• Beyond Love •: This is such a place, you immediately fall in love with. It felt like walking into the owners living room. He welcomed us with a big smile, that made me feel at home in seconds. The smell that came out of the open kitchen, was mouth-wateringly good and reminded me off my aunt Mary’s home style cooking. People left and right where animatedly sharing there life stories with each other. The interior is cool and homey, just like the waiters in this establishment. They made us feel like long time friends, without being officious. The menu was written on the wall. The diverse, authentic and honest dishes threw me back to my last trip in Alentejo. The food was truly surprising great. Old Portuguese classic recipes with a twist of the new Lisbon. Funky looking dishes with complex and deep taste. We ordered a bottle of great Portuguese red wine that went well with the wild boar with nectarines. The duck croquets where divine. We ended with one of the best desserts I had in years. And as a sweet loving woman, I can tell you, I’ve got some experience in that department. It’s was a homemade caramel ice cream with cookie crumble, simply delicious. We ended our 4 hour dinner with 5 different homemade aguardente (Really worth to ask for all the flavours, my favourite was the chilli one) and a home brewed draft beer that is infused with passionfruit. Happy and satisfied we left this place with fond memories. And many more to come...

Nunca mais vou a outro lugar para trocar o óleo. Eles são muito rápidos e eficientes. Eles fazem-te saber tudo o que estão a fazer antes de o fazerem. Sem taxas escondidas. O serviço ao cliente neste local está fora das tabelas. Tratado com respeito e gentileza. Você não irá a nenhum outro lugar se você vier aqui para o serviço no seu veículo .

Chegou à loja há algumas semanas e pediu um item em particular. Disseram-me que normalmente o temos, mas vou ter de o encomendar para si. Deixe o seu nome e número e ligaremos assim que chegar. Parei ontem porque não recebi nenhum telefonema. A mulher com quem falei não queria ser incomodada. Foi o que o meu marido e eu sentimos, de qualquer forma. Ela nos disse que está lá há 7 anos e eles NUNCA tiveram o produto que estávamos procurando e ela não tem idéia do porquê do meu nome e número ter sido tirado em primeiro lugar. Ela nem sequer se ofereceu para confirmar a situação. Sentimos que uma mão não sabe o que a outra está a fazer, e eles não fazem ideia de nada. Sentimos que lhes falta atendimento ao cliente, pois sentimos que somos uma neucência, ambas as visitas.
