqué dans booking a le lire, envoie de facture a la fin de votre séjour ne vous inquiétez pas, Merci Anna

Positive: Eravamo in 6 e sono venuti a prenderci in aeroporto senza farci pagare nulla per il transfer. molto flessibili, abbiamo avuto 7 ore di ritardo del voto e sono venuti comunque a prenderci.
Unico neo è un solo bagno per le 3 camere da letto, ma tutto pulito curato accogliente. Fiori sul tavolo, vecchi bauli, quadretti, cucina attrezzata ed una bottiglia di vino rosso portoghese ad accoglierci. OTTIMO

Positive: La posizione in prossimitá una via chic, perfetta per fare shopping di lusso, vicina alla fermata della metro, in una strada molto tranquilla, parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze, a 5/10 minuti dal centro, casa arredata con gusto. Negazione: La presenza di solo un bagno, maleodorante in maniera saltuaria dai servizi igienici. L'assenza di climatizzazione (erano presenti solo ventilatori portatili)

Pozytywna: Ładnie urządzony apartament w starej kamienicy. Wygodny. Dobra lokalizacja. Obsługa. Natychmiastowa reakcja na nasze uwagi.. Negatywna: Brak odpowiedniego ogrzewania na warunki pogodowe, w których byliśmy w Lizbonie. Latem na pewno miejsce warte uwagi.

Great location - Metro Station Avenida is in a minute walk. Apartment is beautiful, comfortable. Kitchen is awesome.
In a cold season flat is not heated, so it may be rather cool without warm clothes

Positiv: Das Appartement liegt in einer Seitenstrasse der Avenida da Liberdade. Wenige Meter von der U-Bahn entfernt.. Negativ: Die gesamte Ausstattung ist ziemlich billig und macht keinen guten Eindruck.
Das Apt ist bis 6 Personen ausgelegt aber nicht geeignet ==> lediglich nur ein Bad vorhanden.

Olumlu: Öncelikle tesis tüm vaatlerini yerine getiridi. Açıklamada ve resimde ne görüyorsanız aynen geçerli. Konumu çok iyi, Yürüyerek merkeze ulaşımı çok kolay, Metro hemen evin yanında, Ev kaliteli ve güvenli bir bölgede. Temizlik mükemmel, sessiz ve kullanışlı bir ev teslim edildi. Mutfak çok kullanışlı. Banyo temiz, Wifi çok iyi idi. burada kalmayı düşünenelere kesinlikle öneririm.. Olumsuz: Herşeyi çok beğendim. Kesinlikle yine aynı yerde kalırım.Gidecek herkese tavsiye ederim.

Excelente apartamento situado en pleno centro de lisboa. Llegas a todo andando pero si aún así estás vago tienes el metro a 5 minutos.
La casa espectacular y el trato por parte de los propietarios también genial.

El hostal está a dos minutos andando de la plaza de Rocio. Limpio y tranquilo. Baño compartido pero habiendo pocas habitaciones no supuso ningún problema. Muy buena calidad por el precio.

nice friendly staff, cheap room , was close to city centre, short walk. had fast internet , we seemed to be the only people in the place. street outside could be a little noisy at night. had a fan/air con unit next to the bed.

我住兩天一夜,基本上都還算很好,
剛好都毫無其他房客,所以沒有被打擾,所有設施都我一人使用
但是 由於木頭地板,不論外面樓層或是進出房門,
木板地都會有聲音干擾,隔音不佳.
