Attentive service and wonderful food. This was our family’s favorite meal in Ferragudo. Vikas was our host and he helped us with any items we weren’t familiar with, including some off-the-menu items that we all really enjoyed. A hidden gem.

Lovely and well timed service - our waiter made sure we were happy the entire time. A good range of vegan and vegetarian dishes; we all shared three - all were very nice.

1. For starters, we tried both the chicken and the vegetable samosas, and we were also served papadums with two lovely sauces. All of this was an amazing way to start our dining experience!
2. For our mains I had the Jalfrezi with chicken (medium), and it was full of amazing flavors and the spice was just right! My husband had chicken tikka biryani (medium) and he was absolutely delighted with every bite.
3. Lastly, the service was so wonderful. Our host/waiter was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of throughout our meal.
We would absolutely go back, and we definitely recommend this to others looking for some delicious Indian cuisine!

Last evening we had a very memorable dinner at Tasca David in Ferragudo Portugal. The owner , Vikas was delightful and assisted us with choices.that he personally recommended which were fabulous. Thank you ,Vikus for ensuring our visit to your restaurant was a great experience. It was certainly the best Indian food I have ever had .

This unassuming little restaurant serves the most amazing indian food. Dipti is a very friendly and accommodating host. I had the mixed tandoori grill. I couldn't finish it as it was so big. By far the best indian food i have ever tasted. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Dont miss this little gem as it will be closing down soon.

Dipti is a lovely and vibrant host who cares about her customers experience.. she spent time talking with us .. I feel sad she is giving up the restaurant as it's a little gem. The food was incredible, tasty with a hint of home cooked love in it .. go before Dipti leaves the restaurant.. good luck in your future venture Dipti.. x

Péssimo para levar crianças, mesmo para as que gostam de caril e afins, toda a carta é de comida picante. O serviço é hiper lento. Caríssimo. Pratos trocados. Entradas servidas com os pratos. Não recomendo.

We got the takeaway as our daughter is not a fan of Indian food, so we got her something else, food amazing, so fresh and authentic, not heavy sauces, no MSG, no artificial colours, can highly recommend the lamb Madras, lamb very tender, we also had butter chicken which was lovely but could have been more buttery, still excellent

GB+NL We love good Indian food and we found it here. Visited 3 times this week, tasted many different dishes and they all tasted good. Good service.
Wij houden van lekker Indiaas eten en dat is precies wat we hier aantroffen. 3 keer hier gegeten deze week en diverse gerechten gegeten, allemaal heerlijk. Goede bediening ook.

Entrámos por acaso e acabámos por gostar imenso! O restaurante é agradável e a comida é muito boa!!! O staff é muito simpático apesar de falarem apenas inglês, esforçam-se por ajudar e ninguém terá problemas em escolher o prato mais adequado! Recomendo!

Very good Indian cuisine; authentic and freshly prepared. The restaurant is a little "off the beaten path" but close enough to the central area of Ferragudo to walk; also parking is available in the free municipal area across the street. The restaurant opened early this year (before March) and is a great place for a meal.They also do take-away. Highly recommended.

Had a nice meal here with friends. Owner made us very welcome starters and pompadoms were good. Think I didn't choose a particularly good main. I was a bit disappointed in the saag paneer, not a lover of frozen spinach. If I go back, as it's quite far from where I live, I would try something else. Normally I have two or three veg side dishes instead of main but this was not a choice on menu. However it did not detract from a pleasant evening

Habe hier wirklich großartig geschlemmt und auch meine vegetarische Begleitung konnte endlich Mal wieder richtig zulange, was hier in der Region ja eher selten ist. Das Personal war super freundlich und die Qualität ließ nicht zu wünschen übrig. Meine persönliche Empfehlung sind der Masala Fisch und der Mixed Grill Teller.

Tijdens ons verblijf in Ferragudo liepen we langs het raam van dit haast verborgen restaurantje. Nieuwsgierig naar het voedsel uit India zijn we hier naar binnen gegaan. Een leuk, knus en vooral gastvrije restaurant met heerlijk gekruid eten. We zijn begonnen met de papadum en pickle tray, voortreffelijk. Daarna als startwr samosa chicken en onion bhaji wederom een smaakgenot. Als hoofdgerecht had mijn eega de milde versie van lababdar chicken en ik de spicey versie, heerlijk gekruid en vooral vers. Ik beveel deze restaurant ten zeerste aan als je van vers en lekker eten houdt en vooral vriendelijk personeel.

Sehr gutes authentisches indisches Essen, super netter Service. Das Restautant ist bisschen abseits gelegen, aber es lohnt sich auf jedenfall! Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort. Wir würden sofort wieder hingehen, wenn wir mehr Zeit hätten!

Went to this restaurant twice during our two week holiday, second time for my birthday actually so had my choice of anywhere and tasca won my vote.
Fabulous food, best Indian food think I've ever had in fact, no dry mouth whatsoever during the night (sign of good fresh ingredients).
Highly recommended will certainly be back and back again.
Thanks to staff for a great birthday meal.

Restaurante acolhedor, com atendimento simpático e atencioso! Boa comida, seguimos uma sugestão do rapaz nos atendeu e não desiludiu. O único senão é a quantidade de carne em cada prato, no entanto é o expectável num restaurante deste género. Ainda assim ficamos satisfeitos. Contamos voltar.

An excellent restaurant that is just slightly off the beaten path which means you win! No reservations needed during peak season. This place is a gem. I recommend the chicken saag. The service is top notch and they have free WiFi

We went there for the first time with 4 people. The Service is excellent. The food is very good. I went there as a vegan the other 3 people eat meat. We where all very pleased. Thanks for made my vegan food so well.

Wonderful experience. Food was excellent, taste and presentation. Staff were very attentive, and loved the interior decoration, giving the place a cosy atmosphere. Would particularly recommend the homemade ice cream and as a destination for vegetarians and vegans. Plenty of options. Would definitely go again, and not just because my name is David.

Delicious Indian food! We took our waiter’s suggestion and were glad we did. Meat was very tender. Attentive service and reasonable prices. Located slightly away from the hustle and bustle which served us well. We didn’t want to deal with parking problems, there is tons of parking right out front.

Un peu déçue comparé aux avis.
Le naan cheese était avec de la mozzarella (qui n’a rien à voir avec ceux qu’on mange d’habitude) et le riz très moyen.
J’ai pris un plat typique, il était très bon et plein de saveurs. En revanche, la salle était vide car le centre ville beaucoup plus dynamique est juste un peu plus loin.
Nous avons aussi testé un Restaurant indien à Lagos. Il était vraiment très bon.

If you stay at vitor village this a must visit Indian restaurant even if your are staying in ferragudo it's only 10 minute walk The food is excellent extremely tasty and very friendly service

Excellent food and service. I ordered the vegetarian aubergine curry and I must say it was among the best Indian dishes I ever had outside of India! The restaurant gave us a fried onion starter on the house which had an amazing taste too. The spices of the main dish were excellent. The service was very friendly and caring. The chef herself came to our table to see if everything was fine. Thanks a lot for this wonderful dinner!

Really Amazing. The food is very good and not like any other indian restaurant. The staff is so friendly and the kitchen staff comes to your table to ask if the food was oke. This is an amazing place to eat and I recommend it!

Bij binnenkomst kom je terecht in de knusse lounge bar vanwaar je het restaurant inloopt. Gezellig aangekleed met mooie foto schilderijen aan de muren.
Vooraf een garnalen gerecht en als hoofd een kip curry met een zelfgemaakt flatbread.
Ben je in de buurt dan moet je dit proberen, nooit eerder zo lekker Indiaas eten gehad.
